Petra: This is my first PP....PETRA POST!

I have been observing the conversations and activities of recent and thought a quick commentary would be helpful.  But lets keep one thing in mind...keep the eye on the prize!

So where are we?  Since our Monday Night CC where solid views and perspectives were brought, I thought a quick chat would be helpful and timely, especially in light of Frank's dream.  How exciting was that.  

Clearly there is a rush to get things done in order for the white paper to be engaged so a date and rate can be revealed.  Remember, nothing in the entire white paper can be accomplished as to the future of the growth of the Iraqi state with out a change in rate.  None!  

All the efforts of the committees, the ministries, agriculture, mining, defense, infrastructure, nothing can happen until this move is made.

So, we have these polymer notes that have been in circulation for apparently some time.  Why all the hubbub "now" when they have been around for a while?  Could it be part of the education process?  Could it be a preemptory move by the CBI to make citizens aware and understand the coming change?  I think so.  

Everything they have been doing has been strategic but now the strategy is being played out as we await the execution of that strategy.  Nothing is going to stop it or we will truly have a failed state and that is "not" going to happen with the wealth in that country.

So, I ask the question again..where are we?  IMO, and all of this is IMO, we are at the goal line waiting to cross for lack of a better metaphor.  

The article about the "new" (not so new notes possibly) was subterfuge.  We have to stick with the facts as we know them.  We have a rich country, ready to break out into the international market in desperate need of funds.  Did I say Desperate?   Yup.  

Their payment strategy for their ministries has clearly indicated they are on a "pay as you go" plan, or, pay as income arrives into the treasury.  Why else would they stagger their payment program?  Never done that before?  Problem?  Yes...NO LIQUIDITY!!!  Plain and simple.

May I dare to say they are creating a liquidity vacuum so that when the NSCN's arrive they will be "forced" into adoption with the new plan?  Remember, IT CANNOT FAIL as WS and Frank have shared.  Again, this goes back to "the strategy."   

IMO, everything is at stake for this country known as Iraq.  They need to change and get into the international world as MM has shared many times the need to access those secondary markets, loans, SDR, all those things he has hammered are spot on IMO.  There is no turning back.  What options are there....N O N E!!  Did I emphasize that enough?

So, stay the course, remember what you have learned!!!  And, I saw someone ask "Who is PETRA"...the answer?  Just a guy who loves to read and study the FA's(Final Articles) .  And one other thing:  I stand for the Flag.....but I kneel for the Cross!!  That is who I am!

I agree that the Monday CC had some powerful thoughts that were shared. They may have not all been aligned with each other, however, that is what good debate is all about. It is healthy and what we see in the actions of this portion of the monetary reform process, they (iraq) are not healthy (no liquidity)  and they need and have a need to get healthy (liquidity), their internal wealth will require it as will the worlds, imo.

Whereby, that means to me they need a medicine. One that can heal the past. One that takes out the cancer of corruption. One that will allow the body of Iraq to heal and bring in new blood from abroad (investors).. Interconnection with a conduit.. Trade needs it.They know it. Everyone knows it.. 

They now seem to be broaching the topic of healing and one way is to deter the infection in their currency during the pandemic. Polymer notes in the news again. They have many attributes that are safe and effective... That is why they bring up they have new polymer notes again!! All of that may very well be nothing new to us, yet, the notes are new to the street as of July again, it is atypical in timing, as they would, as they say come out at the first part of the calendar year, yet they came out in July.

So, they are putting out new notes to apparently take out the old paper notes to replace with polymer. Kinda like a transfusion. The new blood cells (new currency) is to replenish the old system with a new one, that has the effect to bring in more healthy notes to strengthen the system over time.

The polymer notes were limited in the past, thus, if the new 250, 500, 1000 notes are to be injected, as the first round of medicine in the on going infusion of currency to the system, we should be assured the medical response to their virus of corruption, is the new currency with a stronger vitality that the corruption has to bow and succumb to...

The medicine is to raise the level of and infusion rate to allow for a stronger and stronger dose to be applied, until healing is in a fixed state of health that can be managed.. The international world is working to make sure the healing process is supported.

The effort for this to now fail is critical and taken seriously. So be of good Spirit, the effort is underway and appears to have the most powerful minds behind the healing process. The meetings seem to be abundant more and more now within Iraq internally and externally. I suspect, that what we have seen, in respect to the CBI and GOI and the three or four letter agencies have this front and center. 

Alak is leaving the CBI, Kadhemi is coming to America all in the coming days and or within the month. There are now no coincidences anymore.

I have as you say Petra hammered home the secondary markets, the SDR, etc.. They are real and they were offered by not me but the IMF and WB.. So, with your PPP let it be a testament to those that may feel down and out. We are witnessing the process coming to an end. Lets not turn our back on the data.

Lets remember the process was a sea of information that has had to ebb and flow.. Eventually the water settles in at an equilibrium! Then another change begins!! imo !

A few months ago when the US government announced its ‘Paycheck Protection Program’ for small businesses, my first thought was, “This is going to be seriously abused.”

PPP, as it’s called, was the crown jewel in Uncle Sam’s efforts to sprinkle trillions of dollars around the US economy; the idea was that the government would guarantee loans to small businesses… and they specifically wrote the legislation for the loans to NOT be paid back.

Anyone who borrowed money under this program could have the debt forgiven as long as they met some very basic requirements.

PPP was abused almost immediately. More than $1 billion was paid out to dead people… and so far the government hasn’t even bothered trying to reclaim that money.

There’s also been rampant fraud, with countless people creating fake businesses with fictitious employees so that they could rake in all that free money.  And countless more people took money that frankly didn’t need it.

I didn’t take single penny and never had any interest in doing so. I do very well and, unlike Kanye West and the Church of Scientology, I don’t need free money from taxpayers.

But as a matter of curiosity, I applied for a PPP loan back in March because I wanted to see what the process was like.

How much money would they hand out? Would there be any due diligence or lending standards?

A lot of people might not realize this, but it’s seriously hard to lend that much money. The government set aside hundreds and hundreds of billions of dollars for PPP… which means they would have to make tens of millions of loans.

That’s incredibly difficult to do.

