MarkZ Tuesday Update- Some highlights by PDK-Not verbatim

Member:  Feeling like today is the day !!!

MZ: Most of my bond guys are expecting things to start sometime this evening. Hopefully we will have an update by tomorrow morning.

MZ: Hearing the HCL will pass in Iraq on Wednesday or early Thursday…..this is profit sharing for the oilfields in Iraq and Kurdistan. When this passes….I am told “BOOM” budget is done and we have a new rate…..so I am watching this very closely…..

MZ: This is all tied together …all of our resets, gold and silver, Iraq settlements, CMKX……they are all tied together. …..

Member:  We are ready for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow(currency) on St Patrick's Day

Member: When will this damn movie end?????

MZ: Great question.

Member: What is a prosperity package and does everybody get one?

MZ: No everybody does not get one…..these are programs that started in late 80’s-90’s…..you purchased into them to be part of it………interesting I hear in a plan to get humanity funds out….they are using Zim as a type of prosperity package….a lot of these funds will not be coming from Zimbabwe….they will come from the stored gold for humanitarian needs.

Member: Should we use a bank or redemption center to exchange?

MZ: As I understand it….if you walk into a regular bank you will get whatever the street rate is….you are not going to get the higher contract rates….so imo….i would choose to go to a redemption center. Also not all banks are set up with machines to verify your currency…..they would pachage it up and send it off and take a day or two. ….I don’t know about you but I don’t know that I would trust all the tellers that would be handling it without me around…..may be missing a few bills……I choose redemption centers where they will verify it right in front of your face.

Member: What ID;s do we need to take to exchange.

MZ: I was told take whatever you would usually take to open bank accounts…..call your bank if you want to verify this…….i am told a current picture ID like drivers license and passport. I would suggest bringing your SS card or whatever correlating ID you have in whatever country you are in as well. Basically call your bank and ask them what ID’s you need to bring to open an account.

MZ: I have been told repeatedly that we will have a limited time to exchange our bills with all the extra zeros on it..……so all you folks who think they are going to hold on and wait for a higher rate…..may end up with wallpaper.

Member: What are the rumored VND rates?

MZ: Rumors are it will start at a .47 cent street rate and be allowed to float. That’s what you would get if you went into your local bank…..i am told by bankers to expect a lower $2 rate for those at redemption centers on the contract side of it….

MZ: Zim payouts I hear will be traunched…..a structured payout over time…….

Member: Will our currency be automatically exchanged in the banks from USD to USN?

MZ: Yes….that is how I understand it…..

Member: if it doesn’t happen by April first will be waiting another year to the next April 1st?

MZ: I don’t think so…..i think 2021 is our year based on the impending implosion of our financial system, bond rates are inverting, inflation is running close to 20%.....we need this reset…..i am not worried about them kicking the can…….

Member:  This needs to happen soon we are almost 1/4 into 2021

Member: Are you looking for a certain event to happen so they can release the RV/reset?

MZ: I think they are looking for a smokescreen event to happen in the next 2 weeks. Keep in mind that 99% of the people will not even know this happened. They won’t even care that this happened…nothing in their lives will change. I think they are looking for some kind of crises saying they need to change to the new bills…..something they can say to justify the new currency ……

Member: Thoughts on Wells Fargo changing their wealty client section from Abbot Downing?

MZ: With the QFS all banks will be more trustworthy….they won’t have a choice. I think Abbot Downing sounds to “English” and now many Americans know the Federal Reserve belongs to a a private London Banking group…..so maybe they are trying to avoid any names that sound “English” right now.

Member: Fleming is recommending we not exchange at “blue cities” what are your thoughts?

MZ: If we are going to have a QFS and Nesara,,,,,,and no reset until we get it –why would it matter if it is a blue city or not?   I could see it if we were exchanging into the old fiat currency and fiat system….I am not worried about that.

MZ: Yes…honestly I always thought they were going to but I am not certain if it has to be the overall markets……I know they are looking for a implosion in the bond markets….at some point they will have to pull the trigger whether it happens or not.

