Tomorrow morning by 9:30 am EDT Wed. May 27 the banks were to be completely purged of personnel harmful to the RV. In the last five days Historic Bonds had liquidity but the Tier 3 groups, intermediates who were supposed to have been paid, were not. Now we would do a shotgun start where all would go together instead of progressively in sequence.
On Mon. 25 May afternoon the US Treasury locked in rates.

Right now the Elders wishes were being followed. Behind the scenes it's a bit more complicated than most currency holders could imagine. A White House Contact said that:
1. Trump signed off on GCR/RV funds release in asset-backed USN disbursements last Fri night overnight 22 May as expected.
2. Trump was under contractual mandate to get the funds fully released before Mon. 1 June transitions.
3. There was good reason Trump has been holding the actual funding back out of his desire to do what was right for the American people.
4. Trump had been holding back the release of final funds until the Chinese Finance Minister & communist govt officials and Chinese Elders agreed to a fairer percentage of debt relief to the USA for Chinese Exotic Bonds held by the US that the Republic of China defaulted on in 1938 (for some background he said google "Fox Business News May 14 2020 $1.6 trillion China Bonds" and google "dinarrecaps.com PIR Report Friday May 15 2020 "Historic Chinese Bonds are in Play").
5. POTUS and his team have been negotiating for a fairer percentage of debt relief value (forgiving American debt) in exchange for US Treasury Bonds that China held that could forgive China's debt to the USA.
6. Trump has been working on a quid pro quo debt forgiveness deal, but the Chinese were holding back what Trump and his team were requesting for the deal to be fair.
7. This was being resolved behind the scenes right now. The US and Chinese sides were coming to a resolution for a fair debt forgiveness to both countries so that POTUS could release the funds in the coming hours. Please pray for completion of details for a fair resolution for both China and the US.
8. Bankers in Dallas, NYC, London and China were angry that some sovereign nations were complaining about other countries having an advantage over their countries in the current final GCR/RV USN disbursements.
9. This problem has been resolved and the RV teams were taking steps to eliminate more country complaints coming up that would stop the final release gears from moving and completing this week.
10. The latest issue was in several countries in Africa who caused this latest issue which has been resolved. The concerns were the large number of sovereign nations who suddenly think another nation has an advantage which causes the concerns to be analyzed or adjusted.
11. The RV teams and POTUS have taken this into account and were still pushing for final release to go out before next Mon. 1 June transitions.
12. Prayers were appreciated that no more whack-a-mole country complaints come from Africa or any other continent to slow this final release process down this week.

The Military Intel Contact said not to freak out at the pushing out of Tier 4b start to Thurs. outside Fri. 28, 29 May because Tier 4b was at the tail end of the final release sequence, RV teams had to get this release out this week and before next Mon. 1 June, plus start of financial, legal, political transitions was mandated in contracts signed by Trump and the Elders.

SKR holders and other account holders were being called by Paymasters to confirm account info for disbursements, of which there was evidence that this was really being released this week.

Zim holders would be reverted to another operator.
The DoD would give the Treasury the green light to start.

Two scenarios have been given for receipt of the 800 numbers. We do not know which would apply:
#1 In a two hour time frame Wells Fargo would send out 527,000 + emails to currency and Zim holders containing an 800 number to call for your appointment and an individualized ID number for you. Take that number to your appointment. Those who don’t have an email could call the 800 number on the websites, obtain your appointment and be given that individual ID number.
#2 In a two hour time frame Wells Fargo would send out 527,000+ emails to currency and Zim holders containing a link to a Safe Website. Clicking into that Safe Website with your computer or phone would give you a personalized encoded 800#. Calling your personalized encoded 800# on your own phone would lead you to a Call Center that would set an appointment at a Redemption Center in a Zip Code where you wanted to exchange/ redeem.
Important: Do not give out that personalized encoded 800# to anyone as it could only be used one time.

