MZ: Many of the questions I got tonight were about what Holly said today.
Holly Thursday Rv News: I am going to break it down so you have a better understanding of the process as it is complicated.
You have the GCR which is the global currency reset to put all the countries on a level playing field and make them whole.

MZ: Many of the questions I got tonight were about what Holly said today.
Holly Thursday Rv News: I am going to break it down so you have a better understanding of the process as it is complicated.
You have the GCR which is the global currency reset to put all the countries on a level playing field and make them whole.
German Bonds are part of the GCR side
Fines and penalties are court awarded court cases for Cmkx, prosperity programs and farm claims. These must be paid out before the RV can release. As of now they have not yet been paid. They could have paid the paymasters but not the recipients as of yet.
Included with F&P is the adjudicated funds which needs to be paid out also.
The bonds will not be made liquid until the F&Ps go
Then before the RV is kicked off, Nesara and Gesara have to be announced.
This will trigger the Dubai 1&2 to be liquid
Then the test group of 4a goes
Lastly the notifications will be released.
The RV is the actual revaluation of the currencies in the basket. The GCR is establishing a level playing field. Then you have the world court settlements and those must be paid first.
MZ: The old school order was F&Ps, settlements like farm claims were to go first and paid in fiat. Then we were supposed to have the reset. Then the trust portion of everything including us in 4A . Some of this is close to what I heard….
MZ: On the 4a test groups…..this is folks that already have SKR’s (safe keeping receipts) . They have already turned in their currency and have had their background checks done. Their paperwork is done and that’s why their funds will be released while we are making our appointments. Its our understanding since those funds are already aggregated…that their funds will go into a Jade account with the new QFS banking system and they will be given their access instructions for it. This test group is US Treasury Friends and Family and those close to the Admiral. . . If this test group goes well…they will be prepared for us in 4b to get our QFS accounts …Im not talking days to wait…..maybe hours if all goes well. This is how I am expecting that to go.
Member: Holly Second Update Thursday 7-8-2021Ok I just got off my call. The paymasters for F&Ps did get funded last night. It needs to get to the recipients level to kick everything off. The good news is we have never gotten to this place before with the paymasters for F&Ps being funded ... They have 48 hours to release it to the recipients.
MZ: Since this is out there on the boards I will address it….I hear the same things about some money has been moved on farm claims and cmkx…money is positioned for this. To be released in the next 48 hours. We will see if it happens…We are still trying to get solid proof on that.
MZ: If this is accurate then we will probably see on Friday Evening the F&P’s go out, and then sometime over the weekend we will see 800 numbers or emails or whatever they will be using to get in contact with us. .
Member: I heard fines and penalties were starting today
MZ: I heard the funds are positioned…. not that they have paid it. With my extensive group friends with CMKX and farm claims I am certain if they were paying I would hear about it. We will be watching closely over the next day or two.
MZ: My bond folks have been told to come back in the morning….11AM Zurich time. Hopefully we will get some news that is sharable.
Member: How will the NDA work if violated?
MZ: I asked some of my redemption center contacts about this. This is how we understand it if we break our NDA. We understand the NDA is on your rate…not that you have exchanged. So at this point we believe that what you lose….is not everything will be clawed back ….but the change in rate or the difference in what you would have received on the street rate of whatever country is showing in the banks…the bare minimum rate….…versus what you will receive on the higher contract rate.
MZ: For instance ..using the Vietamese Dong as an example. We expect the street rate to release at about .47 cents and be allowed to float up. Say our contract rate is $2 per dong. If you break your NDA then you would lose the difference in rates….or $1.53 cents per dong …as an example. .
Member: Is there a project list for the Zim…I really want to know what I will be doing on the Zim side of this.
MZ: It is my understanding that when you call for an appointment you will sign a virtual version of an NDA. Then they will send you a project list to give you time to make your decision. I have heard this from a number of sources and it makes sense to me. .
Member:Wondering Why Pimpy Says No 800 # or Redemption Centers???
MZ: I will tackle this one last time…I hope. All I can tell you is what I hear from my contacts…I know someone in real life who has helped set up redemption centers. I absolutely 100% believe there will be redemption centers with fully trained staff. . Do I think all of us will exchange in redemption centers…no…If people are in smaller areas, rural areas…places with not many currency holders..then you will probably exchange at a bank branch. They will direct you to one where the staff has training.
MZ: Do I think in larger markets you will be sent to special redemption centers….yes I do …Why do I believe that? Because I know somebody who has helped train people in 3 of them . And I believe this to be true because of my contacts.
Member: Do you believe we will be taxed on the exchange
MZ: As I have said many times…..I do not believe it will be taxed. I am told that will be covered in a treaty. And while they are making funds on it now….I believe it will not be taxed after the event at either a state of federal level….This is what I believe. . But, just in case it is taxed…I picked up extra currency to cover it so I don’t waste any time worrying about it……..just in case. I believe there will be no tax…my people tell me there will be no tax….
Member: When will they stop selling foreign currency?
MZ: This is another one I have answered many times…..Most companies that sell foreign currencies are licensed under the UST here in the US. They are going to sell up until a minute or two before it changes….then after that they will still sell you foreign currency but at the new rate. This is how their business model works.
MZ: I will let you know if something happens…..If I stream pops up and says “NDA” you will know something happened.

