One of the more flummoxing aspects about living in Puerto Rico is that the political leadership is never-ending parade of highly corrupted, certifiable idiots.

The latest Governoramus of Puerto Rico seems hellbent on destroying every remaining scrap of prosperity on this island, all in an effort to indulge her ego-maniacal God complex.

Puerto Rico was the first places in the US to order a full lockdown, and it may very well be the last place to open up; the governoramus ordered everyone to shelter in place starting March 15th, and the order is still in effect.

The rules have been completely ridiculous, too. Going to the beach was outlawed. But it’s perfectly acceptable to stand in a crowded line at the grocery store.

One of the great things about Puerto Rico, though, is that nobody cares. People here happily ignore their idiot politicians.

Puerto Ricans naturally distrust their government-- local politicians and bureaucrats have been robbing and stealing longer than anyone can remember.

For example, the FBI recently came down here and arrested a number of top government officials for stealing federal aid that was supposed to have gone to Hurricane Maria recovery efforts.

Earlier this year when the island suffered a series of earthquakes, the US government sent emergency supplies. But as soon as those relief supplies ended up in the Puerto Rican government’s hands, they mysteriously disappeared.

Just last month, Puerto Rico’s government entered into a contract to buy faulty, overpriced Covid test kits from two companies that have personal and financial ties to the current administration.

Basically it was tens of millions of dollars (which is a lot of money for this place) of BS contracts that went into the pockets of friends of the ruling party.

The list is really never-ending. And people here know it. Puerto Ricans have no illusions that the government is on their side. They know that many of the people in charge are either incompetent, or criminals, or both.

And that’s why nobody here cares what the government says.

A friend of mine sent me a video from a local beach on Sunday showing thousands of people out enjoying the sun and sea in open defiance of the lockdown rules.

I really hope this attitude spreads worldwide.

And to me, that’s one of the many silver linings of this pandemic: more people may finally wake up.

At this point there are realistically two groups-- the human beings, and the house cats.

The human beings are sick and tired of these lockdowns. They understand that the world is a scary place, that there are risks.

But they’re still willing to live their lives.

It’s not about taking unnecessary risks or being reckless; they just want to be treated like human beings who are free to make their own decisions without insane government overreach.

The other group just wants to be house cats.

House Cats love being locked down and want more of it. They like government intervention. They love endless money printing and free benefits. They love being taken care of and suckling from the maternal teet of government.

They love cowering in fear in their homes and being told what they can/cannot do.

The biggest difference, though, is that Team House Cat thinks everyone else should live by their rules... and their hysteria.

Team Human thinks that everyone should be free to make their own decisions. Anyone who wants to stay home can stay home, nothing wrong with that. Anyone who wants to go out and take a risk should be able to go out and take a risk.

But most governments are on the side of Team House Cat. And it’s probably going to stay that way for the foreseeable future.

China is experiencing a second wave of outbreaks and has reacted aggressively to lock down more than 100 million people already.

Sadly, nearly the rest of the world seems to want to copy the Chinese government.

(The Chinese central government has also told local housing officials that they will be ‘removed’ if there are Covid outbreaks in their sectors, though it’s unclear whether ‘removed’ means ‘fired’, or ‘disappeared.’)

But the silver lining here is that Team Human is growing by the day; tens of millions of people are starting to see first hand just how disgusting government overreach can be.

So by the time the dust from this pandemic settles, there might just be enough human beings to restore a sense of sanity in this bizarre world of ours.

Patience is often thought of in terms of social interactions. But the ability to bide one’s time also plays into national economics.

Economists are interested in values like patience, altruism, and trust because they play key roles in how people behave.

Those individual and collective behaviors can have wide-ranging effects on a nation’s propensity for armed conflict, trajectories of per capita income, and expansion of entrepreneurial
activities.

Levels of patience, for instance, vary widely from country to country, according to an analysis of survey data collected from 80,000 adults in 76 countries. Sweden, the Netherlands, and the United States topped the list, with Nicaragua, Rwanda, and Georgia at the bottom.

Patience, it seems, is associated with factors that are key for upward mobility. Patient individuals, for example, not only were more likely to save but also had higher education levels, researchers found.

Member of the Committee, MP Jamal Ahmed, said in a statement to "Information", that "the government must take measures that would ease the current financial crisis due to the low oil prices."

He added, "The government must move toward postponing loan repayments and stopping multiple salaries, especially since there are those who receive more than one government salary at the same time."

