The hijacking of the peaceful demonstrations to set an agenda reeks of those that do not want Iraq to succeed in the reform effort, and may / would likely lay in the hands of the corrupt who have everything to lose.
Just as the demand for the Auctions to Cease is threatening the gravy train the corrupt shudder to have to give up. What may or could have been a disaster, may actually been planned brilliantly to get the effect needed for the RI.
A Wag the Dog type scenario, risky as they can be, but, if placed accordingly by professionals that have had experience, they may have calculated things to be in our favor.

is scheduled to witness the capital Baghdad, on Tuesday, popular demonstrations described as "million" by the organizers to demand a range of issues, most notably work and services and has not adopted any political party so far, the responsibility for the start of these demonstrations, headed by these leader The Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, is known for his protest plan, in addition to other political currents capable of attracting and mobilizing the street, including the leaders of the Popular Mobilization. However, supporters of Tuesday's demonstration did not prevent the Sadrists from being thrown into the protests in order to gain momentum like Sadr's supporters are doing in similar events. Proponents of the demonstrations aired earlier statements by Moqtada al-Sadr urging his followers to protest.
A list of 7 demands
The organizers of the demonstrations published a statement on the pages of social networking sites followed by "Yes Iraq" represented their demands, which will start Tuesday afternoon, Bhashtak '# Nzl_lak_haqqi', and the demands are:
1 - Declaration of a real war on corruption and open all files of corruption and with the help of international bodies specialized in corruption cases and legislation of law where do you get this.
2. Preventing the interference of political parties and blocs in government work, separating political entitlement from government positions and establishing the Federal Service Council.
3 - Formation of the Construction Council, which consists of specialists to be responsible for all projects and future plans of the country.
4. Really support the private sector, protect the domestic product to eliminate unemployment, move the local economy, maintain foreign currency within the country and open the door for real domestic and foreign investments.
5 - Cancellation of the currency auction and the adoption of free market policy.
6. To confine arms to the State in a genuine manner and to abolish all armed manifestations and the militarization of society
7- Restructuring all government sectors, especially the service ones, to be real productive sectors.
How did things evolve?
The story began when protesters were dispersed by high-school protesters in Baghdad, followed by beatings and water-throwing by riot police, sparking widespread resentment among the public. Hundreds of demonstrators in Tahrir Square, Baghdad, Najaf and Karbala have called on the House of Representatives to open an investigation to reach the perpetrators and hold accountable those responsible for the attacks on protesters with higher degrees, while many unions and unions confirmed their standing with the right to demonstrate and express their opinion and demand job opportunities.
It is guaranteed by the Constitution, condemning repression and unjustified methods of force used to resolve peaceful protests. This is the same bank where I bought my Viet Nam and Indonesian currencies over the past six years. I asked her had she received any information lately about when they will start the Iraqi exchange process.
She stated that they were trained and ready to go as soon as they give them the ok. I told her I had quite a bit of currency to exchange. She then told me she knew how much I had!
I was surprised when she said to me that she knew I had purchased a lot from her bank! I then told her I had four different currencies, IQD, IND, ZWE, and VND. She asked me where are you keeping all that currency you hold? I told her in a safe deposit box.

Hundreds of Iraqis demonstrated on Tuesday in Tahrir Square in central Baghdad and a number of other provinces to demand reform and change, according to slogans raised in the protests.
Hundreds of protesters arrived in Tahrir Square, demanding economic reform and a drastic change in the country's deteriorating reality, while some went further and demanded the overthrow of the government.
The protesters aired a video clip on social media of one of the activists, Ahmed al-Helou, announcing the formation of a national rescue government, headed by Lt. Gen. Abdulwahab al-Saadi, Lt. Gen. Abdul-Ghani al-Asadi, and Deputy Prime Minister for Regions Affairs Masrour Barzani.
Al-Saadi is a leader in the anti-terrorism apparatus, enjoying wide popularity, transferred by Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi to the Ministry of Defense a few days ago, causing a wave of anger "overwhelming" in the Iraqi street.