MZ: 3 of them continue to get their appointments pushed back. The latest appointments are 11:00 AM tomorrow Zurich time I should know by tomorrows AM stream if they are allowed to keep these appointments or not.

MZ: Could Bond redemptions be happening before the reset? I believe there could be. It could also be someone is buying these bonds because they know they are about to be worth more shortly . Maybe someone made them an offer and the bond holders were tired of living out of suitcase and accepted it.

MZ: Nothing on CMKX or currenciy redemptions….Still getting stone walled from US bankers…..no leaks. They are prepared…..Redemption Center contacts are on call to be there within 2 hours. Just a skeleton crew right now.
Member: What are the white papers?
MZ: This is the long term strategic plan Iraq has put into place to bring them into prosperity. It’s kind of like the plan to rebuild Germany after World War 2. It requires a higher value for their currency. When we see them executing their white papers it is huge news for us because it requires a new currency rate.
Member: I wish they would just let us all go in and exchange for SKR’s
MZ: I wish they would. But, they are worried people would leak the locations of the redemption centers. It would sure be easier on all our nerves if we had those safe keeping receipts and just wait for the funds to show up in our accounts. That would be awesome. But they believe people would share to much and create even more currency holders if they did that.
Member: Morning Mark !! R we close ? Some people think we're far away from the RV release.
Member: What are the bonds people are talking about?
MZ: These are historic bonds …The German bonds are owned by people who invested in the rebuilding of Germany after World war 2…There are also historic war bonds from China, From Mexico. This used to be how governments would fund projects. They promised a certain rate of return on these bonds. Kind of like US Savings bonds. To cash out in the old system we need to pay those old bills. People who bought these bonds should have been paid many years ago. Bonds have been accruing interest for a long time . These are historic bonds that we talk about.
Member: Are Chinese Railroad bonds included in this redemption?
MZ: Absolutely…there are many different bonds….maybe 30, 40 or 50 different types of bonds. . Here in the US Trump signed a Executive order that all US Bonds are to be paid. So anyone whoever invested in a US savings bond or any kind of bond will be paid. He was obviously preparing for this.
Member: And the Fines and Penalties are because its taken so long for these bonds to be paid……
Member: Well its Thursday already…guess its time to kick the can for another week
MZ: Earlier this week it appeared they were aiming at Thursday/Friday to redeem bonds…..it does get old……but no one knows the exact timing.
Member: Will all the exchange rates be set or a float that will go up over time?
MZ: As I understand it we are covered under a contract if we exchange at redemption centers….if we just go to a bank we will exchange at the rate it is floating at ….. I believe our exchanges …we will exchange under a set rate. So holding onto it would not make any sense for us. This is what my bankers have told me.
MZ: if you are worried about a float wait and see…..make a decision for yourselves…..either way it will be a tremendous blessing.
Member: How will we verify at our exchange appointment we will have spendable money?
MZ: As I understand it they will be giving us a “aircard” version of a debit card….very secure. And you will be able to check your balance before you leave.
MZ: Another reason to exchange at set redemption centers is because they have the equiptment to check all your currency when you exchange and issue special debit or air cards for you that are very secure and cannot be accessed except by you allowing it. Not like debit cards where someone has a reader and if it gets close enough they can read your chip and steal your money. This special card will allow you to access your funds safely and securely is what I was told.
Member: Is it true the banks will get a percentage of our exchanges?
MZ: I hear it is figured in on the back end of the Gold Treaty and the banks will be paid less than 2% .It will not come out of your side….it is already figured into the transaction. This is how it was explained to me.

