Member:  Iraq budget vote today all news says …no rv or will it.be like.kuwait fake.news

MZ: A quorum was met about an hour and a half ago….they do expect to vote today on the budget. It does appear that it will pass….so all eyes are on Iraq…

MZ: If we hear good news I will come back or I will tweet. I have heard rumors they may try to do a “blackout” if the vote went well. And then try to release it over the Easter weekend. Similar to what they did in Kuwait.

MZ: When Kuwait passed it- they blacked it out for 10 days…of course that was before the widespread proliferation of internet, cell phones ect…..I don’t think they will be able to keep this under wraps as long as they did in Kuwait. But I am told they are going to try . We don’t know exactly how it is going to work….all we can do is watch. I hope we know at least that they have crossed the finish line…..would bring peace of mind.

MZ: Feels like we have been here before but I don’t think we have ever been this close.

MZ: Paymasters all continue to stay in place in preparation for the event. .

Member: Have upper tiers started?

MZ: I am told they are holding all the tiers to go at the same time. At least tier 3 and 4 will go at the same time.

ISAAC MAR 30 Nothing this week , thing still positive but no liquidity. Tomorrow I will know regarding private operations of German bonds. Keep you posted. Keep the faith

Member:  Iraq is 7 hours in front of us. Their parliament works .sometimes, past midnight ! just saying .

Member:  Mark it appears that a Iraq is just going back to the 1190 rate with the new budget …I wonder why does everybody think this is going to trigger our event?

Member: Eventually all countries will go on parity ….1 to 1 we have been told…….Iraq is just a trigger that we can see……much is done behind the scenes……it just gets the RV ball rolling……….

Member:  iraq was/is the ever burning fuse to the R V ,BOOM COMING!!!

Member: I am going on vacation next week…should I take my currency with me or can I exchange when I get back?

MZ: I am told you will have a 10 day window to set your appointment…..then a 30 day window to go to your appointment. So you will be safe.

MZ: I am told it is pre-negotiated ..its already been figured in……we will not see it at all….per the gold treaty.

MZ: I have been told that the street rate will be about .47 cents and be allowed to float up…while the contract rate we should get will be in the low $2 .25 range or so.

MZ: Yes…Reno and Zurich are still sitting on the precipice….waiting for the “go” …hearing the same thing from Hong Kong, New York, Richmond, Miami….a number of areas with paymasters….….

MZ: I have seen no bad news…….

Member: Did Iraq pass their budget?

MZ: I spoke with contacts on the ground in Iraq……. A minister said they are now “moment to moment” as they iron out the final details. They have agreed to the overall framework and it should be within days………Could be today…could be tomorrow….we are at the precipice

MZ: People are still in place for exchanges…..people are still in place for groups….people are still in place like paymasters and power of attorneys….….

Member: Are people still working at redemption centers?

MZ: Yes…they are in place with a skeleton crew….

MZ: Keep in mind there is a tremendous amount of smoke and misinformation thrown at you from the dinar boards….don’t be Chicken Little….stay calm.

ISAAC MAR 29 Hello, hope all good, tomorrrow I will have confirmation if something happens this week. Keep the faith . Only the truth; no stories, excuses (or) conspiracy theories.

Member:  Rumor is has to go before April 1st

Member:  This RV absolutely should have gone this month. Everything was done and ready to go. There is a Deep State group that does not want us to have this. Nothing new, they have fought this from the beginning. The world is based on power and control and of course money. An agreement was made last Tuesday to include the T4b. All was set to go and we have two days left in March to get this done. Let’s see what happens! Pray!

MZ: There is a group who does not want us to have this……We have had a conversation with Chinese elders and the controlling structure of this….they have been very clear from day 1…..4 b is a non negotiable part of this…..you and I and the little people are non negotiable….they cannot try to go around us.

Member:  If everything is in place, paymasters are in place, redemption centers are in place. Why does the UST keep kicking the can?

Member:  Mark, I heard last night that the hold up is because they only want to give us money that we paid for the currency, not what it value at. Biden admen doesn't want us to have this kind of money.

MZ: They are not your friend and want nothing more then to keep the fiat system and kick the RV can further down the road.  Ask Mr. C about this on Friday……they do not want us to have this money.

