MZ:  I am getting some good chatter from a contact in tier 3. The chatter picked up again mif- morning .  They believe something is coming to a resolution in the next 48-72 hours….maybe sooner. They are looking for some key events on Wed or Thurs. They are expecting money to move on tier 3. And, we will be right on their heels.

MZ: Many of you guys are involved in tier 3. Those that have aggregated funds in certain church groups or Indian groups will be affected with this…..I expect you guys will get notice over the next day or two. If you can share what you are hearing with us unless it involves an NDA of course.

Member: Do you know the rate?

MZ: No…I know a range ….noone knows the exact rate yet.

MZ:  “Al Sadr’s minister directs the sit-in in front of parliament, not inside it. Maintain your presence until our demands are achieved”   it is coming to a head in a positive way.  In Iraq the protests are forcing a resolution to the government…..i had hoped to see the government sat last night or early today..but it hasn’t happened.

Member: what else must be done to get this moving?? really what is next??

Member: Wolverine said they are waiting on The US Treasury to give the green light. Who's running this donut stand?

MZ: “Great article: “What Happens Next?” Nobody knows- but it doesn’t look good at all” This is from ZeroHedge. You guys should read this one.

MZ: “RBI allows global trade Settlements in Rupees”  This is from india…..and aimed soley at getting around the sanctions against Russia. By them bypassing US and UK sanctions- they have put us in a corner.

Member: It’s being reported that all 209 countries have sign on gold back currency. Can you confirm?

Member: I only know of the countries already in BRICS…..definitely haven’t heard of 209..but would be nice for sure.

Member:  My family does not believe me about any of this ,can’t wait to wear my told ya shirt

Samson:  Russian newspaper: Iran loses control of Iraq

The Russian newspaper "Expert Ru" saw that Iran has lost control of Iraq in a report published today, Tuesday, on the internal conflict in Iraq and the rejection of "Iranian guardianship" over it.

The report stated that Iraq is witnessing unrest. Hundreds of Iraqi Shiite demonstrators stormed the parliament building last week to protest the appointment of a new prime minister. She explained that in the Russian (as well as Western) circles close to the experts, an opinion has been established saying that neighboring Iran is the biggest beneficiary of the US invasion of Iraq.

In the end, however, Iraqi nationalism (or Arabism, if you will) triumphed over religious identity, just as it triumphed during the Iran-Iraq war (when Tehran's bet on the support of its fellow Iraqi Shiites did not work) for many years. , Iraqis - including Shiites - opposed Tehran's rule of their country and its incorporation into Iranian geopolitical projects.

According to the report's author, Georg Mirzagan, the newspaper said that there is now a dilemma. The installation of the pro-Iranian prime ministerial candidate, Muhammad al-Sudani, cannot be considered legitimate, because the main Shiite political force does not recognize him. It is very difficult to suppress this force and its leader.

She also said, the West views this situation with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the United States does not want a government crisis in Iraq, let alone the possibility of civil war. This would lead to a decrease in the volume of oil exported by Iraq, which means increasing the complexity of Western countries' plans to impose a price ceiling on Russian oil. On the other hand, the West needs Sadr in the context of the US-Saudi-Israeli confrontation with Iran.

According to the newspaper, that is why Western diplomats will now try to kill two birds with one stone, that is, prevent a civil war in Iraq and at the same time persuade the political forces there to reintegrate Al-Sadr into power. Preferably its main player. The only question is how can this be achieved?  LINK

Samson:  A new drop in oil prices

2nd August, 2022

Oil prices fell again on Tuesday, as investors digested a bleak outlook for fuel demand with data pointing to a decline in global manufacturing as major crude oil producers meet this week to decide whether or not to increase supply.

Brent crude futures fell 77 cents, or 0.8 percent, to $99.26 a barrel, while West Texas Intermediate crude futures fell 67 cents, or 0.7 percent, to $93.22 a barrel.

The decline came after Brent crude futures fell on Monday to a session low of $99.09 a barrel, their lowest since July 15.

The benchmark US crude price fell to $92.42 a barrel, the weakest level since July 14.  LINK

Breitling  For any country to say that they are going to go digital, it's just a portion of it.  It's a part of their money supply. MZ: on the Iraqi front it’s pretty quiet. They are still working on getting the government sat….it is not done yet. Still getting daily drops from the CBI and Kazemi about rate changes. We know we are extremely close.

