MZ: Tier 3 stuff…. I heard from some of my bond people that they are expecting to go tomorrow. I have heard a couple of conflicting statements on that …some say it could possibly be Sunday or Monday before they go . But they do think its soon…..I’m not going to pick a date…just going to watch it play out because things are really lining up as we speak. …
MZ: Now if they go to a full blown float, that is when we have to start thinking about if it’s the dinar only. It does appear there have been slight changes on the value of the dinar in local markets….of about 100 dinar per 100 US dollars….that could just be in their local markets anticipating the change in value…..too early to tell at this point. Hopefully we will have some qualifications on that in the morning.
Member: If Dinar goes first…will they still rv the other currencies?
MZ: Yes….but we don’t know how long that will take…

Listen, you all will have to be mindful of the fact that you hold currency that some bank tellers will be tempted to confiscate by telling you your money is inauthentic and keep it for themselves and exchange it later.
A lot of people work jobs out of survival. Not because they love it. So they will take advantage of any opportunity to escape the drudgery of a 9-5 if it means taking advantage of naive customers who are not privy to schemes that are redundant practices unbeknownst to the general public.
Some of them are and were skeptical of the foreign currency swap that would yield large returns simply because of the improbably nature of something of this magnitude being allowed or accessible to the common man without investing a large sum of money from the onset to get the type of (ROI) that is promised.
So you have to guard your currency and do not allow them to keep it without validating the reason with undeniable evidence that what you hold is invalid.

What is a dead give away is them not destroying the currency in front of you. If they take it out of your view and not shredding it you may have some "Theft by Counterfeit" perpetrators on your hand.
If a bill is counterfeit, it is sent to the Secret Service. But if it's merely unfit by the Fed's standards, then the machine shreds it.
Those shredded notes are sent to landfills or packaged and provided as souvenirs to the public on Federal Reserve Bank tours.
So if I were you I would only deal with provisional overhead in their department. Because this type of money is to large for your average bank teller anyway. So there really is no reason to deal with them.
Once in the bank ask for the manager. Inform him you have IQD and would like to discretely exchange and deposit a small amount until you figure out what your next move is.
If they want to authenticate your IQD give them the smallest bill you have and you want to see them destroyed in plain view if they are found to be fake.
There should only be two people in the room. You and the person in question. Imo

These three things above should always be the deciding factor as to who you decide to bank with. I don't care about the title or name of the bank. If they are not operating within those parameters then you should not put your money in any of those banks.
Especially if they are not Basel 3. Then you should go from there. How much insurance can they cover. If you are comfortable with that. Then the next question should be about the interest. And you know just build from there.
Because you have to have the next 10-15 years or more in mind when you are handling money with bank institutions. Especially credit.
Russia is the first country that does not have a Rothschilds Draconian system that is bleeding their citizens dry through predatory lending practices. These banks would borrow money from the Federal Reserve at 2% intrest. But charges you 7-8% intrest on a house loan from money they don't even physically possess in their vault.
It only exists on a computer. Yet, you are paying real money on fake money throughout your career that ends up being way more than the interest the bank had to pay in order to even write up the deal in the first place.
Guess what? If the banks follow those three banking rules above they will not be able to do this anymore. Because "The Gold Standard" alone by it's very existence promotes fiscal responsibility where money printed out of thin air will no longer be standard procedure. Imo

They are making huge strides in Iraq. They have not worked together in years….decades even.Now they are sitting down together to finish it.

Member: If what we have been told is true…..world debt disappears when the corrupt fiat debt based system is gone when asset/gold backed currency starts. Hope it’s true

Membeer: I dont think dinar will go alone. Because than you’d have people double dipping.
Member: Mark, If over 200 countries are Gold back and precious metal backed now...How can the RV not happen really soon ?