By comparison, giant financial institutions like Bank of America or JP Morgan Chase might do a million loans in an entire year.

The federal government is trying to make tens of millions of loans in a matter of months.

Obviously something is going to slip through the cracks, and I wanted to go through the process to find out where those cracks were.

When I filled out a PPP application for one of my companies, the process was pretty straightforward.

And in a matter of days I received a response: I had been approved, and the government was ready to loan me a six-figure sum.

This was really surprising to me given that the company I applied for is (a) profitable, and (b) has only one employee: me.

But nevertheless, the government saw fit to offer me money at terms that did not require me to pay the money back… ever.

The email included instructions and requested that I sign the loan documents, after which I would receive the money.

Again, I had no intention of borrowing any money from this program… I was just curious about the process. So I ignored the email and did nothing, assuming they would go away.

But a few weeks later I received an email from an employee at the SBA inquiring about the loan documents.

 I wrote back and explicitly told them to “terminate the loan application.” He replied and confirmed that, yes, they will withdraw my application.

But then, in late June, I received another email from an SBA employee as follows:

Good afternoon,

I am doing a follow up regarding the closing documents for your business loan. When will you be signing the documents? Please reply to this email as soon as possible.

Jeez. So I called and left a voicemail stating, yet again, that I would not be moving forward with the loan.

Finally, three days later, I received an official letter from the SBA confirming that my loan application had been terminated.

But that’s not the end of the story.

Last week I received another email from the SBA, saying “We are reaching out with good news . . .”

They went on to explain that they wanted to send me up to $10,000 as part of another program, the Economic Injury Disaster Loan program, or EIDL.

And since they already had my bank details, they were going to deposit the funds in my account within three business days.

Amazing. I didn’t even have to do anything and they were just going to put money in my account.

Seriously, why is it so hard is to REFUSE free government money?

The email contained instructions about how to opt-out:

If you do not wish to receive the EIDL Advance, please contact us by email within three (3) business days of the date of this communication at EIDLAdvanceOptOut@sba.gov, and reference your 10-digit application number and "Stop EIDL Advance" in the subject line.

So then I had to go and hunt for this 10-digit application number (which wasn’t contained in the email) and follow their instructions to refuse the money.

I haven’t heard anything back from the SBA confirming that they received my [third] cancellation request. But fortunately no money has been transferred to my account… yet.

It is pretty incredible, though… these people are practically pounding down my door trying to hand me free money, even though I’ve told them three times that I’m not interested.

And I have to imagine I’m one of millions of others who has had this experience.

There’s no way this program isn’t being massively abused, and it’s ultimately going to cost taxpayers hundreds of billions of dollars, just to start.

What’s amazing is how little anyone seems to care.

The national debt in the US has increased by trillions of dollars since the pandemic hit in early March. There’s hardly a word about it in the media.

Total public debt in the US is nearly $26.5 trillion, which constitutes 122% of GDP. That’s the highest level EVER. Even during World War II, the national debt in the US peaked at 118% of GDP.

So the US government is in deeper debt now giving people free money from Covid than when they were fighting the Nazis.  Something is seriously wrong with this way of thinking.

The Chairman of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee announces the filing of a lawsuit against mobile phone companies by preventing the renewal of their contracts and obliging them to pay debts

08/07/2020  Representative Thabet Al-Abbasi, head of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, announced that he will file a lawsuit with the public prosecutor against mobile phone companies.

The Abbasi MP said that he would file a judicial complaint with the public prosecutor to prevent the renewal of licenses of mobile phone companies.

The Abbasi MP added that the lawsuit will also include obligating these companies to pay their debts with the benefits of those debts to provide financial returns in light of the difficult conditions the country is going through, the financial crisis and the Corona pandemic.

The Finance Committee issued a statement regarding the decision of the Council of Ministers to renew the licenses of mobile phone companies

07/07/2020  The Parliamentary Finance Committee is surprised by the Cabinet’s decision issued today, Tuesday 7/7/2020, to renew the mobile phone company licenses despite the many negative comments on their performance during the past period, during which many files related to suspicions and debts were submitted to the public treasury, surprising us by setting a payment clause 50 Only ؜% of the debt owed by them as if they were from these companies and we were expecting from the government a strong position to demand the payment of all debts with their interest and delays in fines.

We are going through a stifling financial crisis. We called for the passage of the borrowing law reluctantly in favor of the people, especially employees, retirees, and those covered by the Social Protection Network and others.

July 7- 2020  The Council of Ministers held its regular session, today, Tuesday, 7 July 2020, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, during which a number of issues included in his agenda were discussed and discussed.

Mr. Al-Kazemi confirmed that he directed the Ministry of Culture and the Baghdad Municipality to name the martyr Dr. Hisham Al-Hashemi on a street in the capital Baghdad, in order to commemorate his memory and his giving and thought, as he was one of the opinion leaders and the strongest supporter of the Iraqi forces in their war against ISIS terrorist gangs.

The Prime Minister indicated that the current government was formed in a situation full of crises, and therefore it is considered a government of political, security, social, economic and health solutions. The people deserve a lot of real and serious work from us.

Mr. Al-Kazemi referred to the difficult circumstances and the many challenges facing the work of the government, and emphasized that work and achievement is our way, and the state is our guide and our standard, and the law is our roof, and no one is above the law, and as Imam Ali said (peace be upon him), the best trust is to fulfill the covenant, we We all have vowed to pledge to serve citizens, build the state, and rule of law.

In the context of the session, the Minister of Health and Environment gave a presentation on the developments in the work of the Committee to Promote Governmental Actions in the areas of prevention, health control and awareness, on limiting the spread of Corona Virus, which was established by Diwaniya Order No. 217 of 2020.

This and the Cabinet issued a number of decisions and recommendations:

First / approval of the draft law on pension rights for deceased medical and health professionals as a result of addressing the Corona virus, and referring it to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / First and 80 / Second) of the Constitution.

Second / Recommendation to the Iraqi Council of Representatives regarding the proceeding of the approval procedures for the draft law ratifying the basic cooperation agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

Third/

1- Approval of the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the 2005 protocol, relating to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms on the Continental Shelf of 1988, which entered into force on 28 July 2010, and referred it to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions Articles (61 / I and 80 / II) of the constitution, provided that accession to the aforementioned protocol is complete after completing the legal procedures related to the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Protocol for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Fixed Platforms on the Continental Shelf of 1988.

