Eddie  (firefly77)  says announcing agreement has been met today with Barzari in Baghdad to pay the citizens their monthly HCL oil credits …..

No amount given just deal reached by government to help keep Iraq from going back into chapter 7

If this comes to pass the amount would be over 1 USA dollar from previous agreements…

We await to see what unfolds and see if this comes to pass

Don961:  Electronic Observatory: Internet outages for millions of Iraqis

- 14 Minutes Have Passed

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Internet services have been cut in Baghdad and large parts of Iraq as the country has seen a wave of protests against the ruling elite, the NetBlocks Observatory said.

"At the time of writing, public Internet connections fell below 19% from normal levels, cutting off service to tens of millions of users in Baghdad, and Basra, Karbala and other population centers were also affected," the Observatory said in a statement late on Monday.

"We believe that the new interruption is the biggest interruption we are observing in Baghdad to date," the Observatory said. Iraqi authorities have previously cut Internet services in the face of a wave of protests.

Earlier, Reuters news agency reported the deaths and injuries as Iraqi security forces attempted to break up protests at al-Ahrar bridge leading to al-Rashid Street in central Baghdad on Monday.

SC1:  (Re: Monday CC) Thank you, Frank, Walkingstick, Delta, FF77, Samson, Clare, MM, and All !!

Genuinely appreciate all you share with us and help us and lead us in our study !!

Glad to hear and know that the CBI is Eager to give the completion of the MR to the citizens !!

In the same vein of thought, in terms of caring for the citizens:

Wouldn't it really help speed the process along and meet the demands and needs of the citizens, if one of the religious leaders would just declare a FATWA against:

1. The program rate,
2. The auctions,
3. Those loyal to or under the control and or influence of Iran,
4. Proxy government,
5. Unemployment,
6. Lack of housing,
7. Lack of safety and security
8. etc., etc. (Corruption), etc.
