MZ: Things are definitely getting interesting. To start its still very quiet on the Historic bond side.

Member: If they signed NDA’s – of course they are quiet…..we all should be quiet after we exchange as well.

Member: Anybody think we will get this RV started in the month of January ?

Member: Japan and China are dumping US Treasuries…I believe the Petrodollar is going down

Member: I’m wondering with the big changes in Venezuela- will the Bolivar now be in the first basket?

Member: I read that the Bolivar had increased by 480%. hoping its true! they need it..we need it

Member: The Venezuela people liberated! The Iran people rising up! Maybe Iran will also be in the first basket?

Member: Irans currency has crashed……so protesters are trying to reinstate the former Prince and overthrow the bad guys right now.

Member: Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi has encouraged and backed the protestors this time! Telling them to overthrow the Iranian regime

MZ: Have they indeed made these moves so that those counties could be in the first basket? Could this be the first domino to fall? We may be seeing two large regime changes this week.

Member: I hope we don’t have to wait for Iran to implement all the things that Iraq has? If that is the case we may be waiting another two-three years for Iran.

Member: I think the Iranian Crown Prince Palavi will be rightfully returned to power…I believe he was raised and educated in the US?

Member: IMO-Iraq and Iran are working to tie their currencies together

Member: Im thinking Mark Savaya (Special US Envoy to Iraq) may be en route to Iraq now while the focus is on Muduro and Venezuela.

MZ: “The Iraqi Government allocates “high” capital for the Rafidain bank in its new form” It has been reformed. We were told just before the RV we would see a reformation of Iraqi banks. This is a big one.

MZ: “Government Advisor expects global oil prices to rise after events in Venezuela” this may be good to support the value of their currency

Member: Some rumors floating around say Dong @ $5.35/5.40 ? Hope its true.

MZ: I have a short bank story. Somewhere between $5.35 and $5.40 take home for people who have been allowed to deposit …but cannot yet move it out of that bank. It comes with serious restrictions….but it seems something is going on. I am trying to get to the root of this and confirm.

MZ: Can you imagine taking home $5.35 and $5.40 on exchanging dong. And this is after fees and the spread. So I will be tracking that story and hope to have verification by Monday. That one got me excited

Member: $5.35 or $5.40 on dong? wow! So dinar would be stellar!

Member: Next week should be interesting with silver markets.

Member: A $15.7B Silver Whale Just Entered the Market — U.S. Banks Trigger Emergency Risk Alerts

MZ: There was about a 50 million silver ounce short or paper that was bought and sold cheap. I wonder if they are going to buy the paper ounces and then demand delivery. Silver right now for physical is running about $80-$90 dollars right now. That could be game over. We also had a brand new buyer in the silver market who just dropped $15.7 billion for physical silver. So we are looking at a very interesting week coming up.

MZ: Iran, Venezuela and silver all happening at the same time.

MZ: That is exactly what I believe it will appear like to the rest of the world. They are going to try to keep this as quiet as they can. It will appear differently to us….we are more plugged in and banks will want us to come in so they have liquidity

MZ: There is so much focus on Iran right now.

Member: Could Iraq use the instability in Iran to no do the RV…..they always seem to have an excuse not to flip the switch

MZ: I have a theory that this is why we are not already in the bank today. Maybe they are delaying for a very short time because it appears Iran may be ready to go with it. (RV?) Maybe Venezuela as well??? Just a theory

MZ: “Trump threatens intervention in Iran to protect the protestors” the government has started shooting into the protests.

Member: The Iranians are chanting for the Prince. And carrying the flag with the sun and lion.

Member: I wonder- Are the Iraqi citizens getting tired of waiting on their RV? After all, they were promised an increase in their purchasing power.

MZ: “ Iraqi dinar Strengthens at year end amid reduced market activity and holiday calm”

MZ: No bond updates which is really odd. I had expected something but all I am hearing is silence.

Member: Silence on Bonds could be a good sign.

MZ: It could be a good sign but I would feel better if we knew.

Member: The rumor is many countries released new currency on Jan 1.

Member: My PNC bank said they are no longer selling Vietnamese Dong....called Chase bank & they said the same thing

Member: Just found out my bank (CU) started dealing with foreign currency. Just had to buy me a little more IQD. Excited.

Member: When Dinar recaps sends us 800 # will it be in a separate email from their normal email they send us everyday ?

Member: They stated a while ago…..they would have fireworks and the announcement on their front page…….they might send a special email out to their group……guess we wait and see.