2- Confirmation of the Republic of Iraq’s reservation that signing, ratifying, or acceding to the aforementioned agreement does not in any way imply recognition of Israel or entry into any relationship with it, according to the provisions of Article (21 / Second) of the Treaty Contracts Law No. (35) of 2015 .

IV / approval of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the patent cooperation Treaty (PCT) of 1970, which entered into force on 24.01.1978, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of articles (61 / I and 80 / II) of the Constitution.

Fifth / Approval of the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Human Development regarding the diversity of lower secondary education, according to the following:

1- Forming joint committees from the ministries (Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research, Planning) and the advisory board , which shall integrate the curricula and find solutions to the obstacles that hinder the return to the scientific branch .

2- Creating an art branch in the preparatory study, taking into consideration the redistribution of the majors tree to determine the college inputs from the preparatory study graduates.

Sixth / The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is tasked with preparing an urgent study, which includes the real numbers of those entitled to social benefits, the estimated cost of their inclusion, the mechanism of their inclusion, the accuracy of targeting for these, and the measures taken by the Ministry to reduce abuse on the social protection network in cooperation with other ministries through the intersection of data.

Seventh / Approval of the Minister of Finance authorizing the authority to sign a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Finance and the German Development Bank, regarding the grant to support the health system in Iraq in an amount of (15,000,000) euros, only fifteen million euros, to finance the project of 5 temporary hospitals equipped with medical devices and equipment in ( 5) Various locations, to combat the Corona virus pandemic, according to the provisions of Article (3 / II) of the Treaty Contract Law No. (35) for the year 2015.

Eighth / In order to maximize the state’s revenues from non-oil resources and improve the Internet service for citizens 4g in line with global development The Council decided:

1- Adopting the third scenario mentioned in the Board of Trustees ’decision for the Media and Communications Authority, which includes renewing (5) years according to the contract, and proposing an additional period of (3) years, according to the reasons stated in the study submitted by the Executive Management (ISIS terrorist events, the Corona Virus pandemic), For the total period of renewal to be (Cool years, ending at the end of the license 30/8/2030, knowing that the amount of (3) years has been paid in the amount in paragraph (2) below.

2- Adopting the third method of calculation mentioned in the Board of Trustees ’decision to ensure the success of these investments and partnership between the private sector and the government in achieving the goals of the state to support upgrading the service and the introduction of modern technologies ((G4) and maintaining revenue, because the total amount required for renewal at the current frequencies for eight years (2) / 233674667) dollars, only two hundred and thirty three million six hundred and seventy four thousand and sixty seven dollars, paid as follows:

A- Pay an amount of (2/13367467) dollars, only one hundred and thirty three million six hundred and seventy four thousand sixty six dollars, And two cents before the date of 1/12/2020.

B - Paying an amount of (100 million) dollars, only one hundred million dollars during a period of (5) years without interest.

3- The renewal mentioned in paragraphs (1,2) above is conditional upon the companies paying the issued and supporting financial dues by decisions of the Appeal Board acquired the peremptory degree to be paid at a proposed rate of (50%) before signing the contract attachment, and the remainder of these sums will be paid in installments within (5) ) Years, provided that these details and the date of settlement of payments are included in a new annex, according to the Government Debt Collection Law No. (56) of 1977 amending.

4- Calculating the additional frequency spectrum (additional frequency channels) in the current packages, by adopting a mechanism issued by the authority.

5- Granting additional frequencies within other frequency bands when needed, such as the 3.5GHZ frequency band with a neutral technology in a manner that ensures keeping pace with technological development according to the mechanisms and controls issued by the authority.

6- The companies commitment to continue completing all the obligations mentioned in the original contract during the extension period, and it is an integral part of the original contract.

7- Launching the commercial service for modern technology (the fourth generation) with the latest internationally approved technical version dated 01/2/2021, provided that compliance with the quality service service regulations issued by the authority, and coordination with the Ministry of Communications companies to prepare the requirements related to infrastructure and increase the size of capacities.

8- Excluding the renewal procedures from the instructions for implementing government contracts.

9- Giving the Authority the executive body the right to sign the extension of the renewal contract with the powers to make appropriate amendments to the contract clauses in a manner that is in line with the interest of the country.   Information office of the Prime Minister  7-July-2020

07/07/2020  Al-Kaabi: The Iraqi state is still suffering from interference and attempts to withdraw powers between the authorities, and this is unconstitutional

The House of Representatives' Advisors Committee held today, Tuesday, 7-7 July 2020, an expanded meeting chaired by Mr. Hassan Karim Al Kaabi, the first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, to discuss the mechanisms and items of the legislative policy strategy for the House of Representatives.

Al-Kaabi said during the meeting, which was attended by a number of consultants and general managers in the House of Representatives: The Iraqi constitution stipulated that the followed political system is a parliamentary system, and there are several institutions that follow this authority, but we have noticed that there are overlaps and attempts to withdraw some powers from other authorities, This is a clear violation of the constitution that would not have occurred if there had been a clear strategy for the work of the parliament.

He continued, "This meeting is the first to discuss a set of proposals, studies and papers related to this strategy, stressing that the legislative authority should have a clear vision, whether for legislation, oversight or administration, and it is more like a clear-cut map that facilitates the work of the upcoming parliamentary sessions, and will work to prevent what is known To expeditiously legislate laws, after which to show imbalances that affect the work of the state. ”

He stressed that in the event that this strategy is approved, it will not be a political or electoral achievement in so far as it is a discreet professional achievement, and effective participation with the system of countries that run according to the parliamentary democratic system,

and that the new strategy will include many mechanisms that will work on the various joints of the economic and social state The political mechanisms for reform, fighting corruption, activating some sectors, and ending many of the problems that the state suffers from and are reflected on the citizen.

Al-Kaabi seeks to develop a strategy for legislative policy

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Al-Kaabi, confirmed that the state is still suffering from interference and attempts to withdraw powers between the authorities, and this is unconstitutional.

