The head of the Investment Authority, Suha Daoud Al-Najjar, said that "the project, which was signed with a consortium of Norwegian SCATEC companies, Egypt's Orascom and Iraq's Al-Bilal, represents an important step within the program of building and constructing electric power stations for clean energy generation.
