Sheila   DISCERNMENT ADVISED: Nicks Update, July 11, 2021, A Comment by Cynthia -- https://nicksintel.wordpress.com/2021/07/11/07-11-2021-comment-by-cynthia/

Cynthia, [11.07.21 11:02]  To all of the Fleming detractors here’s what I have to say. Get a clue.

Fleming is not the author nor originator of these posts that he’s sharing. He is given this information by the DoD, the very people directly responsible for the RV, and delivers verbatim, without edits. There is always interpretation. Sometimes we benefit from his direct communication, typically given verbally.

To these “Fleming detractors”, he NEVER gets it wrong. To the grumblers complaining about yesterday’s DoD message from DoD, it said, “Paid out to liquid accounts.” This does not translate to SPENDABLE. Does not translate to anything other than what it says. Accounts all over the world are liquid, ready to be released.

I’m still happy with this last DoD update. We have all suffered and been lied to, fed constant propaganda. It’s Gestapo tactics and US is being led by the Gulag regime.

It’s time to stand together in appreciation for the delivery of details of “spendable/fully accessible money in accounts” is about to be announced. Only when we have Green Light audits of all participants accounts, and the verified compliance with all entities met, only then are we truly free of these chains that bind.

BOTTOM LINE, NO ONE GETS ANY SPENDING MONEY UNTIL TIER 4 B.

Thank you, Nick for standing for Tier 4 B. We all should thank Nick. We were never supposed to be allowed to exchange. Only the private groups were to redeem. Nick is instrumental in this opportunity. Nick is singularly instrumental in this Tier 4 B inclusion.

Maybe one day he can share with everyone what all has transpired. For now, to all detractors, please show some wisdom.

butterfly   Developing Iraq's Poultry and Tomato Sector Strategies.........12th July 2021 in Agriculture.......Iraq makes strides to develop poultry and tomato sector strategies

Sector-focused consultations to support sustainable and inclusive development in the poultry and tomato value chains in Iraq were held in Basra and Mosul on 4 July 2021.

These consultations will be instrumental in elaborating national strategies for the two sectors. The poultry and tomato sector strategies will serve as a compass for the Government, private sector and development partners to improve the competitiveness of farmers and small and medium enterprises in these two sectors, contributing to the national pathway towards sustainable food systems, inclusive growth and job creation for Iraq citizens.

Aligned with national planning frameworks, the strategies will specify clear priorities eventually producing a concrete five-year plan of action (2022-2026) that will not only define roles for implementing institutions but also provide an implementation management framework.

Public sector and private sector representatives including farmers, input suppliers, processors, wholesalers, traders and retailers and agri-support business services participated in the consultation sessions. They discussed the current situation and the future opportunities in developing the tomato and poultry value chains.

butterfly   The sessions provided a platform for engaging into realistic priority setting based on understanding market trends and requirements, and for discussing how inter-institutional cooperation can be improved to provide the necessary enabling environment for sustainable growth of the sector.

The International Trade Centre is facilitating the elaboration of the poultry and tomato sector strategies within the framework of the European Union-funded project, "Strengthening the agriculture and agri-food value chain and improving trade policy in Iraq" (SAAVI) under the leadership of the Government of Iraq.

Mr. Eric Buchot, who leads the International Trade Centre project in Iraq said:

"As we work with our partners to strengthen agribusinesses in Iraq, we are grateful for the opportunity to hear from representatives of the government and private sector including farmers. The most effective way for the private sector to make its contributions is as part of such integrated and comprehensive strategic approach that involves government, food chain partners and development agencies."

The EU Ambassador to Iraq, Mr. Martin Huth said:

"The European Union is committed to work with the Government of Iraq to ensure better job opportunities for all Iraqis. Consultations with stakeholders are an important component of project design and the views of government, the private sector, farmer associations, civil society and business support organizations are essential. Our efforts, especially project activities, must fit the local context well and support the needs of stakeholders."

butterfly   Earlier, in Baghdad, the first sector core team meeting was also held with representatives from Ministry of Planning, Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Trade, along with private sector stakeholders including farmers associations and chambers of commerce. The sector core team will provide leadership and guidance during the sector strategies design process.

These consultations build on approximately 18 local group consultations that were held with farmers and small businesses including women-owned businesses in Ninewah, KRI, Basrah, Thi Qar.

More than 500 competitiveness surveys focusing on agribusinesses and farmers have been completed throughout the country. Over 3000 interviews were conducted at the national level with consumers as well as with representatives from various stakeholder groups, such as traders, wholesalers and retailers, to help better understand market demand, identify areas of improvement and market opportunities.

Another round of national level consultation for tomato and poultry sector strategies will be conducted in early September.    (Source: UN)

butterfly   GE announces 'Energy Transition Plan' for Iraq.........12th July 2021 in Iraq Industry & Trade News..........GE has announced a comprehensive "Energy Transition Plan" for Iraq, presenting its transformative strategies to support the country's evolution to a cleaner energy future.

The plan includes several key pillars that support the government's goals to enhance Iraq's power infrastructure, as well as promote decarbonization and energy sector diversification.

The Energy Transition Plan was announced at the Rebuild Iraq event in Baghdad, a high-level summit organized in close collaboration with the Prime Minister's Office and Iraq's National Investment Commission.

Dr. Abdurrahman Khalidi, Chief Technology Officer of GE Gas Power - EMEA said:

"We have continuously focused on supporting Iraq's power infrastructure development through end-to-end solutions - from securing financing to delivering cutting-edge technology. It is now important to step up the drive toward cleaner energy systems that bring a triple advantage to the country: deployment of diversified energy sources to meet growing demand; achieving decarbonization commitments through the deployment of more efficient gas power and renewable energy sources; and setting a stable platform for safe, reliable, and cleaner energy for the future. This is the guiding strategy for our 'Energy Transition Plan' for Iraq and is the most comprehensive approach, covering all potential solutions the country can leverage."

butterfly   The plan proposes a strategic mix of customized technology and solutions that supports decarbonization across the energy landscape unique to Iraq. From world-record-holding high-efficiency gas turbines to upgrade solutions to fast and flexible aeroderivatives, GE's team of global and local experts can make decarbonization a reality for Iraq.

The key pillars of GE's Energy Transition Plan are:

Maintenance, rehabilitation, and optimization of power plants: improving performance between 5-10% and converting assets for a potential 20% reduction in CO2

Flared gas utilization: generating an additional 10 GW by turning flared gas in power

Combined cycle conversion: converting from simple cycle can add additional power with zero incremental fuel or emissions

Addition/displacement of inefficient generation: bringing advanced technology and modernizing existing plants to reduce C02 emissions

Use of hydrogen for power generation in concert with carbon capture technologies: can remove up to 90% of Co2 emissions from gas turbine exhausts

Transformation of Iraq into a regional energy hub: Enhancing an interconnected grid to be stronger, smarter, more reliable, and more sustainable.

Deployed together as a strategic priority, GE solutions can play a key role in achieving Iraq's goals of cutting greenhouse gas emissions and accelerating the decarbonization journey in the country, while meeting increased demands for power supply.   (Source: GE)