A statement of his office, received by Al-Sabah, stated that "Al-Kaabi yesterday presided over an expanded meeting in the presence of advisers and general directors in Parliament, to discuss mechanisms and strategies for the legislative policy of the House of Representatives."

A member of the Presidency of Parliament stressed that “in the event this strategy is approved, it will not be a political or electoral achievement, as much as it is a discreet professional achievement, and effective participation with the system of countries that go according to the parliamentary democratic system”, indicating that “the new strategy will include many Among the mechanisms that will work on the various joints of the state economic, social and political, and mechanisms for reform and fighting corruption, activating some sectors and ending many of the problems that the state suffers from and are reflected on the citizen.   LINK

The Central Bank issues a second edition of the categories (250,500,1000,10000,25000) dinars

 The Central Bank of Iraq issued its second edition of banknotes for the categories (25000, 10,000, 1000, 500, 250) dinars, confirming that the circulation of banknotes currently in circulation of the above categories will continue with the new categories without any intention to withdraw them from circulation.

This bank shows that the variables on the above categories were as follows ....

With regard to the categories (25000, 10,000, 1000, 500, 250) dinars, it included writing the name of the governor, instead of signing it in the old version, in line with what is now followed in other countries, as the Hijri and Gregorian dates were modified to the two dates (1440AH-2018AD).

As for the category of (1000) dinars, the face of the banknote was changed as the slogan "Inserting the marshes and monuments of southern Iraq on the World Heritage List" was placed in place of the image of the Islamic dinar in the old design, based on a decision issued in this regard in addition to writing the name of the governor also instead of signing it In the old version and the modification of the Hijri and Gregorian dates to the two dates (1440 AH-2018 CE).

Frank26  ...I dreamed about a very big meeting.  A sit-down meeting is coming up with a U.S. delegations, including the Fab 4 and Pompeyo as well, to introduced a new exchange rate for the Iraqi dinar prior to or during this meeting...the IMF was there.  The World Bank.  The United States Treasury.   Representatives of the White House for President Donald Trump.  The AMF.  In my dream I saw the GOI and CBI meeting and talking about the introduction of a new exchange rate for the Iraqi dinar...everyone was there.  They were standing shoulder to shoulder to make the announcement of a new exchange rate for their currency...the main reason was just to announce this but to "sell" the announcement to the citizens...the citizens must see that all of these shoulders to shoulders are standing united...

Harambe:  Bloomberg: Zimbabwe’s Evicted White Farmers Get $3.5 Billion Settlement Bid

HARARE (Bloomberg) –White commercial farmers, who were violently evicted from their land in a series of invasions that began two decades ago, said they have been offered $3.5 billion to settle their dispute with the government.

The offer is for improvements and assets on the more than 4,000 farms that were seized and doesn’t pertain to the land itself, said Ben Gilpin, director of the Commercial Farmers Union. An agreement is yet to be reached.

The offer is an attempt to draw to a close a dispute that tipped Zimbabwe’s economy into freefall by slashing export income and incurring sanctions from countries and political blocs including the U.S. and European Union. Zimbabwe’s rulers maintain that the land was taken forcibly during colonial times and needed to be returned to Black Zimbabweans.

Welcome everybody to The Big Call tonight – it’s Tuesday July 7th and you’re listening to The Big Call – Thanks for tuning in everybody - all over the globe

Let’s try to get our intel segment in – I had a couple questions that Bob talked to me about today – One was talking about prosperity packages – now I don’t have a great background in prosperity packages – When you ask people that have or that are in those – nobody that we know of has been paid on those yet – but we keep hearing time and time again that those are supposed to go out as part of the intermediate groups – in other words – they should go out before fines and penalties – adjudicated settlements - and so on –

It’s hard to say what the order is – now – it’s hard to say whether that’s going to hold true – is what I’m saying - so that one is a question mark for a lot of us –

We also had another question that was dealing with taxes – here’s the deal – these exchanges that we’re doing are tax free -  they are not taxable – however – when you make money with your newly exchanged funds – let’s say you 100 million from your exchange – and you have that in an account – Zim holders will use a structured pay out

 if you’re holding dinar or dong or rupiah – rial - etc – my understanding is that you will have immediate access to those funds – that is something you would not wait for – so what I’m saying is let’s say you have this 100 million dollar account and that account is earning an interest rate of 9.25% - that interest rate is going to create what we know as “passive income” – meaning your money is earning money –

We all learned in high school and college – well maybe we didn’t learn it then – but we have learned it since to try to let your money make money – so if your money earns money that means it working for you – you don’t have to work if your money can make money for you –

Let’s say you have $100 million dollars and your 9.25% per year – that means you’re going to make 9.25 million dollars per year – on that $100 million – that money you would earn is called passive income – and you would actually pay taxes – as it is now – on that “earned” income –

if you have a business you have the opportunity to expense against the income – even this interest income – you have businesses set up properly – you can expense – take your expenses - and those are applied when you file your taxes against your gross income – which in our case we’re saying is 9.25 million in that one year –

So in other words will you pay taxes? Not on the exchange – but on the money that the exchange income produces – that the exchange amount produces for you in income you would pay taxes on that –

This is all subject to change with a new tax plan – that the President is talking about and it may be something to change with NESARA – which is supposed to be coming in and taking place –

We did not get the announcement that I thought we would hopefully get on the 4th of July – or on the 3rd of July out of Mt Rushmore – we did get a couple references though to the idea of the American Republic – I took that to refer to the Restored Republic – but we did not get the big announcements that we thought we might get –

Never know – I’m not holding my breath for any announcements – anymore – we’ll get them when we get them -  so I hope that answers the questions Bob had received by email –

Now- here’s the thing – we are in a position where things are getting quieter and quieter – usually from the banks – we have heard some things over the last 4 days or so – and actually we had heard that we would be able to get started today - but that did not happen – and this was from a very very good couple of sources –

But – listen – that information is good at the time but as you know things have changed so dramatically in this event that it’s hard to predict and hard to know whether yesterday’s intel or 2 days ago intel is still good for today – and so what we really realize is that the things that we get we have to verify – and what we try to do is verify and get at least verifications before we say anything specifically has happened –

