MZ: I did speak to a couple of bond contacts . They were told today funds were positioning after the labor day weekend and they were expecting the release tomorrow of some funds or ALL funds.
MZ: So 2 of my contacts are expecting more funds tomorrow. The question is will it be a full release or just another traunche or partial payment. Hopefully we will have great news by morning.
MZ: We all want to see liquid funds moving. Today surprised me as I was expecting a lot more news. It turned out to be a nothing burger.

MZ: I did talk to a redemption center contact. As of their meetings this morning, they are expecting to be on call for the weekend.
Member: I hear the RV was supposed to have gone last Thursday the 2nd but the cabal stopped it again...
Member: Some are saying October I hope we see QFS SOON
Member: does the dinar have to be locked into forex before 4b goes?
MZ: No, it will probably happen at the same time
Member: Mark, I see and talk to a lot of people who think we've all be had. Or that this is all just some sort of joke. People are frustrated and starting to lose hope fast. What would you say to these people

MZ: Treat today like a Monday …not much news until the afternoon….hopefully I will have more for you tonight.
Member: It’s so quiet…maybe we are in the 10 days of darkness?
Member: Do you still think this is our month?
MZ: I do….based on what we are seeing on the bond side I really think this is it.
Member: MARK, is there any truth to the claim that we must have a project to submit in order to get contract rate on dong and dinar?
MZ: Not according to my sources….they all say no except for the Zim . I have heard one key person in this game say that it may pertain to the dong as well……so its worth doing….it will take only a few minutes to get one prepared….a simple ne or two paragraphs on what you would like to do if you had big dollars. I do not think he is right about the dong but be a boy scout…..be prepared for anything. Prepare for all possibilities and then you don’t have to worry about it.
Member: Should we exchange locally or in a different area?
MZ: I am going to exchange a little bit out of area…..I don’t want the local folks knowing what I have.
Member: And If you don't flaunt your wealth, you won't need to explain it other than to say you made some good investments.
Member: If u want to stay under the radar with ur money, just say that you have been hired by a benefactor to do humanitarian projects.....
Member: My story will be that I got a job managing a trust.
MZ: That is an awesome idea and very accurate.
Member: Anything new about NDA’s?
MZ: I’m still hearing there may not be a NDA on anything other than Zim. But, we will not know for certain until we get there. I don’t think the NDA will be as brutal as everyone fears.
MZ: And make sure any bank accounts you have are “non discretionary” so they cannot play with your funds while you are sleeping…trying to make money or take risks on your fund s
Member: Can we ask for the rates on the back screens?
MZ: I am told that the all rates have been pre-determined….they are set. Fees are set. This is part of the treaty and there is no negotiating. This is what I have been told and I believe it to be accurate.
Member: I guess we really won’t know until we get there.
Member: Question question what times if they don't make it by September 12th and the executive order 13848 expires?
Member: What are German bonds and other bonds you keep talking about?
MZ: These bonds are historic bonds. Most are from world war 1 or WW2 …where they rebuilt countries ….mexican railroad bonds were sold to rebuild railroads…….and they have not yet paid off these bonds. These are historic bonds. When settling and wiping debt off the books …they need to pay these real debts because people paid their hard earned money into those bonds to support those projects. This is part of the settlement process of the reset. They need to pay these historic bonds so they can start the new financial system with a clean slate.
MZ: CMKX is the stock ticker for CMKM diamonds . This was a settlement. This is money the US government and the banks owe to the shareholders. There were many news stories on it….it was basically the largest naked short of all time…..you can do a search for it on youtube…put in CMKX lawsuit.
Member: "Report from Wolverine: OK guys, the latest information I received, is that the F&P are over 70% ( need that verified). The German Bonds and Dragon bonds have been paid their 1% in the US only"
Member: I also heard that Iraq was scheduled to sign an agreement with the UN this morning. The framework includes the white paper and the White paper includes the RV
Member: This waiting for RV is like chinese water torture!
Member: just rip this bandaid off it might hurt at first
Member: things can start at any moment. be ready ! stay positive !
Member: I am sure looking forward to prove to my family I’m not a gullible idiot for believing in the RV.
Member: today is the feast of thee trumpets the return of the king also
Member: Hopefully the debt jubilee starts today as well.
Member: I hear Sept. 11th this year is going to have something big happen.
Member: Do we know if the Fed Reserve is gone yet?
Member: Federal Reserve created money out of thin air but created IRS to collect real money to pay interest on the fake money they created
Member: IRS is still around …..they still are collecting taxes.
MZ: I have been told the IRS is being absorbed into the treasury. They don’t need as many people now and are shutting some IRS offices around the country. So instead of the IRS being an outside organization it will be a part of the US treasury and part of the US government where it should have been all along. Instead of a Puerto Rican collection branch for a European/London bank as it has been.
MZ: So the IRS will be absorbed by our new treasury and removed from its old management, They will still need some IRS agents to make sure companies are properly reporting the Value added tax or sales tax. I am told they will be doing away with the income tax and it will basically be just taxes on our purchases. .
Member: Will our exchanges be taxes?
MZ: i am still being told this is a non taxable event…..but we will not know for sure until we exchange.
Member: The aging process could be slowed down if it had to work its way through Congress.
Member: I've got to stop saying 'How Stupid can you be?" Too many people are taking it as a Challenge.
Member: "Insane" is such a mean word. I prefer "Mentally Creative"