MZ: Could they be waiting on the US? Could they be waiting on a trigger ? Do we know its imminent?  Yes.

MZ: Could we be in a 48 hour window? Yes we could. But I am hesitant to pick an exact time as I have been burned so many times. They are doing their best to cloud it…..

MZ: Still hearing we are supposed to get a lot of disclosure from DC starting  tomorrow. I am feeling strangely upbeat about tomorrow.

Member:  Mark … does Admirals group go b4 us? Have not heard about them in a long time.

MZ: I am being told the entire 4b is now being considered “the internet Group”  or the Wells Fargo Private Group…..I am not worried.

Member:  Wells Fargo was cleaned up by the white hats…imo

Member: What have you heard regarding the exchange rate of the Iranian Rial? Thank You.

MZ: I am told that the Rial should be close to the Dinar rate…..about 75-80% of what the iraqi dinar goes for…….Example: If the dinar goes for $4…expect the rial to be about $3. I am haring it will be in the lower $3 range right now. Iraq and Iran share a number of oil fields so expect the rates to be similar. Just like Iraq and Kuwait.

Member: Why should we exchange at Redemption centers instead of just go to the bank?

Member: privacy and security are 2 good reasons…

Member: because at the redemption centers you get the contract rate rather than the bank rate. It's like a bonus for stringing us along. LOL

Member: The new rainbow currency has been at my local bank for months . They described the colors of denominations . It’s coming

Member:  I asked my local state bank if they were Basel or Teir bank. She said We are covered by the FDIC lol

A press report highlighted the green zone's transformation into a city open to Iraqis, in light of the open sit-in, launched by Sadrist supporters.  

The report, published by the newspaper "Middle East", followed by "Nas" (August 2, 2022): "The heavily fortified presidential green zone, which includes most government buildings, including the Iraqi parliament, has been transformed overnight from an area with only stakeholders from government, parliament and other departments, ministries and staff

To what looks like a recreational resort, frequented by large numbers of Baghdadis and others, whether those belonging to sadr's movement, or those who are power-taking from different groups, or those who are in power from different categories, or those who are in power from different categories, or those who are in power from different categories, or those who are in power from different categories, or those who are in power from different categories. Even some curious people who want to know the nature of life and the places where people's deputies and other government figures live."  

"Most Baghdadis and others have been completely isolated from these places for nearly 20 years, surrounded by fences and strong protection lines to prevent targeting, however, it became clear that these precautions went away last Saturday, after the Sadrists stormed the Green Zone and entered and stationed parliament, thus providing an irreplaceable opportunity for those who wish to (picnic) and see the worlds of the Presidential Green Zone (mysterious and magical) for them," he said.  

 "In 2018, the government of former Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi decided to partially open the streets of the Green Zone to ordinary citizens, and then retreated and closed them again during the popular protests that began in 2019," he said. According to an interior ministry officer working in the Green Zone, its entry is limited to the "Four Cards" campaign, or color-bearing passes (black, red, yellow, green). The colors are distributed depending on the importance of the character who aims to enter.

The officer, who prefers not to be named, says that "black is intended for those with grades and senior positions of deputies, ministers and officials, while the green color is reserved for officers with the rank of dean and above and their class of staff, and the card is allocated in red to officers at the rank of colonel and below, and the yellow color is allocated to officers of the rank of major and below."  

The officer adds that "the granting of black is the prerogative of the Prime Minister, and may be granted to some persons and guests who are not working in the Green Zone, but who frequent it for political, commercial or journalistic purposes, or those associated with certain interests with certain blocs, political figures, etc.".    

The four colored cards, today lost their importance and function, and passers-by and going to the Green Zone can see tens of thousands of citizens coming from different neighborhoods of the capital and from distant provinces, spread over a wide area of social affiliation, and from various religious and ethnic affiliations poor, destitute, employees, wealthy and professionals and housewives, the irony is that one of the security elements appeared in a video and talks about his happiness to enter the Green Zone for the first time after being a guard of its walls many years ago!

CandyKisses:  Announcement Of An Important Meeting Of The Framework Forces Within 72 Hours

 The leader in the coordination framework, Turki Al-Atabi, announced, on Tuesday, that the framework forces will hold an important meeting during the next 72 hours.

