Judy Note:Today Fri. Sept. 13 Tony reported that the banks had been told a specific time that the reset was going to happen. He guessed that it could happen around 3:45 pm EDT today Fri. Sept. 13 before the market closed, or around 1 or 2 am EDT Sat. morning Sept. 14 before the banks in Iraq opened. Tomorrow Sat. Sept. 14 was going to be a Super Fantastic Day in Iraq.

This morning Fri. Sept. 13 MarkZ reported that everything was done and positioned for the reset. We were not waiting for anything but the 800#s to come out.

According to UK Bankers on Wed. Sept. 11 money tranches would be released starting with Hong Kong Banks, reaching the US by midnight EDT Sept. 12. Everyone would be liquid this week. The 800#s were expected to be released on Fri. Sept. 13.

According to Bruce the groups and Tier4a started Thurs. Sept. 12, while Tier4b would start with 800#s release and full liquidity including the setting of exchange/ redemption appointments by Fri. Sept. 13.

Other rumors floating around were that Reno started payouts for Tier 4a in the middle of night Wed. Sept. 11. We would all go at once and were in a 72 hour window for release of the 800#s that ended early morning Sun. Sept. 15.

A hint as to an exact reset date was that the US Restored Republic would both happen around the same time. This weekend the Military would be on High Alert, so you might consider staying close to home. Disclosure via release of the FISA Report (FISA would be released ), plus Mass Arrests would be in full swing around Sun. Sept. 15.

A government website showed the Zim currency (not Zim Bonds) at a 1:1. According to Mad Dog President Trump would make a series of announcements sometime after Sun. Sept. 15 and before Fri. Sept. 20.

4. The banks were in a live window at this very moment.

Thurs. Aug. 29 2019: A report on former FBI Director James Comey was released – the beginning of Declass.

Fri. Aug. 30 2019: From Camp David Trump issued an Executive Order that established a National Quantum Initiative Advisory Committee – US implementation of the Quantum Financial System.

Sept. 2019: Market participants were betting on a huge, seismic shock to the financial system during the month of Sept, after which the IMF would announce a Global Gold Treaty calling on all countries to use the Gold Standard. The Military was on High Alert with expected major political and economic changes, disclosures on and arrests of major figures, plus Mass Arrests, trials and tribunals worldwide from Sept. through Dec. 2019.

Wed. evening Sept. 4 2019: the RV became a go, again, after multiple boxes of counterfeit Zim Bonds used for international trading (not the bonds we held) were discovered in Asia, Europe and the Americas. As a result, hundreds of perpetrators were arrested from Sun. Sept. 1 through Fri. Sept. 6.

Sun. Sept. 15 2019: A 72 hour window to release 800#s would end early Sun. morning Sept. 15. The FISA report would be released “probably by mid-September,” with expected Disclosures and Mass Arrests to follow.

Tues. Sept. 17 2019: Israeli Election. The Jewish people must either confront/defeat their Satanist rulers, or else face a combined Turkish/Iranian/U.S./Russian/Arabian coalition that would force them to remove their criminal leaders.

Fri. Sept. 20 2019: According to Mad Dog (General Mattis) President Trump would make a series of important announcements by Fri. Sept. 20.

Sat. Sept. 30 2019: End of the fiscal year and deadline for private currency exchanges and Zim redemption. For some time US Taxpayer monies had been sent to the new US Treasury in Reno, though 30 Sept. officially ended the IRS. A U.S. corporate government’s international payments deadline also loomed on 30 Sept. With a fiat Federal Reserve dollar and funding yet to be secured, bankruptcy that would end the Federal Reserve was a likely event on Sept. 30.

Tues. Oct. 1 2019: General Dunford was expected to step down after the Army Generals had secured the Republic. Zim Bond payouts would begin on Oct. 1.

Thurs. Oct. 31 2019: Brexit deadline in the UK.

Jan. 1 2020: A National Retail Sales Tax Code would become effective, replacing the bankrupt Federal Reserve and IRS tax system. A 17% tax was expected to be levied on new items only, with no tax on earnings, food or medicine. On July 3 2019 President Trump had signed an Executive Order, content unknown, covering tax laws until Jan. 1 2020.

March 2020: Second Basket of currencies would revalue.

F. WARNING on 800#s: When you call an 800# DO NOT give out the serial numbers of your currency or bonds, nor how much you had. The only thing the person or computer on the other end of the line would need to know was the zip code where you wanted to redeem/exchange and what you had (Zim, Dinar, Dong, etc.) so you could be directed to a Redemption Center in the proper area.