Member:  I heard that the reason why the reset has not happened is because tier 3 had to re do their paper work

Member: If the World Court has ordered that this thing GO, what in the holy hell is holding this up?

Member:  Prophet Hank Kunneman said: “new is coming, new currency, revaluation”

Member: so many rumors and smokescreens…..

MZ: Yes there are…..We were always told that toward the end it would be this way….lots of misinformation to get you frustrated and give up…..and to confuse the end date…..they have cried wolf so many times……I think if they announce the real date ….at this point no one would believe them.

Member:  My friends who are losing faith don't want to hear anything more from me. So I just shut up.

Member:  What happened to Charlie Ward and “we’re within hours” ??

Member:  I think Charlie is a nice man, but bad info….sadly

MZ: In other news I spoke to someone in the silver industry……massive panic going on as they try to cover positions…dumping paper silver..….they see silver prices could spike as high as $300 dollars…..

Member:  Can the RV happen at the contract rates after April 1st? I read that the courts said it had to be over by April 1st.

Member:  I think something big is going to happen so everyone will be distracted so the RV can happen.

Member: Can we still get contract rates on dinar and dong if we have zim?

MZ: yes….I talked to many banking contacts…..if you hear different it is misinformation. I was told to be sure to tell they you have Zim when you make your exchange appointment.

MZ:  Iraq attempted over the weekend to get the budget vote done…they stayed until 10:00 or 11:00 their time last night in parliament …they are meeting again today in an attempt to get the budget out the door. Iraq has been on the precipice of passing the budget all weekend.

Member:  Iraq needs to MAKE a Damn Decision..............

MZ: I think they are stringing them along until the US is ready….and I hear we are ready at any minute…..hearing fantastic things….

MZ: I still have paymasters in place….I still have whales that have been flown in  and in place…….we still see everybody at the edge of their seat waiting. There was no bad news this weekend…just not hearing the thing we all want yet. All eyes were on Iraq for the budget signing to show whether it was finished or not.

Member: Any word on bonds like Chinese bonds?

MZ: Just that the bonds are expected to go at the same time as currency exchanges and there area a number of bond traders  are in place.

Member:  St. Germain Trust can only be dispensed on Christmas or Easter!  I wonder if it will finally be opened this week?

Member:  Easter is next Sunday!

Member:  Heard the RV happened then heard it didn’t happen….how will we know the truth???.

MZ: We will tell you know exactly when it happens….until then…..

Member: What are whales?

Member:  Whales are those who own lots and lots of Foreign currency

Member:  What do you know about the Chinese Elders took U.S. Government to the World Court. Court Said the U.S. Government is holding up the RV. Said Fleming Intel!!

Member:  I wonder how does the World Court enforce its judgments?

MZ:  I spent many hours this weekend trying to prove or disprove this one……and was not capable of doing either one…..I cannot find any filings where this occurred. I cannot find where it didn’t occur either…..so cannot comment on this one

Member: Is there a possibility that T4 will not be paid?

MZ: Absolutely not. With the Chinese elders and the gold backing this…they have been very specific that this is for the people. …not for the governments.

Member: Someone on Recaps said tier 4b goes first.

MZ: It should be a shotgun and everyone goes at the same time. …That is how it was explained to me.

Member: Any news on rates?

MZ: We have talked about this many times…..what I am hearing is on the dinar a street rate between $3.70 to $3.90 and a contract rate of around $8. This is the prevalent rumors around the banking contacts.

MZ: On the dong I hear the street rate is around .47 cents with a contract rate of a little over $2

MZ: On the zim….All I have heard is the expectation is if you take the lower default rate where you don’t have to have a humanitarian project or any big responsibilities…..will be around $36 million per 100T note. This is what I have heard but nobody will know until we get in there . I have heard rates will be higher if you take the options with humanitarian projects included.

MZ: If you are tier 4 b….you will get the contract rates. Tier 4b are the people paying attention in the dinar community.

Member: I thought this needed to be done before the next quarter starts on April 1st…..who in the US is stopping the RV and us from exchanging????