Now – let’s talk a little bit about what has happened – and I feel good about this because of the sources that we’re getting this from – last night at 11 pm eastern – till 2 am eastern – there was a meeting – we are going to translate this over to pacific time – because it was held in Reno –

This meeting had Judy Shelton – some key figures out west – you know who I’m talking about – and it appears that – lets translate to pacific – 8pm last night – till 11pm last night Reno time – or pacific time – but after that time – the meeting was trying to get this thing pushed through – this was the 6th attempt that she has been in Reno – to try to get this done –

The word we had was that between 2 and 2:45 eastern time this morning – that it was released to go and what happened – what exactly happened?? That’s what we don’t know – we don’t know what that release involved – but I’ll say this – there was supposedly another decision making meeting today around 11 am – and at 12:30 – on the east coast – eastern time we had a schedule that was given for our tier 4B group –

No – what is the schedule?  I don’t know – I don’t know where it puts us – but it has to be closer – closer to the point where – maybe since we have the schedule something is going to happen tomorrow or Thursday  for us –

Now let’s go to what certain people are saying about Canada – our friends to the north – Did they get a head start on us? I have some confirmations that said yes they did some exchanges up there – and we heard some of the rates up there and that’s fine – and we also heard from sources that have people in Canada and they have not heard of any one starting yet in Canada – so that sort of off sets the confirmations  that we had that they had in fact started –

It’s hard to know exactly which it is – I’m calling it a toss up because we’ve got some saying yes and some saying no -  and I’m thinking if they did get started – our neighbor to the north that means they have a 2 day head start on us – in the lower 48 – ha ha ha ha –

How much longer can it be that we don’t go if that is true and they have already started? Here’s the situation – could Canada have started already – Monday & Tuesday – so that a certain population of Canada would not try to come down across the border to exchange here in the united states – I think that might be the case – it’s actually reasonable – that they might have started before so they could get exchanges done there and there would be no reason for anybody to come down south - it’s just an idea - could be true –

Now we do have the new schedule - we don’t know what it is – or when we start – but I think it’s encouraging that we did get that – it coming out of the meeting and was available – and came out at 12:30pm eastern –

So that’s a big question mark in general – Have 208 of our 209 countries already started? I find that very hard to believe  - I doubt that – very much – but we did hear that the exchanges have started in the Far East -  we did get that which – China could be over in a number of Far Eastern countries – maybe they did get started – can’t quite say – that’s what we’re hearing – doesn’t necessarily make it true –

I’m going to suggest that we on the Big Call kinda just take a chill pill- take a breath and let this thing manifest and come to us – it’s interesting that there’s word out there that things have happened – I know certain people already done exchanges -  they are getting access to some funds but not the bigger number  yet – might be a couple more days before they get access to funds – these so called private exchanges – maybe … I don’t even call the VIP exchanges but we’ve had a lot of that stuff happen in the united states already -  we’ve had certain people and most of the time they are SKR’s –

Let’s face it – they might get a little walking around money – we understand that some of these people have received travel funds - or emergency funds and that may have been true – especially in some of the groups that are based out west – but have they gotten to the BIG money?  No – Have they made liquid SKR’s yet? I don’t believe so –

Things could change with this – do you really think that 208 countries are going to get started with these exchanges and leave the United States high and dry?  I don’t see it - I just don’t see it – our President is far too sharp and too good of a negotiator to let something like that happen

We know that we need infusion of monies in purchases because we have 70% of our GDP in purchases – is buying things – and guess what  - when this comes to us – this blessing - we’ll have money to buy things – in a big way – and that’s why we think this roll of the blessing – the GCR has been slow so we do not over heat the economy - well we need to get started before we heat it up at all – then we can take our time and do what it is we need to do with our projects – purchase the things we wanted to purchase – help others –

That is over all where we find ourselves – right now – sort of questioning what really is happening globally – what really has or has not happened in Canada – and whether or not it puts us next to go – it’s a very good question and I’m hoping I find out more about it between now and Thursday - I should find out a lot more

Until that time all we can do is continue to pray and believe for this coming in and press in until this comes  - we really do – this is a time for us to really not only be leaders in terms of what we plan to do for ourselves – our families and communities – but this is an opportunity for us to be overcomers – to overcome the obstacles coming our way – to overcome the resistance that we have had to make this come through – and I think if everyone of us stays positive – in prayer – stays in faith -  then we can take that term overcomer and be very proud of it – that we have overcome stress – the weight – we have learned patience – perseverance – longsuffering  - and we’ve been better for it as a result

So--- that is the stage where we find ourselves in right now and I don’t know if there is a whole lot else that’s relevant – I will say this – remember we’ve talked about interest rates – that you can negotiate for – the latest thing I got – which was yesterday – was that they will be offering you 9.25% interest on the money that you keep in your structured pay out – I don’t know how many years you have to have to get that – I am thinking not necessarily 80 -90 – 100 -150 yrs or more – but here’s the reason – why would the bank give the incentive with a pretty high interest rate of 9.25% -

Well #1 a lot of people I’m talking to are planning to do what I’m doing – and that is leave the mother lode account intact – and let it grow the interest – so whatever  you take your Zim exchange for – whatever it comes out in total value  - if you had an interest rate of 9.25%  - and that amount was spilled into a secondary account – a spillover account – that allows you to get that interest paid every 3 months which is what most people want – and that continues to come in 4 times a year – so that allows the bank to continue to keep the mother lode account intact in its fullness without it being even touched –

My intention was to not even touch it – I would just use the interest that the mother lode account earned and spilled into the spillover account – that’s my plan – I’m going with that –

Any money that the currency in exchange for dinar dong and rial – I might would put that in a totally separate account all together – that money you have immediate access to – no waiting  90 days for an interest payment on that money – that money will be available for you to use – spend – do whatever you want – from day one – first day of your exchange – that’s what my understanding is –

Then the other thing that was of interest – people are always curious about whether there was a second Zim appointment – the answer is No - Unless you are part of a group – if you are and they know when you go in - 2-25 people or so – they will require you to go to a second Zim appointment – because they are going to vet you again -  to make sure your little group is not doing something that is not good – not funding something like terrorism – etc – so if you’re part of a group and they know you are you would get that second Zim appointment –