G. Release of 800#s: Important information on how to exchange and redeem for participants worldwide would be on certain websites authorized to publish the 800#s so you could have a firm grip on appointment strategy prior to going in.

If you obtained your appointment through an 800# to exchange at a certified Redemption Center you would automatically receive the Contract Rates (with the exception of Zim holders, whose bonds were worth so much that Contract Rates were saved for others).

The 800# appointments for Zim redemption and special Contract Rates would only be available for a short period of time – said to be the end of Sept. 2019. After that you would need to exchange at a regular bank at a rate appearing on the Forex at the time, plus make special arrangements to redeem your Zim.

If the dinar goes up in value gradually as we expect any transition to any smaller denomination or notes would be seamless with little fanfare.

If Parliament were to pass a law to redenominate the currency (LOP) then I could see the introduction of a package of small notes and displayed in advance of their implementation.

The fall in the exchange rate of the Syrian pound, on the black market, against the dollar, to its lowest rate since the beginning of the war raised many concerns and questions in the Syrian street, after it reached 675 pounds per dollar.

A number of Syrian officials and economists have presented the government with a number of solutions to counter this major shift. Where the Director General of the Syrian Real Estate Bank, Madin Ali, proposed to take punitive measures against those found to be involved in speculation in dollars, whether banks, people or actors, and reconsider the policy of financing imports, and perhaps withdraw from it and leave the subject to the private sector, with strict and strict restrictions on Import only for the maximum need.

The Price Of Gold Just Hit A Record High

A few hours ago, the European Central Bank announced a bonanza stimulus package: interest rate cuts, money printing, quantitative easing, the whole nine yards.

Europe’s economic growth has ground to a halt. The German economy actually shrank last quarter, according to official statistics.

So the European Central Bank is throwing everything including the kitchen sink at this problem. Their stimulus package is like a monetary defibrillator trying to shock Europe’s economies back to growth.

It’s pretty amazing when you think about it: interest rates in Europe are already NEGATIVE. They’ve been cutting rates for years, and it hasn’t worked.

Back in July 2008, the European Central Bank’s main interest rate was 3.25%.

By the end of 2008, it was clear the global economy was slowing down, and the central bank had slashed interest rates to just 1%.

But they kept going.

By 2013, the ECB had reduced its primary interest rate all the way to zero.

And in 2014, they took the unprecedented step of cutting rates even further-- to NEGATIVE 0.10%.

European rates have been negative now for FIVE YEARS. Yet Europe’s economies are still in the dog house.

These results completely defy prevailing economic wisdom.

According to the ridiculous playbook that nearly all central bankers use, cutting interest rates is supposed to stimulate economic growth.

If interest rates are lower, it makes it easier and cheaper for people to borrow money. If it’s cheaper to borrow money, people buy more stuff… which creates more economic growth.

But that’s not happening.

They’ve been cutting rates, even below zero, to the point that you can actually get PAID to BORROW money in Europe. Yet those economies are still stagnating.

Tivon:  The International Iraqi airport is supposed to open on Oct 1st.

Also on that date the new Iraq/NASDAQ deal for trade is supposed to start on Oct 1st.

Not to mention that is also the new fiscal year.

The Private Banks are supposed to be opening before the end of next week. So with all of that said regarding those three pivotal events I don't know how Iraq will be able to escape this month without reinstating their currency ASAP.

Dragging this out beyond the 15th would be ridiculous given what lies ahead.

Inspired:  For those who still have problem grasping (like I did) why Iraq needs 1000 Fils perhaps the following may help:

Currently, a loaf of bread (500gms) in Baghdad costs about 1246 IQD (US$1.05). When the RI/RV happens, instead of paying1246 IQD, they will pay 1 Dinar and 246 Fils.

Similarly, a pound of potatoes is about 361 IQD. When the rate changes, they need only pay 361 Fils. How much simpler can it get?? Over time, these goods will get cheaper as the value of the IQD increases INTERNATIONALLY.

Personally, I suspect the highest denoms in Fils will be 100 so carrying a few loose change wont be such a drama and a common occurence world wide.

Kuwait also has 1000 Fil = 1 Kuwaiti Dinar so it's not exactly that the CBI had an Einstein moment and wanted to introduce something special.

Coco:   September 22, 2019 will be exactly 15 years since their currency was placed at a program rate.  It is the last day of summer and falls on a Sunday.    Many revaluations of currencies take place in the third week of the month and Iraq in particular April or September.  IMO

MW:  Also... didn't Kim Clement mention in one of his videos that it will be in the FALL....I don't remember the exact words but it was something about the Fall... and Fall starts on the 23rd!!   Just a thought!!!

