H. Exchange and Redemption: The below was a compilation of information received about exchanging/redeeming and written in my opinion only. Official instructions would come out with release of the 800#s and could easily differ:

June 9 2020 email from Frank Templeton of Templeton Collectibles: https://templetoncollectibles.com, franktempleton@optimum.net “Zim Bonds and Zim Notes refer to the same thing. Folks are expecting them to be treated like a bond.”

Reports were that Dinar and Dong were no longer available to buy until after Mon. 6 July when Contract Rates would no longer be available.

800 # Notification: Several Tier 1 banks would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing a coded 800 number to call for appointments and a Secure Website to obtain redemption/exchange information.

The code was an individualized ID number connected to your Social Security number for you to take through the redemption process. Take that ID number to your appointment. Do not give out the coded 800# to anyone as it was connected to your Social Security number and personal banking account and could only be used once for your personal appointment.

If you did not receive an email, then you could find a Secure Website on the websites as below. Clicking on that Secured Website would give you your personalized coded 800# ID number for the redemption process.

Your Exchange/ Redemption: In your exchange it was advised to be transparent, cooperative and answer questions honestly so that you wouldn’t be suspect of gaining exchange proceeds for criminal or terrorist purposes.

On Zim Redemption: They wanted as many Zim holders as possible to redeem their Zim in the first four days after the 800#s and email notifications went out. When you called the 800# let them know if you had Zim as it could change where you did your redemption. Any currencies you had would be exchanged at the same time as your Zim Bonds.

Except for seniors, all Zim would be placed on long term payouts. The longer the payout period you choose, the higher interest rates you could obtain on monies left in your account during your payout period. According to Bruce that rate could be up to 9.45%. In that long term payout, you should calculate how much you need for the first 90 days – until your first quarterly payment and then ask for that amount to get you through to your first payout.

There was no more 20/80% for your personal use and your humanitarian project. You would have full access to all of your funds (except those in your structured long term payout). If you had ten or less 100 Trillion Dollar Zim Notes, you had an opportunity to negotiate a better rate than those Zim holders with over ten 100 Trillion notes.

Contract Rates: You would be offered the Default Rates at your appointment. If you wished the higher Contract Rates you needed to request them, along with being able to justify the higher amounts through your humanitarian program and/or by participating in the national and international humanitarian projects (which would be explained at your first appointment). It was advised to practice your project presentation so you could obtain the higher rates at that first appointment.

At your first appointment (15-30 min), if you want more than the Default Rate package on your currencies and ZIM, you could ask for the higher Contract Rates – in which case they would extend the first appointment to 90 minutes. Then be prepared to present your project(s) outline to the exchange bankers and/or choose among the list of 500 sanctioned projects that they would present to you in order to receive the higher rates (you can choose one or more of the 250 projects alongside or instead of your projects for higher rates).

If you were not satisfied with the rate offered at the end of the 90-minute first appointment just politely tell them so, and they would then give you an SKR (safe keeping receipt) and you would immediately tell your assigned Wealth Manager to lead you through steps during the next 72 hours (the legal rescission period during which you could legally change any signed agreements). You and your Wealth Management team have up to six months to request the higher rates according to the needs of your project.

The 500 infrastructure projects that Trump has been pushing to "Rebuild America" (google "apmreports.org/trump-infrastructure-projects") would utilize Dubai 1, 2 funds through Tier 1 government accounts, Tier 2 humanitarian and govt related organization accounts. While govt funds were handling the infrastructure projects nationwide, funds from us in Tier 4b Zim holders would be investing in projects (for those ZIM holders who choose) to rebuild city and town centers, create jobs and stimulate local economies in the 8,761 economically depressed "Opportunity Zones" in the US.

Taxes: In the US exchanges-redemptions were tax free by the Gold Treaty stipulations but there would be taxes on the Structured Payout program (annuity investment) interest payouts annually by the IRS/Treasury and by individual states. This would be fully explained at the first and second apt. If the IRS representatives were present, it would be related to this. Your Wealth Manager and team would happily represent you and your desires to all Federal govt representatives present.