I. Currency Exchange/Bond Redemption: Please treat the below as my guess. Official instructions would be available upon 800# release.
WARNING: DO NOT give your foreign currency or Zim Bonds to anyone to exchange, or redeem for you. If a Group Leader was telling you that they could obtain better rates for you, or saying not to go to your appointment at an Exchange Center, they were not telling the truth.
Anyone could exchange and redeem their currencies and/or Zim Bonds, and would have the same ability to obtain the higher Contract Rates as anyone else, as long as they did it at a licensed Exchange Center as per appointment through the 800#s.
I am not aware of how someone outside the US could redeem Zim Bonds. That question should be asked to the person who set up your appointment.
J. Currency and Zim Bond Appointments: This information applied to redeemers in the US. Different countries would have their own regulations and rules. Please treat as my opinion only as deducted from Military Contact Intel reported by Fleming and Bruce:
The Elders wanted currency and Zim holders to get the highest rates for their humanitarian projects and/or investing in national and international humanitarian projects. Every currency and Zim holder would get an equal chance at the highest Contract Rates for their interest in humanitarian work and project presentations. It would be a level playing field with one appointment, not two.
Currency exchanges not asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you didn’t have Zim, nor a humanitarian project and didn’t want to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency would be validated, you would be given a specific rate (higher than what would be offered on foreign currencies after 15 June), your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available and then receive the rest within 48 hours. You would have no restrictions on how you spent your monies. Your appointment would last around 30 min.
Zim Redemption and Currency exchanges asking for Contract Rates: At your appointment if you had Zim and/or a specific humanitarian project and/or wanted to invest in the national and international humanitarian projects, your currency and Zim would be validated, you would be offered Contract Rates, the amount of which was dependent upon your humanitarian project and/or investment interest in national and international humanitarian projects, your account would be set up, you would be given a debit card with a percentage of your monies immediately available and receive the “rest” within 48 hours.

K. US Taxes: At the end of March 2020 the IRS was severely downsized as it folded into the new US Treasury. We now had 4-6 IRS agents per state to collect a flat tax of 15-17%. Tishwash: Report: Al-Kazemi received 'scrap' in the state treasury ... and oil prices are 'promising' to get out of the crisis
The London Arab newspaper said today, Wednesday, that the gradual rise in global oil markets gave Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi hope to overcome the country's financial crisis, which he inherited from his predecessor, Adel Abdul-Mahdi.
According to a report by Nass, (27 May 2020), the Iraqi Minister of Planning Khaled Battal acknowledged that the new government had received a cabinet containing some scrap, which is the common term used in the country to describe the small amounts of money.
According to the newspaper, "The Iraqi government needs approximately four billion dollars a month to finance the salaries of millions of employees, retirees and social benefits, which are payable amounts."
It quoted informed sources that "Iraq's revenues from selling oil, between the beginning of last March and the end of May this year, will reach about 5 billion dollars at best, while the actual salaries need is approximately 12 billion dollars, which puts the government in the face of a devastating deficit."
The sources said, "The Prime Minister received very promising Arab and international promises regarding providing adequate financial support to Iraq in order to overcome this economic crisis."
Beneficiaries of government salaries and subsidies breathed a sigh of relief when the government announced that it would pay the salaries of this May in full without deduction.
But the government's use of the term "deduction" to talk about salaries in May has fueled widespread speculation that deductions will inevitably come in the coming months.
Iraq relies on oil to finance about 98 percent of the annual spending budget, and due to the drop in global oil prices, the country has lost about two-thirds of its monthly revenue. The tragedies of Iraq did not stop there, as the "OPEC +" agreement contributed to deepening it, after obliging it to give up about a quarter of its exports to meet the oversupply in the markets.
"With the massive recession due to the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, Iraq is facing difficulty in finding buyers for its oil, which has tightened the noose on the Kazemi government, amid popular fears of failure to provide salaries, which are the main driver of the country's internal economies, in light of the chronic paralysis that the private sector is exposed to." ".
And added, "But Iraq does not need the money to pay the salaries of its employees only, but there are wages to extract oil for foreign companies and service the internal and external debt and support many sectors such as health, education, transportation, etc., as well as public services."
And the report added, "In the event that the amounts allocated to the investment and development budgets are added, the amount that Iraq needs to cover all aspects of operational, investment and development spending will be about 10 or 12 billion dollars, which amounts were previously included and even spent in previous budgets during the era of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki when it was Oil prices are too high. "
"On Tuesday, Al-Kazemi received promising news about oil markets, as the Brent mix registered a remarkable increase, amid expectations that global markets will continue its gradual recovery in conjunction with the expected increase in demand due to the easing of the closing procedures in many countries."
Previously, planners in the Iraqi Finance Ministry had set a hypothetical safe barrier for the price per barrel in the global market, which is $ 56 to build on the spending budget.
But economists believe that selling Iraq per barrel of oil now at a price revolving in the orbit of $ 40 will secure the necessary spending needs amid expectations that this price may be affordable for producers within weeks from now.