Iraq discloses designs for redenominated banknotes slated for July 2013

According to Iraq's semi-official Alsabaah newspaper, the finance committee received specimens of the new Iraq banknotes from the Central Bank of Iraq.

The specimens were of the 25, 50, 100, and 200 dinars. The committee urged the central bank to delay the introduction of the new currency from January 2013 to July 2013 to study all the aspects of the process.

Other Iraqi media reports state that the new currency will be issued in denominations of 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 dinars for banknotes and 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 fils, plus 1 and 2 dinars for coins. The designs have been already chosen for banknotes and coins:

5 dinars: Beck waterfall and palm tree

10 dinars: dinar coin minted in the reign of the Umayyad dynasty and lighthouse Hadba in Mosul

25 dinars: King Hammurabi receiving the law and farming of Iraqi Kurdistan

50 dinars: King Codaa and Fort Ukhaydir

100 dinars: Central Bank building in Azwaip area in Baghdad and ziggurat

200 dinars: bridge and school

What does this do? It creates stability in the marketplace since, if one currency gets too shaky, the others will back it up and support it... How does putting the IQD in this SDR basket effect our exchange?

Since the IMF will have to now weight the IQD along with the assets from these other 5 currencies in the basket, it will cause a re-calculation of the IQD rate and drive it higher like the pre-1991 rate plus equity.

This is what will be the driving force behind getting more than a 1:1 after deleting the zeros. ...This is what will justify it. ;$$$

MZ: I am also told that the package deliveries will be all weekend…more people are home on weekends then weekdays…...so I am staying close to home

MZ: I am also hearing 4a is positioned to go….I have not heard that it has stated yet.

MZ: I am hearing that a number of the larger groups have their leaders in training for the release of the 800 numbers…..and how to handle it…..but we need to see those numbers and then I will get excited

MZ: I think that would be impossible to enforce…..I don’t think it would work logically……to many ways around it.

I got laid off a few months ago and I’m still looking for a new job. I’ve been getting by with random work (babysitting mostly), but I’ve finally hit a point where I don’t think I’ll make rent this month.

I can’t ask my parents for help (they’re not in great financial shape either), and at this point, I think my best bet is to borrow money from a friend.

Her family seems well off, so I don’t think I’d be putting her in a tough spot. I also know she lent another friend money a little while ago. I just have no idea how to ask her, and I don’t want it to hurt our friendship.

 If she gave me a loan, ideally around $1,000, I could have some breathing room to search for a good job. How do I go about this? Or is there another, better option that I don’t know about?

If you borrow rent money from a friend — or anyone, really — it will be awkward. Just because your friend can afford to spare some cash doesn’t mean she’s comfortable being in that position. And what if she turns you down? She’ll feel guilty for saying no, you’ll regret asking, and you’ll still be broke.

When I polled some financial experts, they all agreed: It’s generally not a great idea to get into a borrower-lender relationship with friends or even family members. “I’ve seen it ruin friendships, or at least seriously damage them,” says Kristin O’Keeffe Merrick, a financial adviser.

“If one of my clients wants to lend money to a loved one, I always tell them to go into it with no expectation of being paid back.

If they’re comfortable with never seeing that money again, then it’s okay to extend the loan.” Think of this from your friend’s perspective. If, for whatever reason, you never repaid her, would it cause her serious hardship? If the answer is yes, you shouldn’t risk it.

Alternatively, what happens if you take years to repay her? It’s possible that she’ll hold the favor over your head or judge the way you spend money. I know a woman who loaned money to her brother to buy a house, and she says it was hard to watch him make “frivolous” purchases (new sheets, drinks with friends) while she waited two years for him to pay her back.

“I wish we’d been more formal about defining the terms,” she says. “Then I probably wouldn’t have been so anxious about being taken advantage of.” She never told him how she was feeling — just quietly stewed — and money remains a sore spot between them.

No one wants to feel like their personal relationships are transactional. Friendship math — the soft, intimate back-and-forth of giving and taking that happens between people who care about each other — is not numerical, and paying your friend back may not be as simple as cutting her a check.

 You might need to massage the friendship in other, more nuanced ways to make her feel appreciated and affirm that she’s more than a piggy bank to you.

For all of these reasons, your friend should be a last resort, not just a more convenient source of cash than another part-time gig. I’m not making light of your situation — it sounds like you really are scraping the bottom of the barrel here.