Al-Otbi said in an interview with "Information", "The demonstration of the framework forces near the approaches of the Green Zone from the side of the suspension bridge revealed to public opinion the large size of the popular bases, although the mobilization for them was during a very short period, but it gave a message of great depth and popular support for it."

Al-Otabi added, "The leaders of the framework will hold an important meeting within the next 72 hours to discuss developments in the Iraqi scene in general and to set a road map for the next stage," noting that "Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani is still the framework's candidate to head the next government, and there is no change in the framework's directions regarding the formation of the government." 

He pointed out that "any change in the political process must take place in accordance with the constitutional framework, otherwise it is not legal," noting that "the framework seeks to protect the state and the political process."

Samson:  Vietnam's exports of electronic equipment reached $100 billion in a year

1st August, 2022

In the first half year, Vietnam received $29.17 billion in exports of phones and components, an increase of 16.4% compared to the same period last year, the Vietnam News Agency reported.

The agency quoted data from the General Customs Administration of Vietnam that the main importers of these products in 2022 are China, the United States, the European Union and the Republic of Korea.

In detail, exports of phones and components to the United States grew by 53.7% to $6.61 billion, to China - by 16.6% to $6.45 billion, and to Kazakhstan by 29.8% to $2.78 billion. During that, the supply of these goods to the market decreased by 7.7% compared to the first half of last year, ie to $3.2 billion.

It is also reported that the export of computers and electronic components abroad achieved significant growth. The value of exports of this group of goods in the first half of this year amounted to 27.68 billion dollars, an increase of 15.6% over the same period last year.

According to the Association of Producers of the Vietnamese Electronic Industry, the products of this industry are among the main components of Vietnamese exports. Last year's results indicate that the value of its exports abroad exceeded $100 billion.  LINK

MZ: The protests rising up in Iraq …they are forcing and pushing for seating of the government. There is great support for Al Sadr…even from Shiite factions which is surprising.   I am told they could act quickly (Which happens often in Iraqi politics)  They appear “stuck”  then something happens like this…and then you suddenly see months of progress happen in 2 hours….. .

MZ: Glad others are seeing the same thing. They are peacefully rising up and letting their voices be heard.

NESARA, White Hats: U.S. President Bill Clinton Signed NESARA into law on October 10, 2000 (but never implemented it).

Let us consider what happened with the creation of the National Economic Security and Reformation Act (NESARA). The Act was passed by the United States Congress on March 9, 2000 and then sent to President Bill Clinton for his signature.

President Clinton signed NESARA into law on October 10, 2000, and it was to be announced (enacted) the morning of Sept. 11th, 2001 (Remember what happened on that date at the Twin Towers in New York City?).

At that point NESARA, as with any legislation so acted upon, became a “law of the land”, but wait a minute! No one wanted to enforce it. Why? No one wanted to enforce NESARA because this law required the physical and permanent removal from their government positions of all those, who were treasonous. Those, who had deliberately acted outside the Constitution of the Republic, had committed treason. Those who were treasonous included the United States president and vice president, the presidential cabinet, all members of Congress, various government departmental heads, all fifty governors of the fifty states, judges and others.

To hide NESARA from public view and, thus, to prevent its enforcement by popular demand, the United States Supreme Court placed a gag order on all public officials, the United States military, law enforcement personnel, bankers, attorneys, judges, the media and anyone else, who knew about NESARA and, who might give information about NESARA to the public. If the people learned the Truth about NESARA, they would demand its enforcement. This could not be allowed.

Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days of GESARA’s announcement. Allows the new Republic of the U.S. to temporarily govern the country’s affairs until fair and legal elections can be held.

International Monitors will be present to prevent illegal voter ballot stuffing or fraudulent election activities of special interest groups.

 Eliminates all “states of emergency” thus declaring peace for every land abiding by GESARA and it’s alliance.

Allows the new Republic to physically remove or eliminate any obstacle impeding GESARA law.

Ceases all aggressive U.S. government military action worldwide.

Forces the U.S. military to immediately remove troops from all sovereign nations that no longer willingly accept them to reside on their soil (including Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Philippines, etc.).

Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law.

Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, platinum, and precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933.

Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period, the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply.

Restores financial privacy.

Establishes peace throughout the world as monitored by the United Nations Security Council.