MZ: There is not a huge amount of news which is expected between Christmas and New Years.From the bond side…they say things are looking great- we are finally back in place (In Asia) I have another person in place in Europe which I wasn’t expecting.

MZ: I also know a group person that is now in place and they are very hopeful for between now and Jan 2.

Member: Russia, Guatemala, Bulgaria, Japan and Europa looking for a new design for currency.

MZ: The number of countries that have suddenly announced new currency is nuts. Japan, Syria and many more. They are reprinting new currencies for some reason. All around the world- Something is coming.

Member: China closes the door on silver exports tomorrow and the fed has injected 51 billion into the repo market to keep comex open!!!! Going to get interesting!!!!!!

MZ: In Iraq: “Government formation and 2026 budget top priorities for Parliament” It seems to be a mad dash for the budget, HCL and PMF. All of these -we have been told- were key pieces for the change of value for the dinar. They expect to do these within days

MZ: “Customs Authority: Revenues exceed 2.5 trillion dinars during the current year” This is part of the “White papers” reforms and we are watching them execute.

MZ: In Iran their currency is in freefall, people are rising up and the government is scrambling ….The Central Bank of Iran Governor has resigned.

Member: Does the US already have US Treasury notes printed?

MZ: There are reports that they do….but nothing absolutely concrete. We were told years ago they would start printing new US “Rainbow Currency” after 2017. Some bankers say they have seen it in their vaults. So I do think they may have already printed it.

Member: If Trump doesn’t flip the switch-who is responsible?

Member: Inquiring minds want to know. Chinese Elders or THE IMF or US Treasury or Iraq CBI or the GOI or Santa Claus…lol

MZ: I believe Trump is important in the decision but that the people putting up the gold -the ancient banking families NOT the Rothschilds ect….get to pick the timing …Personnaly I think its coming within days to weeks.

The Iraqi parliament on Tuesday elected Farhad Atrushi of the Kurdistan Democratic Party as second deputy speaker, completing the election of its leadership and paving the way for the election of the country's president.

The vote followed the election of Haibet al-Halbousi as parliament speaker and Adnan Fihan as first deputy speaker on Monday. The completion of the parliamentary leadership is a crucial step that triggers the next phase of the constitutional timeline for appointing the nation's leadership.

"The Council of Representatives has today completed the first constitutional step within the prescribed timeframe, reflecting a strong sense of national responsibility demonstrated by the leaders of the political blocs and the honorable members of parliament in carrying out the duties entrusted to them," Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid said in a statement.

Al-Halbousi also announced the opening of nominations for the presidency, according to a statement released by the Iraqi parliament on Tuesday.

Under Iraq's Constitution, parliament must elect a president within 30 days. The president will then have 15 days to task the nominee of the largest parliamentary bloc with forming a cabinet, which must be presented for a vote of confidence within 30 days.

Under Iraq's ethno-sectarian power-sharing system established after the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, the presidency is reserved for a Kurd, the parliamentary speaker's post for a Sunni Muslim, and the prime minister's office for a Shiite Muslim. link

President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid affirmed on Tuesday that the Council of Representatives fulfilled its first constitutional obligation on schedule, demonstrating the strong sense of national responsibility felt by the leaders of the political blocs and the representatives.

In a congratulatory message to the Speaker of Parliament and his two deputies, the President stated: "Speaker of Parliament, Haibat al-Halbousi, we congratulate you on your election as Speaker of the Council of Representatives for its sixth session.

We also extend our congratulations to Adnan Faihan, First Deputy Speaker, and Farhad al-Atroushi, Second Deputy Speaker, wishing you and all members of Parliament success in fulfilling your duties in service to the Iraqi people in all their diversity."

He added, "The Council of Representatives has fulfilled its first constitutional obligation today on schedule, which confirms the strong sense of national responsibility felt by the leaders of the political blocs and the representatives. In this context, we remind you of the weighty task awaiting your esteemed Council in enacting laws that affect the lives of the people, who demonstrated their loyalty to the nation by turning out in large numbers to vote for their representatives in Parliament."

He emphasized that "the oversight role of your esteemed council will be no less important than its legislative role, as the people expect you to exercise your oversight role optimally. A parliamentary system and a genuine democratic experience are impossible without a parliament capable of monitoring the performance of the executive branch, identifying shortcomings, and holding violators accountable."

He concluded by saying, "We wish your esteemed council every success in fulfilling the remaining constitutional obligations on schedule." link

Mark Savaya, the US President Donald Trump’s envoy to Iraq, congratulated the Iraqi people on the New Year, wishing them a year of goodness, happiness, and change, through a video clip from inside the home of his friend in the United States, Ammar Matti, who posted the video.