At a time when your country begins with its national career in leading the new government to overcome the chronic and emerging political, economic and health crises of the country. To show before your eyes the role of effective economic institutions after 2003, especially during the years of economic and security shocks that Iraq has gone through with regard to managing the economy to achieve the goal of stability in the financial system and the monetary system, to achieve economic stability

It is noticed that there are failures, challenges, and hazy pages related to the loss of methodology, the lack of clarity of policies and programs, and the inconsistency of the strategies that were prepared in partnership with international organizations, Iraqi experts and consultants with the reality of the unilateral Iraqi economy, which mainly depends on the oil rents and what this caused to a structural defect in the economy due to the deficit in Non-oil revenue, deficit in the balance of payments, and continuous deficit in public budgets. 

Added to this is the mismanagement of public funds and the apparent weakness in the economic leadership of most ministries and government economic institutions, the failure to give an active role to the private sector and a partnership in economic decision-making

All the above failures, in addition to the economic stagnation, the drop in oil prices, the unstable business environment, the war on terrorism and the political tensions between the blocs and parties, led to insufficient visions to build a solid national economy capable of drawing the introduction to the transition to a market economy

Despite all these challenges, there were bright spots, promising experiences, policies and procedures, and success experiences by some economic institutions during the lean years, clearly and effectively during the years (2015-2020)

One of the most prominent bright points in this march is the experience of the Central Bank of Iraq in supporting the national economy while maintaining its independence, functions and goals defined in its Law 56 of 2004, and its contribution to supporting the national economy and state sadness, achieving economic resilience and promoting the decisive victory against terrorism

With the approach I made before the parliament approaching the completion of the ministerial formation, we must put our people and national forces, and our young people demanding their rights, in front of the challenges I face that require everyone to unite to overcome them, and the deliberations and constructive and intensive discussions with all political forces aimed at reaching what satisfies me Our people and restore confidence in the possibility of overcoming the political process of the deepening crisis facing it and put our Iraq in front of a crossroads. I have fulfilled my duty and I already know the difficulties that stand before me, the heavy legacy that will confront me at all levels and in all vital fields that relate to the lives of citizens, and the security, sovereignty, and independence of the country.

Realizing that the crisis is comprehensive and interfering with the fabric of the state and its institutions, and hindering its economic strength that stumbled during the last period, nothing has been achieved that would lead to a comprehensive advancement of the country's food security, nor to the promotion of industry and the diversification of the state's imports, expansion of investment, and rehabilitation of eroded infrastructure. 

What added to the difficulties was the lack of serious consideration of the structure of oil production and marketing and attention to oil derivatives, while in return, the crisis of administrative and financial corruption was recycled, and the disintegration of many of the state's completion agencies and institutions. Instead of encouraging investments and work sectors and restarting troubled factories by securing what they need to absorb the unemployed workforce, the level of job inflation in the state apparatus and the depletion of resources and convincing unemployment has been raised.

All this made the challenges facing any government double. With knowledge of all these difficulties, I responded to bear responsibility, relying on an understanding of the political blocs and leaders, and before that the crowded, oppressed and demanding people of our people, due to the necessities of the stage, especially since the dangerous decline in the country's resources with the collapse of oil prices makes it necessary for the government to search in all directions to find sources Urgent to pay the salaries of workers in the state, and cover the expenses necessary to run the affairs and obligations of institutions, foremost of which is ensuring the safety of citizens from the Corona pandemic.

By putting these facts before our people and political leaders, I reaffirm that Iraq is greater than challenges, crises, and problems, no matter how high, and that we need to cooperate and collaborate with all of our people’s forces, including parliamentary blocs, political parties, and social and cultural activities, and with the understanding of our young demonstrators, enabling the government to carry out In her duty.

This support is now required from the parliamentary political blocs to help complete the ministerial formation by voting on the list of candidates for vacant ministries, in order to proceed in setting practical plans to accomplish the tasks assigned to the government from the tasks of the transitional phase, and to respond to the legitimate aspirations of citizens to provide the possible level of services and decent livelihoods And stop the violations and abuses they are subjected to, and return their children who were arrested and absent.

It should not be forgotten by all of us that we find ourselves after seventeen years, in an unenviable situation, because our sovereignty has continued to be incomplete, violated, or subject to doubts, and the lands of our country are intended to become a field of conflict for others, and the security of our citizens is threatened, not by the continued ISIS and its sleeping cells, Only, but also from uncontrolled weapons outside the framework of the state, and all manifestations of corruption, looting of public funds and waste of wealth, and the unacceptable level of classification of Iraq in terms of education, health and services. 