Releases unprecedented prosperity funds in a “share the wealth redistribution program” for every individual on Earth as well as the release of enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes across the planet. Oil prices fell on Monday, as rising global inflation and the effects of recession in America and Europe eroded demand for fuel, while investors prepare for this week's meeting of officials from OPEC and other major producers on supply adjustments.

Brent crude futures were down $1.07, or 1.03 percent, at $102.90 a barrel at 04:40 GMT, and US West Texas Intermediate crude was at $97.32 a barrel, down $1.30, or 1.32%.

Brent and West Texas Intermediate in July ended their second straight monthly loss for the first time since 2020, as rising inflation and higher interest rates raised fears of a recession that could erode fuel demand.

ANZ analysts said fuel sales to UK drivers are declining, while demand for gasoline has remained below the five-year average for this time of year.

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and allies including Russia, in a group known as OPEC+, meet on Wednesday to decide on September production.

Two OPEC+ sources said a modest increase for September would be discussed at the August 3 meeting, while others said output was likely to remain flat.  LINK

Samson:  France freezes Russian assets worth more than one billion euros

1st August, 2022

Guillaume Vallet Valla, head of the intelligence department and the response to secret financial operations of the French Ministry of Finance (Tracfin), said that his country has frozen Russian assets worth 1.2 billion euros.

He pointed out that this does not include the assets of the Russian Central Bank, which were frozen before that.

"The value of the frozen Russian assets (in France) is 1.2 billion euros, not counting the assets of the Russian Central Bank," the official added in a press interview.

Guillaume Vallet Valla pointed out that this freeze included financial and non-financial assets (for example, real estate).

At the end of March, France froze the assets of the Russian Central Bank in the amount of 22 billion euros.

Earlier, European Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders said 13.8 billion euros of Russian assets in the European Union had been frozen, including 12.6 billion in six EU countries.

According to him, not all EU countries are making sufficient efforts to freeze assets that have been subject to sanctions.  LINK

The researcher in economic affairs, Hamza Al-Hardan, expected that Iraq would achieve 120 billion dollars in oil revenues this year. Al-Hardan said, in a press statement, that: "The opportunity for high oil prices comes to Iraq again after the world witnessed a rise in oil prices nearly ten years ago, and the country did not benefit from it in real terms, relying on its rentier economy (oil money) to fill its operating and investment expenses." 

He called on the federal government to "properly invest the opportunity of rising oil prices this time, because it is expected that oil revenues for this year will reach more than 120 billion dollars."

And Al-Hardan indicated, "This increase in oil prices can continue, which may be reflected positively so that there will be a turning point in the Iraqi economy, through the correct and sound investment operations, and the establishment of projects supporting the Iraqi budget and the lack of complete dependence on the oil sector."

He stressed "the necessity of investing opportunities to develop the economic sectors and industrial and agricultural facilities, and to develop projects that can be an essential source of transforming the national economy from rentier to diversified."

Al-Hardan stressed, "This increase is a temporary opportunity due to international factors and variables, and the possibility of the end of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, which will be followed by international agreements to reduce global oil prices."

The jump in oil prices came to save Iraq from stifling economic and financial crises, and to get it out of the predicament of borrowing, depleting cash reserves and exacerbating the budget deficit.

And revenues from Iraqi oil exports, during the month of June, amounted to about 11.505 billion dollars, according to official figures issued by the Ministry of Oil in Baghdad. The ministry said in a statement that the total amount of crude oil exports for the same month amounted to more than 101 million barrels.  link

Tishwash:  State of Law: Al-Kazemi implements a plan in order to ensure his continuation in power

A member of the State of Law coalition, Fadel Al-Azrajawi, criticized the daily practices of the caretaker prime minister, pointing out that Al-Kazemi is implementing a plan that has been prepared in advance with the support of some internal parties and external support in order to ensure his continuation in power.

Al-Azrajawi said in a press statement, which was monitored by The Independent, that "some parties are seeking to keep Al-Kazemi in his current position and not go towards choosing a prime minister and forming a new government."

He added, "Al-Kazemi is benefiting from the Emirati and Gulf external support in general, after he signed some agreements with them, and therefore he is externally supported in addition to the internal support he receives today to remain in the position and drag the country towards normalization."