MZ: There is a lot of static in the financial world outside of bonds and Iraq about the 21st…. although Iraqi folks don’t believe it will take that long. There was a lot of great articles coming out of Iraq this weekend….They fully expect their new value in the 2021 budget which starts April 1st…which means they got to get busy.

MZ: The biggest news right now is out of Iraq…..we saw at least 2 articles saying there is a change of value and referencing the 2021 budget which goes into effect April 1st. …..solid movement in the HCL agreements with Kurdistan and Iraq….this should pass…I am told….by Wednesday….

MZ: We are watching Iraq because its one of the easiest symptoms to read….i believe they have been ready but waiting for the rest of us to be ready to do the Global Currency Reset.

MZ: The stimulus payments are now hitting some folks in the US……I was told by some folks in the beltway that the stimulus was a key part of it for people to have transition money for a couple of weeks. ….people can still get gas and groceries as they do the reset. Hope this is accurate.

MZ: I believe we are in a “moment to moment “ scenario right now. It’s exciting to watch.

MZ: With CMKX and settlements I was told if this did now happen by April 1st- they would again have to refigure the fines and penalties…..i am not worried and think we will be over the top by then

MZ: That is the rumored time they may announce it to the world….we will know before that.

Member:  Remember Kuwait RV? 3-21 looks very promising...

Member:  the Persian Gulf War ended Feb 28 and the Kuwaiti Dinar revaluation took place within a month …publically announced on March 24, 1991

Member:  Did you see Judy's rates from Fleming????????  Wow

MZ: I do not read the boards……..just remember there may be misinformation put our there……and I don’t believe we will know the exact rate until we are at the banks……

ISAAC MAR 14 Have an amazing Sunday , waiting for great news this coming week

MZ: A lot of folks are worried about Iraq possible coming out at a 1 to 1 rate…..I am told that with our contract rate that it will not affect us or our values ….but there is a high probability that they will come out at 1 to 1 …don’t let that put you into a panic.

MZ: For those that think that can hang on to their currency and trade it in at a later date hoping for a higher rate…….we will only have about 30 days in which we can exchange our larger notes….don’t wait to long or you could be stuck with wallpaper.

Member:  I'm confused about the QFS, it's just a system correct? We will still need our banks?

Member: you will be able to transfer direct from qfs to your bank.. in whatever currency you use

Member:  i saw on the news that Three Gorges Dam is within a very few feet of it top most limit. I pray it doesn't break but if it does hope it goes after our RV!!!

MZ: Still hearing a lot of chatter from Historic Bond folks for something to happen next week. Paymasters and group leaders are still in place.

MZ: Have not heard any news from contacts in DHS or marshalls on CMKX/settlement deliveries yet.

ISAAC MAR 11 Cc was postponed for Monday sorry

MZ: The news on HCL clearing in Iraq is still prevalent in their press…..

MZ: Keep buckled up….I think we are in the end days of this happening. …If anything happens over this weekend I will come screaming back with breaking news.

Member:  The word imminent has almost become meaningless, just like “soon.” I have been hearing “soon” for over 10 years!

Member:  Question: When I researched GESARA and the Quantum Financial System, it refers to QFS system is "off planet". Can you explain?

Mod:  THE QFS IS RUN OFF STARLINK IT IS BASED ON A HUGE SATALITE THATS TRANFERS RATES ARE 3 BILLION BITS PER SECOND….THW QFS CREATES A DIGITAL VERISION OF THE NEW UST NOTES SO YOU CANT NOT JUST CREATE MONEY AT WILL REAL/DIGITAL TOGETHER

MC:  I think we are very close….i would not be surprised if it happens in the next 2 weeks. There will be a debt jubilee and we will have more money than we know what to do with……we will have to get used to all the new technologies that will be coming out.

Mrmber:  The most kicked can in the world is the RV can.

MZ:  Well, if you are following any news from Iraq you should be excited…..they are ramming HCL (Hydro Carbon Law) through so they can change their value…..I have talked to a couple contacts on the ground inside Iraq and HCL is being pushed and they are trying very hard to have a new value within the next 2 weeks.