While unemployment is no longer a phenomenon that can be contained, rather the number of the unemployed, especially among graduates, has exceeded levels that we have not reached in any previous circumstance. 

The poverty line now includes the mothers and families of the martyrs who have lost their lives in defense of the homeland.

Although the wealth that entered the treasures of Iraq over the past 17 years was sufficient to rebuild the country and establish the future fund, corruption has drained it, and some have been smuggled out of the country publicly, and I have not found myself taking over the responsibility except for an almost empty treasury!

I found it my duty under these difficult and complicated circumstances to put our people in front of the difficulties we face, including the contradiction between public promises that emphasized my freedom to choose the cabinet, and the behind-the-scenes maneuvers, tensions and attractiveness by some. This impedes the completion of the government in order to carry out its tasks vigorously and concerted efforts to reach the declared goals. 

Sometimes it seems that what we are calling for assurances of the necessity to correct the paths of the political process and put the country on the path of recovery does not find listening ears for some here or there, without noting that the country is threatened by what will put us all in front of options that have no winner and the best of which is descending into chaos, God forbid, What prompts the reaffirmation of the need for everyone to place the supreme national interests above secondary interests, and for the efforts of all the blocs and parties and with the understanding of our people to join this stage.

We have no choice but to respond to the just popular demands expressed by the protest movement and the demonstration arenas, which brought together the best girls and young people of our people, and sincere work to achieve their demands to restore the glory, strength, and dignity of Iraq, and to eliminate the legacy of abhorrent quotas in all its manifestations, and to fight financial and administrative corruption.

It is not possible to initiate any serious step without embarking on what restores the state its prestige and its sovereignty, which requires that no party, whatever its source or source of power or loyalties, be above the will of the state, the constitution and the law, and that the weapon and firepower become in the hands of the state and the armed forces and at the command of the Commander in Chief Of the armed forces. 

I would like to confirm once again to remove any confusion, that the task entrusted to me is to cross the transitional stage as quickly as possible, and to respond to urgent tasks directly, most notably:

- Implementing the election law with the required audits or amendments, finalizing the finalization of the law of the High Electoral Commission, securing everything necessary to hold elections as soon as possible, cooperating with the United Nations Representative and local and international observers, and ensuring that the correct foundations for holding elections are held in an atmosphere Political and security guarantees its integrity and fairness.

A. As of late Mon. May 18 2020 and according to Fleming’s Military Intel Contact, it was still a go for this week. The new currency rates were locked in for Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) Value Day Declaration. Judy Note: It was my understanding that with implementation of the Global Currency Reset last weekend, the old Cabal-controlled SWIFT global financial system was replaced by the new transparent Quantum Financial Block Chain System and as of Sat. 16 May, the fiat US Dollar was now the new gold/asset-backed US Note.

On Sat. 16 May liquidity for the US Note was released under a Trump Executive Order authorizing release of funds for payouts of Historic Bonds, Paymasters, SKRs, Intermediate Accounts and all Tiers.

This last weekend Head of the release Judy Shelton and the US Treasury had to get adjudicated payouts going ahead of Tier 4b (us, the Internet Group) and finish the conversion of US pegging global currencies to the US Note for an international trading start on Sun. evening 17 May.

There had been a "world" global meeting where agreement was reached to release liquidity from Sun. 17 May on this next week. Rates were locked in on that Sun. 17 May and at 4 pm EDT and 7:15 pm EDT there were high level payouts and liquidity releases to start implementing the sequence phases.

Way last March 27 2020 the IRS folded into the new US Treasury in Reno – effectively closing down the Cabal’s funneling of US Taxpayer dollars to themselves. Now without those funds to function on, the Perfect Storm for Cabal arrests was scheduled to go the two weeks from Fri. 22 May to Fri. 5 June. Many of the over 170,000 sealed indictments on political and global elites filed in federal courts across the nation would be unsealed, with arrests in the works (over 1,000 had already been unsealed and acted upon).

In preparation for that Perfect Storm President Trump, Judy Shelton, the US Treasury and Department of Defense were obligated to start Tier 4b this week in order to give enough time for currency exchanges and Zim redemption to finish before the IMF mandate to start public foreign currency exchanges at the new international rates on Mon. 1 June – right in the middle of that Perfect Storm.

G. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon 800# release.