The debit card cash cap received at your appointment was increased from $140 million to $250 million.

Exchange Fees: The rates we received would have Exchange Fees already charged and assessed against the Street Rate and not any Negotiated Rate above that Street Rate, but we could only speculate until we were actually seated in the Redemption Center or bank.

The Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) would be for 90 days, though the Department of Defense security teams have said that they would extend the NDA and NSA monitoring of the currency holder's financial transactions for more than 90-days if there was reason to do so.

Negotiation for Higher Rates: Your SKR from your redemption / exchange would be good for six months, during which your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose a Trust Company (Abbott Downing, Merrill Lynch, etc, or equivalent). Your WM and Trust Company team would be happy to negotiate for you for the higher rates.

Paymasters, Group Leaders and Group Participants: There were established limits for rates to be charged by a bank, paymaster or group leader, who were required to fully disclose those limits to each and all group participants.

If you lived outside the US, Canada or Mexico, the 800# would likely not work for you. You needed to go through the websites (as mentioned above) to get the general 800# and your appointment. Contact the HSBC Bank in your country, or if there was not a HSBC Bank, contact any of the large banks in your country.

Question: “Will the Safe Link Website have opportunity for international people to coordinate their exchange domestically - including ZIM?”

Answer: “If your domicile is outside the country domestic exchange is possible including ZIM, as long as you have proof of USA residence (utility bill, green card, etc). You can tell the 800# Call Center representatives and they will answer any questions about your domestic exchange.”

Well, once again, we have had another long pause since I last gave an update to everyone.  But, we have just now had a window open up, giving us another opportunity to finish up this investment.  We are all weary!!  This has been the longest 'wait', and none of us ever thought it would be this long. 

Many have asked me if I had gotten out.  The answer is:  NO!!  I have not sold my dinar.  And I have not exchanged any dinar.  I know from different people writing to me that this rumor has been floating around out there in Dinarland.  It is NOT true.  I am still in the game with everyone else.

I felt that since I was not being paid to keep everyone updated every week, along with the fact that I needed to actually work to put food on my own table - well working came first.

 Answering every person who has emailed me, texted me, called me, then emailed me again, texted me again, and called me again - well, responding to the mountains of requests for information was just not as great a priority as food was. I do like to eat regularly.   It was never in my heart to rudely ignore everyone, but it did cross my mind a time or two when the 2:00am texts came in.  Sorry.  (Not sorry!)

However.  I am writing this letter to let everyone know - we have another window opening up.  And this time, it is my opinion that the window will remain open until . . .  we are done. 

"At least, if ALL the political parties keep playing nice."  The story of this journey would make the greatest political thriller novel of all time!

This time, it looks like the HCL is nearly done.  If you have been keeping up with the articles coming out recently, then you know that Iraq has been signaling that they are going to pay people. 

And in the last week, they have let us know that the census that has been finished recently is on employees who will get paid.  So what that means is  . . .  Iraq is finally ready to be DONE!  The US and the IMF wanted them to get the borrowing law ready.  The articles coming out have also been saying that this is done.

It appears that Iraq has now done what everyone wanted done, and there is nothing left to be done.  Except. . . (repeat with me) The Rate.  The date.

(Too bad our own government can't get it done!)

I normally joke at the beginning of my updates about the Nigerian princesses and lottery.  But we've been in this thing so long that all the lottery money has been spent and the princesses have died.  So, it's not funny anymore.

With the Covid out there, there might be a few extra challenges in the exchange process, so be sure and call your bank, make an appointment, and ask them what their requirements are for coming in. 

All of the major banks will exchange for us, but it might take a bit of extra planning.   Just stay calm.  Be polite.  Breathe.  Do.  Not.  Get.  Hysterical.

Breathe.  Several times.  Be wise.  Be smart.  Do not be rash.  Make good decisions.

Do not give your dinar to anyone except a bank.  Get professional advice.  Invest wisely.  Learn to say 'No'.

I don’t disagree that there are forces at work in the gold market that can be disruptive; and may even be described as manipulative. However, the same is true of all financial markets – stocks, bonds, commodities, etc.

