The participants in the Finance and Banking Services Conference and Exhibition in Iraq unanimously agreed that the reform process adopted by the government is inevitable, and is considered the gateway to the world of sustainable development that the country aspires to.
The conference, which was organized by the International Frontier Exchange, witnessed an official local and international presence that addressed the reality of the financial sector and its advanced technologies, and the shift towards digital transactions that the local market is witnessing, and is rapidly evolving, requiring careful follow-up by our banking system.

The participants in the Finance and Banking Services Conference and Exhibition in Iraq unanimously agreed that the reform process adopted by the government is inevitable, and is considered the gateway to the world of sustainable development that the country aspires to.
The conference, which was organized by the International Frontier Exchange, witnessed an official local and international presence that addressed the reality of the financial sector and its advanced technologies, and the shift towards digital transactions that the local market is witnessing, and is rapidly evolving, requiring careful follow-up by our banking system.
Finance Minister Dr. Ali Abdel Amir Allawi said: “The government has adopted an important reform path that won the approval of major international organizations specialized in economic affairs,” pointing out that “Iraq must actually move towards achieving a plurality of resources, taking advantage of the country’s total assets.” .
He stressed that "the trend towards the digital economy is a necessity and contributes to development and expands job opportunities and requires bringing digital infrastructure and supporting its skills, financial and digital services, and attention to digital entrepreneurs," calling on government banks to digitize their operations on an effective and competitive basis.

The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Makheef, stressed that “the Central Bank has an important role in achieving macroeconomic balance through the various monetary policy tools, especially after the financial and economic challenges that Iraq faced.”
Pointing out that «this bank, in order to stimulate economic activity and reduce unemployment, launched an initiative with an amount of more than 5 trillion dinars, in addition to the previous initiative launched in 2015, in addition to the central bank deducting treasury transfers 2020 and 2021 for the necessary financing for the Ministry of Finance despite the increase in debt. And the negative impact, but the historical necessity requires it.”

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Trade Bank of Iraq Salem Chalabi talked about the issue of credit and assistance to the private sector, and said: “The focus during the next stage should be on the private sector, to accommodate the numbers of human resources that enter the labor market annually,” noting that “the bank is looking with The World Bank has some projects to support the private sector, as we are studying 22 project opportunities that provide more than 80,000 job opportunities.”

Canadian Ambassador Orlik Shannon said: “The topic of the conference is important and we are present to help Iraq restructure its financial systems,” noting that “the Corona pandemic has accelerated society’s interaction with digital financial transactions,” praising the “draft of reforms proposed by the government and heading towards the private sector, Creating an environment that welcomes foreign investment.

The insurance specialist, Yasser Sabri, stressed that “insurance companies still have a prominent and pivotal role in the development and accumulation of premiums in any country to employ them in the process of protecting and developing economic and development structures, and everyone knows what this sector represents in protecting the national wealth, individuals and institutions, against the risks that surround And designing ways to confront them, especially as we are heading towards a broad and comprehensive reconstruction campaign for infrastructure and a qualitative leap in investments in various urban, industrial and agricultural fields.”
He cautioned that «the importance of this sector is not limited to securing individuals and companies only, but also takes an important advisory role in risk management, especially those related to high-risk investments such as airports, ports, transport projects and giant infrastructure projects; Because of its great importance in the development of the joints of the state and society.”

The specialist in economic affairs, Muhammad Abdul Hakim, stressed that “the Iraqi economy is the most successful in the region in its interaction with the digital economy, which is expanding horizontally and at acceptable rates, and Iraq has become a destination for the region’s companies and the most important companies in the world.” He pointed out that "reliance on international companies in the digital economy will make us lose profits and their amounts will go to markets outside the country, and here it is possible to benefit from global experiences in this field, and the digital economy is managed by local companies, and that there is protection for companies."

In turn, the Executive Director of the Association of Private Banks, Ali Tariq, said: "Digital services facilitate performance and the multiplicity of services obtained by citizens and institutions." Urging "the need to adopt it and be at the forefront of the projects that the country should head towards." He pointed out that «Iraq has 35 government and private banks that issue digital cards, 20 electronic payment companies and 4 mobile payment companies, and we have nearly 5 million bank accounts». link

MZ: The chatter on the banking side and the group leaders has been good …guess we just need to buckle up. Maybe they are waiting for the events of this afternoon to play out?

Member: looks like today could be the day. bitcoin looks to be going down hard after that Chinese announcement an hour ago.
Member: bitcoin down 6.5% now. I figure it can go down as 20-25% today
MZ: For those that don’t know….Article: China’s Central Bank has declared all cryptocurrency transactions illegal.
MZ: As we are watching Evergrande crash….as we are watching things become unglued in front of our eyes. So this is their response rather than admit their fiat currency is toast and let people have another option….they are just going to remove the other option. This is a desperate central bank control mechanism.
MZ: The problem is with the blockchain technology …it will find a way. This is a interesting development today. It does not surprise me. This is a serious death throe from the CCP and the central banks there…there is going to be a melt down.
MZ: This will have repercussions all around the world….especially with El Salador and many other countries looking to back up their currencies and their treasuries with different cryptocurrencies. In 80% of Africa now they are using Cryptos to try to get around banking. The problem is crytos remove the necessity of having central banks.
MZ: Central banks are running scared right now….and China especially as their markets implode and unhappy citizens….repercussions of this will be heard for awhile.
Member: evergrande missing a bond payment yesterday. seems like the Chinese don't care enough to bail them out but are still asking creditors to give them some leeway.. personally I think they defaulted
Member: is this bitcoin decree in China and the potential results of AZ audit today going to be that catalyst for a stock market crash?
Member: Everything should be thrown out and all new start tomorrow.The new republic, I say again…this is the only answer.
Member: the crypto thing in China - convenient that it happened today....same day as AZ audit comes out. does this confirm China is behind everything and using the crypto to suppress? I mean if China is tanking crypto and potentially the stock market on the same day, that suggests to me they are burying it because they were behind election rigging, fraud, covid, etc.

