Member:  Good morning everyone. Gut feeling that it's going to be a great next few days for all.

Member:  praying this is our weekend

MZ: No money movement last evening but my redemption center folks plan on being on call this weekend.

MZ: No money movement yet today in Europe or Asia…..today feels like a groundhog day…but I am not scared as we are getting towards the end. .

MZ: This is a 3 day banking holiday for us here in the US. We have always expected it to go on a 3 day weekend ……I hope this is the one where we see it.

Member: Everything is closed in Iraq as well this weekend …..all business, the stock market, borders and even the airport this weekend are closed for their elections.

MZ: I have heard that also from my Iraqi folks.

Member: It’s a 3 day Thanksgiving holiday in Canada as well

Member: I think the Chinese elders sending that representative to Reno is very telling

Member: If you go on the Iraqi Central Bank website if you translate it....says Oct.17th 2021 is the date listed

Member: What is 5 major banks handling the exchange?

Member: I think they include WF, HSBC, Chase and maybe BOA and Citibank????

Member: What about 5/3rd bank ….will they do exchanges?

MZ: I hear they will have the same rates as the big banks….. they are a licensed regional bank.

Member:  Most main stream banks have had down time here in the UK including HMRC, All good signs of a system takeover

Member: The misinformation has gone on way too long. I wish that we could put an end to this drawn-out scenario.

Member:  Just because you can’t see what’s happening, doesn’t mean it isn’t.

Member:  Back in March, Mr. C said we would RV in October. I wonder does he still think we will RV this month?

Member:  No more nothing burgers... No more nothing burgers!!!!

MZ: We have a little news. I was not going to share but then I heard it from 2 other different sources. So I feel comfortable sharing this, knowing I am not compromising anybody.  I am certain this will make the dinar boards if it hasn’t already.

MZ:  We have seen some dollars move. A couple bond folks have received very small percentages today….and then RJax emailed me the update from Isaac saying the same thing. . So we did see some movement today on the bond side.

Isaac : Hello great news from friends whales ….To go to Hsbc Tuesday Wednesday and other to wait for next week for the 1 % ….so general very positive news from very reliable friends,

MZ: The other thing that happened was The Chinese banking family have been arriving in Reno today. We don’t know if they are there on vacation or to hold somone’s nose to the grindstone…..But, this is a BIG happening in my book.

MZ: These are representatives from the Chinese banking families. I cannot say who specifically but I did get this from a number of different sources so feel comfortable sharing this one.

MZ: So today there were a few more 1% traunches paid out to bond folks on historic bonds and the arrival of some representatives of the Chinese Banking families to Reno

Member:  We have a 3 day weekend coming up.

MZ: Yes- Columbus Day. The original design of this was to have it go on a 3 day weekend.

Member:  Why is Reno so important?

Member: I hear the big WF foreign currencies dept is there and a US Treasury location…..probably more reasons …..

Member:  Mark if all internet goes down how will we get our notifications?

Member: Mark always says to subscribe to Dinar Recaps….and all the dinar sites plus some other gurus will also release the exchange information….mark also has a number to call…..

MZ: Well this afternoon money still has not moved. I did speak with some Iraqi contacts today again . They say there has been a lot of clean up in the aisles as they anticipate a release of the new rate no later then midmonth. Sooner than later is what they are telling me.  

MZ: They have made it very public over there that they have loaded the ATM’s with lower denoms. And that they have printed and prepared all the lower denominations as well.

MZ: There have been a number of arrests in Iraq- is what I am being told. In Iraq itself and also from confiscation of some questionable folks and their currency.

MZ: There was a hard cleanup over the weekend. This is probably why there was a news blackout in Iraq this weekend. So I got a fantastic update from over there today and they have a lot of anticipation that this last clean up at the last moment is so nobody hid any money or stashed any….Iraq has been very busy over the weekend and the first of this week. And they still are saying they are ready and prepared .

MZ: We are all hoping we get over the finish line any day now. I wouldn’t be surprised to get that call at any time.

MZ: So no money movement in Reno or Zurich…..But lots of Arrests in Iraq in preparation for the event.

MZ: They have been cleaning up banking for awhile now all over.  Including Fed bankers and Fed presidents.

Member:  Mark, cbi iq has reinstatement date on their webpage today of Oct 17th date? Thoughts?

Member:  CBI Document says they will re-instate the Dinar Internationally on 10-17-2021..This is from a Vital Brad video on recaps.