MZ: Even all my redemption center people are on call now …on standby for now and for the weekend……they need to be able to report to the centers within a couple of hours. …things are getting exciting…..

MZ: All paymasters are in place….even the “hesitant” ones have traveled now.

MZ: I do hear they are pulling people together as quickly as possible for Historic Bonds in Zurich now…..that they have moved a lot of bond redemptions from Hong Kong to Zurich.   The main hub for bonds is Zurich now.

Member:  Mark: I have never seen this level of excitement……..we have to be close?

Member: Have you heard of any exchange limits?

MZ: The only exchange limit I have heard is if you have a massive amounts of Zim to redeem….they would have to give you funds over time…..not sure what massive amounts mean……..

Member: On the Zim will they only exchange 50T or 100T notes?

MZ: No, I am told they will take all denominations.

MZ:  Happy Wednesday…..The news out of Iraq guys…….wow, they are really pushing for it….they are going to drag this thing through kicking and screaming….The rest of the world cannot afford not to go when they go…..hell or high water- Iraq is changing the value of their currency and forces the rest of the world to catch up.

Member: I heard rumors about the RV and that today is the day….

MZ: There is a tremendous amount of jockeying on the historic bond side as they rush to be prepared. The stragglers are suddenly scrambling to get in line…and to get where they need to be as quickly as possible.

MZ: Whales and paymasters are still in position.   CMKX and PP’s are waiting for the reset to occur…..

ISAAC MAR 9 Just finished 2 calls and still very positive , I will received a call Thursday to know when to be in Zurich , and the other ready for liquidity next Tuesday.

MZ: The biggest news right now is what is coming out of Iraq. Reads Mountain Goat Update:

Mnt Goat  ...March is going to be a very significant month for everyone everywhere. This week I took the time to call my contact person in the CBI. I am told the IMF just completed a week-long high-level meeting with to finalize the project to delete the zeros and just how they plan to roll it out...Why would they do this now?  Also, in this meeting they talked rates for the in-country revaluation and then the later reinstatement. The rates are rising as oil is rising to over $70+ a barrel. I was reminded by my contact that they will soon be no longer dependent on the currency auctions. This was fantastic news as I know what this means. They have not yet used the Buna system but are fully functional and tied into it...

Member:  Frank said rate would be 1 to 1 for several months

Member:  Listen to Frank26 on all of the conversions and timing

Member:  At this point I will go exchange 1-1

Member:  Iraqi CB is working hard get the old money out, and delete the zeros.

Member: I am worried about the 1 to 1 in-country rate taking 8 months or more to go international.

MZ: In-country rates in Iraq will force the issue. IMO it will force the gold treaty internationally. Iraq has done what they need to do….I was told months ago that Iraq could goes to a 1 to 1 rate and float up if the Gold Treaty was not yet in affect…….it should not affect our rates.

MZ: Our dinar is being purchased and used for the “Oil for Dinar” program….

MZ: They want to change it in-country to suck up as many of the 3 zero notes as they can….get them off the streets. Could it go as long as 8 months to see that…..it makes sense to me.

MZ:It should not affect 4b……but Tier 5- the general public will get the street rate …what ever that will be.

MZ: I have said this before…..the sheer amount of Iraqi dinar held in foreign treasuries around the world is immense ….and so I believe they need it to go at the same time….Iraq holds a tremendous amount of Vietnamese dong …Vietnam holds a tremendous amount of Iraqi dinar…..they need them to go at the same time. I think Iraq is forcing this issue by pushing for it quickly. And by Iraq pushing it forward it will force them to reset the rest……

MZ:  I am still told we will have a limited amount of time to exchange these notes……about 30 days to exchange those big 3 zero notes…..

MZ: Even if they do a 1 to 1 in-country….I still think at the bare minimum they will reinstate the currency internationally ….with inflation I think that could be in the $4 range for dinar

MZ: The rates for all currencies…we will not know for sure until we are at our exchange.