Secure Your Own Mask First
On airplanes, the flight attendant instructs you to secure your own oxygen mask first before helping others with theirs. The same philosophy is appropriate with regard to funding your child’s college education. There are myriad ways to pay for college including grants, loans, scholarships, work/study, and the military.
Options to pay for retirement are much more limited. And believe me, your kid would rather figure out how to put himself through college than take on the responsibility of supporting you through retirement.
So, if you are not on track to finance your retirement, then the first step is to forget about paying for Junior’s college and get your own finances in order.
529 College Savings Plans
Assuming your finances are on track for retirement, then the best way to help someone save for a college education is through a 529 savings plan. These accounts are typically managed by the state you live in. You deposit money that you have already paid taxes on. Then, the money grows and can be withdrawn for education related expenses without any further taxes. So it works like a Roth IRA or Roth 401(k), but for college.
You can use your 529 money for tuition, books, fees, and even room and board at any legitimate college or university and even trade schools and vocational educational programs. 529 accounts also offer ample flexibility to transfer funds to another recipient if your kid decides not to pursue higher education.
In addition, there are other concessions that allow you to get your money back in case your educational dreams just don’t work out as you imagined. In the worst-case scenario, you can withdraw the funds for non-education purposes and lose no more than a 10% fee.

You Didn’t Reach Your Goal.
Just because you set a goal, doesn’t mean you’re going to get it. Many of life’s toughest goals take lots of attempts. Some of the goals I missed are:
• Dream careers
• Girls I wanted to date
• Saving enough money to build a school in Laos
• Reaching 100k followers on LinkedIn
People who talk about success and personal development (and even write for a site called Addicted2Success like me) also don’t reach their goals.
The best feeling about reaching a goal is the journey it took to get there. If all your goals were easy, then you’d feel nothing at the end of the process.

Delta ...great information from the Financial Minister. In his tweet he's talking about they're trying to get Iraq back to the financial status internationally. Guess what happened? He just have [gave] an executive order and he ordered the Central Bank of Iraq with other financial entities in Iraq to implement and launch that ASAP so Iraq can regain their financial status internationally...the glory days...they have to activate whatever they needed to implement from the Prime Minister and the Office of Financial Ministry...this is just amazing. The former minister in the Ministry of Transport, Amer Abdul Jabbar, on Tuesday directed a "advice" to Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, in which he said that if Al-Kazemi revised the constitution and converted the system to a semi-presidential category, "history will remember him."
Abdul-Jabbar said in a televised meeting, "If Al-Kazimy now had rebuilt and built Iraq, even though he does not have money, nothing will be mentioned to him," noting that "the former prime ministers had not left anything to be mentioned in them, despite Explosive budgets that were in their era."
He called, "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to form a working group of legal experts, and to rely on the readings team who prepared the election law and the law of the commission, and add them to Dr. Ghazi Faisal."
He stressed "the formation of this team to prepare a mechanism for amending the constitution, and if it is amended, Al-Kazimi will be mentioned in history as changing the parliamentary political system in Iraq," noting that "Al-Kazimi will succeed within 6 months to amend the constitution, if he made the amendment steps from now."
Abdul-Jabbar continued, addressing Al-Kazemi: "I do not ask you to amend the constitution in all cases so that it does not clash with the region, but you must do four paragraphs of the amendment according to Article 126, and it does not conflict with the interests of the region."
He explained, "The steps for amendment that Al-Kazemi must take, firstly, changing the system from a parliamentary to a semi-presidential one, and secondly, reducing the number of parliamentarians to 101, and thirdly, abolishing the provincial councils, and fourth, canceling a number of bodies and merging them with other bodies." Stressing that "these four paragraphs do not conflict with the interests of the region." LINK

And that "the failure to complete the cabinet, seriously affects the implementation of the government program, and for this there is a parliamentary intention, to vote on the candidates for those portfolios within the next few days.