Regarding the year of change, Savaya welcomed the decision to disarm the factions in Iraq a few days ago, considering the step an encouraging development that responds to the calls of the religious authority. However, he stressed at the same time that statements alone are not enough, calling for a comprehensive and irreversible disarmament, implemented within a binding national framework that enshrines the state’s exclusive right to bear arms, warning that Iraq today stands at a crucial crossroads between consolidating sovereignty and stability, or remaining in a spiral of disintegration and uncontrolled weapons.

Regarding Trump’s appointment of Savaya as envoy to Iraq, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani said during a comprehensive interview with journalist Ghassan Ben Jeddou, editor-in-chief of Al-Mayadeen TV, which is close to the Lebanese Hezbollah: “We view the issue of appointing a special envoy to the US president in Iraq as a kind of interest in the bilateral relations between the United States and Iraq.

When there is an additional window for existing official institutions, the embassy and others, it will certainly be beneficial, for the speed of delivering messages and more flexibility and coordination in positions.” link

MZ: We will soon find out. Are we hopeful? Are we hearing many rumors that this is accurate? Yes. So it could be….Stay calm

Member: Just read that the Iranian CBI governor just stepped down because ot their currency collapse. Will others follow suit?

MZ: “Surge of Economic pain pushes Iranians to the streets” their currency is in complete freefall and collapse. The government leaders in Iran are ducking and hiding. So yes I think more will follow suit.

MZ: They have people dropping left and right from their government. Including the Central Bank Governor and employees. Iranian people are protesting in the streets. When your currency falls -people take to the streets.

Member: Syria has taken away 2 zeros. Is it possible Iraq will do that?

MZ: Iraq says they will first lift the purchasing power and then delete the zeros….a very different approach.

Member: Mark, What is your take on many countries announcing the release of new currency. Is it RV related? I am still waiting on the US to announce asset backed currency

MZ: I very much think it is RV related. Many countries are announcing currency changes right now.

Member: I wonder- do we need a public announcement that the US is GOLD backed before we RV?

Member: Banks in Budapest, Hungary, will be closed for 4 days from January 1st to the 4th. They are getting ready for some changes

Member: Syria, Bank of England, Japan and Sri Lanka, ALL issuing and getting ready to issue new bank notes... This tells me there is a reset coming without telling me there is a reset coming!

MZ: There is no bond update yet. I know group people are finally back in position today. They had been traveling over the weekend. They had some meetings yesterday and have more this afternoon. It will probably be pretty late this evening before I get an update on that front.

MZ: So I will give that update in the morning unless it is just break away awesome news. I wouldn’t care if it was midnight….But, I am not expecting that type of news.

Member: I am so sick of talk, talk, talk…..we need some ACTION!

Member: Is Trump in charge of the reset?

MZ: Many think he is….but I do not.

MZ: In Iraq: “ The House of Representatives bell rings to mark the start of the new session for the election of the second deputy speaker of Parliament” they are getting positions sat and sworn in. They are moving forward.

MZ: “Iraq’s Digital Transformation: 859 Government Entities adopt E-Governance” They said in their “White Papers “ that this was necessary for them to raise their purchasing power and remove their zeros.

Member: I talked with a Florida exchange about taking the dinar and dong….and they said we will not need a phone number- to just come in unless we were a whale.

MZ: Just make certain they verify your currency right there in front of your eyes.

Member: I believe if the bank does verify you currency on site…I think taking a few notes and seeing how the process goes is ideal first

Member: I will wait for the 800 numbers to know I am going to the best place with the best trained personnel……but you are all free to do what you want.

Member: Saw several youtube videos on sliver. Someone is desperately trying to hold silver down. What are you hearing Mark?

MZ: Emergency meetings yesterday between bankers, the Federal Reserve, Europeans …..a huge meeting , a emergency meeting. All hands on deck around 4PM est yesterday afternoon. Whatever they put into play is obviously suppressing metal prices for now. But they cannot affect physical prices in Aisa right now.

MZ: This is getting wild…buckle up.

Member: Silver hit $81.50 at 1:30 (PST) yesterday and has been suppressed ever since.

MZ: Imagine being a banker right now…You know emergency meetings are going on….you know all you shorts are being called…..you know the world is going to crap…..you know the system is crumbling unless they miraculously find more fingers to plug the holes in the dyke. ….but they know their days are numbered. I can only imagine the anxiety they all have.

MZ: You can see what China has done to keep silver from fleeing the country. It is a strategic metal.

