To prevent that Global financial disaster, the long awaited Global Currency Reset happened on Sat. 24 Sept, while the new Global Fiscal Year began a week later on Sat. 1 Oct.
Meanwhile the 209 countries of the world who wanted to participate in the Global Currency Reset were required to get rid of dictatorships and become Independent Republics – including freeing the US of the foreign intervention present in all three levels of government, while the Chinese Communist Party converted to an Independent Republic – all of which was in the works.

All day yesterday Mon. 3 Oct. until 11 pm Iraqi time Iraq was celebrating release of their new Iraqi Dinar Rate.
Yesterday Mon. 3 Oct. Iraqi Citizens in the US were exchanging their Dinar at the new rate.
Yesterday Mon. 3 Oct. there were 19 countries with HSBC banks that were exchanging the Iraqi Dinar for Iraqi citizens.
Bond Holders were being told they would have access to their monies tomorrow Wed. 5 Oct.
Tomorrow Wed. 5 Oct. Tier4B should be notified and able to set redemption/ exchange appointments.
Today the Federal Reserve had administrative meetings, but they were all about being rolled up into the US Treasury. The Fed is officially Dead.

Today, Wednesday, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mr. Mustafa Ghaleb Mokhif, received a delegation from the World Bank headed by the Regional Director of the Middle East Department, Mr. Jean-Christophe Cary.
During the meeting, they discussed the continuation of bilateral cooperation, enhancing financial inclusion and various projects to reform the banking sector, especially government banks.
In this meeting, His Excellency reviewed the efforts of the Central Bank of Iraq in combating money laundering and terrorist financing, and the development projects launched by the Bank to move the wheel of the Iraqi economy.

Samson: Learn about the "most important" imports of Iraq from Russia
5th October, 2022
Fuel and wood materials were among the "most important" Iraq's imports from Russia during the year 2021, according to the trademap website, which provides a map of countries' trade for exports, imports, international demand, alternative markets and competitive markets.
And the website stated in a statistic and seen by Shafaq News Agency, that "Iraq imported from Russia during the past year 24 main commodities, with a financial value of 282.681 million dollars," noting that "the growth of imports from Russia decreased by 39% between 2017 to 2021."
He added, "Mineral fuel came first in Iraq's imports from Russia, with a value of 130 million dollars, followed by wood and its products, with a financial value of 54.5 million dollars, followed by iron and steel, with a value of 23 million dollars, and then grains with a value of 16 million dollars."
The website also indicated that "Iraq's exports to Russia amounted to 49 thousand dollars, indicating that "these exports increased by 23% between 2017 to 2021."
He stated that "Iraq's exports to Russia were concentrated in only three items, including fruits and edible nuts, with a financial value of 40 thousand dollars, followed by photography and visual products with a financial value of 6 thousand dollars, and then iron and steel products with a value of 3000 dollars." MZ: I was told they discussed foreign currency exchange rates…..for hours…..and we don’t yet know what the outcome of that meeting was.
Member: The Fed Press Release said yesterday's meeting was to deal with Debit Cards which seems like a total smoke screen.
Member: It's likely their discussions were anything but foreign currency rates. I'd imagine they're discussing how to milk more money out of the taxpayers so that they can 'disappear' before arrest comes.
Member: UN meeting regarding Iraq was today.

Tier 5- those who never paid attn - the general public.

He says we're seeing the death of currencies.
At the end of the day, inflation is theft, taking purchasing power from the holders of cash. Central bank talk about raising rates is just a distraction, and efforts to cool inflation will not work, he says.

MZ: You are right…..it looks like it already happened……guess we just don’t know what happened yet.
Member: I thought the Fed Reserve was supposed to be gone???
Member: Until Nesara is formally announced, everything is the same. Optics play a part in everything. IRS still there, FED still there, etc.
Member: Walkingstick said last night “Satellite banks go live on Thursday” in other countries outside Iraq.
Member: Iraq is dragging their feet because we are not ready. They've been trying to and keep pushing past their deadlines since March.
MZ: We are seeing everything is in position….We are seeing lower denominations bells being printed in many countries…we know its coming…..problem is it’s like a “watched pot” We expect news everyday in a 24 hour news cycle and sometimes there is none…..
MZ: Military contacts seem to be “very happy” with what has gone on the last 24 hours. I don’t know what this means yet….something has occurred in the last 24 hours…..wish I knew what it was.

MZ: I’m a eternal optimist…..but, if you look at this think historically over the last couple hundred years…we know we are close even though we don’t know the exact timing. It should have happened at least 3-4 times over the last 20 years….We should have had our reset already. It should have happened for sure in 2019 when they pulled out the repo markets and kicked the can….not the can is too big to kick…I think we will have it this month….i thought we should have had it late last month. I totally believe it will be this year. Of course I will have more egg on my face if I am wrong…..i don’t think I am wrong.
MZ: I know many of you need a break…I can see it….Heck I need a break and I don’t get to take one…but, if you need to put your currency on a shelf for a while…take a break….and then come back .This will happen whether you watch it or not. Do not sell your currency or give it away….if you do you will regret it for eternity. But if you need a break….take one.

