The Iraqi ambassador to Beijing, Shorsh Khaled Saeed, received today, Tuesday, from the head of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, John Lequin, a certificate of Iraq's accession to the bank.
Thus, Iraq became the 92nd member of the Bank.
The ceremony of receiving the certificate included placing the Iraqi flag among the group of member states at the bank's headquarters.
The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank will provide soft loans to build infrastructure for member countries, including Iraq. link

CandyKisses: {Political: Al-Furat News} Informed sources revealed that Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi will deliver Iraq's speech at the work of the United Nations General Assembly next Friday at exactly ten o'clock in the evening Baghdad time. That is 3:00 PM EDT.
CharlieOK: Hmmm. Just read an article saying Kazemi is going to address the United Nations. Whaaaaaat? How does this guy have any credibility to give a speech at the UN, much less, even Iraq. Remember? They don't have a government. Could it be as simple as letting the script play out and wait until the ptb say the "game" is over?
Yada: At this point Charlie, he is the face of Iraq and the choice of the UN, EU, as well as the US. To think that the Framework has the best interest of Iraq is a farce. They want the consensual rule so they can control the purse and keep Iran in the loop. If it wasnt for the framework's interference, we'd of been much further down the road.

Yada: Interestingly, DOC, Maliki used the constitution loopholes to stall the process starting with getting the courts to change to vote to 2/3rds. Once Sadr and his people resigned, now Maliki is using the constitution to get the election done before parliament is resolved and Kazimi is appointed temporary PM. Because of his first move, he can't get the vote done now because, ,,,,,,,,,,of the 2/3rd vote,,
Yada: Kind of funny in a way, we saw this happen in our own government, moves, counter moves, only to have the original move stop the bad guys. LOL
Yada: I Believe we are seeing the end game Doc. Because many of us have seen so much, it may seem like an endless drama. The world economy is on the brink of recession and no one nation can lead us out. Not even the US. With the Re-Issue of the dinar, all the countries will use the higher valued dinar to build their own currencies up.

Tishwash: Parliamentary movement to complete the stolen money recovery law
The Parliamentary Integrity Committee revealed, on Wednesday, that the next few period will witness the completion of the law for recovering looted funds due to its importance.
Committee member Alia Nassif said, "The committee held more than one meeting with the Integrity Commission to complete the procedures for the law submitted by the Presidency of the Republic related to the recovery of looted funds at home and abroad."
Nassif considered the law "very important," adding, "Its amendments must be completed and legislated because of its importance in preserving public money," link

Tishwash: A detailed statement on the visit of a high-ranking US official to Baghdad and the signing of an "important" memorandum
he US Embassy in Iraq issued a detailed statement on the visit of the US Assistant
Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, Celeste Wallander, to the capital, Baghdad.
The embassy indicated that the US official "visited Baghdad on September 20 to communicate with senior Iraqi leaders and reaffirm the importance of the defense partnership between the United States and Iraq, and based on the 2008 Strategic Framework Agreement, the United States remains committed to strengthening Iraq's defense capabilities and providing security assistance." As part of a broader cooperation that benefits all Iraqis and enhances the country's sovereignty, stability and security.
The embassy pointed out that "and in 2022, the United States confirmed the transition of the mission in partnership with the Government of Iraq to support the Iraqi security forces through training, consulting, providing various assistance and exchanging intelligence information at a time when the Iraqi government is leading the fight against ISIS. The American forces with a combat role have left Iraq in December 2021, while the forces tasked with providing advice, assistance and empowerment missions remained in Iraq at the invitation of the Iraqi government.
The statement continued, "Assistant Secretary of Defense Celeste Wallander met with Iraqi Defense Minister Jumaa Inad Saadoun, Army Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Yarallah and National Security Adviser Qassem al-Araji in Baghdad, in which she stressed the long-term partnership between the United States and Iraq during her meetings with Iraqi leaders and affirmed their mutual commitment "Building the operational capacity of the Iraqi Security Forces and Peshmerga forces in order to continue counter-terrorism operations to ensure the lasting defeat of ISIS. Dr. Celeste Wallander also discussed opportunities to expand defense cooperation between the United States and Iraq, beyond just counterterrorism operations, to confront emerging threats and increase cooperation and interoperability." .
In addition, Wallander appreciated Iraq's ongoing efforts to resettle ISIS detainees for prosecution and reintegrate displaced Iraqis from northeastern Syria.
"I am honored to be here today in Baghdad to discuss the US-Iraq defense partnership and to consult with my Iraqi counterparts on opportunities to expand our security cooperation to support shared interests," Wallander said, according to the statement.
Wallander also arrived in Erbil to sign a memorandum of understanding aimed at continuing the US Department of Defense's support for the Peshmerga forces in their operations to defeat ISIS.
The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, received today, Wednesday, the US delegation headed by the US Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs, and during the meeting, they discussed ways to strengthen relations between the Kurdistan Region and America, and discussed the memorandum of understanding that will be signed today between the two sides on continuing support for the Peshmerga and military and security coordination.
The Prime Minister praised the US support for the Peshmerga forces, especially in confronting terrorism and the terrorist Daesh, pointing to the importance of the memorandum of understanding that the two sides will sign. He also renewed the Kurdistan Regional Government's desire to advance comprehensive relations with the United States.
And the US Assistant Secretary of Defense expressed her happiness at visiting the Kurdistan Region, and said: "I am honored to be here today to sign the Memorandum of Understanding, which represents a milestone in the relations between the Kurdistan Region and America."
The reforms in the ninth ministerial formation, especially the existing reforms in the Ministry of Peshmerga, and the importance of a radical and constitutional solution to the outstanding problems between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the federal government, were part of the axes of the meeting, which was attended by the US Ambassador to Iraq Alina Romanowski and the US Consul General in the Kurdistan Region Irvin Hicks. link