MZ: We have not heard anything negative over the weekend…only positive things on the bond side. .
MZ: I did have one report from a currency exchange who received a portion in fiat dollars. Possibly a bank is jumping the starting line for some of their bigger customers…..I am trying to track it down. …
MZ: We also received news of an Indian Nation received a chunk on a currency deal. I believe it was about $60 million dollars that they had aggregated . I hope to be able to share more details on that tomorrow morning. .
MZ: I will have normal streams tomorrow. We may not have much news as it’s a Monday and a holiday.

MZ: I hope so….It looks like they set it up to be

MZ: Nesara will happen at the same time ……so I have been told.
Member: Charlie Ward and Simon Parkes will be putting out a statement they are getting “from the top” today. He said that that it is a “blueprint” of what’s to come. He said it is what we’ve waiting for!
Member : EO13848 expires on the 10th! Absolutely everything must be completed by the 15th of Sept from what I’m hearing.

MZ: I have a special guest tonight . Texas Snake has some news to sharel…….Welcome Texas Snake,,It’s all yours.
TS: I had received something earlier today from a banker that I thought was quite positive. I shared this in another room and they suggested I get on and share it with all of you.
TS: Word is starting to filter down from higher posts that notifications are becoming more expected to be seen over this weekend with the hopes exchange appointments will begin Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. The bond releases are expected 12 to 24 hours before we are allowed to begin so everything seems to be channeling to next Monday or Tuesday with us to follow shortly after the bonds begin redeeming. That is the latest I am hearing.
TS: Then Isaac posted in his room that his paymaster was probably going to be in the banks on Tuesday Because Zurich banks are not open on Mondays.
TS: So my guess now is that if they go on Tuesday, we may go on Wednesday or at the latest maybe Thursday of next week.
TS The guy that shared this with me says it’s from sources higher up then his position and he was quite positive about this news.
MZ: I am exceptionally encouraged and what I did not share with you when we spoke moments ago is a number of bond folks here domestically have anywhere from 1 to 10% in their pockets and they are expecting their balance on Tuesday.
MZ: I have never seen this much movement. The last couple days have been a whirlwind…….i’m pretty excited and think we are that close.
MZ: I think your timing is probably accurate at this point.
TS: I wanted to tell as many folks as I could and your call is a way to get the information out to the public.

MZ: in other news, Accounting critics say the biggest problem facing social security and medicare are the trillions in unfunded debts. This is another part of why I think we are so close to the reset….it is untenable. They are showing a national debt of about 29 trillion but when you count the unfunded liabilities like SS, medicare, Medicaid….it is actually more like $133 Trillion dollars in debt right now. We are in the perfect storm. .

Member” What is the difference between a FULL RESET and a REVALUATION OF SMALLER NUMBER CURRENCIES?
MZ: A number of these countries have the ablilty to go without the gold treaty reset and GCR. If the reset continues to drag these countries would of course move forward…..The negative part is you may only be able to exchange dinar or dong…..not Zim or the other currencies in the first basket if Iraq and Vietnam choose to move forward …If the deep state continues to stall and kick the can those 2 countries could go ahead and reinstate their old values. . I don’t think this is going to happen….I think we will get the global reset we want and Nesara/Gesara. But be prepared because that possibility is out there.