If you are an individual – like I am – you go in - done and done – do your Zim you have up to 90 minutes if you need it – you negotiate your rate – do your project presentation – and  you are done - do you go back and talk to a wealth management team – or Abbott Downing rep on a second follow up meeting? Yes – That’s if you need help with additional accounts – move money - etc maybe you need an attorney – or finish up your trust work – or help creating a family office – this is what some of these top tier 1 banks will do – you need to look that up and research that – so you can be aware of that before you go in –

When you go back for a second appointment that is not for Zim – but to go and see what perks on  your perk sheet are – some of these perks will be renewable yearly if you keep your money there – All tier 1 banks will have similar  perks – if  you have accounts at two separate banks you should have 2 separate perk sheets -

So where do we stand? We know things are moving forward – we know with the meetings that are going on – we know that the training that took place yesterday with the banks – they tested by computer all of the 800 numbers into all twelve call centers and then from the call centers to the redemption centers to complete appointments settings – that was done as a practice yesterday – from 10 am to 7pm – that is a long time – tested and satisfied with the 800 numbers

So what does that tell you? That tells us we are ready from what we can tell – security is always a concern and they are doing a wonderful job between DOD and Homeland Security – I am not going to sweat the security - I don’t care what you are reading – but I really think they are on top of it – and when we do get the toll free number we are going to be good to go –

When? That is the question  - the ultimate question – are we ready since the schedule has been put out to someone – we just don’t know what it is – maybe it has been given over to Wells Fargo already – so they can send out the emails and release the 800# - let‘s hope so -

"President Trump authorized the US Treasury to take control over the Federal Reserve. This is easily one of the biggest news stories in the last 100 years, yet many are completely unaware of it, because it was not reported in any real way on mainstream news outlets.

Many know that the Fed is not a government agency, but a privately owned banking cartel, which in 1913 instituted a monetary system in which their currency, unlinked to any hard assets like gold, was loaned into existence at interest to governments, and by extension their citizens. They came quietly in the night, and usurped the power of money away from We the People.

The first dollar was indeed loaned into existence, but more than a dollar required in return payment. Thus, by its very model, government debt could never be repaid, since not enough money exists to repay it. More money can only be borrowed into existence to service the interest payments on the existing debt, while creating more of said debt.

The majority of funds collected by the IRS go to servicing the interest on debts to the Fed and not to any public utilities. In this respect, the Fed has more power than the US Government which it loans its money to. But not any more.

The Trump Alliance is far bigger than simply one US President, though Donald Trump is easily one of our greatest, on par with Washington and Lincoln. One day, he will be up on Mount Rushmore, and those who did not understand what he stood for while all this was actually happening can explain to the next generation the mind control aspects of popular media and how, unfortunately, it also worked on them.

Because every day it gets more obvious, as people from all walks of life break through the noise of those who might rule us, and discover the story that is playing out on the world stage. The true definition of Apocalypse, after all, is not the destruction of the world, but an unveiling or unfolding of things not previously known and which could not be known apart from the unveiling.

We have entered the unveiling stage of world history. To those who wish to know, all information is available on virtually every subject right at your fingertips, if you can get past the entertainment media complex, which is owned by 6 corporations, the members of which are all on each other's boards and the boards of the international banking conglomerate, upon which the Fed sat like a crown jewel.

But crown jewels ain't what they used to be. And in this Apocalypse all historical Titans must fall. A new world will not be birthed via the control mechanisms of the old. That means the Medical Cartels & Big Pharma must fall. Illness-for-profit is the name of their game.

Diseases can be, and sometimes are, created in labs and afterwards the non-cures promoted to the population. These non-cures keep the disease in a holding pattern long enough to extract maximum profit. After all, there is no profit in cheaply curing any disease.

In order for the people to know they must be shown, beyond any and all doubt. For most, telling alone will not be enough.

I write these posts chiefly for posterity. For those deeply ensconced in the anti-Trump world, no words will ever be enough. No article or news story will ever meet their standards of validity, and as long as they can still palm off everything they don't like or agree with as conspiracy, they will continue to do so. What is at stake are their well-cultivated illusions, upon which their cherished anti-Trump beliefs are cemented in media-justified intellectual certainty.

Trump is an ignorant racist buffoon and his followers are morons. These truths must be self evident if Jimmy Kimmel & Bill Maher repeat them every night on TV. But the TV has rarely been a fountain of truth when real power is at stake. You can detonate buildings in front of some people and they will believe it when you tell them it was hijacked planes.

Even the building that no planes hit, that was from hijacked planes, too. The laws of physics mean nothing when you have been brainwashed by the media and have Stockholm Syndrome for those who have historically led you around by the nose.

In a way, we are all still sitting inside the prison of an old history. The doors are open, however, and nothing stops us from leaving except our own hesitation regarding what might lie on the other side. True, there are yet some of the old guard left, wardens telling us we may not leave, that they are still in charge of us.

But the sun is bright in the meadows outside the prison gates, the birds beckoning us forward with song. The prison might have fed us and housed us for longer than we care to remember, but we were never truly free while in its confines.

What awaits on the other side of this historical moment is true freedom. The Federal Reserve will be forced to swallow its own debt and the US Treasury will institute a new gold backed currency from the ashes of the dying Fed.

The first step has already been taken for this, with many other steps concurrently behind the scenes. When it is launched it will seem as if it happened overnight.

The old petrol-based energy technologies will then be replaced by a release of new energy tech that will make our current alternative energies look like children's toys.

One of the (very many) reasons Space Force was instituted was to mine products such as Helium 3 from the moon. It is an extraordinarily rare element on earth, but exists in far greater supply on the moon.

A pound of it is worth over a billion dollars. The reason why is that it can be utilized in nuclear fusion. We currently utilize nuclear fission, splitting uranium atoms to produce steam which powers turbines to create electricity. The problem is that the end product is very dangerous nuclear waste. With nuclear fusion via Helium 3, the end product is organic and harmless.

But you thought Trump was just a big goofball instituting Space Force, didn't you? Just another goofy moron who keeps outsmarting the most entrenched and powerful cartels the world has ever known at each and every turn.