got 'orbit' demands a demonstration tomorrow , Tuesday (October 1, 2019) which will be launched Bhashtak '# Nazl_lakhz_haka' demands are:
1. declare a real war on corruption and open all the files of corruption and with the help of specialized international bodies to issues of corruption and the enactment of the law where you This
2. Preventing the interference of political parties and blocs in government work, separating political entitlement from government positions and establishing the Federal Service Council
3 - Formation of the Construction Council, which consists of specialists to be responsible for all projects and future plans of the country
4. Really support the private sector, protect the domestic product to eliminate unemployment, move the local economy, maintain foreign currency within the country and open the door for real domestic and foreign investments
5 - Cancellation of the currency auction and the adoption of free market policy
6. To confine arms to the State in a genuine manner and to abolish all armed manifestations and the militarization of society
7- Restructuring all government sectors, especially the service ones, to be real productive sectors
8 - Restructuring and organization of the institution of education and fast and urgent in order to produce a successful educational sector according to international standards
9. Amending the Electoral Law to be a fair law and preserving the rights of all
10. Repeal and amend all laws and legislations that contravene the Constitution and immediately apply the disabled paragraphs of the Constitution and abolish all special privilege laws

A member of the Parliamentary Committee for Economy and Investment Riyad Al-Tamimi, on Monday, the importance of benefiting from the private sector to develop the economy and the establishment of large projects.
He said in a statement received by "Al-Ahd News" a copy, that "the private sector in most countries of the world a significant and influential role in the progress of any country and its development because of investments and projects reflected positively on the economic reality of the country."
He added that "the new session of the Baghdad International Fair will witness a major breakthrough for the contribution of the private sector in construction and investment, especially as the parliament and the government strongly support the private sector to contribute to the country's progress and prosperity."
He stressed the importance of the private sector to exert the required efforts to contribute to pushing forward the economy and investment in the country and reduce dependence on other countries. Finished 8 link

The main branch of the Central Bank of Iraq and NEX.(?) They will be working on Musol, and they are talking about the importance of being able to do transactions now in real time with this database…..It’s all linked up

Kaperoni: ...there are at least 10 articles in the last 2 years that say that the CBI needs to float the currency...whether you believe it or not they will float the currency because that is the tool that they need if they want investment in the country.
If they don't want any outside investment they don't need to float. But they expect a ...billion dollars over the next 12 to 16 months to come into Iraq that will cause inflationary pressure on their financial system...there is no ifs ands or buts about it. If that money comes in they will have significant inflationary pressure and the tool for that is to float.

Samson: Lagarde rules out global recession despite risks

The head of the International Monetary Fund believes that the global economy is likely to avoid a full recession, even though trade tensions remain at the top of the threats to growth prospects
Christine Lagarde told Bloomberg on Tuesday that economic growth rates were moderate and were in danger as a result of one major threat: a trade war that was increasing, brewing and causing uncertainty for investors
The IMF has lowered global economic growth forecasts several times recently, most recently in July, where the global economy is now expected to grow at 3.2 percent this year

PRESIDENT SALIH: It’s an opportunity, Mr. President, to reaffirm our gratitude to the United States and the international coalition that has come to help us overcome the tyranny of ISIS and terrorism.
This was an amazing battle. And Iraqis were in the forefront of this battle, but your support has been absolutely crucial, and we appreciate it. Now, the task of rebuilding Iraq, reconstructing Iraq, affirming the sovereignty of Iraq, and being a partner in the neighborhood for a more stable Middle East is a hope and an aspiration that we look for the help of the United States and the help of the international community.
PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, I understand. And it has been a great achievement. We took 100 percent of the caliphate from ISIS. And ISIS — now we have thousands and thousands of people that we’ve captured. These people have done a lot of destruction, not only in that area, in a lot of other areas. But, as you know, we have thousands of people. We’ll talk about that also because we’re going to have to do something — put them on trial, et cetera, et cetera.
But we’ve captured thousands of ISIS fighters and taken back 100 percent of the caliphate. And when I first became President, it was a mess. It was a big mess. And we — we all worked together and we got it done, but it was a great achievement, so we appreciate that. And we look forward to our discussion.

Q Thank you. Mr. President, good to see you. Iraq has declared that it won’t allow its territory to be used as a launching pad against its neighbors. Can you assure us that you can control all the rogue elements, especially with the (inaudible), especially that we have two rockets landing?
PRESIDENT SALIH: It’s our sovereign responsibility. It’s our sovereign responsibility to abide by our constitution, not — Iraq not to be used as a base for any threat against our neighbors. It is work in progress, and Iraq has been a constructive player in the neighborhood, trying to assure all our neighbors that the stability and sovereignty of Iraq is a common interest.
And a lot of things, in that regard, is happening, and I’m looking forward to talking to the President about it.
Q Mr. President, the French President just now said that it’s time to negotiate with Iran. Do you believe that the time is now to negotiate with Iran? And are you going to meet with him today?
PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, they would like to negotiate. We haven’t really worked that out. They’re here, we’re here, but we have not agreed to that yet. But they would like to negotiate. And it would certainly make sense, but we have not agreed to that yet.
Q Are you meeting with Mr. Macron?
PRESIDENT TRUMP: He’s also talking to us. A number of people are. So is Prime Minister Khan of Pakistan and a lot of people; Chancellor Merkel — just left Chancellor Merkel. And she’s very much involved. We have a lot of people involved. A lot of people would like to get us to the table. We’ll see what happens. But, so far, we have not agreed to a meeting.