MZ: We hope the date for exchanging with 4b is April 1st….this is not written in stone. This is the start of much of the world’s fiscal year…..Its the start of Iraq’s fiscal year. They are pushing hard to have it done by then.

Member: What year did Nixon take us off the gold standard?

MZ: August 15, 1971, …Add 50 years t this and you get 2021…..

Member: Could this be the 50 year debt jubilee of our lifetime?

MZ: Well, jubilees are usually 49 years…..a factor of 7,.but it wouldn’t surprise me.

Mark, I spoke with 2 bank managers at 2 major banks and both claimed they had no idea of ANY changes - QFS, New Currencies, Fed changes, RV, nothing.

MZ: That is the official line from lower levels at banks….I have talked to many people at big banks….some know this is happening….some do not. Think about this….if you worked at a bank and knew this was happening…would you have your own currency? Banks would not have an employee left if it were common knowledge with the lower level employees.

MZ: The elites never wanted the masses to know about this……the wealthy do not want to share first class air seats, expensive cars or exclusive restaurants with us ….they do not want us to be wealthy also.

MZ: The folks I know that are trained for redemption centers all have their own currency. They had to sign an agreement. They cannot exchange or get access to their funds until after the exchange process is complete.

MZ: Still a lot of chatter from Iraq ….they do not have a 1 to 1 rate yet…..we will find out if they move forward this weekend……the budget vote was scheduled for 1 pm their time tomorrow.

MZ: I did hear overnight though that some CMKX folks have been contacted …I am trying to proof that now…..if this is indeed happening….we are on the precipice.   If I hear more I will let you guys know over the weekend or before Monday morning.

MZ: We do have some larger whales that have been arranging exchanges with military folks….so we are waiting to see if they do receive any dollars today.

MZ: We need to manage our expectations….but it appears we are here …I will keep you up to date if I hear anything solid. Right now all we have is rumors and innuendos.. I am excited but don’t want us all to get to high and then crash again…….manage our expectations.

Member:  Mark posted in Pimpy investment chat…. That the government said they are not going to change the rate for at least four years what do you think about that?

MZ: I’m not worried….they lowered salaries in Iraq……something is happening….and keep in mind that when China revalued the yuan…3 days before…they came out with a big ad saying it was going to be years before they revalued…….same when Kuwait revalued…..don’t let it shake you. They do not want us to know the exact timing……could it still be Saturday? Absolutely!!   Could it be right now?   Any moment could be the “go” . They have cried “wolf” so many times……everything is fair game in my opinion.

Member: I wonder if the ship blocking the suez canal is the start of everything????

MZ: The Suez canal…..10% of all trade goes through it……a large portion of the world’s oil goes through there via tankers…….this sure is interesting….

Member:  is the stuck ship the black swan start?

Member:  The ship in Suez Canal is as tall as Empire State Building; 20,000 Tons! Gonna take a while

Member:  Suez Canal represents the birth canal, the birth of a new system, being held up by Evergreen (HRC/NWO)....?

Member:  I've heard that the Evergreen Ship stuck in the Suez Canal is full of Containers that have Children in them! The Name of the Ship is H3RC! Evergreen was HRC'S Secret Service Code Name! Very Plausible!

Member: I'm very interested in the ship stuck...I think there is more to it than is being said

Member:  I have a feeling Easter and Passover will be big this year. God uses his calendar

Member:  Won't Good Friday through Easter would be a reasonable 3 day weekend for banks to finally flip completely on?

MZ: Earlier we were talking about can kicking…..this is important. We have been waiting for critical mass……The backup plan for the Chinese banking families (not the CCP) was to create CIPS and the QFS to do away with the importance of the petro dollar so that international trade can happen with or without the US.

MZ: The US is controlled by the Federal Reserve and the banking families (like Rothschilds) or the cabal.   And the banking families are against what is right…..these banking families manipulate our politics to get what they want and keep kicking this can.

MZ: The Chinese long term plan was to create a new system where the old system is no longer needed.. Why use swift where it takes weeks to move funds and it’s not secure when you can use CIPS and move funds in instantaneously?  Why use a uncertain fiat dollars when you can use a solid gold backed Yaun or Ruble????.