MZ: For me, the first thing I will do is exchange. I am still being told they will use redemption banks if Iraq goes alone…..maybe not separate redemption centers but will use spare offices in banks because there won’t be as many people coming in. They will still handle it using secure links and 800 numbers for us to be able to call to make appointments. .
MZ: I am still told that even if Iraq goes alone the “oil for Dinar” program is still valid. We still should see a premium exchange rate.
MZ: After the exchange my money would go into real assets. Things like Real Estate, silver and gold…..things that will maintain real value no matter what happens.
MZ: If the dinar goes alone this means we do not yet have gold backed /asset backed reset…..so our money would still be fiat. I would use non-discretionary accounts where no one can touch it. Non discretionary trading accounts means my money would not be in the “banks”
MZ: Then buckle down….not do anything extravagant…..buy other currencies and wait for the full Global Currency Reset. I do not think it will happen that way…..but be prepared in case it does.
Member: If the dinar RV’s low and then takes days/weeks to float..will that affect our exchange rate?
MZ: I am told that even if there is a float….our rate is covered by a contract/treaty….so our rate is already set higher then it will initially come out at……..but even it isn’t set…if it floats….…I would exchange it all….I’m not one to try to catch that falling knife …I would not wait to exchange. One thing they told us is they will only honor the higher denomination notes for a limited time. We learned this in Kuwait, China and other revaluations that have happened throughout history. So if you wait too long …your currency really could become wallpaper. But its up to you if you want to play that game…..i say heck no….
Member: How much would the premium dinar rate be that we would get?
MZ: I was told about $2 more per dinar…..
Member: so if the rate is $1- we could get $3??
Member: What was the highest rate Kuwait floated to?
MZ: I believe it floated up to $9.88 before it started going down.
Member: The Iraqi dinar was valued at $3.22 on May 11, 2004. On May 12th it dropped to$.0.0007. Approximately the same as its current value.

Today, Wednesday, an American website revealed the intention of the US Department of Defense, the Pentagon, to deploy members of the Indiana National Guard in Iraq to defend the coalition forces, indicating that the force is conducting secret exercises before its unique .deployment in Iraq
According to the report of the "14 news " website , which was translated by (Baghdad Today), "300 soldiers from the 163rd Field Artillery Battalion of Evansville will be included in ".these important efforts This is the first time that the National Guard has been deployed since 2008, providing a rare" .opportunity for them," the report noted None of these soldiers could have done without their families, they've supported them so" .much," said Capt. Ernie Griffin
We know that soldiers volunteer and want to be part of this organization with the soldiers" who serve, but the families are left behind, and so, we know that the community will support ".our soldiers, we will also support the families that are left behind The report pointed out that "over the next few months, the 300 soldiers will receive training ".to prepare for deployment to Iraq

Tishwash: A midst a political stalemate, Sadr's followers are preparing for a two million event
Amid the continuing political impasse in Iraq, the followers of the Sadrist movement continue to sit in the Iraqi parliament for the fifth day in a row.
The protesters are preparing to hold a million prayers next Friday in the Great Celebrations Square inside the Green Zone.
On Wednesday, the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq called for a national dialogue, considering it the most effective way out of the political crisis in the country.
The mission added, in a statement, that the meaningful dialogue between the Iraqi parties has become more necessary than ever.
Muqtada al-Sadr called on the protesters to “evacuate the parliament building and turn the sit-in in and around the parliament, adding: “If there are other places where the sit-in should be held, instructions will come to you successively.”
According to the statement issued by the Minister of the Leader of the Sadrist Movement, Saleh Muhammad al-Iraqi, al-Sadr stressed, on Tuesday, that “the permanence of the sit-in is very important to achieve your demands, and the sit-in must be organized in the form of meals, with the momentum of the numbers remaining at specific times.”
He concluded by saying: "We are in the process of forming a committee by the protesters to manage and organize the protests and take care of everything necessary."
The open sit-in of the supporters of the Sadrist movement in Iraq continues inside the parliament building after the demonstrators took control of the seat of the legislative authority.
Al-Sadr's supporters had gathered in the center of the Iraqi capital, Saturday, before storming the heavily fortified Green Zone that includes the parliament building amid strict security measures, which resulted in the fall of 125 wounded in clashes with riot police.
Al-Sadr’s supporters are protesting against the continued call by the so-called “coordinating framework” forces, loyal to Iran, to parliament to elect a president of the republic and assign candidate Muhammad Shia’a al-Sudani to form the next government, while calls for calm and dialogue continue from various international and Iraqi political parties link