Last week there were still 9,810 Tier 3, 4 Banks that were not connected to the Quantum Financial System because several accounts in their banks were still being used by the Cabal under the SWIFT System. That practice will stop by Oct. 1.
By today of those 9,810 Tier 3, 4 banks not in the system, there were 3,012 of them which were now signed up to the QFS. The remaining banks’ assets were seized and they face closure, with their bankers under arrest.
As of tonight all bankers who needed to be arrested in the US had been picked up.
Most Tier 1, 2 Banks and Redemption Centers have been receiving tranches of monies for some time. From last Thurs. to now they received extra tranches.
Fiat monies delivered to the banks has been stopped and as a result some banks have run out of money. Some banks lobbies have been closed.
US Inc. and the Federal Reserve have gone bankrupt. Banks were required to restructure under the Restored Republic.
Starting last Thurs. the US Treasury began delivery of the new US currency to the banks, but were not allowed to give it out. Those monies will be used for our exchanges.
The schedule for the Redemption Centers looks like they won’t be open for a couple of days – until the weekend – likely by the start of NESARA on Sat. 24 Sept.
The intention was for Charlie Ward to release the NESARA/GESARA Announcement on Sat. 24 Sept.
Tier 5 the General Public was to begin Oct. 1, 2, but that could have been pushed back a couple of days.
Italy, France, Spain, Belgium and other countries which have been under the Euro will revert back to their own gold/asset-backed currencies with the GESARA announcement.
Our Federal Income Tax monies have not gone to our country. It went to the Queen, Rothschilds and the Vatican. That will all change under NESARA.
The US will go to a consumption tax of around 15% on new items that you buy. There will be no tax on food, medicine, earnings or old items such as a used home or car.
There will be no more Federal or State Income Tax. The state will get half of the 15% consumption tax, the other half will go to the federal government.
Government agencies will be reduced. The IRS was now under the US Treasury.
All will start on Oct. 1, the start of our new fiscal year.

MZ: I am being told by my finance ministry contacts there that things are moving very quickly in Iraq finaloly for values….lots of deals being cut so they can move forward…... .
MZ: There was a lot of chatter with groups…….but chatter is not spendable…. The news amongst groups got very quiet this afternoon. They are not accepting any more updates on contact information because they believe they will see “GO” at any moment. We will continue to watch them
MZ: No updates on CMKX or Prosperity packages…..There are rumors that some PP folks got payments but I have yet to find one…..and I know many in the PP program. I cannot confirm that- yay or nay on that subject.
Member: Mark, Do you think it’s possible Iraq could change the value of their currency before the RV? Would that be done with gold backed or fiat?
MZ: Yes I do…….If they change the value before the RV it would be in fiat. They have a mechanism in place called a Nominal Effective Exchange Rate….where they could go with a partial increase in their value and the last rate I heard –if they do this is $1.60 US. If this is the case we will be exchanging just our dinar
MZ: I still do not think that is going to happen. I am 99.9% certain it will be a full blown reset …The world does not need “just Iraq” They all need to go.

MZ: Let me officially give you the biggest nothing burger so far this week. It has been exceptionally quiet. Its so painfully quiet there is no RV news to report at my end.
MZ: A number of groups shut down their lists last night….meaning they stopped accepting any changes to contact info now…..If anyone needs to make changes- they now have to wait until the end of the line after everyone else has been paid. They expect things are very close Banks, and Treasuries above them must be telling them it’s very close.
Member: rumor is there was an Emergency Meeting at the UN …What’s that all about? Has it anything to do with the GCR?
MZ: There are lots of meetings today and tomorrow….We know Al Kazemi is arriving from Iraq to attend meetings in New York…At some point we understand Biden is supposed to go to New York to meet with him and the New PM Liz from the UK.
Member: So they are still stalling releasing the RV?
MZ: I don’t think they are stalling.. Banks say they are prepared and ready to go when whatever the cover event happens. I don’t know what that cover event is .