TX Snake Wed 7 July, “Personally not involved in Fines & Penalties but have had several folks who follow that advising me that they are to be released overnight tonight [Wed 7 July], they have promised to advise as soon as they have confirmation. Over the years it has been said those items [legally] had to go before we could expect our notices. Texas Snake”
He said that the military (CENTCOM and NORTHCOM) has quietly put the military at DEFCON 1 behind the scenes today Wed 7 July in preparation for lockdown of rates and procedures for exchanges to start and for the shotgun start; publicly the military is only reporting DEFCON 4 but behind the scenes they went up to DEFCON 1, the highest level of military war footing to be ready to combat Deep State reactions to the RV / GCR release;
He confirmed that Iraqi special forces and US special forces operators have gone after, and are shutting down, the Deep State Iranian backed militias that have hammered Iraq with missles over the past 72 hours; Iraq released globally it’s digital gold-backed Dinar today Wed 7 July, as Bruce’s sources said, and the Deep State went right to work to attack in response, but Spec Ops are taking them down effectively right now, he said.
He said it’s not a matter of RV teams “deciding if they are going to release the RV,” it’s a matter of WHEN to release the shotgun start in the coming hours or days; again he does not know the exact timing but IT IS BEING MOVED FORWARD OVERNIGHT THROUGH THE REST OF THIS WEEK—so KEEP PRAYING he said.
Again he said keep prayers going up as we are AT THE END OF THIS ARDUOUS PROCESS and we are about to BREAK THROUGH TO THE LONG-AWAITED BLESSING.

Frank26 The word "mechanism" when translated in the Middle East means it's a plan. And that's the plan for the monetary reform. - to use all these mechanisms...QFS...The special drawing rights...digital currency...Swift system...countries pouring into Iraq - none of these things have ever been anywhere near reality. Why now? What is it that is so different today than it was just two years ago? They're Article VIII. Now does that mean they lifted the value of their currency? IMO on the second set of books you're darn right they have! And they're going to do it now on their original set of books, announce it to the world and make it retroactive. They are getting closer and closer...

MZ: From Zimbabwe Central Bank today….Royal Bank of Zimbabwe introduces today a new Zimbabwe 50.00 dollar note: 360 million dollars of these new 50 dollar Zimbabwe notes. They supposedly voted on this bill yesterday….but surprisingly had this many already printed and ready to go with all kinds of cool security features to release into circulation today. . This is 2 days in a row with lots of strange movements out of Zimbabwe which I think is interesting. I think it means something.
MZ: Lots of group leaders and bond redemption folks with great anticipation …..nothing yet from Europe but they are looking forward to what tomorrow may bring.
MZ: We are expecting historic bonds to start picking up.

MZ: Right now we seem to be in a holding pattern but at least they want them on the premises right now. They want them physically there now….not just on call.

Member: Anyone see the interview with Rod Steel and Nick Veniamin? All about currency RV, QFS, Rates, Nesara/Gesara? Great stuff. Rod was saying it’s coming between 7/9 - 7/23. At least it’s a range.
Member: Watched Rod Steele. His intel suggests kickoff is between July 9th and 23rd
Member: Why havn’t they installed the new banking system yet?
MZ: Because it was fighting with the existing technology…..the existing banking system….needed to speak the same language….I have heard it is now all prepared and ready in all countries…..This is from an IT source in one of the main banks that I trust…..I do not think its technical issues anymore. .
Member: From your sources what needs to happen for this to go? What are we waiting on? Is it likely going to be this year?
Member: Are you still expecting the F&Ps to go first?
MZ: We are always expecting it…..the original design when they are referring to fines and penalties with CMKX, farms claims, PP’s , Omega, Heritage was supposed to go first and paid in fiat currency. Maybe 7-10 days before the reset. Then any trust portions paid……then 6 or 7 years ago it was changed to be a shotgun start ….only a 2 to 3 hour gap between F&P deliveries and the reset. I believe this is still accurate.
MZ: Article on Zimbabwe and whether the Gold Standard will reduce inflation in Zimbabwe…..We know how they like to softball the news when they disclose things..I think that is what we are seeing right here…. I think they are softballing the news so we can see it……

MZ: The BRICS countries were formed to force the US and all the Central banks …the London based Central banks….that continue to get in the way. BRICS was a way of forcing the issue. …going around them to have asset backed money. …A good sign of this of course is Russia who has been picking up precious metals…..in July alone they are demanding delivery of 4 Billion US dollars worth in physical gold to add to their treasury this month….Also CIPS is a way to go around the SWIFT system to force the US and Central Banks to force them into the asset backed reset. It has taken longer than we thought. ..They want to relegate the US Federal Reserve and the EU into nothingness. BRICS is making another economic system in which the world can operate without the US and EU Central Banks. It is a brilliant approach. .

