2019/10/28 15:20

The Iraqi Council of Representatives voted on Monday to dissolve the irregular provincial councils in the province.

An informed source told (Euphrates News) that "the Iraqi Council of Representatives voted during its session, on Monday, to dissolve the provincial councils irregular province."

MilitiaMan:  I'll bet the graft going to the irregular provincial councils was plenty of hard currency. This may have clearly been an important issue to have in place and sorted for the 2019 calculation adjustment(s) for and ahead of the 2020 budget.

A requirement? I wouldn't be surprised! The wasted money should go to the kitty for the citizens needs imo.. There could be more that is involved too. The idea of where did you get this (assets, cash, Real Estate.) may have been in play too.

I like they are gearing for the money, and will allow for time to adjudicate the corrupt.. Mahdi seems to be in the running for questioning next month.. That is in a few days coming. But, they'll need the money to retain international investors to create the jobs the demands of the citizens need.

Pressure is like a powder keg now with a very short fuse. imo (smile)

Samson:  MP attacks the government: Why did not you hold the corrupt quickly accountable to the demonstrators ?

2019/10/28 12:22

Attorney MP Sairon parliamentary bloc Inam al-Khuzaie, Monday, the Iraqi government, while wondering, why did not hold the corrupt quickly accountable to the demonstrators ?

"To the Iraqi government, if you have this courage, strength, courage and speed to apply the law and the verdicts against peaceful protesters and protesters, whether in state departments or schools, I do not know what prevented you for a year to issue the same speed, force and feet legal proceedings against the corrupt," Khuzaie said in a tweet.

They stole the money from Iraq and spread poverty, hunger, free death and other pains emanating from the volcano of peaceful popular demonstrations."

MilitiaMan:  Question of the year! A very good one too. Answer is "ummm, the graft we were slurping like hot gravy was so good we couldn't think straight... duhh..". "Everyone else was having gluttonous portions too.." Said, the corrupt.. lol Was that wrong? lol ~ MM

On a good note, this line of questioning is important and needs real answers and reasoning for to support those that are not to be prosecuted and or worse. It sets the stage for more awakenings from the citizens.. imo ~ MM

Productive Sectors