WARNING: DO NOT give your foreign currency or Zim Bonds to anyone for exchange, or to redeem for you. If a Group Leader was telling you that they could obtain better rates for you, or saying not to go to your appointment at an Exchange Center, they were not telling the truth.

Anyone could exchange and redeem their currencies and/or Zim Bonds, and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s.

I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set up your appointment.

An hour or so prior to 800# release, Wells Fargo and HSBC Banks would send out over 530,000+ email notifications for appointments to currency and Zim Bond holders worldwide, along with instructions on how to exchange and redeem within your own country. Those emails would include links to a secured website. Clicking on that website with your computer or phone would automatically generate a code that identified your individual exchange/redemption as you set your appointment.

H. Currency and Zim Bond Appointments: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only as deducted from Military Contact Intel reported by Fleming and Bruce:

Fleming: They wanted currency holders, especially ZIM holders, to go in as quickly as possible to the first appointment that would last 20-25 minutes.

The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for doing humanitarian projects. Every currency holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their project presentations. It would be a level playing field.

First Appointment: On your first appointment at a Redemption Center you would exchange currencies at Contract Rates and redeem Zim at the default rate. Those monies would be put in your account. If you wanted higher rates than offered on your currency and/or Zim, you could ask for such at your second appointment with your Wealth Manager and banking team.

We have been told that the default ZIM rate of $11 million per 100 T Zim Note would be offered at that first appointment. This amount could easily be changed by appointment time.

You would receive a debit/credit card with millions on it to draw on between the first and second appointments. Over the first ten days after your first appointment your assigned Wealth Manager would help you choose one of the six vetted US Treasury-sanctioned trust companies (Abbott Downing & equivalent trust companies).

Second Appointment: At your second appointment you could go for the higher rates by presenting your humanitarian project. If you did not have a specific humanitarian project, your Wealth Manager and banking team would explain President Trump’s 250 national and international humanitarian projects to invest in. It was recommended that you go for those higher rates so you could help those in need.

The Wealth Manager and private banking team you choose would assist you going forward with your humanitarian and job creation project outlines. They would be happy to take your project presentation to the US Treasury to get the higher rates for your ZIM and/or the highest Contract Rates for your currencies. They would have six months (180 days) after redeeming / exchanging to seek the higher rates for your project outlines from the US Treasury.

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes, didn’t have a Humanitarian Project and wanted a higher than default rate, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would be happy to show you the list of 250 humanitarian and job creation projects to invest in for higher-than-default rates on the ZIM.

If you had any amount of Zim Bonds up to 9 100T Notes and had a humanitarian project, and/or if you wanted to invest in the sanctioned international projects, then at your second appointment, your Wealth Manager and team would help you obtain a higher Zim rate.

Many ZIM holders had 10 or more 100T ZIM Notes, so the default rate would be considered adequate without being awarded higher Contract or Zim rates.

US Taxes: The IRS was being severely downsized as it folded into the new US Treasury at the end of March 2020. We would only have 4-6 IRS agents per state to collect a flat tax of 15-17%. There would be no capital gains tax on the exchange or ZIM redemption, just a tax on interest earned from exchange/redemption proceeds (that was paid out over time).

The IRS and the U.S. Treasury Department will begin sending economic stimulus payments on preloaded debit cards this week, the Trump administration said on Monday.

The IRS’ financial agent, MetaBank, will send nearly 4 million payments on prepaid cards – allowing recipients to withdraw funds from in-network ATMs, make purchases and transfer funds to their personal bank accounts without incurring any fees. The mailed package will include activation instructions.

 “Treasury and the IRS have been working with unprecedented speed to issue Economic Impact Payments to American families. Prepaid debit cards are secure, easy to use, and allow us to deliver Americans their money quickly,”Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said in a statement. “Recipients can immediately activate and use the cards safely.”

The cards, which are being distributed to some individuals without bank account information on file with the IRS, can be used online or at any retail location where Visa products are accepted.

The IRS said it has already issued more than 140 million economic impact payments worth more than $239 billion.

Meanwhile, House Democrats introduced another stimulus bill last week, which includes provisions for additional $1,200 stimulus payments. The legislation passed the Democratic-controlled chamber on Friday, but has little support from lawmakers on the other side of the aisle.

In life, there are occasions when we wish we could get a "do-over." Just as in the movie "Groundhog Day" or Tom Cruise's latest sci-fi thriller "Edge of Tomorrow," we would love the opportunity to keep doing something over and over until we get it right. In honor of Father's Day, we're going to give a few dads a mulligan on their money mistakes.