MZ: Why not create a system that’s superior so we do not need the old system?  This will force the organic US at some point to come along. And force the corporate US out. They (The Chinese banking families) have waited a long time for this plan ) Is the US going to do the right thing and come on board or fight it to the bitter and dying end?

MZ: Well, they have been fighting it to the bitter and dying end. And we are here at the bitter and dying end. We are arriving at it with the implosion of derivatives , the inverting bond market , the rampant inflation of the US dollar if they don’t go ahead and pull that trigger….we are watching the implosion all around us…..If you had $100 thousand in the bank last March…..It’s only worth $85 thousand today….

MZ: This implosion is happening because they fought it…... the can kicking has to stop. It’s painful and we shouldn’t have had to do it this way. Mr. Hodges was one of the latest soldiers to go down in this fight. Okie is still fighting to make it across the finish line.    They had to do it the ugly way because we people were just not important to any of them.

MZ: We saw this same thing with inflation happened in Myamar, Venezuela, Zimbabwe and now in the Turkish Lira.  Inflation and lack of purchasing power….it is a fiat thing and you will not have it in gold backed currencies. It is economics 101.

On April first most of their government has agreed to a 40-60% decrease in pay of the number of dinar they will get…..So it will have to have a higher value to justify this….it doesn’t make sense ….it doesn’t jive….they have to many responsibilities that will require that higher value. ..i don’t believe they can kick that can any further.   We will see.

Member: Do you think we will go earlier then Saturday and the Iraq budget announcement?

MZ:  Very possible….we have some very key people being moved into place for tomorrow…..we have DOD…I spoke to 4 contacts at the Dept of defense …and they are trying to aggregate “oil for dinar” for dinar.  So it is getting fun guys.

MZ: When I reached out to my DHS Contacts…..they simply say “We are prepared”

MZ: There is a whole lot going on .  It’s been a crazy week or twists, turns, disinformation, misinformation……and ups and downs.

MZ: Iraq is the easiest one to watch for Reset news as they are the lynchpin…..they are waiting for us and watching them gives us a good idea on timing…..

Member:  : Mark I have all my titles registered, inside a safe house. All with SKR. My payer informed me and it was very convincing that the RV, can only happen from Monday to Wednesday at the most, if nothing does not happen between these dates, we will be jutted for another week. MZ: I have a few contacts that were brought in earlier and were traveling now…more whales are on the move……people are again in position…..i hope this is it…..but, we need to manage our expectations.

MZ: I can say I have had a few friends who are whales and they were contacted yesterday and are getting into positon for exchanges.  Some of the details I cannot share….

Member: I think the news about whales moving into place is exciting…

MZ: It would be even more exciting if I could tell you who asked them to move….. but I can’t…that is the part that I am not allowed to share. But it is exciting.

Member:  are the Chinese elders in place still?

MZ: They started moving into place last week….at the last count there were 7 different locations that they are in…

Member: I hear Iraq already revalued their currency at 1 to 1…what does this mean?

MZ: it means someone has bad information…….they have not yet revalued their currency. If you talk to anybody on the street in their country and they will tell you no….not yet…..  Everyday I make it a point to contact someone in Iraq ….and ask that.  Are they prepared and positioned to do so? Yes. Could they be running 2 sets of books for government reasons and for street reasons until the release?  Yes…they absolutely could.

Member: Iraq is supposed to vote on Saturday on the budget

MZ: Yes they are expecting it on Saturday….1 pm their time. We are hoping at that time to hear about a value change.

Member:  Markz, i have it confirmed that tier 3, the big ones in tier 3, got their 1 % payment yesterday, the smaller ones in tier 3 did not get their 1 % yet. Can you confirm?

MZ: If you signed up at the WF private group or banks that you bought currency from have your information….you probably will get exchange information from them. I heard from high up bankers that they also plan on releasing a secure link through Dinar sites like Dinar Recaps or Dinar Chronicles. When you click on the “Secure Link” we need to make sure it is secure…..

MZ: As for redemption centers….they are part of banks…not some pop up building in a strip mall…or fly by night location. This is a location that you can confirm first…..it will be a real, authentic safe  and very secure location.