Member: But when?

MZ: Based on all the chatter that is there…..I still think it is in the month of March….before April 1st.

Member:  ​By April 1st makes sense because that is the beginning of the Middle East's Fiscal Year.

Member: I believe Kuwait RV’d their currency the last week in March as well……

MZ:  There are lots of rumors….and what we heard overnight is rumors with the bonds….especially the older bonds like German bonds, Mexican bonds have already started trading…..I have not been able to find anybody who has exchanged with real dollars in their pockets…..but there is a lot of static or chatter about it.

MZ: Are they positioning and calling a lot of bond traders in? YES.   They even flew one bond trader I know from the states and back to Zurich late yesterday.

MZ: We are in a good spot right now….sit tight…we are awfully close to the end of this.

MZ: Venezuela is still expecting a major announcement about their currency within the next 2 weeks…the folks on the ground in Iraq are also expecting it within the next few weeks. In Iraq they very much expect a new value before April 1st.

Even Mr. C thinks we could go at any moment…..i would not be surprised to get a call at any moment.

Member:  Another week to hope!

MZ: All my paymasters are still in position…Bond folks are still in position with hopes that they will start seeing dollars this week. Hopefully I will have a much better idea of things by tomorrow morning.

MZ: This weekend a lot of folks got pre-maturely excited with the news coming out of Venezuela….they are basically telling us they are going the wrong way on the revaluation of the Bolivar…..but to expect some rally big news on the next two weeks on their currency.

MZ: A lot of chatter in Iraq over the weekend as they have met all of their obligations and are ready to adjust their value.

MZ; it feels like Groundhog Day but last week in Iraq they did pass some key pieces of legislation with their white papers and the budget…..

Member:  I wonder if the rates still on the bank screens fluctuating??

Member: Have you heard anything from Texas Snake?

MZ: He is hearing the same things I am hearing….that we are right on the cusp of this happening….it is just painful because nobody knows the exact timing……he is just posting less…

Member: What makes people think the dong rate will be between .47 and $2.27?

MZ: Most people get that based on a reinstatement of currency. If they reinstate their currency it would be about $2.21 or so…..just re-establishing the value to where it was before they devalued it.

MZ: The .47 cents showed on a lot of bank screens all over the world a few years ago when it seemed that we were very close before…..….

Member: Have we ever been quite this close before?

MZ: I don’t think we have ever been this close before. With the combination of GDP to dept ratios, the bond markets, the failing world economically…..

Member: Does the market need to crash before we see the RV?

MZ: not necessarily…..a crash of course would force the issue….but we have been seeing corrections in our markets already. Bond markets are approaching 2% and I was told when they hit 3% then there would be an implosion and a reset. So do we have to see one….no…but will we see a crash because they keep dragging their feet….there is a good chance.

Member:  I hear the market crash will happen after we exchange

MZ: The market crash should happen after we exchange…a lot of things that hold value now in the markets are not going to hold value….there will be a lot or repositioning of what makes sense and what doesn’t….We will have real assets and a lot of the falsely traded etf’s will have no value

MZ: It’s getting closer….all you have to do is look at the debt to GDP ratio…..if you have ever studied economics….almost all the great economists hypothesize that when you reach a 90 to 1 it becomes untenable and you cannot and the economy cannot handle that debt any longer….basically bankruptcy. We are at about 150 to 1 debt to GDP..……We have to reset it…..no other way to go.

Member:  We were also told when Deutsche Bank hit a certain level it would all happen..a couple of years ago

Member:  Went to WF bank last week..my bank manager looked up VND for me and told me unavailable and cannot even order it.

Member:  Well, I like to say this, based on the past and how it has all been happening never hold your breath on any of this happening soon. Think of it as it's never going to happen and if it finally does then good you can plan and make things in your life good.

Member:  I know that RV is going to happen and it has to be this year, the economy can no longer support such a delay of whoever is holding it.

Member:  After so many years we just need to see one article that shows us this is real. We have been lied to for so long it is hard to believe anything.