Member:  news came out today that the rules for buying and selling currencies is changing on the 17th in Iraq

Member:  we don't want to get our hopes up , we have a documented stamped CBI document saying it's going to be reinstated on the international market on...I looked at a calendar - October 17th is a Sunday

MZ: Iraq has already been given all the mechanisms…..their finance minister came out and said they are now prepared to let their rate float to its real value…..we shared that article last week. .

Isaac: Hello, Just finished all the meetings. After no positive news the final one was to wait for tomorrows to see if the German Bonds will start tomorrow with liquidity. So keep you posted.

Mark, Do you still feel the entire RV will go at once or is Iraq going to go it alone???

Member:  When is Vietnam getting their act together!! C'mon Dong! You're killing me!

Member:  What's our chances of condiments on our nothing burgers?

Member:  New Moon today! Great day for starting things brand new!

MZ: I am very much expecting it at any moment.

Member:  Bruce had hopeful Intel. Notifications today into tomorrow

MZ: I am hearing the same thing…..and at this point I know we are very close. Since last night though it has been a nothing burger…..people in Zurich are in place….but nothing yet from contacts in Asia. Nothing happened in Dubai….per a contact over there. Nothing in Reno….so yes, last night was a nothing burger.

MZ: I am not taking this as bad news though…..

Member:  Crazy how there is nothing by now. With the Fiscal year ending/beginning. Everyone was like it has to go before Oct. 1st. Maybe it did, but why don’t we know yet?

MZ: in Iraq they are still in the waiting process. The news I got from a contractor over there is they are expecting to be paid in all new rates on October 15th over there. They are expecting the RV at any time over there….It could be 2 minutes….it could be days.

Member:  Why do we expect Iraq to go first?

MZ: Because one, the outgoing administration wants credit for revaluing the currency…..and two, they have the new rate to start with the new administration and the new calendar year for them.

MZ: One thing we do know according to the Iraqi Minister is they plan on unplugging it and letting it float and the IMF has been pushing them to establish their new rate. We know we will see a change in value over there…..not even a question. It’s written all over their news and written all over the world news.  We just need to watch it all play out…..

Member: I'm not comfortable letting this play out. I want action NOW............

Member:  the money system is collapsing.

Member: Do they have any of the new money in banks yet?

MZ: Yes they do ……you guys can post what you have heard in your local markets as well….many of you have sent info to me….I have spoken with 2 different bankers who said yes there are new bills..….but they won’t let them touch them yet.

Member:  I talked to my banker a couple weeks ago and mentioned big changes in this world, which she emphatically agreed to and mentioned new money and RV and such and she agreed.

Member:  One of my bankers at Wells Fargo in the DAllas area said they have the new US Notes, was aware of NESARA and they got new ATM's to support the new US Note.

Member:  PERSONAL INTEL. LOCAL CHASE BANK Montgomery TX admitted when I asked them straight out that they were FULLY ready and for the QFS when it goes into Law and they also have the new USN bills ready to go

Member:  My relative works on armoured truck delivering cash in ND... no new notes mentioned there yet. In Oregon my bank teller did not know about QFS, but had heard of new notes.

Member:  My bank "updated security measures" two weeks ago, but I can't get them to admit QFS.

Member: My bank said they don't have enough people trained on converting new ATM to new system. My ATM's bank has been down over a week. When I asked if this was for the QFS she said, yes.

Member:  New USA $$$, Chase has then at some branches

Member: WF contact said on high alert til 17th

Member: Regions Bank is ,again, selling currency, ie VND .$660.20 for $10,000,000 VND !

Member:  Since the US is totally broke as is most of the world the only way out is to implement NESARA/GESARA. All the Gold and wealth is already tied to the QFS. So it has to happen quick.

Member: With Zim….If you are over 70 do you have to take the lump sum and walk away or can you still do projects?

MZ: Good Question….I was told if you want to…you can take the projects….

Member: Will there be credit reports with Nesara?

MZ: This will be interesting to watch. Recently in El Salvador they canceled all their citizens previous credit information…they basically wiped the slates clean when they made recent massive changes. They tied their currency to bitcoin instead of fiat. Doing this they were able to very quickly rein in any inflation

Member: Where is the EBS?

Member: I am really looking forward to seeing those rats arrested in the deep state.

Member:  Time to cancel circus and round up the clowns

Member: good evening everyone

Member:  Intel is kind of lame today......

MZ: it has been kind of lame……There has been a tremendous lack of news on the RV front.