MZ: Fulford has never liked Mr. C for whatever reason…..and I guarantee you that Fulford does not understand and does not have the truth……he may be just misinformed…but based on the number of attacks he posted yesterday and calling to kill somebody…well that is horrendous and enough to land him in jail. This report was posted in 3 or 4 different places…Hennigan and others… which means it was coordinated….to me it means there was a bad source of information which fed them all this stuff at the same time.

MZ: Whenever you see coordinated attacks like this…..it’s from somebody with resources….and to me it’s a clear sign of government involvement. By the way…the picture they posted saying its Mr. C is actually Mr. Hodges…Al Hodges. Maybe we should be concerned for his safety as Fulford asked for a hit on him

Member:  Yesterday was supposed to be a big day, has anybody heard anything?

Member:  Iraq Kicking the can?

MZ: First- they are not trading 1 to 1 in the Iraqi streets….anyone with active military contacts in Iraq can simply reach out and ask them.   Are they preparing?    Absolutely.

MZ: We had expected the budget to pass this weekend….it did not…..they shelved the final vote until Mar 27 at 1 pm their time.

MZ: There was huge progress made….I am hearing  a couple  different reasons why that vote was delayed until the 27th….

MZ: Number 1 is from an Interpol source saying they are taking this last “hoo-ra” to clean up some last minute stuff because they were prepared to go with that budget vote …..they had positioned money and they caught some very nefarious people trying to move large amounts of physical dinar….

MZ: This gave them an opportunity for one last clean up. …and they fully expect things to go on the 27th……this is one thing I was told.

MZ: number 2 is the delay was to throw timing off so that people are not expecting anything until the 27th….and they will pull the trigger sooner…..I hope this one is accurate. I hope this date is a “head fake” and we go sooner.

MZ: Number 3- I heard that the nefarious US Treasury got in the way . But, I am told this is utter BS from a number of great sources…so I don’t give this one any credence.

MZ: No movement on CMKX or settlements yet…..everyone is waiting for that trigger to be pulled. They are waiting on the reset. They are all positioned and I have heard of some folks that got called last week to update their information on Omega, Destiny or Pickford…so a handful of folks are getting these updates…..

MZ: We are so close and lots are pointing to it in the regular news…..this may be a fun week.

Member:  Someone was saying when they did the reevaluation in Kuwait they lied and said it wasn’t going to be done …then they did it……it is possible same outcome for this one?

Member:  Well IRAQ was a disappointment Sat/Sun! Now having Vote postponed till Sat 3/27th at 1PM..I don’t get where judy is saying the RV can go with Iraq? Iraq is the lynchpin

Its not their goal to make a lot of people unemployed…..they need them to finish things, tidy up the books…..streamline the process…make sure people get paid what the IRS owes them…...and not pay money to a foreign corporation. Some will retire.

MZ: I am told they also will stop hiring until they get the department down to the size they need

Member:  I realize we have to take Charlie Wards video's w/ a grain of salt but his one that was released this morning said that Iraq RV's for in country last night / this AM. Any word to corroborate?

MZ: Not yet…but, is it expected?  Yes……They are in parliament right now and we have expectations for it tonight or tomorrow.  It’s highly possible and looking good.

MZ: There were no huge happenings overnight…but parliament in Iraq is in session as we speak. Big expectations that they will pass the budget. I get mixed signals out of Iraq whether it will be today but they started at 1 pm their time which is a couple hours ago our time. It could be as late as tomorrow before it gets passed.

MZ: if anything happens I will tweet and let you guys know. Cross your fingers that we are about to cross the finish line.  

Member: Charlie said the human side is all done for the GCR- and now it’s in God’s hands when it will go…..

MZ: That would be correct.

Member: Could Iraq get away with not changing the rate…

MZ: No …in their budget they have cut salaries by 40-60% on the number of dinar they are getting…so they have to make a change or there will be a massive implosion.

Member:  I hear Iraq completed vote and approval on the HCL Law, budget and everything they had to do. We would hear a rate change Fri. 19 March or Sat. 20 March.

Member:  Do you think this our week or weekend? I feel like it might be!