Shafaq News/ The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, demanded, on Wednesday, the dissolution of the current parliament and the holding of early elections, which he said he had not yet decided whether to run or not.
Al-Sadr said in a speech, which was followed by Shafak News Agency, that "what is happening is not a power struggle as they are promoting, because whoever wants power does not withdraw 73 deputies from Parliament, my previous return came to enact a necessary law against normalization."
Al-Sadr called for early elections to be held after the current parliament was dissolved, but he said he had not decided whether or not to run for them.
He added that "the malicious lawsuits obstructed the formation of the majority government." With regard to the dialogue initiatives put forward by the various political blocs, Al-Sadr said, "There is no point in having dialogue with them. Dialogue with them has been tried and tested, and nothing will befall the country but ruin and dependence," referring to the forces of the coordinating framework.
He pointed out that "reform does not come without sacrifice, and that he is fully prepared to be martyred for the sake of reform."
Al-Sadr added, "The revolution began as a Sadrist, and they are part of the people, and that revolution will not exclude the corrupt from the Sadrist movement."
He added, "I have never and will never be satisfied with bloodshed, and I will never start with that, and if they do that, reform comes with blood."He addressed the Iraqis by saying, "They took advantage of my presence to end corruption, and the revolutionaries and the protesters must stay and continue until your demands are achieved."

Central banks globally added 59 tons of gold to their reserves last month and no sales were reported, according to the latest data compiled by the World Gold Council
The Central Bank of Iraq has become the latest bank to add a significant amount of gold to its gold reserves this year. The Iraqi Bank bought 34 tons of gold. This is the first increase in gold reserves by the Central Bank of Iraq since it purchased 7 tons in 2018. The Bank of Iraq now owns 130 tons of gold
Uzbekistan continued its gold buying spree, buying another 8.7 tons. It has added nearly 9 tons of gold to its reserves in each of the past three months. Gold reserves represent just over 60% of Uzbekistan's total reserves
Turkey has also been adding gold to its reserves constantly. Last month, the Turkish bank added 7.7 tons of gold to its holdings. Turkey's central bank added 37 tons of gold to its holdings in the first quarter of this year alone. It now owns more than 455 tons of gold, which is approximately 30% of its reserve assets
In June, the Central Bank of Kazakhstan increased its gold holdings by 4.2 tons. This was the third consecutive month of purchases after several consecutive months of sales earlier in the year and back to 2021

Iraq ranked 114th among the richest countries in the world in terms of per capita GDP adjusted for purchasing power, according to the US magazine Global Finance.
The magazine said in its latest report for the month of August, seen by Shafak News Agency, that Iraq ranked 114th in the richest countries in the world out of 192 countries listed in the table, indicating that "the per capita GDP in Iraq amounted to 12,141 thousand dollars."
Globally, according to the magazine’s report, Luxembourg ranked first in the world’s richest countries with a share of 140,694 thousand dollars, followed by Singapore second with a share of 131,580 thousand dollars, and Ireland came third with a share of 124,596 thousand dollars, while Burundi was at the bottom of the table and ranked 192 with a share of 856 dollars, preceded by South Sudan 953 dollars.
In the Arab world, Qatar ranked first and fourth globally with a share of 112.789 thousand dollars, followed by Bahrain, 25th globally with a share of 57,424 thousand dollars, followed by Saudi Arabia third and 28th globally with a share of 55,368 thousand dollars, followed by Kuwait fourth and 31st globally with a share of 50,919 thousand dollars, followed by Oman ranked fifth and ranked 56 globally, with a share of 35,286 thousand dollars, followed by Libya sixth with a share of 18,345 thousand dollars, and then Egypt came seventh with a share of 14,928 thousand dollars.