And yes, Covid19 was created and released to counter the freedom fighters of the Trump Alliance and to stop the inevitable awakening of humanity on Earth. The plan was discovered and largely mitigated, though there has been obvious fall out.

And no, they don't get to lock down the world indefinitely and inject us all with their Gates vaccine. Their plans will be used against them. The whole world is watching and they will be unmasked for all to see. Many already do see, quite clearly, but there are just as many still entranced by the spell of Hollywood & the Media.

They thought we would all follow the stars. We may follow the north star, and light our way at night by the glimmer of constellations, but the bought-and-sold 'stars' of Hollywood have never had less value. Most of them report to those who gave them their stardom, their 'special job' of prominence, and as such, that is where their allegiances can be found, even when those allegiances run counter to the benefit of humanity. Define sell-out.

Define rationalization. There are notable exceptions, of course, and you can't knock someone for wanting to work in a creative field like the arts. However, there is no excuse for steering the public wrong at such a critical juncture. And those that do are the chaff and not the wheat of this harvest. They should change their tunes while they still have the chance.

An Anon once said in regard to what Trump faces: "What's the most difficult thing in your life? Multiply that times a billion. Now try to fix that problem on a public stage with thousands of brilliant psychopathic adversaries working against you."

Eventually all will come to realize that a Divine Providence has guided the Trump Alliance's quest to rid the world of the death cult control of the old guard and free humanity. Trump is a true hero of the American People, and by extension, the entire World. Some see it now. Some will see it later. But eventually it will be a well established permanent truth.

You can tell the difference by what they promote. Trump has promoted Hydroxychloroquine. It is a generic drug that costs 63 cents. He has no stake in it, beyond the fact that it works, and for much more than just Covid. His opponents promote a thousand dollar pill that they own. And they promote a vaccine with medical chip tracking.

These are the same people that believe there are too many humans on Earth and we need to reduce the numbers. They're so in-your-face obvious about their plans at this point they might as well be wearing Dr. Evil costumes. This is what I mean when I say that people cannot be told, they must be shown.

If you haven't figured out at this point that they put things in vaccines that are not radiant products of health-promoting vitality, then you are simply not paying attention. And this is a bad time to be not paying attention. Therefore, the stage play will get more and more obvious until all but the most blind can see it.

Right now we still have a great many well-meaning people advocating for their oppressors and battling against the Trump Alliance. That very Alliance which is opening the gates of our metaphoric jails and smashing down the prison walls.

But you can't be forced out of your individual cell. Freewill is still paramount. While it is true that the Titans are going down whether they like it or not (and they most certainly do not like it) each individual must decide for themselves how to interpret events and proceed forward on their own two feet.

What awaits us? Trump himself told us in his inaugural address.

"The time for empty talk is over. Now arrives the hour of action...

We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the Earth from the miseries of disease, and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow."

In order to unlock these technologies and free the Earth from disease, those that controlled the technologies and hid the cures from us must be comprehensively defeated. And make no mistake, we are here to defeat them, absolutely and at every level.

And when we are done there will be nothing left of their 'new world order' power structure. It was never the new world order anyway, it was the old, and it has literally no chance of maintaining its structure in the reality of the increasing light upon the planet.

The Aboriginals, the Natives, the great seers from the past, they knew this time was coming. And none of us are here today by accident. At one level or another, you signed up for this time, and chose to be here now. It's a heck of a wave to surf, but it will take us to a far better shore, one we can only imagine from our current vantage point. It's promise is worth whatever it takes to get there. In the end, it is only the ghosts of the past we leave behind.

As light increases, frequencies change. As light increases, what was once hidden is revealed. Again, the true meaning of Apocalypse. This is the Apocalypse for the old world order. As more of the public awakens, their control continues to slip. They will fight every step of the way, but they cannot stop what is coming, or hide what is being revealed.

So ask yourself what side of history you'd like to be on as this final series of curtains are pulled back, one after the other.

Do you still wish that somehow Trump will be stopped? You will not get your wish.

If you stand for the freedom of humanity to live in a world that supports their true health and well-being, you might ask to be shown the actual truth, hidden behind all those curtains, instead of the pretty little lies promoted by those that would control you with their banks, their medical cartels, and their old energy technology.

Do not be fooled by their claims to love the environment. They are heavily invested in oil and gas. Do not be fooled by their claims to love health care. They are heavily invested in the corrupt pharmaceutical industry. Do not be fooled by their claims to support prosperity. They foisted their banking system on us on Christmas Eve, 1913.

And sunk the Titanic beforehand to take out the 3 major bankers who were against their plan. That's how little they care about any lives lost in the fallout of their schemes. Did Hollywood tell you about that story? No, it gave you a fictional tale of a lost diamond and a touching little love story about a floating hunk of wood with room for only one.

But something else also happened once upon a Christmas Eve. A rag-tag band of freedom loving Patriots crossed the semi-frozen Delaware and hiked 9 miles in a blizzard to take on the most powerful empire on Earth. Their chance of victory in this war of Revolution, by any mathematical calculation, hovered right around zero percent. But as Washington himself said:

"The Man must be bad indeed who can look upon the events of the American Revolution without feeling the warmest gratitude towards the great Author of the Universe whose divine interposition was so frequently manifested in our behalf.”

Do not bet against President Trump and the Trump Alliance. Divine Providence guides them, like Washington and his Continental Army, in this battle. No one can tell the exact time frames while we are still in the story, but the route itself is inexorable.

The Titan known as the Federal Reserve was taken down, quietly, overnight, with a single hit from a slingshot.

What is next? When Trump mentioned that light can be used as a disinfectant for diseases in the body, did you make fun of him or choose to look into that technology? The choice, as ever, is yours. The path of ignorance or enlightenment. Both are difficult in their own ways, but only one gets to a place worth getting to.

When light dawns, people awaken. When light dawns, darkness disappears.

Darkness and its progenitors had their time for historical rule. There was a genius in their darkness and their methods of control. But when the time is up, the time is up. You don't bet against cycles whose imprimatur predates the plans of any and all mice and men.

And do not bet against Donald Trump or the Alliance that supports him. The best is truly yet to come. Where we go one, we go all.