MZ: So I am hearing fantastic things on the bond side …that whatever was “stuck” is now “Unstuck” and hoping we start seeing that movement as well.
Member: Are the paymsters still seeing money in their accounts?
MZ: Yes they are
Member: Are we going parallel or after the bonds go?
MZ: As I understand it The historic bonds start being paid out in full, then we go. But, we don’t have to wait for them to be finished.
Member: Is there a time limit to exchange….Should we hold off exchanging it all at once?
MZ: I think that is a bad idea. But you guys have to handle it how you think it’s right for you. It’s my understanding from almost all of my banking contacts that this exchange is covered via a treaty and the amounts/rates are covered via a treaty. They are not going to fluctuate or change. So for me, I plan on exchanging it all and getting done….my concern is what if they shut it down after 20 or 30 days or so…..I want to be done.

Member: Talked with MAJOR Sources over the past 2 days... GREAT things coming VERY soon!!
Member: I am hearing from numerous individuals, providing words I always value, that the dinar has RV'd and is being kept from us until certain events occurs...
MZ: I am still hearing there is a big push to complete tier 4a and all the groups settled before October 1st. 4 b can go alongside of 4a. Even if it started today I do not think it would be all totally finished by the end of the month….we have to make appointments…go do them….ect…..so we may start before then….but I do not think everyone will be finished before then.
Member: What are they waiting for???
MZ: That is the big question…..all I can think of is they are waiting for some “perfect moment” . Is it a implosion or a point of no return???? We have been told they have been cleaning this up…cleaning that up…..I don’t think there will ever be a “perfect moment”. They just need to do it. We all need this to be done.

Member: in Chico, California — lights have been on at MANY banks very late into the night since last week (10pm and later) , and there is activity at National Guard Armoury there.
Member: My local bank was being remodeled yesterday
Member: I went to the bank and withdrew money and the teller said they have to report anything over $600 now...
Member: Tomorrow is Sept 24th which is the Birthday of Christ on the Julian calendar. Could be a big day.

MZ: I am hearing what a lot of you are hearing on the boards that there has been some clean up in Reno. I am not hearing that this has been any kind of delay though.
MZ: I was asked today to specify when I said this morning that they are trying to have groups done by Oct. 1st. I am referring to church groups, aggregated groups, 4a to be done by Oct 1st. That is what I am being told is the plan and the goal.
MZ: 4a are the folks who have SKR’s and have already turned in their currency. It has been checked to make sure its authentic and these folks have already gone through background and security checks. All their paperwork is already done.

MZ: I am still trying to track done news on the CMKX, PP’s side…but no one is talking…they have really clamped down…..most of the CMKX news came out of Reno and people are afraid of being dragged out in cuffs for talking.
MZ: My Homeland Security contact says everything is prepared and they are just waiting on the “go”

Member: what's really going on w/ this RV ? just tremendous corruption still or what?
Member: It’s very simple, go to QFS system, rv,gcr that will take care of all the rats.
Member: China's Evergrand has significant investments in US that will be forfeit per EO. So it's tanking.
MZ: Article Evergrande could rock China’s entire economy….We have been talking about this for some time…They are 270% of GDP and this a crash that will rock us here as well….especially with the exposure to real estate in China. One thing I did not know about Evergrande is the amount of financial institutions they owned as well. I believe they own 120 some banks in China and another 120 or so financial institutions like wealth management locations like our Edward Jones and places like that.
MZ: This will have reverberating affects in the Chinese economy, which of course will spill into Europe as Europe is heavily invested in Chinese markets……and then we have heavy investments in to the European markets …so this is all a domino effect setting us up for the reset we have been looking for…. Not the one the DS wants …but the one we want.

MZ: We did see some money movement over the weekend ….we saw a few more people get portions….more reports from the group side. These were small traunches…..they are expecting large traunches to start Tuesday evening.

Member: Market Sell-Off happening! DOW is down 533+!!!
Member: Silver and gold both down today as well

Member: Evergrande in China is defaulting….will cause the entire world to crash imo

MarkZ. Randy Koone on Dinar Recaps yesterday said Dinar will come out at Obama era levels of $1.00. What do you think of that?
Member: Maybe that is just the in country of Iraq rate and not our rates?
Member: Mark,When NESARA-GESARA rolls out and all loans, mortgages, and credit card balances are wiped clean, will the balances of 401k loans balances be eliminated as well?
MZ: Mc/ C has spoken about this and does not expect 401k’s to be affected at all. This was important to the Chinese banking families and they do not expect anyones retirement to go away..
Member: Possible tsunami hitting our east coast. From volcano in the Canary islands….
Member: the side of the volcano facing out to the atlantic is fractured and if it slides into the ocean it will create a tsunami
Member: no big waves until island breaks in half and crashes 2k to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean
Member: fissures underneath the volcano have made tunnels from previous eruptions (weakens the base)
Member: Mark, on the upside, maybe the tsunami will take out Washington D.C.!
Member: BREAKING – Three of five Tsunami Warning Buoys protecting the US east coast are OFFLINE and a fourth is malfunctioning, leaving only ONE buoy in the Atlantic Ocean to warn Americans.