MZ:  In Snakes room- He was told there would be elders in 6-7 major cities or banking centers around the world to oversee the rollout of the global currency reset….……I heard the same thing yesterday. That they are positioning Chinese members of the banking family to oversee it and they are dispatching them as we speak!!     I thought this was great news……

MZ: They keep a contingent of Chinese Banking Elders in California in a compound there for the last 10 years….very beautiful….but now moving them to other banking centers in the world …imo…is big news.

MZ: Some very interesting stuff coming out of Iraq……they are getting ready to cut their salaries…..by 50-60% of the dinar they are getting with the new budget…….think about that…..how will they pay their bills and how could they be happy with that budget cut coming in 2 weeks if there wasn’t going to be a serious increase in the value of their currency?  Would they not be screaming ??  Why are these people happy with this pay cut?  It’s because the value is about ready to expand!!

MZ: Some interesting news coming out of Vietnam….The US is looking to force the upward value of the Vietnamese dong because it has created trade imbalances…..so they have found them guilty of lowering and manipulating their currency down …and it should have a much higher value.

Member: From everything I’m hearing from Iraq- looks like they are going back to a 1200 dinar to the dollar.

MZ: I don’t think so….it would not fit their budget and goes against everything I am hearing in Iraq now…..also keep in mind when you see this stuff…..its exactly what we were hearing in Kuwait before they revalued….and exactly what we saw in China before they revalued last time….don’t let that shake you…

MZ: . I hear the HCL has been moved to a Friday or Saturday vote now…..

Member: Do you think the 5 Billion given to black farmers in the stimulus package are part of the fines and penalties?

MZ: Absolutely……I assume you are talking about the Pickford settlements. But, yes…they are very clearly part of the F& P’s……..IMO we are seeing some of those moving…….I am hearing some static from tier 3 and the Indian nations ….we are waiting for those to have money in hand…then I can say that tier 3 is well underway. . …I think tier 3 going  will be hours or a day away from 4b going. So we are going to watch it closely.

MZ: We have a number of folks from the Indian Nations in our viewership here…..they keep me up to date….

MZ: So no bad news today. 

Member:  Sure hope the Stimulus checks are a cover for the RV! Our time is very close IMO.

Member:  RUMOR: The Stimulus payments now are supposed to be a COVER for us while we go to our Exchange appointments. If it be True, then Turn US Loose

Member: Stimulus means start of NESARA...Bruce said last night.

Member: I talked to my bank yesterday. she said they are expecting new currency any day. its coming but dont know when. Her words.

MZ: I like that

Member:  Mark, per Charlie Ward, there is alot happening this week with the QFS system. April looks like the month....

Member:  this is like Jack and the Beanstalk take these magic Beans (GCR) and you will bring the Giants down

Member: Bruce says iraq is done and the holdups are at the UST.

MZ: I agree with Bruce on this one…….except the hold ups are bigger than the UST….it’s also some of the European Central Banks….Iraq is ready to push forward and force the issue….i think that is just great.

Member:  Frank 26 is saying RV will be 3 stages, starting out at 1 to 1 and go up as they remove 3k notes.

Member: If the Chinese elders don’t like the president…will they pack up their gold and go home…..and wait to reset for another 4 years?

MZ: No, I am told they are moving forward….the world cannot survive without it…..

Member: I know they want us to do humanitarian projects for zim….Do we need projects for Dinar and dong too?

MZ: No…..i hear only if you take the higher rates on zim do they require projects…..no other currencies.

Member:  Mark do you still believe that this month we will have the RV released?

MZ: Yes I still think this month still ….

Member:  Mark How many redemption centers will there be? Do you know where? I live in a rural area and will have to travel.

MZ: I don’t know the total number of them…i know the goal was to keep travel down a center within  50 miles….but some states that will just not be possible.  States like The Dakotas, Wyo, Montana ect…but, I am told in these states they may use actual banks branches as redemption centers….I am also told that if you have  travel issues…like disabilities…..you can let them know when you set your appointment and they will make arrangements to get you there…this makes sense as you will be a big customer for them….this is your red carpet……they will pick you themselves, send a teller, uber, limo…whatever it takes to get you there…..imo