Member:  What happened with iraq currency i thought it was supposed to go last week?

MZ: We are hearing there is movement in Iraq as far as paying contractors. Most of the contractor contacts I have spoken with , do not believe they will be allowed to spend it until the 15th.   It does have a new rate….I am not going to say what that rate is because …well, they did not tell me. They specifically said they cannot tell me that rate.

MZ: I am going to respect this …..this is the first contact I have spoken with in Iraq in awhile…..I have known this contractor for a long time. One of the best contacts out there…… So, they have been paid at a new rate and they expect freedom of these funds on Oct. 15th. This is a great sign.

MZ: Could it go before then? Absolutely. I am still hearing very positive things.

MZ: Nothing from CMKX or prosperity or from Reno and Zurich. They went home without money today….Same in the middle east and in Asia.

Member: Maybe they are waiting for Nesara/Gesara . I hear it is supposed to happen Oct 15th.

Member: Also 10 days of darkness ends on 10/15 …allegedly.

Member:  Wallpapering my bathroom with Zim is back on the list of things to do if we don’t RV soon.

Member:  Perhaps this past weekend was just about 'testing' the system and then arresting the thieves......again. Oh well.....it is coming!

Member:  I am so ready to get this thing done, lol

MZ: No money movement overnight. We saw the test traunches over the weekend…but nothing since then. I have 3 great contacts in Iraq and I am still hearing nothing. Hitting a stone wall right now. Its impossible to communicate with folks in Iraq right now….

MZ: Zurich is still sitting on the edge of their seats with expectations. They are still expecting a release of dollars still today…..they have not thrown in the towel on today yet. There is still a lot of anticipation for this week….buckle up.

MZ: yesterday there were some meetings on logistics…how to pay out tier 3 and 4a……stuff like that..

Member:  Are we all being fools? Feels that way at this point.

MZ: We knew at the end there would be disinformation and smoke…and we also knew when we were really close they would clamp down on leaks inside the paymaster realm and tier 3 and 4a……We are certainly getting there

Member: So quiet is good……..the calm before the storm???

Member: People need to hang on a little longer.

Member: Mark- do you think they are stalling right now?

MZ: No, I think they are preparing for a massive release of our funds. I think it is unfolding exacty how they have it planned and scheduled.

MZ: I know a few people who have been paid small amounts on them….not the full amounts.

Member: As I understand it the contract rate is for Dinar and dong and set in a treaty…..not for all countries.

MZ: That is exactly right. Some countries did not participate in the liberation of Iraq .

Member:  MARK Z when the Appointments for the funds start, does that mean the DEBT cancellation of NESARA automatically and INSTANTLY take place???

MZ: As Mr. C understands it……yes

Member:  My student loans are already completely GONE!

Member: I hear October 15 is the day Nesara will be activated.

Member:  Tony on TNT said his contacts said they did 40 test transactions yesterday with a 95% success rate.

MZ: I chased banks throughout the Caribbean. Could not find any to confirm they were exchanging currencies yet.

Rod Steele:  I got Everything from Tues.(tomorrow)  thru Nov 2nd. 95% of 40 Test Cases by the Lead US Bank over the weekend were Successful! TX banks told NOT in 2021. Iraqi Contractors have a projected Live Date B4 10/15/21

Member: It's Monday night in Iraq. wish we heard something

Member:  Iraq has been celebrating all yesterday.

MZ: I have been unable to get any news out of Iraq for the last couple of days. I’m hoping this is a good sign…but I’m not going to read to much into it because this part of the world is renowned for communication outages.

Member: So Iraq’s money has not changed yet?

MZ: I don’t know…..i have not been able to get any messages from contacts there in about 3 days. They may have changed and we just not know it yet. They did it that way in Kuwait….they blacked out the information for about 10 days. I assume in today’s world though they could not prevent it from leaking. We are to connected…..

MZ: If any of you have heard anything positive….let us know…..It’s been pretty dry on my end. We are talking and communicating …..just not getting any solid news right now

MZ: I did get the opportunity to speak to a couple of folks that are involved in groups and the paymaster level.  They are expecting updates sometime today. As of yesterday we are expecting them to release the funds sometime tomorrow

MZ: I am praying that is correct. We have all been at the edge of our seats entirely too long. If it’s going to be further out- they need to tell us so we can plan our lives accordingly and make peace with it.

MZ: I am expecting a lot of information this afternoon. We are in the normal Monday morning doldrums where the banking system has not been awake long enough to let us know where we are at yet.