MZ: There is a lot of talk about separate baskets again…I hear everything will go at once except a few countries that are not ready will be allowed to float……

MC: The old protocols had the baskets…..now it will basically all go at once when I put the codes in…we have to have all the currencies on “gold backed parity” across the world. Those countries that are not ready will be put to the side to qualify later.

MZ: Is there anything we are still waiting for or do you think it could be “any moment”

MC: I think it could be any moment…..i was listening to Simon Parkes and his March 4th analysis and I think in the next 30 days or less big things will hit the streets. I think sometime this month they have to kick it off. We are very close.

MZ: Have you heard anything about the expected “debt jubilee”? Debt Erasal…

MC: When I put the codes into the new Republic Treasury….all the fiat currencies will be zeroed off the books ….at that same time all derivatives across the world through the BIS will be zeroed out.  This includes every debt you have gotten through an institution….. every bank debt…every credit card debt…every personal debt from an institution……at that time every country around the world will have the debt jubilee.

MZ: What will happen to the fiat money we all have sitting in the bank right now?

MC: First off it will change to gold backed currency of whatever country it is in ….and the banks will be part of the QFS system.

MZ: How about hospital or medical bills….with the debt jubilee cover those….will they go away?

MC: The debt jubilee covers all of that…..you cannot have a partial debt jubilee to make this work it has to be totally and all across the board……that will be the only way to reset this. I was told by Interpol back in 2013 that nothing like this has ever happened since the beginning….since the time of Alexander. But it all has to happen worldwide.  And it will all happen instantaneaous……and everybody will start over.

Member: Why does this sound like the crooked banks again are getting bailed out?

MC: Not all banks will survive this…..there are at least a thousand that will be bankrupted or merged  into others.   The Chinese families …due to all the debt paper that was issued by the US corporation ….for the last 50 years or so…..have called these debts due…….for the corporation to make payment on them….so they (Chinese families? ) now own the major banks…..I would not worry about it.

MZ:  Good Morning all…….not a lot happening….I am watching the bond market….I was told long ago that when it hit 3…we would have an implosion and a reset. ….and it is moving fast…I don’t think they can hide the bad financial news anymore which tells me they are getting awfully close to letting us have what we need.

MZ: In Iraq they are trying to get finished….this week. I just hav’nt seen as much news as I had hoped.

Member: IMO….. Iraq has rate just pretending till they get the go

Member: With all the rocket attacks in Iraq…how can they possibly revalue?

MZ: Iraq’s fundamentals and mechanics are good for their currency…imo they are going to keep having unrest like this until they have a new value for their currency. They are unhappy with one side fighting each other….they should have abundance and they don’t…..they have scarcity. Imo you will not have peace there until there is a new value there.

MZ: They have enough stability to pull that trigger…they have enough backing for their currency. If they were living in abundance…they wouldn’t want t blow each other up as much.

Member: Do you know what the taxes were on Kuwaits currency exchange in the 1990’s?

MZ: I was told by someone who was involved with it…it was just a currency exchange and currency exchanges were not taxed….so there was no taxes at that time

Member:  I smell an RV in the air.

MZ: Yes it is true…..we started seeing rates again in the banks……one day last week we saw them for about 18 hours…..showed at $15..something…….may be a place holder…..and now more banks are starting to see currencies are showing with rates…currencies that weren’t even listed before….and included in this of course is the dinar.

MZ: Rates are fluctuating a good bit since the first time we was them a week or so ago…it was in the $15 dollar range now it is fluctuating…..I have been told the rates bounced around between $9 and $18…..

MZ: This is true….but what does it mean? Are these rates place holders???  I don’t know….but are we close?  I certainly think so. Stay grounded…it could happen 2 minutes from now or 3 weeks…nobody knows.

MZ: Iraq parliament continues to meet….pushing to close out their budget and a new rate is expected to be in there of course. …

Memeber : I wonder who is launching Rockets at Iraq and out military bases there?

Member:  I think iraq is done they are just holding it off with excuses for everyone imo!