MZ: I am still hearing a resolution could be moments away, if not days away….. We had hoped for a resolution last Saturday and then Monday….it’s fluid as we watch it play out.
MZ: I do not think they are kicking the can….its just a process that is playing out.
MZ: Some interesting news from Kuwait. They have dissolved their entire government. “ Kuwait formerly dissolves parliament-state news agency” They have a similar system to Iraq. So much back and forth … article states this has hindered fiscal reforms…..nothing gets done….i think this is key to what is happening in Iraq….these countries are very inter-related……..
Member: I wonder if we have to wait for the Iraqi gazette rate announcement on a Wed or Sat for all of us to RV?

Samson: A drop in oil prices before the OPEC + meeting

Oil prices fell about one percent in early trading, on Wednesday, before paring some of the losses that preceded the meeting of OPEC + producers, amid fears of slowing global growth that affects fuel demand and the rise of the dollar.
Brent crude futures were down 38 cents, or 0.4 percent, at $100.16 a barrel at 03:45 GMT. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures were down 35 cents, or 0.4%, at $94.07 a barrel.
The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and allies including Russia, known as OPEC+, meet on Wednesday. OPEC+ sources said the group was likely to keep production unchanged in September or raise it slightly.
Analysts expect no change due to the weak outlook for demand as recession fears grow, and they said "largest producer" Saudi Arabia may be reluctant to increase production at the expense of OPEC+ partner Russia, which has been hit by sanctions over the conflict in Ukraine.
Several factors are affecting the demand outlook, including mounting fears of economic recession in the United States and Europe, debt distress in emerging market economies, and China's COVID-zero policy that limits activity in the world's largest oil importer.
A stronger dollar, buoyed by comments from US Federal Reserve officials who hinted at an increase in interest rates to cool inflation, also affected oil prices as a firmer US dollar makes oil more expensive for holders of other currencies. LINK

Tishwash: 11 Iraqi political parties call for the dissolution of parliament and the formation of a new government
Today, Tuesday, Iraqi political forces called "change" raised several demands and called on the United Nations to support them, including the dissolution of the House of Representatives and the formation of a new government, revealing their intention to establish an inclusive national conference.
These forces included "the Iraqi Communist Party, the National House, the Social Democratic Movement, the Iraqi Nation Party, the Nazil Take My Right Movement, the Faili Movement, the Iraqi House, the Wa'ad Party, the Sons of Two Rivers Party, the Consultative Council, and the Tishreen Democratic Movement."
The forces said in a statement read by the leaders of those parties, in a joint press conference, seen by Shafak News Agency, "10 months have passed since the October 2021 elections, and the influential political blocs have not been able to address the deepening political crisis for years, and even insist on the approach of sectarian quotas. ethnicity, and a conflict of narrow interests.
She added that "this led to the Parliament's inability to perform its constitutional duties, and the continuation of the state of political obstruction, whose negative effects were reflected on all of our people, and now threatens societal peace."

It also called for "the formation of a government that enjoys political and popular approval, and whose mission will be to initiate practical steps on the path of change, including holding the killers of the demonstrators accountable, revealing the fate of the disappeared activists, moving major corruption files and bringing the corrupt to justice."
The Forces for Change stressed that one of the duties of this government is also "to take concrete measures to confine arms to the state, and to benefit from the financial surplus to improve the lives of Iraqis."
She stressed that "the government takes it upon itself to work to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements for holding fair and impartial elections, under UN supervision, including: the application of the parties' law, to prevent corrupt parties and parties with armed arms from participating in the electoral process, and to ensure the independence of the High Electoral Commission."
These forces called on the United Nations Mission in Iraq to support the aspirations of the Iraqis to achieve a real democratic political system of government, and to sponsor the dialogues of its national political forces.
And the statement continued, "In this sensitive circumstance, we believe that the peaceful change project requires concrete measures, foremost of which is a review of the interpretations of the Federal Court, regarding (the largest bloc) and the quorum of the presidential election session, and the violation of constitutional timings."
In order to achieve this, the forces’ statement says, “We sincerely call on all forces, parties, national figures, popular protest movements, unions, unions, organizations and social actors, to unite efforts and work to preserve the path of peaceful change that responds to the aspirations of our people, in a stable homeland. and flourishing.”