Lesson Learned

Mike Robbins, a motivational speaker and author of "Nothing Changes Until You Do," admits to making his share of financial mistakes and fully intends to pass on what he's learned to his two daughters, ages 5 and 8. Robbins' earliest memory of how financial pressures can affect a family goes back to when he was 8 years old.

"I grew up with a single mom, raised in Oakland, California, and we didn't have a lot of money," Robbins says. He recalls the night of a particularly violent rainstorm. The ceiling began to leak from the heavy rain so his mother ran to the kitchen to grab some pots and pans to catch the water. Robbins and his little sister were having a ball -- it all seemed like an exciting game.

"I thought it was fun. I was running around with my sister putting pots on the floor," Robbins recalls. "Then my mom just breaks down and starts crying in the middle of the living room, looks at us and says, 'I don't know what we're going to do.'"

With no money to fix the roof, he says his mom was scared and overwhelmed -- and so was he. "My dad wasn't paying child support, and my mom was trying to run her own business as a sales rep," he says. "It was scary. Things were really tight."

But that fear of financial failure didn't last. Years later, Robbins and his wife Michelle found themselves $105,000 in debt and $300,000 underwater on a mortgage.

"We'd never been taught the real basics about finances -- how to make and stick to a budget -- and we consistently spent just a little more than we made for many, many years," Robbins admits. "And we bought a house we really couldn't afford. When the economy tanked, we were in a world of hurt."

Ultimately, the Robbins liquidated their house in a short sale, paid off all the debt and started renting again. It was humbling, but necessary.

Baghdad / Obelisk: Member of the Saeron Alliance, Mudher Al-Salman, confirmed on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi has completed the ministerial cabinet and will present it to the House of Representatives for voting next Wednesday or Thursday.

Al-Salman said in a press statement, that the Prime Minister informed the political blocs informally of completing the file of candidates for vacant ministries, likely, presenting them to the House of Representatives on the next Wednesday or Thursday.

He added that the House of Representatives will vote on the remainder of the ministerial booth this week, pointing out that the Presidency of the House of Representatives did not specify the dates of the voting session for the rest of the government booth until this moment.

Al-Salman added that the Prime Minister is going to send a request to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to set the date for the next session to vote on the ministerial cabinet, stressing that all seven vacant ministries will be decided.

RVAlready   I think Iraq politicians left them at a point where they must RV. So, complete cabinet, RV, and new budget. This new PM seems a decent and capable guy.

Footforward   This is all in my opinion. Not financial advice. Part of the hold up with the dong is that they would have to print lower demons. Lowest note they have is 100. You can get away with that at 5-10 cents. You can't at a higher rate. We may have this backwards. Iraq may go first and Vietnam may go second. The two separate RVs could be because Vietnam suddenly needs a higher rate and aren't prepared for it.

There are different stimulus proposals being discussed and there is one you may not have heard much about. This one is called , I believe  is the  “Eagle Act, or Eagle Plan” it’s something like that….. and has been put forth by the White House.

Basically every man, woman in the US would receive $5000, possibly $10,000 as a zero interest loan from your Social Security.  

How this would work…no matter what age you are….you would receive this money and when you are at the point when you start receiving your Social Security at your retirement, those monies would be paid back slowly through your Social Security payments.

The interesting thing I found about this is how it would work…..they would be issuing cards like a debit card straight from the US Treasury and they have already begun doing this.  

They launched a pilot program yesterday. You can find it on the Treasury website. These people receiving the cards are actually getting US Treasury Bank Accounts.

Think about this……and the monies put on the card can be refilled by the US Treasury . You can buy things directly with your US Treasury card …it will come directly from your US Treasury account.

We have been looking for a change to the US economic system…..We have been looking to move away from the Federal Reserve. Returning to Constitutional Money with the US Treasury.

Well hello…..look at this…..we would go directly from the current Federal Reserve banking system to using the US Treasury….

Now this plan , per Jarod Kushner….these cards are going out right now people…..and everybody in this nation would have a US Treasury bank account. And you would have a card to spend at stores or online….. or transfer funds to your current bank accounts….

Like I have been saying “Expect the unexpected” This will happen in such a way that a lot of people will be surprised about this…..People keep asking me “When will we see financial changes?”  “When will we see the death of the Federal Reserve?” Well like Q said…”It will be transitioned and there will be a restructuring of the Federal Reserve”.

WE ARE WITNESSING THAT!!  Every man and woman will have a US Treasury bank account and our own US Treasury Bank Card…..These are interesting times.