Member:  THE POPE WILL BE IN IRAQ THIS FRIDAY

Member: A little bit of news…I have a new personal banker now at 5/3rd bank….my brother has an account there as well….they call me and not him ever since I brought my currencies there and showed them….my personal banker called me and asked if there was “anything she could do for me at the moment”  They are being extra nice to me….weird.

MZ: I have gotten a few of those calls…so have other currency holders.

Member: 2 sites are claiming there are 3 baskets…middle east, Aisia and west……what are your thoughts?

MZ: There used to be multiple baskets….We have been told they moved this to a “one and go” event…..they are all moved together into one. I ran this up every flagpole I know and they all agree…all baskets will be going at the same time. There may be a few countries held out because they are not ready and they will have to “float” to catch up…..that is what I have been told.

Member: Will exchanges happen on Sundays too?

MZ: I am told yes….if it occurs late in the week or on a weekend. They want us in and out the door quickly.

Member: What about taxes on currencies?

MZ: That is on my list to talk about …almost all of the folks I know that have been involved in this for a long time with the gold treaty …and my contacts that are very involved with the new banking system have repeatedly told me that there is not supposed to be a tax on this. But let’s say there is……..

MZ: This is my take on this….I picked up extra currency rather than building an expensive structure in case there is a 20-30% tax on this…..I do have a less expensive trust…..but, i decided to take that money and buy extra currency to cover any potential taxes….if there is no tax on our exchanges….well that gives me extra funds to donate to humanitarian projects…..that’s the approach I took….I wanted something I could hold and touch…..you need to do what is best for you.

MZ: Originally we were told with Nesara we would have a different government and different taxes…..guess we need to see how it plays out.

MZ: Paymasters are staying in position….nobody is leaving. As a matter of fact a few more of the “outliers” have traveled in this week per a conversation I had late last night….that some of the groups that had refused to come back ..now have  agreed to reappear in redemption areas.

MZ: I have not seen any movement on historic bonds or prosperity packages yet though.

MZ:  Lots of Chatter for “any moment” or something by the 21st………

Member: Kuwait’s RV was on a March 21st…….

Member:  Kuwait, revalued MONDAY the New York Times reported the event on March 25, 1991.

Member:  What date did Kuwait revalue its currency?March 25, 1991In February of 1991 Iraq was from Kuwait, and a month later, the banks revalued their currency to $3.47, the highest valued currency

Member:  Like Kuwait, it will be the day after the one everyone thinks !

MZ: They do like March for revaluations…….taking advantage of the international accounting calendar

MZ: Iraq continues to meet in parliament and again, they say they will continue to meet daily until the budget is complete and they have a new value…..

Member:  On 2/26, Government of Iraq tweeted out: Setting a new exchange rate for Iraqi dinar against US dollar is part of economic reform program adopted

Member: Will paymasters actually stick around another week or longer?

MZ: Yes……I believe they will stick around until the beginning of April. But they are frustrated…way more frustrated then you are if you can believe it.  Most are there on their own dime….they do not get paid until its done….much like a realtor does not get paid until the house deal closes. They will stick around because they believe it is close. Many that had refused to come back earlier…..have now gone back…..if they are not there when it happens….they go to the end of the line…..so they are there….and believe its about to happen.

Member: What is a paymaster?

MZ: Their job is to pay folks….like an esgrow agent…..Money is distributed to them…..then they distribute it to everyone in the group and their accounts…..They had to prove how honest they are to get this position.  Paymasters are used a lot in international deals as well….where they may have people in several countries but they are all part of a large business deal…..most often a paymaster is also an attorney. Paymasters are used in Tier 4a…..but not us….in tier 4b.

Member:  Won’t say who said it but heard the Dong is NOT going in the same basket as the Dinar...it will go with the Asian basket

MZ:  I hope you are right but don’t believe you are…..Iraq holds a crazy amount of Vietnamese dong in its foreign currency reserves and Vietnam holds a crazy amount of dinar in theirs….it would create a global economic imbalance if they do not go at the same time.