Q Have you asked Prime Minister Khan to mediate with Iran?
PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, he’d like to do that, and we have a very good relationship. And there’s a chance that that could happen. But, no, I haven’t spoken. He actually asked me. He thought it would be a good idea to meet.
And we’re here. We’re in New York together. And we have the time to do it, although we’ve done a lot of bilats in the last two days. We’ve had tremendous success. I was treated very nicely on the speech. A lot of good reviews on what we had to say. And so, I appreciate that. The media was actually very good on the speech.
Q Mr. President, your reaction to Speaker Pelosi saying today that she is moving toward an impeachment announcement later this afternoon?
PRESIDENT TRUMP: Well, I haven’t heard this. Look, it’s just a continuation of the witch hunt. It’s the worst witch hunt in political history. We have the strongest economy we’ve ever had. We have the best unemployment numbers we’ve ever had. African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, lowest in history. Best numbers we’ve ever had. Our country is doing phenomenally well.
We have rebuilt our military to the tune of $2.5 trillion. We have the strongest military on Earth. If you look at the vets, if you look at any group, they’re doing fantastically well.
So the country is doing the best it’s ever done, and I just heard that she’d like to impeach. We also just had Rasmussen, as you heard, just came out with a poll. We’re at 53, and they say 53 plus maybe 10. A lot of people say that, because you add about 10 percent to the Trump polls because some people don’t want to talk; they just want to go out and do it, and they know what’s good.
Our country is doing the best it’s ever done. They’re going to lose the election and they figure this is a thing to do. This never happened where we’re in the election, and — I mean, if she does that, they all say that’s a positive for me, for the election. You could also say, “Who needs it?” It’s bad for the country. Then they wonder why they don’t get gun legislation done. Then they wonder why they don’t get drug prices lowered. Because all they do is talk nonsense. No more infrastructure bills. No more anything. All they do — that’s all they do.
You watch Jerry Nadler and Schiff — you know, Schiff has been doing this stuff for three and a half years. It’s the craziest thing anybody has ever seen.
And other countries — like today we’re with Iraq and we were with other countries during the day, and every one of them says how crazy it is. We have the strongest country in the world, the best economy we’ve ever had. And she’s talking impeachment. So I think that — and, by the way, she hasn’t even seen the phone call. The phone call was perfect. The call that wasn’t perfect and the words that weren’t perfect were Joe Biden with respect to his son. And his son takes away millions of dollars out of Ukraine, and millions of dollars out of China, and you don’t talk about that. It’s a real disgrace.
But the good news is, the voters get it. This is why they say it’s good for the election. But you know what? It’s bad for the country. What she’s doing is very bad — if it’s true. I can’t even believe that it’s true. How can you do this and you haven’t even seen the phone call?
The whistleblower, they say, was second-hand or third-hand. And it was reported — I have no idea who the whistleblower is. I guess I could find out. Maybe I couldn’t find out. But they say it was a very partisan person — the whistleblower. But it was second- or third-hand. Never heard the call.
But I have better than that. We have the whole transcript of the call, which will be released tomorrow. And comments will be put with respect. It was a perfect call. There was no quid pro quo, unlike Biden. There was no nothing. It was a perfect call. A very nice call. And, in fact, I thought this was very nice. Ukraine just came out. It made a very good statement. It was a very good call. There was no pressure put on them whatsoever.

Economic collapse news. What caused the silver rally on Monday (silver gained 3.5% leading commodities)well the answer is simple first thing in the morning German pmi showed the countries manufacturing sector remained in Contraction signaling a technical recession since it's been longer than two months.
The problem is it is getting much worse. Now Monday ended with dollar strength and silver price gaining 3.5% on the day.
We see that safe haven demand is alive and well in the precious metals markets. Hopefully this is a precursor to the days ahead for silver price because the headlines are not getting any better.