Iraqis have varied opinions about political calls to dissolve parliament, re-elections, and make constitutional amendments, to end the political crisis in the country, while others believe that the solution lies in changing the system of government from a parliamentary to a presidential one.
And after 297 days of not choosing the country's new prime minister and republic, political differences are still exacerbating, especially between the "Shiite" parties, and as a result, thousands of supporters of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, stormed the parliament building on July 27, 2022 in protest against the trend. The framework for the formation of the new government by the nomination of Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani, an ally of former Prime Minister Nuri Al-Maliki.

Montazer adds to Shafaq News, that "ending the control of parties will be through the active participation of citizens in the elections." The country is in its own interest.
Dissolution of parliament
The call for early elections is not new, as it was raised in earlier times as well. In this regard, the independent deputy, Basem Khashan, states, "I submitted a request to dissolve the Parliament more than once, and also demanded the amendment of the election law, which the Federal Court canceled a number of its articles."
Khashan explains to Shafak News, that "the initiative of the independents has proven in light of the current situation that it was a solution to end the political crisis," noting that many MPs have chosen the side of neutrality at the present time, and these lack courage, as the deputy must have an opinion on important issues.
Amend the constitution
With regard to the transition to the presidential system, the representative says, “Changing the system to a presidential one requires amending the constitution, and amending the latter is a complex issue,” pointing out on the other hand that “Al-Sadr’s call to amend the electoral law is unreal, as the electoral law was established by the current, so Al-Sadr’s call for a change the political system, the constitution and the election law are all false calls,” he said, suggesting that al-Sadr will try to end the crisis and retract his previous positions.
Muqtada al-Sadr, who won the largest number of votes in the October elections, withdrew his 74 deputies from parliament last June, after he failed to form a government that excluded his Shiite rivals (the coordinating framework). After months of negotiations, al-Sadr left to his opponents in the framework the task of forming a government after he took a surprising step by withdrawing his deputies from Parliament.
The framework includes the bloc of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the Fatah bloc representing the Popular Mobilization, and blocs that did not achieve significant results in the elections, such as the Wisdom Movement.
Analysts who spoke to Shafak News believe that holding early elections is the strongest option in the event that no agreement is reached that combines the framework with the current, or one of them concedes to the other the government. And the political analyst, Sabah Al-Agaili, during his interview with Shafaq News Agency, shows that the early elections are "related to the government.
Will the Al-Kazemi government remain, or will a prime minister be chosen and given a period that may extend for a year in order to call for early elections, and this proposal may suit the political process if we have reached a political closure.
And the path of dissolving parliament and holding early elections is different from changing the regime and the constitution, according to political analyst, Muhammad Nana’, who says that “changing the regime to a presidential one or practicing a coup against the current political class, with a party taking these steps supported by the people, is an undemocratic path, as you certain forces and parties outside the constitutional, parliamentary and democratic contexts adopt rebuilding the state anew according to their vision, as sometimes put forward by the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr.
As for the call for the dissolution of parliament and the elections, Nanaa explains, during his speech to the agency, that "this is within the current system itself, given that the current parliament was shaken by its Sharia with the withdrawal of the Sadrists from it, and the current parties were unable to form a government." He continues: "There is a custom in parliamentary contexts that if elections are unable to form a government within a maximum period of 60 days, then early elections are held to fix the situation, and therefore there is a difference between calls to change the regime from a parliamentary to a presidential one, and calls to dissolve parliament and hold early elections."
In light of this political complexity, the outgoing government of Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi continues to "carry out daily business," and if the parties do not agree on a new government, this government may continue for a transitional phase until new elections are held.
