It was just presented last Thursday to Congress. Currently, it is sitting on "introduced status."

As we have discussed, Congress is currently working on currency reforms digitally and paper currencies.

Below is an article that lists current restricted securities. Iraq is not currently on that list, but it's association with Iran still makes it a risk.

This is why Rule144's adoption is important: "When you acquire restricted securities or hold control securities, you must find an exemption from the SEC's registration requirements to sell them in a public marketplace. Rule 144 allows public resale of restricted and controlled securities if a number of conditions are met."

This is why the debate over stablecoins and deposit tokens are being discussed at this point for payment.

Protocol 20 is the aspect of the banking sector that is beginning to be unlocked. Protocol 20 deals with currency reforms near and abroad.

It looks like "a suitable environment for reentry into the global stage" Iraq talked about years ago is at hand.

Today, the PPI Index is read. "A producer price index is a price index that measures the average changes in prices received by domestic producers for their output. Its importance is being undermined by the steady decline in manufactured goods as a share of spending." Wikipedia

Just in, the PPI is just a little higher than expected. You have to remember. Our markets have recently gone through benchmark revisions.

These revisions are giving the market indicators room to breathe. It is like raising a debt ceiling on the markets to keep them from looking so bad.

From early indicators, it looks like they are trying to find a path forward that will allow them to raise the debt ceiling.

This will give Congress more time to work on currency reforms in the digital and hard currency sectors.

Currently, the Government is taking a hard look at government spending. In some ways, this is just as much a part of currency reforms as well.

The Erbil-Baghdad Oil Accord is completed and only Iraqi Dinar will be utilized in their ATM machines going forward.

Gippers News Reader, here on telegram, had a wonderful article this morning on oil prices.

This article tells us why the oil sector has not been repriced fully.

There are two price mechanisms that are primarily used around the world.

When the OPEC recently put a cap on oil production, this created price fluctuations that have not found their equanimity just yet.

Once the oil commodity has been repriced, we will be able to move forward with silver and gold.

The Shanghai Exchange upgrade utilizing Ethereum to move their monetary exchange system in the east happens this Wednesday.

It is a major undertaking that will enable many of the Eastern half of our world's economy to operate in the digital-asset based trading system.

Here is what will be happening: "The highly anticipated Shanghai upgrade, scheduled for April 12, is set to bring significant changes to Ethereum’ (https://thecurrencyanalytics.com/what-is-ethereum)s network.

This final step in Ethereum’s transition from a proof of work (PoW) consensus mechanism to a more eco-friendly proof of stake (PoS) consensus mechanism will unlock ETH coins that users staked last year to secure the network during the transition. The upgrade could introduce some price volatility for Ethereum as the market reacts to these developments."

This upgrade will lower the number of Ethereum coins and drive it's price up. The proof of stake protocol is a consensus mechanism used to verify new cryptocurrency transactions.

This will tighten security and enable proof of funds on both sides of a trade through the use of Ethereum's smart contract mechanisms.

The Shanghai Stock Exchange provides products of stocks, bonds, funds and derivatives. This will lock in cross-border International trading capabilities from the East and the West in the new digital asset-based trading system.

The use of the Chinese Yuan will go a long way in leveling off the playing field among currencies to settle trades.

We have come a long way, and this upgrade moves us closer to a holistic picture of our new global economy.

This is why we are noticing so many central banks buy more and more gold as we approach the 60 trillion plus derivative contracts moving over into SOFR lending services.

SOFR contracts are currently being moved at a faster pace. Everything is being collateralized in the banking system by gold, silver, and other commodities that are digitized.

Watch for the repricing of gold, silver, and oil. This is the liquidity that will move the banking system along and support the markets in every sector including forex.

Gold is the liquidity package we are looking for going forward.

It is official. Saudi Arabia joins the Shanghai Corporation Organization.

This move puts Saudi Arabia closer in alignment to Russia and China resources.

Since the Chinese Yuan is used in payment settlements through the Shanghai Corporation Organization, the dollar is being edged out as a source of payment.

The dollar is rapidly being blocked in the Eastern half of the world.

These countries are decoupling from the dollar and utilizing their own National Currencies going forward.

Look for their new demands to raise the value of their currencies in the east and level the playing field in the Forex Market.

The jobs reports come out this morning. Traders are going to read these reports for the next few days.

About a week ago I shared with you that it could be a danger zone for the markets.

Since that time, the dollar has fallen and moved sideways. Many investors have pulled out of some big name stocks before these reports.

The number of new jobs created is expected to be lower this month.

We have two scenarios going on: the dollar is losing its influence around the world and jobs are falling.

The transition of power and transition of wealth should be clearly evident to everyone at this point.

In the end, all roads lead to gold. And gold, will set us free.

The National Futures Association (NFA) "Adopts Digital Asset Commodities Standards and Requirements."

Well folks, we now have a digital asset standard.

We still need to see a repricing in gold to solidify the above standard.

On paper, we have a financial structure to begin working with at this time.

"The Texas House and Senate recently introduced bills that would establish a state-issued, gold-backed digital currency, Schiff Gold reported."

It looks like Texas is getting into the game and establishing a gold-backed digital currency.

Under this proposed law and currency comptroller, Texas will be required to back this new digital currency by cash or gold.