It is worth pointing out that gold and silver bulls are one-sided in their arguments against manipulation and its presumed effect on prices.

When prices don’t meet expectations on the high side, or an  ‘unexpected’ drop in price occurs, finger-pointing at shadow figures is heightened.

Long-side investors in all assets, including precious metals, ‘benefited’ from the manipulative efforts of the Federal Reserve twelve years ago and again just recently.

The recent recovery in prices for stocks, bonds, oil, gold, and silver has been almost unbelievable. It is literally jaw-dropping, but nobody is complaining. Nobody cries foul when markets are manipulated for the purpose of driving prices higher.

Only a couple of years ago, JP Morgan Chase’s accumulation of silver was assumed to be bullish for silver prices. On the other hand, they have also been subject to scrutiny about price manipulation. Would silver bulls care about price manipulation if prices went up?

When prices of most assets dropped sharply in 2008, the Federal Reserve stepped in with both guns blazing and pledged incalculable amounts of money and credit creation.

On Fri. 26 June Department of Defense security teams started arrests and would continue through their deadline of Mon. 29 June.

Sat. 4 July President Trump was expected to make some “Big Announcements” at the nation’s Fourth of July celebration at Mount Rushmore – perhaps on the Gold Standard and NESARA/ GESARA.

Sun. 5 July was the end date to exchange currencies and redeem bonds at the Contract Rates.

Mon. 6 July was the General Public Tier 5 start for exchanging foreign currency at the new international rates. This was exactly 120 days before the Tues. 3 Nov. Presidential Election. By GESARA rules, the RV/GCR had to be out by then – 120 days before the elections.

4.Risk appetite and investment horizon (objective risk requirements)

5.Ability to cope with uncertainty (subjective feelings about volatility) 

6.Quantitative objectives of the investment (expected return)

7.Life goals (Where do you see yourself in 5, 10 and 25 years?) 

8.Desired type of cooperation (advisory or discretionary mandate, also form of communication)

9.Other requirements (e.g. large payouts that are to be made from the assets, currency preferences)

10.Source of the assets, tax status

After the meeting the private banker should send the potential private banking client a detailed, written debriefing summarizing the findings of the initial meeting. In our mystery shopping analysis only two banks (out of 20) have taken the effort to send such a summary. We see this as a lost opportunity to show the client how much the potential new bank cares about his situation. We have also developed a more comprehensive test/questionnaire - drawing on the research of behavorial finance and psychology - to determine the financial personality of a (new) client.

A source in the Ministry of Finance revealed on Sunday that government banks are awaiting a notice to release the salaries for the employees of the month of June.

The source said to Shafaq News, that the banks are waiting for a notification from the ministry to enter data on the electronic regulations and launch the salaries of state employees. He added that it is hoped that the notice will reach the banks to launch and pay salaries within the next 24 hours.

Yesterday, Saturday, the Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, instructed the Ministry of Finance to expel the salaries of employees.

The Iraqi government is struggling to secure employee salaries and other operating expenses due to the collapse in oil prices due to the Corona pandemic, which has paralyzed large sectors of the world economy. The country relies on revenue from the sale of crude to finance 95 percent of the country's expenditures.

And Iraqi Finance Minister Ali Allawi, had warned, in statements to Agence France-Presse, Wednesday, that the Iraqi economy may face "shocks that it will not be able to deal with" unless reform measures are adopted in less than a year, stressing that 40 million Iraqis will have to They are subject to a tight austerity policy that may last for "two years".

Projections indicate that the Iraqi economy will face a 10 percent contraction during the year. With one out of every five Iraqis receiving government aid, the bill becomes heavier for the country that depends on paying all its expenditures on oil sales revenue. 

And at the beginning of this month, when pensions were deducted in the first steps of the government austerity policy, the protest was unanimous against Allawi and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, even within the parliament that is usually mandated to approve reforms, especially the fight against corruption that led to the evaporation of more than 450 billion Dollars of public money since 2003.  LINK

Popeye7:  IMO, this article seems to hold promise... The Iraqi people need to be paid, and were supposed to have been paid last Thursday if I am not mistaken... What are they waiting for?...  Maybe a simultaneous event taking place? IMO...(wink)

This imo sure looks like the agreement the Kurds have made and signed yesterday, in that they signed they comprehensive agreement, it suggests there was a need to adjust things for the electronic system to make payments.