And he indicated that "everything that is happening today in the Green Zone stands behind Al-Kazemi, as he opened the doors for demonstrations in order to ensure that he remains in the position, as the Prime Minister deliberately implemented a plan that had been prepared in advance   link

Supporters of Iraqi populist leader Muqtada al-Sadr pitched tents and prepared for an open sit-in in front of the Iraqi parliament on Sunday, in a move that could prolong the political crisis or plunge the country into new violence. .

Thousands of loyalists of the Shi'ite cleric stormed the fortified Green Zone in Baghdad on Saturday, seizing the empty parliament building for the second time in a week as his Shi'ite rivals try to form a government.

"We will stay until our demands are met. We have many demands," a member of Sadr's political team told Reuters by phone, speaking on condition of anonymity because he is not allowed to make statements to the media.

The Sadrist official said that Sadr's socio-political movement is demanding the dissolution of parliament, new elections and the replacement of federal judges.

The Sadrist movement came first in the October elections as the largest party in parliament, making up about a quarter of its 329 members.

Allied parties suffered heavy losses in the elections, with the exception of former Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Sadr's archenemy.

Al-Sadr failed to form a government devoid of those parties, however, suffering from enough opposition in parliament and rulings by federal courts that prevented him from being chosen for the post of president and prime minister.

He withdrew his deputies from parliament in protests and has since used his own group of poor Shi'ite followers to incite street protests.  link

Here is a reality check. As a potential participant in the looming GCR/RV/Historical Asset Redemption event the general view of participants is to focus on the end result. Meaning the distribution of funds. Little regard is put on the reality of how money actually moves though the systems.

FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act). Requires that foreign financial institutions and certain other non-financial foreign entities report the assets held by U.S. account holders. (Financial accounts and foreign assets)

CHIPS (Clearing House for Interbank Payments System) All Large interbank transfers of money in USD must pass through CHIPS. It is the largest private sector USD clearing system in the world, clearing and settling $1.8 trillion in domestic and international payments, per/day.

CIPS (Cross-Border Interbank Payment System) is a payment system that offers clearing and settlement services for its participants in cross-border Chinese currency (RMB) payments and trade. Backed and developed by the Peoples Bank of China (PBOC) in 2015. CIPS uses SWIFT ( Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications)standards and codes to define the type of financial transaction). In 2021, CIPS processed around 80 trillion RMB ($12.68 trillion) with 1280 financial institutions in 103 countries and regions having now been connected to the system.

AML Act (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020) Built within the current banking system all financial transaction pass through the FinCEN (The U.S. Department of Treasury “Financial Crimes Enforcement Network”) it’s main purposes were to stop the financing of terrorism and the laundering of criminal financial gains.

The USA Patriot Act . The official title of the act is (Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) . Its purpose is to deter and punish terrorist acts in the U.S and around the world. It has a major focus to prevent, detect and prosecute international money laundering and financing of terrorism.

These are just a few of the dozens of compliance and regulatory issues for International Cross-border transactions. Now consider that each country has its own set of rules and regulations to adhere to.

Also think of what kind of I.T. system that would be needed to gather and process all the collective data needed to pass the individual compliance of the thousands of agencies globally. We are talking trillions of transactions DAILY!

This is what the Quantum Financial System is supposed to be able to do. But the countries of the world have to agree to allow access to their individual data fields for the quantum algorithms to be utilized. And there lies the remaining problem.  DJ

Jeff  At the end of the day Iraq cannot go international if the rate remains below zero...it is a reinstatement.  That means put it back to where it was in the $3+ range.  Iraq has to put their rate back that's comparable to the region.  None of the other middle eastern countries have a rate below zero.  Some of the lowest rates in the Middle East are maybe down around where Saudi Arabia is - around a quarter.  That's the low side.

The independent politician Saad Al-Mutalibi confirmed, on Sunday, that the regional and international will is still working to keep the caretaker Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, noting that the dialogue will be “a framework chest.”

Al-Mutalibi said in a statement to "Information", that "the picture of resolving the crisis between the brothers within the coordination framework and the Sadrist movement was not clear, despite the former's official announcement of his call for dialogue and the resolution of all differences between the two parties."

He added, “The next dialogue should be direct between the Sadrists and the frameworkists, and prevent the interference of any party or mediator, because when the Sunnis chose their representative in the House of Representatives, they did not consult the Shiite component. Also, the Kurds to this day have not allowed any party to interfere in solving the crisis of choosing the president of the republic.
