Babil Governorate decided to suspend the official working hours on Thursday, due to the high temperatures.
The decision excluded sixth preparatory students and health and security departments.
Several governorates decided to suspend tomorrow's work, as the country entered a severe heat wave. LINK

The Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, directed today, Wednesday, the suspension of official working hours, tomorrow, Thursday, in the governorate’s office and related departments.
A statement by the Baghdad Governorate, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said, "The governor directed to suspend the official working hours for tomorrow, Thursday, 4/8/2022, in the governorate's office and associated departments."
He added, "The disruption came due to the high temperatures, with the ongoing examinations of the finished stages." LINK