Member: On a call from Scott, a lady called in and said her daughters friend that lives in Trinidad were exchanging currency.

MZ: That would not surprise me at all…… the private banks in Trinidad and the Bahamas, Belize, Panama…..It would not surprise me if they jumped the gun…..don’t know if they are getting as good a rates…..but would not surprise me because we are so close….

MZ: We have so much coming….hopefully this is the week that pushes us over the top.

Member:  Mark has repeatedly said if you hold any currencies back you will not be able to exchange at the rates we will get at the redemption centers.

Member: Do we need to worry if this is going to be a repeat of last month?

MZ: I don’t’ think so…..historically if a crash occurs…it occurs in October. We are clearly set up for one.

MZ: On Saturday we talked about energy shortages, coal shortages, power outages in India and the UK…We touched on the number of European factories about to close down because of the cost of energy. We talked about shipping delays, supply chain backups….we talked about Mass. state trooper shortages, Navy Seals quitting, and all the hospitals that are now restricting services because of the lack of staff. And all of the airlines are understaffed.

Member:  I thought the IMF demanded the Iraq rate had to go International by Oct. 1st and Iraq promised to have the rate out by the 1st

Member: So what happened to the paymasters that said they’ve had enough cry Wolf

Member: Gold and silver going down today

MZ: This always happens just before a crash. You have a lot of people who hold paper silver and gold and metals…..they don’t actually have the physical amounts for these. …so what they do to cover their short positions is unload those. …and you get a artificial dip……it will go back up ….this is actually a sign we are about to explode.

Member: Evergrande has stopped trading on the stock market in China.

Member:  anyone else seeing Evergrande collapsing this morning and the Chinese covering for it? I guarentee they spark a war with Taiwan to both cover this and to get out of repaying debts

Member:  wow seeing over 700 companies traded in China have voluntarily halted trading of their shares to "self preserve" according to their state media - 1/4 of companies on china's top 2 exchanges no longer

Member: Is it possible Iraq pulled the trigger already. They have a 3 day weekend right now. Today is their holy day and Sunday is a holiday….their Independence day……maybe they will announce the RV sometime this weekend??????

MZ: There is an excellent chance that has happened. We are getting a blackout right now out of Iraq. That would now surprise me at all.

MZ: So I am getting dead silence out of Iraq which is a little unusual…..it may be a difference in time zones……but I am hopeful it means they have released their lower denominations this morning…..it does appear to me right now that I am getting some kind of black out over there……

MZ: I am still hearing very positive stuff with bond folks….they have moved a number of people ..especially to Reno for redemption stuff to start this evening……so far in Zurichpeople are still sitting on their hands….there has not been that big money movement….nothing happened in the Asian market today

MZ: There was a lot of static that they expected to release it overnight or at the end of today’s Asian markets so that when the banks reopen at the first of the week it will all be flowing out…this is what I heard from a few contacts.…...I hope it is accurate.

Member:  its been a long journey but when have we ever been able to say we’ve been this far? Iraq news is a big deal

MZ: Most of the folks that had meetings today on the bond side got punted until tomorrow. They did get some logistical issues taken care of…like who goes first ..in order of who is already back in their seats.

MZ: So Group leaders and bond folks had their private meetings pushed until tomorrow. But they are all asked to be in place or risk going to the back of the line.

Member: So if they are not in place…they skip them?

MZ: I have been told they have had a considerable amount of issues trying to get anyone to believe them this time and to come back on location and to handle those historic bonds….…..

Member: The paymaster who cried wolf!!.

Member: We are all having “The boy who cried wolf” syndrome. They have lied for years…no wonder no one believes them anymore.

Member:  when this finally happens first we will all be in shock …second we are going to wonder if it's true…. third we are going to miss the heck out of these times together

MZ: I am still hearing fantastic stuff as they position for it. Keep in mind that there are additional days off in Iraq. They have Sat and Sunday off as they celebrate their “Independence Day” So it’s a long weekend for them and would be an ideal time.

Member:  So what happened to the RV had to be done before the 4 quarter? didn't happen again!!

MZ: I was hoping for a lot more news for you all tonight. I did have some fantastic Nesara/Gesara contacts reach out and tell me to look for the crash …and that they are going to adjust prices quickly and release it to the people. So I will be watching the markets open tomorrow. The Asian markets and the European markets….this could be the crash and the implosion. It will be an interesting day tomorrow to watch the markets.