MZ: My bankers are talking about some changing rates on bank screens and rates popping up again. We have not seen that type of action in the last couple of weeks.
MZ: Tell us what you are hearing Rod.
RS: I would have been on a little sooner but my currency broker was reaching out to me. Yes there are rates popping up again. We saw some rates on screens yesterday . They had gone live on some of the bank screens. And there was even some global markets for a few minutes that came up and disappeared.
RS: What I was showing was dong was remaining consistant at a minimum of .47 cents up to $2.37. Rupiah was at $1.38. Dinar ran from $3.85 and up to $20.00. Rial was $3.47. Zim was showing from .11 cents up to .70 cents per million.
RS: There was no word on the 08’s not being present and accounted for. So, apparently that was just a glitch with Chase that happened that particular day…..and things seem to be back on again.
MZ: That makes a lot of sense because we are seeing a lot of changes as they are adjusting rates.
RS: That’s the news from the currency side of it…now you need to tell us the news from the Prosperity program side of it because those come first, we are hearing..
MZ: Yes , that is what we are hearing. I reached out to a DHS contact who said to not expect a whole lot of news because the NDA is Locked tight. And, I am hearing that from a number of sources now.
MZ: So a number of folks told me Isaacs news as I came on tonight and in Zurich they are expecting their funding tomorrow now. I am hearing this from a number of my bond people now.
MZ: I also had a couple bankers reach out to me today and they are seeing different rates. Rates are popping in and popping off the screens. They are seeing the Iraqi dinar popping in and out and its not normally on the screens at all…so this is interesting.
MZ: They are also seeing fluctuations in the Kuwait dinar…this has been sliding up into the low to mid teens…..they have not seen anything pop over the $15 range yet . This should tell you there is movement because we have always been told that the Iraqi dinar rate will be close to the Kuwaiti Dinar or on parity with it…..so we are keeping an eye on that.
MZ: So, it appears we are seeing smoke even if we don’t see the fire yet. .

TS: Thanks for letting me come in today….It’s been awhile since we have talked.
MZ: Have you heard anything positive on timing….
TS: The guy that I am directly in touch with , he has been ready to go for several weeks. There is always one thing or another that keeps popping up …generally it’s something overseas. Recently it was the QFS system being implemented everywhere.
TS: I spoke with an individual yesterday who is a former client of mine (TS used to be in the wealth management field) ….who has really good connections with our Treasury Dept. He says the QFS has been completed and the exchanges could be done any time now. I was told this in the last 12-24 hours that this can go at any moment.
TS: The biggest issue right now is the current political crises in Wash.DC . This is having some impact on when we get released.
MZ: I had heard before that the problem was making the QFS system communicate with the current banking system. That it had been a technological challenge. I was told that for the most part it was worked through and that recently the Afghanistan issues did indeed cause a delay.
MZ: It pulled the afghani out of the basket and adjustments needed to made for the currencies in that region. That’s what 90% of my people have been telling me.
TS: That is correct and it did have an impact on it but, from what I can gather the QFS has finally completed all the contracts on it paid and it’s ready to go.
MZ: Are you hearing anything on the bond side?
TS: Not so much on the bond side, but for CMKX I have 2 former clients that have been visited by a US Marshall and a representative from the US register and transfer agency. They have signed all the documents including a pretty stern NDA. They have been issued debit cards but they are not activated yet.
MZ: I have been hearing from all of my folks that the NDA’s are very strict on CMKX.
TS:I have signed many NDA’s over the years on deals I have put together , and I believe this one is the most secure and complete NDA they have ever looked at.
MZ: I can’t wait until I have to sign one and get to see it first hand.
MZ: What are your thoughts on the “Having a trust” issue?
TS: Yesterday you said about people and trusts that nobody needed to go to your exchange with a trust. I want to say that nobody has to go to an exchange venue with a trust…no trust is required.
TS: But, One of the confusing things is that as a fiduciary…a banker, a registered investment advisor , a broker or broker dealer….they are considered fiduciaries in one regard. If you are bringing in or depositing a amount of a million dollars or more….you have a fiduciary requirement to discuss the security nature or the shield provisions behind a trust.
TS: The most common phrase regarding a trust is “Control everything but own nothing”
TS: That’s the shield against lawsuits when you have control of the trusts and assets in the trust but your name is not on it. Your name does not appear anywhere on that trust.
TS: When you go into your exchange that banker or exchange agent would not be doing their job without expressing knowledge about the security with this kind of money and how you could become target without using a trust. They will have people that will help you create this . They will have attorneys that could create a skeletal trust that you could exchange into.
TS: They could exchange a small amount into the skeletal trust and keep the rest as a SKR (Safe Keeping Receipt/account) and give you 30-90 days to get your team of professionals put together…your accounts, attorneys trust officers.ect….. whatever you are going to use.
TS: Then when you set up all your accounts in that trusts name…they will internally transfer all your assets from the SKR into the accounts you have set up. This is how it would normally transpire.
TS if you already have a trust you can go into your exchange with it…as long as you have an EIN for that trust.
TS: The asset protection or shields are primarily done keeping you from having personal liability in owning that much money.
MZ: I am a big believer in them just not the people telling people they cannot exchange unless you have a trust already. There are some people peddling that if you do not have their specific trust you will not be able to exchange. That is what I was upset with.
TS: The type of client I worked with are very high net worth individuals…so I am familiar with how trusts work and their various applications. Primarily the first thing they got was the shield and the asset protection.
TS: If there is such a thing as Nesara/Gesara implemented in this country ..is a trust going to be necessary? When/if that happens I cannot say…..however if the tax laws stay the same from today into the years following….I definitely recommend trusts…..not just one but several different types of trusts not only because of the shield from a personal liability standpoint…but, because of the many different things that can be done with the proper execution of them in your lives.
TS: I dealt primarily with physicians and surgeons….they were dealing with anywhere from $75,000 to $150,000 a year in income tax. The tax rate was 70% back then. Because of the lawyers I dealt with that were board certified on income tax law and my experience with these trusts …most of these guys were incorporated as a professional corporation …We would create individual trusts for both the husband and wife…..and then create various trusts within their practice .
TS: By doing all of that we could reduce their income tax down from $75 to $150,000 a year to $12-15,000 a year and that is the most they would pay from then on because of the structures that we had created. It was a great benefit for them to use , not only the shield for malpractice lawsuits but by using the trusts and structures we created and we prevented them from having their livelihood threatened over and above what their malpractice insurance protected.
MZ: I am a huge believer in that. Even when they change our banking system, trusts will still be used to protect you from frivolous lawsuits. Everyone needs to do your own research and consult a professional.
TS: I have personal living trusts, equiptment leasing trusts, a ranch trust, I created trusts in my sons names…you can use many applications in different trusts.