That "exact"  database for salaries may have needed to be sorted some still, to have to have postponed for the short period of time. Apparently it is to not take to much time, we / they hope... 

Keep in mind the adjustments at the borders are to have electronic adjustments in line by the 1st of July for shipping, border crossing, taxes, tariffs, fees, etc. Also take note that there will be a parliament session on Monday the 29th.

The 2020 Budget is to be sorted by the 30th. The Kurds signing the comprehensive agreement yesterday, imo would have had the 2019 FMLA on the table.

That 2019 FMLA is the mechanism or is imo the key to the RI.

On Sunday, the Supreme Council for Issuing Fatwas in the Kurdistan Region announced the prohibition of the salaries of aliens and double-salaries.  

And it came in the fatwa issued by the council, which was viewed by "NAS" (June 28, 2020), that "after a group of citizens and employees of the Kurdistan Region asked the council to clarify the Islamic legal ruling regarding the receipt of salaries without working hours, known as space employees, between the council The rule of Islamic law prohibits multiple salaries. "  

He added that "double salaries, even if one of them is from the Kurdistan Regional Government and the other from the Iraqi government, it is also forbidden, and there is no difference that prohibited it from double salary from the regional government only."  

He explained that "anyone who is not legally appointed is a salary that is forbidden and the government must take legal measures against it."    link  

MilitiaMan:  Here is the potential reason for the 24 hour postponement of Salaries.. They needed to enter data to make sure the "exact" database has no double salaries.. Baghdad - Mawazine News  , Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein confirmed on Saturday that the Iraqi government is continuing to achieve reform and fight corruption, while Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Lindy confirmed her country's support for Iraq.

Oil prices erase gains and close at a weekly loss

Baghdad / Nina / Oil prices closed, on Saturday, on the decline of the gains made earlier in the session, against the backdrop of concerns about the increase in new cases of coronavirus in the United States and China, and expectations of an increase in US production, while crude stocks remain at Record heights.

Brent crude futures closed 32 cents lower at $ 40.73 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell 52 cents to $ 38.20 a barrel.

And contracts incurred weekly losses of about 3.1 percent and 3.6 percent, respectively, after the pressure of US crude stockpiles data indicates an unprecedented increase in prices last Wednesday.

There are concerns about the rise in cases of Covid-19 in states located in the south of the United States, which may hinder the recovery of demand, especially since some of these states, such as Florida and Texas, are among the largest consumers of gasoline, and the possibility of higher American crude oil production curbs the gains. / End 8

To Al-Sabah: “Borrowing is the only way out of this stifling crisis, despite its negatives and burdens that the country will bear.” Pointing out that “internal borrowing is much easier than the external one, as it is devoid of any conditions imposed,” indicating that it is a patchwork and not a radical solution.

This came after the House of Representatives recently voted on the internal and external borrowing law.

Confusing monetary policy

The collapse of the exchange rate of the Lebanese pound has led to the country's introduction of countless problems, and the state has lost control due to the confusion of its strong monetary policy and what cannot be rebalanced.

I market this live experience that is before us now at a time when the country is pressuring to reduce the Iraqi dinar exchange rate against the dollar, which will contribute to an unprecedented inflation that loses the national currency its prestige, and here is an experience as I mentioned before and the economic logic confirms that the only great and only affected by the policy of reducing the exchange rate are a segment The poor and middle income make up the largest proportion of society.

Let us call the correct and sound monetary policy of the Central Bank in maintaining the stability of the exchange rate and the stability of the market as a result of its success, and let us go to other solutions to bridge the budget deficit.

As for talking about supporting the national product, we all call and hope for that.

The answer we have is we who are interested in economic affairs, and there are no accurate statistics and we know well that local production is limited to some industries, as well as some agricultural crops and animal products, is not it?

