The Prime Minister noted that there are other development projects undertaken by the government within the white paper, as there is an important poor group of Iraqis and two groups of families of martyrs and the disabled who do not have a residential role, so it launched the (Dari) project, which includes distributing plots of land to citizens without intermediaries, but rather through an electronic system More than 3 million citizens applied for it, the number of those who fulfilled the conditions reached more than half a million citizens, and the number of those who would acquire land was about 300,000 in the coming weeks.

He said that the project has been converted from plots of land to low-cost residential houses, and the government will provide funds for this segment, and will be areas serviced by electricity, sewage, and schools, and built in a modern way.

Al-Kazemi indicated that there are various efforts made by the government in the field of roads and the construction of the Hawli line around the capital, Baghdad, which will address congestion in Baghdad, as well as follow up on external roads that have major problems, and a plan has been drawn up for the Baghdad-Hilla line and the completion of the maintenance process.