Samson:  Parliamentary finance is "resentful" by the government for not sending the budget

Parliamentary Finance Committee, on Wednesday, expressed its strong dissatisfaction with the government for not sending the 2020 budget to the House of Representatives, indicating that the government's failure to answer the House of Representatives raises constitutional questions.

The committee’s rapporteur, Ahmed Al-Saffar, said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that his committee “is surprised at the government's failure to respond to sending the state’s general budget for the year 2020 to the parliament.”

He added that his committee "fears a rift between the Finance Committee and the government in this regard," noting that "the government’s repudiation of the lack of response about sending a budget raises many questions."

Al-Saffar pointed out that "not to send the budget will expose the government to legal accountability."

Samson:  Tax Authority: Revenues of the first half of this year exceeded one trillion and 500 billion dinars

Wednesday, the General Authority for Taxes calculated the first half of the current year.

"The tax revenues amounted to more than one trillion and 500 billion dinars during the first half of this year, despite the Corona pandemic measures and their impact on commercial movement," said Shakir al-Zubaidi, director of the commission.

Al-Zubaidi predicted, "The revenue will rise to double during the second half of this year to support the state's general budget."   LINK

Samson:  Rashid Bank announces the payment of salaries of more than 100 departments

7th July, 2020

Al-Rasheed Bank announced, on Tuesday, that its branches will continue to pay the salaries of employees of the endemic state departments with their salaries with the bank, whose financing instruments have arrived.

The media office of the bank stated in a statement / Mawazine News / received a copy of it, that "the electronic payment unit delivered salaries to more than (100) departments in Baghdad and the provinces, in addition to handing over the salaries of many departments that receive their salaries manually."

The statement added, "The bank's staff work until late at night to ensure that salaries are paid without delay, and that employees with electronic payment cards can receive their salaries from the bank's branch network located in Baghdad and the provinces or from one of the approved Nakheel Master Card offices if they receive a download notification message Salary".    LINK

Samson:  Baghdad-Erbil talks will resume next week

The Deputy of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Dylan Ghaffour, said on Wednesday that talks between Baghdad and Erbil will resume next week, noting that the two sides have not reached a conclusion regarding the oil file

Ghafour told Shafaq News, "There is an intention and will among the negotiating delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government to resolve the differences and outstanding problems with Baghdad. She added, "The delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government will visit Baghdad next week to complete the talks, especially those related to oil and the salaries of the region's employees

Ghafour said that "the oil file is one of the thorny issues, and the negotiating delegations did not reach a result regarding it," noting that "there are problems technically", regarding the oil file.. She noted that "the two parties want to reach solutions and resolve differences and problems related to the two governments

Ghafour indicated, "The delegation will be headed by Prime Minister Masroor Barzani or his deputy, Qubad Talabani," stressing, "The delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government's determination to solve problems and reach positive results during his next visit

The previous Iraqi government headed by Adel Abdul-Mahdi had cut last April the salaries of state employees in the Kurdistan Region after accusing the region of not committing to an agreement to deliver 250 thousand barrels of oil per day to the company "Sumo" owned by Baghdad, which was denied by the government of Erbil

Al-Kazemi’s government agreed two months ago to launch salaries for one month for the region’s employees, and mortgaged it regularly on Baghdad and Erbil’s agreement on the oil file and the region’s share of the federal budget. Since the decision to cut the salaries of the province’s employees, the two sides have held three rounds of discussions in the capital, Baghdad, to resolve the differences

The military delegations of the two sides are also holding talks to form joint coordination centers in the disputed areas to fight the terrorist organization "ISIS", whose activity has increased in those areas since the beginning of the current world, taking advantage of the absence of coordination between Baghdad and Erbil   LINK

Samson:  International Organization: About 5 million Iraqis are below the poverty line as a result of Corona

The United Nations Children's Fund, UNICEF, said on Wednesday that nearly 5 million Iraqis are below the poverty line as a result of the outbreak of the Corona pandemic.

The organization said in a report that about 4.5 million Iraqis (11.7%) were pushed below the poverty line as a result of the Corona pandemic and the resulting social and economic impacts. The large losses in business and jobs, and the rise in prices, also caused the national poverty rate to rise from 20% in 2018 to 31.7%, according to the organization.

The report pointed out that with the additional percentage who fell below the poverty line of 15.8%, children are the most affected by the crisis. While one in five children was suffering from poverty before the crisis, the ratio almost doubled to two out of five children (37.9%) at the beginning of the crisis.

The report continued that 42% of the population is classified as a vulnerable group, as they face a higher risk of suffering from deprivation in terms of many dimensions, and not from one dimension of the following: education, health, living conditions, and financial security.

The report noted that the disruption of services and the adoption of negative coping strategies by poor families, would increase deprivation of the means of well-being, and increase inequality, especially among children.   LINK

A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Wednesday, the depletion of funds amounting to 10 billion dollars annually due to the widespread corruption in the border crossings

"There is no accurate statistic about the size of border crossing revenues, but revenue is estimated annually between 10 and 12 billion dollars annually," committee member Jamal Cougar told Shafaq News. He added, "The annual revenues from the ports that enter the state treasury do not exceed two billion dollars, while the other money goes to the pockets of the corrupt

And last June, Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kazimi told a news conference in Baghdad that "there are billions of dollars annually in outlets, and that there are gangs, groups, bandits and influential people, who sometimes control the outlets and at the expense of the state. Al-Kazemi vowed, "There will be a campaign soon to restore consideration to the outlets, and we will fight ghosts

Cougar said, "Successive governments have not been serious in fighting corruption and controlling border crossings and he added, "This can only be done by restricting the administration of the ports by the state, the presence of a military force capable of confronting the corrupt, transforming the work system from manual to electronic, and periodically replacing the existing cadres in the ports

TS: I have a couple of people who are big holders in CMKX and they received documentation delivered to them …including a debit card….and within hours of receiving those packages they were informed that the cards were no longer valid and they should just hold off on that….This was a couple months ago. They are not able to share any more other than that…..I suppose that is an NDA that they had to sign. I do know they are all hoping it gets out the door fairly quickly along with all of our exchanges.

MZ: I know there was a lot of test packages and stutter/stops with this…….Noone I know has physically received dollars or has free access to it yet. I think they will just reset and then release everything.