The economic expert, Saleh Al-Hamashi, stressed that it is necessary to convert the small denominations of currency into coins.
He told the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ) that one of the tasks of the Central Bank is monetary policy, liquidity, the existing currencies and the lack of liquidity and financial dealings with large and small categories, trying to find other middle categories to facilitate the sale process.
Al-Hamashi added: The problem is not with currencies, but rather with inflation and the monetary mass in the market. There is no economic and financial benefit from this decision, but there will be an additional currency.
And he called on the government to: print larger coins and convert small coins 250, 500 and 1000 into coins due to the large number of circulating them in order to preserve the cash mass in the market.

Tishwash: The Central Bank: New cooperation between Iraqi and international banks
The Governor of the Central Bank, Mustafa Mokhif, announced receiving requests from international banks to open prospects for cooperation with Iraqi banks, which have a credit rating from accredited rating agencies.
Makheif said during a press interview, followed by "Nass" (October 4, 2022), that "work is currently underway with a number of sober international banks to prepare the ground for the crisis for banking cooperation with Iraqi banks with outstanding performance and a credit rating from accredited rating agencies."
He added, "The requirements and proposals on this subject, which were submitted by some international banks, are currently being studied for the purpose of opening accounts for Iraqi banks and opening new horizons for international cooperation."

Tishwash: Al-Kazemi: We were on the brink of a civil war.. Al-Sadr has the right to form the government, but he made a mistake
The Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, stated that the country was on the verge of a civil war following the bloody confrontations in the fortified Green Zone in the center of the capital, Baghdad, between supporters of the Sadrist movement on the one hand, and the security forces and armed factions on the other hand, but he stressed that Al-Sadr has the right to form The next federal government, however, made a mistake and missed the opportunity after the withdrawal of his bloc from Parliament and the political process.

Al-Kazemi answered a question the newspaper asked him about the day of the bloody confrontations in the Green Zone, saying: Yes, we were on the brink of a civil war, but the government worked with all wisdom and measure so as not to be dragged into that, adding that it was the two parties’ bet that the government would be with a party, but I took The decision is not to be a party.
He added that within 24 hours of the raging conflict, I used all my capabilities and made all possible communications and gave clear, explicit and firm directions to the security forces to remove the specter of civil war, and I succeeded. This is my decision from the first day of the work of my government is not to be a party to any conflict, and to maintain moderation and balance. I firmly believe that we must move away from being drawn into violence.

That is why I always stress the need to consolidate the values of democracy, adhere to the mechanisms of the modern civil state, and use the diplomacy of dialogue and understanding in accordance with the logic of the modern civil state.
And regarding the goal of the Sadrists, was it a coup or isolating leaders through confrontations with the Greens, Al-Kazemi said that there was no intention of a coup or anything like that at all. There was popular anger that was sometimes expressed in improper ways, and this was also accompanied by the unacceptable use of weapons and violence, and in the end both sides miscalculated and got involved in bloodshed.
He stated that the statements of a number of political leaders had also contributed to this, which created a dangerous escalation that contributed to igniting the fuse of violence between the two parties. In fact, there is a strong psychological war going on between the two sides, which the political leaders should be wary of.
He was asked about the fact that the Sadrists wanted early elections, and the Prime Minister said that not all political parties dealt wisely and rationally, and the reason was not to submit to the law. We have a very clear constitution, laws and constitutional timings, but unfortunately they have not been adhered to.
He explained that the reason is that the political forces do not believe in true democratic values, but rather believe in power and authority only. The values of democracy are new to the country, and therefore these values are alien to the political class and far from their behavior.
On the accusations against Al-Kazemi of allowing the Sadrists to enter the Green Zone, he replied: I did not allow them, but the security forces, under my direction, stood with full force before them, and our forces provided many wounded to prevent them from entering and storming state institutions.
However, he added: But the momentum of the demonstrators was great and the security forces were unable to stop them, and I had directed them not to use live bullets in all cases to prevent them from being drawn into violence, but some forces still believe in using dictatorial methods of violence and repression, and they want me to shoot live bullets at Citizens, this is unacceptable and completely contradicts my belief in democratic values, human rights and the civilized world.
With regard to Al-Sadr's stopping the bloody confrontation, the Iraqi Prime Minister stated that the pressures of various parties contributed to the matter. Scenes of bloodshed and victims as well, and the possible repercussions of this on the already tense Iraqi scene also led Al-Sadr to the decision to withdraw, and Al-Sadr himself blamed all parties, including his group, for the events.
On the necessity of early elections, Al-Kazemi said that everyone agrees on early elections. The recent elections, despite their high integrity, attested by the Security Council, the United Nations, the European Union, and other international organizations that participated in observing them, did not lead to the formation of a government due to the failure of the political forces to agree, and the scramble for power at the expense of the citizen and the movement to build the country. Therefore, as in all other parliamentary systems, there must be another election to resolve the political crisis.
Al-Kazemi called on all political parties to meet now and establish the mechanisms for conducting the elections, while providing the legal, administrative and financial requirements for holding the elections.
He stressed that the country urgently needs to agree on a new social contract, and to consolidate the culture of democratic values of respecting the constitution, its timing and the results of the elections and dealing with them rationally, away from duplicity in looking at it, as they accept its results when it leads to victory and reject that when it leads to a loss for them.
Regarding Al-Sadr’s victory in the elections and his right to form a government, Al-Kazemi pointed out that Al-Sadr had won the most seats in the recent elections, and of course he should have the opportunity to form a government, but at the same time, Al-Sadr must search for other partners to be able to form the government.
He also said that al-Sadr had also made a mistake in his decision to withdraw from Parliament, which gave his rivals the opportunity to fill his void and turn into the largest bloc in Parliament. Judy Note: It was my understanding that once the 800s were out to set appointments Tier 4B would have twelve days to redeem Zim Bonds and exchange foreign currencies at the Special Rates at Redemption Centers, after which Redemption Centers would close, they could no longer redeem Zim Bonds and they would have to exchange foreign currencies at a bank at the going Forex Rates.
At the same time Tier4B were exchanging at Redemption Centers the General Public could exchange their foreign currencies at a bank using the going Forex Rates.