Member: I see this as the dip u talked bout mark last ditch to hold it down an then big run

Member: Hey Mark -Washington state is putting a ten percent tax on silver , starting the beginning of the year

Member: Will silver collapse the banks and fiat currency ….What will a bank failure look like?

MZ: I think they will try to keep it as quiet as they can. Many times in a collapse metal prices survive for awhile as they adjust. Lynette Zang did a good video on this. The question is -When did it begin?” Usually when fiat is resetting and collapsing there is about a 9 month period where metals retain before prices come down. Are we at the beginning of that or half way through it.

Member: (from Dinar Guru) Mnt Goat There is so much real optimism and VERY GOOD news for Iraq and yet there is still lots of propaganda news... As investors in the Iraqi dinar, we need to hear optimistic and truthful news and it is all optimistic let there be no mistake about it...There is much more evidence than not that everything is pointing to early 2026 for them to normalize the dinar and place it back on FOREX to trade...I...can only rely on what my contact in the CBI along with the articles were telling us. They are telling us NOW IS THE TIME!

Member: Everyone!!! The 29th is setting up the new Govt and perhaps initiating the most important Laws in Iraq. Aka HCL Law. This all goes into affect on 1/1/26. Watching the first few days of 26 for the new rate!

MZ: “ MP’s (Ministers of Parliament) Start to arrive to take the oath of office and elect the presidency of the Parliament” they are pounding things out. “The Speaker of the Parliament and his two deputies will be elected today and there is no extension of the session”

Member: Officially, Parliament elects Adnan Faihan as First Deputy Speaker of the Council

MZ: Many members of Parliament are in a mad dash to finish HCL by Jan 1st. I am very encouraged with what we are seeing in Iraq right now.

Member: It is obvious that January 1st will be the day Iraq goes fully international with a new rate!!! 3 more days brother!!!!!!3 MORE DAYS!!!!

MZ: On the bond side its still quiet. This is usual for a Monday morning.

Member: Are we still going to be able to choose humanitarian projects from a list when we exchange?

MZ: I am being told yes….but don’t think we will know for sure until we exchange.

Member: I believe we will see the RV in the very first quarter of 2026

MZ: Many people believe that….but if we wake up Jan 1 with no new rate yet- Don’t panic….It’s coming.

Member: Today is boxing day in the UK and Canada.

Member: Anyone else have the Heebie Jeebies this morning….like something is a bout to happen???

MZ: Bonds are still quiet, but 2 of my Asian contacts are convinced that they are still going before the new year. Take this with a trainload of salt- but their rumors are – they are being told that they will release on Jan 1st….and that we will get our currency notices on Jan. 2nd. That is what they are telling them right now. That is their chatter right now.

MZ: I do have some group contacts that have a travel day tomorrow to go back out west to the Reno area. Hopefully we will hear more news tomorrow.

Goat: We have been told that Iraq is going to try the 3-year budget again and there will be another tripartite budget for 2026-2028 and it can’t be opened until it is voted on and passed in the new parliament . Remember the reasoning behind Dr Shabibi telling us that January is the “best opportune time to reinstate the dinar with a significant rate” is that the annual budget its supposed to be ready to open and allocated out to spend in January... obviously, this may NOT going to be the case but it may be close.

MZ: That pretty much checks out.

Member: Franks contact said Tuesday that the Iraq leaders got together an discuss the finalizing the hcl an implementation of 140. Maybe Monday we hear they passed it?

MZ: I know that they hope to present it on Monday …What Frank is hearing is similar to what I am hearing. Based on that statement.

MZ: “ K-Card Launches 0% commission initiative to support merchants and promote e-payment in Iraq” This is a big move. Part of the monetary reforms to modernize and get money moving in the system. I wish they did this in the US.

MZ: “Connecting the pipes of the floating gas platform to all production stations and putting them into service before June” This is before all the air conditioning and the hot season….This is a plan to unhook from Iran. Iraq is working on being 100% independent and a exporter of gas.

MZ: “Planning : The Central organization for Standardization and Quality Control proves its role in the global regulatory system” they are International and up to speed with the world.

Member: the 6pm dinar recaps rumors from yesterday stated that the global economy reset has started.

Member: Silver in Shanghai hit $83 last night

Member: a silver dime now has 5.20 worth of silver in it

MZ: Isn’t that crazy

Member” Have you heard that most of the all majority banks are short by a billion on silver they don’t have enough metal or silver…maybe a system crash and a reset?