MZ: On july 4th weekend……Even my redemption center folks will be on call. They are being asked to not travel more than 50 miles from home in case this thing does go…..this is unique for a holiday weekend. .

MZ: We are seeing non-US countries pegging to the Yuan . We knew back in the beginning that this was the plan to force the US. If they did not get on board they would crash the petro dollar and would go around the US. CIPS instead of SWIFT. They would allow the US currency to crash. Not sure if that’s what they are doing but its moving quickly.
MZ: I am waiting for any moment to get that call that things have occurred. I am receiving more and more reports from historic bond holders who have received actual funds. If this is indeed a fact- it is huge news. Based on the source I think its happening.
MZ: The word is Mum here in the US.

Sheila: Hello Mark …Nesara implements the following changes.1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. This is the Federal Reserves worst nightmare – a jubilee and forgiveness of debt.
2. abolishes the Income tax.
3. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury National Sales Tax area.
4. Creates a 14% flat rate, non essential ,new items only revenue for the government. Food and medicine will not be taxed. Nor will used items be taxed
5. Increses benefits for senior citizens.
6. Returns constitutional law to all courts.
7. Reinstates the original “Title of Nobility “ amendment MZ(I believe it was the original 14th amendment)
8: Establishes new congressional and presidential elections within 120 days of Nesara’s announcement. The interim government will cancel all national emergencies and return us back to constitutional law.
9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups.
10: Creates a new US Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver and platinum and precious metals…ending the bankruptcy of the United State issued by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.
11: Forbids the sale of American Birth Certificates records as chattel, property bonds by the US Department of Transportation.
12: Initiates new US Treasury bank system aligned with constitutional law.
13: Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side with the US Treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve Notes from the money supply.
14: Restores Financial privacy.
15: Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional law.
16: Ceases all aggressive US government and military actions worldwide.
17: Establishes peace throughout the world.
18: Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes.
19: Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technology that have been withheld from the public under the guise of “National Security” including free energy devices , anti -gravity and sonic healing machines

MZ: What I have gotten from my bond folks this morning is there are 3 more with late appointments today. I still have not gotten any response from one of my contacts…..The one contact with an appointment this morning had it punted to this evening there. They don’t expect to go in until 7pm which to me is very surprising. Generally in Europe bankers do not work strange hours.
MZ: Also in Europe – which is concerning…..many bankers around the world take a few weeks off on a holiday starting in mid July. It always concerns me when we are getting close to the bankers taking a
summer vacation” and we don’t have money movement yet.
MZ: Hopefully I will have an update from the European bond connections by 7pm tonight .
MZ: I head from some group leaders in the US that they are staying in position. But most everyone is staying pretty quiet/
MZ: In Iraq they are still saying on the street that they will have the highest valued currency in the region…Right now the highest valued currency is Kuwait at about $3.31.
MZ: Another key piece that came out of Iraq over the last few days is that they are ready to release their digital currency. Why is this important? Well about a year and a half ago we shared articles about the I-Dinar which is a blockchain digital currency that was asset backed. Backed by gold and other things. They would also have paper dinar represented by a digital dinar backed by assets.
MZ: This is important because the CBI came out and said they are ready to release this digital currency. And this digital currency is asset backed. They have already told us this. I think this is big.
Member: I wonder Could Iraq potentially revalue and we still don’t see a GCR?
Member: Indonesia is looking to use gold backed crypto
Member: Mark, you've heard about Germany already printing the German Mark again? Rumours in The Netherlands about this.
Member: I heard the same. Friends in Germany say the German Mark will be out fully any time.
Member: I saw the Canadian dollar pegged to the yuan for the first time on the news Channel ticker I watch daily
Member: Any change in potential dong rate?
MZ: I am still hearing a rate of about .47 cents and it being allowed to float…..This will not apply to us …I hear we are looking at a rate right out of the gate of about the low $2 range. Treat it as a rumor for now until we are at the banks. …Screens are still showing crazy rates right now…..some rates over $3……this may be placeholder rates….
MZ: We are sure seeing some crazy things on dinar as well…At the bank yesterday the rate was showing at about .68 cents….not even a 1 to 1 yet. But this is still an enormous change in value…..This still could be testing or place holders or priming the system…..but I take this as a very good sign. We will just watch it until the real rate locks in.
Member: What are you hearing on the Indonisian Rupiah?
MZ: Still hearing $1.47 or so
Member: Is it quiet out there on RV or is it just me?
MZ: Its not just you….its pretty quiet..the PTB, UST, Homeland Security have really cracked down on leaks. This is a good thing.