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi is holding meetings with a number of kings and heads of state in New York on the sidelines of the work and meetings of the United Nations General Assembly, which will start tomorrow, Wednesday.
A statement by Al-Kazemi's office received by Shafaq News said that the latter "will deliver Iraq's speech at the General Assembly meeting, and he will meet - on the sidelines of the Assembly's work - with a number of kings and heads of brotherly and friendly countries participating in the meetings, as well as meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations."
On the sidelines of the participation, the Iraqi Prime Minister will meet with a number of officials of international and regional organizations; To discuss the most important files for cooperation at various levels, in order to address the economic and political challenges facing Iraq and the region, according to the statement. link

Yada: I will take a stab annie68,,,,,its is a Saturday I'm of the mind that the details of the eventual, "Kazimi/Silah" administraiton with the final resolution of dissolution along with the terms of resetting the voting laws and election date.
Yada: Interesting post from Candykisses "The Renewal Controversy taking shape,,," stating, "The Iraqi academic, Nadim Al-Jabri, had expected the framework's chances of choosing a prime minister to decline, and he would accept the fait accompli and accept the renewal of Al-Kazemi's mandate." Looked up "fait accompli" it stated the Framework will be left with option but to accept Kazimi. Yep, no moves left for Maliki.

Skinman: Yada, do you think Iraq will get their act together and put the government together or do you think the international community will have to step in and save Iraq from itself?
Yada: LOL skinman. They see the wolf coming to take away their life style. The one they think is dear for them. Believe they really will get it done and the only obstruction is the one using the constitution against them (Maliki) As long as Maliki and the Framework doesn't dictate things, Sadr may go along with the proposed endgame. Do you remember the three stage process that was proposed?

Shafaq News/ On Monday, the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, invited all political forces, before heading to the American city of New York, to represent Iraq at the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly.
Al-Kazemi said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency: "We are now leaving for New York City in the United States of America, to participate in the meeting of the United Nations General Assembly on behalf of Iraq."
He added, "Over the past two years, we have worked to establish the best relations with our neighbors and with the international community, and we have raised the level of Iraq's presence in international forums, and we have strengthened cooperation and partnership with everyone, which will reflect positively on the interests of our people at all levels."
Al-Kazemi explained, "The government's experience confirmed Iraq's ability to play an important role in stabilizing the region, and to be an arena for bringing everyone's views closer, and this is an approach that must take its extent at all levels."
He pointed out that "the current political crisis is difficult, but the doors to a solution are still open, and this requires a calm and frank dialogue that puts the interest of Iraq and its people above all."
The Prime Minister called on the national and political forces to "remain calm and patient, rely on the language of dialogue and reason, and arm themselves with a solid will and a high patriotic spirit."

An informed government source told Shafaq News Agency that during this visit, Al-Kazemi will hold meetings with a number of world leaders, led by US President Joe Biden.
An informed political source told the agency that Al-Kazemi went to New York, as an alternative to Iraqi President, Barham Salih, for the purpose of discussing political developments and their repercussions on the security and economic levels, and the opinion of the international community on this crisis, during his meeting with senior officials in the world.

In a statement received by Al-Oula News, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that "Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein discussed with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna the holding of the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership in its second edition, to be held in the Jordanian capital, Amman."
She added, "The joint tripartite meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the work of the United Nations General Assembly at its 77th session in New York, discussed preparations related to the agenda and objectives of the conference, which aim to sustain dialogue between the concerned countries, create a state of cooperation and stability in the region, build economic partnerships, and protect Iraq from threats." external.”

Brief History of the Global Currency Reset:
In the late 1700s a group in Eastern Europe (Illuminati Families, Rothschilds), known as the Cabal, began taking control of the Global Monetary System using fiat or paper currency that was not asset backed. To counter this movement some sovereign families of Asia and Europe dominated by the Chinese Royal Dragon Families, pooled their gold assets into secretive off ledger private banking trusts now known as the Global Collateral Accounts.
In reality the US the privately-owned (Rothschilds, Rockefellers) Federal Reserve System started around 450 years ago with creation of a Vatican Trust Account attached to the generational wealth of several nations. By 2015 the new US Republic had been formed by the White Hat Alliance and located their new US Treasury on an Indian Reservation in Nevada near Reno.

In April 2016 certain patriotic members of Congress formed the new US Republic, US Treasury and US currency notes.

Later on Wednesday morning, when in an "unexpected" move, the Federal Reserve expanded the size of its two dollar funding operations, the overnight and term repo, from $75 Billion to $100 Billion, and from $30 Billion to $60 Billion heading into quarter-end, effectively injecting up to $250 billion in funding ($30 Billion in already concluded term repo as well as two $60 Billion term repos yet to come, together with the $100 Billion overnight repo, assuming full allottment on all operations, for a grand total of $250 Billion ).
This is getting worse.

I think that is a clear indicator of how close we are.

MZ: We are seeing bank runs starting all over the world. China, Argentina, Sri Lanka has completely imploded…..bank runs and bank closures all around the globe. Things are reaching critical mass. They cannot kick the can without everyone breaking out pitchforks and torches.