TS: We do not know as of now if this exchange will be taxable or tax free. There are types of trusts your lawyers and wealth managers can structure to legally minimize your tax liabilities…..
MZ: Good question is How do we protect our high dollar accounts if we leave 50% in the bank to earn higher interest rates or how do we protect ourselves from a government bail-in?
TS: Easy answer….banks insure your accounts for only about $150,000 or whatever it is now…the SPIC or Security Protection Investor Corporation is another type of insurance that will insure each account with a broker/dealer for $250,000.
TS: Now say you have all of this money…..lets just use $10 million dollars as an example. Each Mutual funds family like Fidelity …but there are lots of them…..Every one of them have no load money market funds (No load means you can buy or sell them without paying anyone a commission) .You can open a money market account with no cost to you to open….put however many thousands in it …it will then be insured and you spread your risk between many mutual funds. All at no cost to you and they will all be insured. With each account you have money wiring aurthority and with the new QFS system back wires are almost instantaneous. . You can wire funds from your mutual funds accounts to your banks whenever you need to. Use your wealth management team to set these up according to your goals and age and other factors. .

MZ: There has been a lot of rumors about the 2008 zim not being accepted……My bankers totally disagree with this…..what say you?
TS: Everything I have been told …..there is about 6-8 I talk with….and they say most of those will be considered bonds and will be redeemable at your exchange. It is very possible that you will be required to schedule your exchange on a military post if you are a holder of Zim. But that has not been 100% confirmed yet.
MZ: I am hearing that as well…and you need to tell them you have Zim as it will change where you exchange for security reasons. I am also told a lot of exchanges will be done on military bases…but not all of them.
Member: Why a military base for the Zim?
MZ: What we have been told is the DOD have been put in charge of a lot of this so, basic security logistics makes it easier to handle there….If you have Zim you may be talking about humanitarian projects so they need to have the infrastructure and people in place they need to hear about it and approve that funding. It’s simply logistics and makes sense.
Member: I would feel safe-security wise exchanging on a military base for sure.

It’s been pretty much a quiet day other than the bond side. .We continue to see people with boxes of bonds that have been vetted for quite awhile process and move forward. I have not yet seen any of them out sending money willy nilly , but have a few who will not comment on liquidity.
MZ: I am hopeful this means they are indeed liquid. I assume if they weren’t they would say no, we are not liquid….so, them saying they cannot comment on that makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

MZ: Fiat money always crashes. Look at Iraq…look at the dinar. Research this…..They have RV’d about 3 times in the last 100 years. It happened in Kuwait, Many people in our Dinar community were involved in the Kuwait RV and they made a tremendous amount.
MZ: The question now is do we get a full reset or do we get a revaluation of a smaller number of currencies. . But I am still looking for it to absolutely happen.