Now, in order to preserve this product, its durability, and to encourage it, we need its support. How?

Not by lowering the exchange rate but rather by protecting it from imported products by banning them or imposing a customs tariff that limits their import, so we can support the local product, and encourage it and the atmosphere is appropriate now after calls to boycott the importer from all countries ..

In front of us, important goods remained for construction and reconstruction whose production is not available at the present time and luxury goods, and here it is necessary to put in place a planned import program and before it reform the failed trade policy, imposing high fees on luxury goods or preventing their import for three years at the least, and thus we encourage and protect national production.

At that point, discreet customs tariffs will help absorb chunky liquidity from the luxury and able segment of those who resist the rise in the prices of luxury goods that are originally not accessible to the poor and without prejudice to the exchange rate and thus compensate for the budget deficit because the other segments do not need them and here it must be pointed out that the need to reform Financial management and addressing the gaps that allow corruption.

I would like to start calling on those who have no knowledge or experience in monetary policy not to throw themselves in a way that confuses monetary policy, adding insult to injury, and I mean to confuse market confusion and price burns, and I believe with certainty that the new government team, which seems specialized for the first time, understands the importance of not interfering in an issue Monetary policy, except in coordinating matters and unifying the points of view between the fiscal and monetary policies, otherwise the fate of the country is the fate of our sister or brother, Lebanon.

I’m going to answer more questions as we go through the 1000 questions I’ve been asked and hopefully we can establish the TRUTH as we go along…

1:15 The first question we’re going to address is one of the first ones that came through… is about the ZIMs: Zimbabwe money, Zimbabwe Bonds.

Now most people know who’ve been following me for a while, I spent €60 Euros buying 10 10-Trillion-dollar Zimbabwe notes… now if it’s going to turn into money, great, if it doesn’t matter it’s 60 quid, not my life savings, I’ve just done it as a bit of fun.

1:51 When it comes to exchanging those, because they have no value at the moment anyway that’s why you can buy them on eBay for next to nothing…

But if it becomes a value to them, it’s not that simple to just go into an exchange bureau and change them for any other currency…

2:10 They will be issuing free phone numbers in America where based on:

How you are as a person and what your intentions are… and whether your heart is pure…will depend very much on whether they’re willing to exchange them and what they’re going to exchange them for.

And this is why the 1-800 #’s are being issued and there’s guidelines that will be issued as to what you can and cannot spend them on… because the whole idea of this is to increase the quality of everybody’s life in the world and countries like Zimbabwe have been oppressed for many many years.

Gold and Silver always very very good investments and solid… I personally have a preference for Gold, there is no right there is not wrong… it’s how you feel… the theory is that Silver will go up a lot faster…

Gold is always a solid commodity and now that it’s going to be backing our Currencies it becomes even more valuable, but both are very very good…

Well, the last 2-times they tried to roll this out tragic things happened… [First JFK was killed and second, 9-11]… so this time they’re making no mistakes… I’m pretty confident that we will move into the world of NESARA and GESARA… pretty confident on what I’m hearing…

8:50 So he created in the computer, a virus, and then he created an anti-virus… and he made an absolute fortune out of it…

So then he starts pumping money into the WHO-World Health Organization, and the CDC-Center For Disease Control, the Imperial College in London, and he starts paying some big big-name players, politicians, giving them big big lumps of money…

9: 30 So that he can infiltrate the human world and create a virus and a vaccine… and without even knowing it, we all fell for it… Or did we?

9:44 Some of us woke up. Some of us woke up to what he was up to… You don’t need to be a genius to work where somebody’s at… he’s got NO qualifications in the medical world, none at all, and yet everyone’s listening to him on the medical side because he’s got money, he’s got power…

10:08 Things are changing, and he WILL be held accountable… he has been responsible for the death of many people… now if I was found guilty of killing one person I’d go to prison for life, for murder… so don’t think for one minute that he’s going to get away with it just because he hides behind a vaccine… He will be held accountable for what he’s done…

But that was what his mandate was to do by Trump… Trump has total control over him, I promise you, I promise you he knows what he’s doing…