Al-Sadr said in a tweet seen by Shafak News Agency, "Today is Iraq's National Day, so Iraq lived free, proud, independent and strong, and that Iraq's true national day is the day it was liberated from corruption and the corrupt, and the day of real reform without dependency, quotas, no experiment, no corruption, no external interference or militias."
He continued, "Rather, it is a blessed country, neither eastern nor western, whose light almost shines from the people's age and dignity."

On Monday, the head of the Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee, Khaled Al-Obeidi, expressed his wish that the National Day would be an annual commemoration of the evaluation of our political system.
Al-Obaidi said in a tweet via Twitter, followed by "Mawazine News", "Congratulations to our people on the anniversary of Iraq's independence 90 years ago (October 3, 1932)."
Al-Obaidi noted, "We hope that our National Day will be an annual anniversary to assess the march of our political system and measure its ability to meet the people's demands for a free, dignified, secure and stable life. Everyone, without exception, will enjoy a state led by a rational and just national government that bears its responsibility before the Iraqis and carries their concerns away from foreign interference."

Samson: The return of storming banks in Lebanon

Today, Monday, a Lebanese depositor stormed the Bank of Lebanon and the Diaspora in the capital, Beirut, and was able to obtain his financial deposit.
The "Depositors' Scream" association said in a tweet on "Twitter" that "the depositor, Zaher Khawaja, released a sum of money of 11,750 dollars from Blom Bank, the Haret Hreik branch, and the remaining $ 750 for him in the bank."
The Lebanese Depositors Association reported that "four people, one of whom is the depositor, Zaher Khawaja, stormed the Haret Hreik branch of BLOM Bank and got their deposit ($11,000) and left before the army arrived. Meanwhile, the army is deployed in the area."
On September 16, Lebanon witnessed, and during the same day, about 7 raids of several banks, after which the Association of Banks announced the closure for 3 days due to security concerns.
During the past months, there were about 13 bank break-ins in Lebanon. The Association of Banks said that "continuing the policy of indifference means continuing the policy of storming banks."
Lebanon has been suffering from an economic crisis since the end of 2019, and the World Bank has ranked it among the worst in the world since 1850. The local currency (the lira) has lost more than 95% of its value against the dollar, and more than 80% of the Lebanese are below the poverty line. While the unemployment rate rose to about 30%, and inflation rates exceeded 100%. LINK

MZ: Yes, today is a holiday in Iraq “National Iraq Day” or something like that….it would be the perfect time for them to move forward. I am told they are competing in Iraq as to who gets to take credit for the revaluation of their currency. It is exciting to watch what is going on right now.

In a statement received by Mawazine News, the secretariat said, "The Mayor of Baghdad, Ammar Musa Kazem, directed all municipal departments and sections to organize large celebrations, including launching fireworks in the sky of Baghdad and distributing Iraqi flags to security forces and citizens in celebration of the National Day of the Republic of Iraq."
He added, "The festive activities will start this evening, Monday, the third of October, at seven in the evening, in all regions of the capital, for the people of Baghdad to participate in their celebrations of the National Day."