MZ: We are watching the demolition of fiat currency live……imo . “This is what a run on the London silver market looks like” . There is far more demand than there is supply…..A big purchaser of silver- about $4.something billion….a mystery buyer demanding physical delivery of silver…..I don’t know if this will hit the markets today but by Monday it should definitely start affecting markets. Buckle up and watch this starting early next week.

MZ: “Globally-the dollar records worse performance since 2003” IMO the implosion is happening right in front of us.

Member: Iran is also about to lose 4 zeros.

MZ: Iran’s may be a simple lop, They are not stable so I think there will not be any kind of revaluation. IMO

Member: will the dinar rate be over $3?

MZ: I believe the dinar rate will be over $3.

MZ: I believe so….I believe it will be used as a humanitarian process and not a currency.

Member: Next week is a new year and a new first Quarter……hopefully a new financial system, asset backed currency and reset.

MZ: Lots of rumors….but waiting on something solid. I avoid saying the ones that have to much hopium until I can vet them.

Member: Bruce says we will see it by the 3rd?

MZ: The majority of my Iraqi contacts and group leaders believe the same. The bond folks also agree with him…by and large.

Member: Jan 3rd is next week guys, light is getting brighter for this thing to happen.

MZ: The bond side is still very hopeful for this week. This is coming out of my Asian contacts.the European contacts are gone for the holidays. A couple contacts commented they would be returning before Jan 1st. This is very unusual.

Member: Will you still get group updates this week even though its Christmas?

MZ: Yes I still expect updates. But they may start peculating slowly. I do not expect any tomorrow or the 26th…..but hopefully we start getting updates on the 27th.

Member: Hey Mark, I said last August that my Reno bond contact did not expect anything until early 2026

MZ: Well we are almost there.

Member: IYO Mark are we waiting on new parliament to get set and settle HCL with a new rate?

MZ: “ The House of Representatives concludes its preparations to hold its first session next Monday” Hmmmmm They hope to seat the Prime Minister and Speaker of the house that day. So good progress in Iraq.

MZ: “Iraq starts exporting gas after achieving self sufficiency” this is almost 3 years ahead of schedule.

MZ: “Iran’s currency continues to fall amid worsening economic crisis in the country” $8 or $9 bucks will buy you about a million Toman right now. Iran is on the cusp of a collapse.

Member: Shanghai exchange closed at 77.80 silver last night folks

Member: I remember we used to talk about silver hitting $50 now we are talking about $70 wow, look how far we have come

MZ: I thought this one was interesting. “Why does everyone flee to gold in every economic crisis?” they are talking about how everyone is running to gold and silver right now. The dollar is only backed by the US military. They are saying the only real value is in metals. This article goes into when Nixon took us off of the Gold Standard. The whole world has finally figured out that the paper money is really not worth much unless backed by an asset.

MZ: It is time for a reset.

Member: Is Venezuela going to be in the first basket?

MZ: I do not believe it is.

Member: Darn it…..We have a lot of bolivar.

Member: Just hold onto it. It still may revalue soon after

Member: I have read that Japan’s $$$ woes will cause the fiat system to collapse.

Member: From all the economists…..its going to be soon.

MZ: In Iraq: a big meeting has been announced at Maliki’s house. So Sudani and the “Development Framework” is going to be there. Some from the “Coordination Framework” will be there. Their plan is to pound out the government details this evening…most likely the Prime Minister candidate….and how to phrase removing the arms from the militia’s. the meeting should start in a few hours or so.

MZ: There is a big push to have the Prime Minster done and in place before parliament sits on Dec 29th.

Member: Iraqi banks are closed the rest of the year….Annual banking audits? Would be a good time to change a rate?

Member: Opening of business after the end-of-year Banking audit is logical...patience.

Member: Is HCL done?

MZ: Not yet. We know they have made a lot of progress last week according to articles.

MZ: Group leaders have not checked in yet. They don’t usually get updates until 2-4 est time today.

MZ: There is zero news on bonds. I think we are going to be quiet on that front this week. Contacts in Zurich are now gone for the holiday season.

Member: What is holding the bondholders from being paid week after week?

Member: No Bond News may be Good Bond News. N D A's may mean Silence Is Golden

Member: I don't believe we need the bonds for the RV to drop….shotgun start?

Member: MarkZ – Inquiring minds want to know: Are redemption center contacts working this week or weekend?

Member: Some people are saying Trump wants the RV done before Christmas.

MZ: Yes that’s a rumor out there. Many are still looking for by Jan 2nd…

Member: I always thought worldwide rate changes should logically happen on Jan 1st.

Member: It's getting real ….loving this ….we are so close even if it's not very exciting right now- we will be able to make dreams come true soon…imo
