TishWash:  An upcoming meeting between Parliamentary Finance and ministers prior to amending the budget

A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Cougar, confirmed, on Sunday, the anticipation of holding several meetings with the relevant ministers to make the necessary adjustments to the budget, indicating that the budget deficit is very large and requires a reduction.

Cougar said in an interview with the information agency, that "there are many observations about budget legislation for three years within the House of Representatives."

He added that "the budget may witness amendments to some of its items and paragraphs in light of the large deficit, and that large paragraphs should be studied, therefore we have three weeks' time to sit with the ministers and the Minister of Finance and Planning."

He pointed out that "the authority of the Finance Committee and the House of Representatives is first to reduce the deficit, secondly to transfer, and thirdly to add paragraphs that have no financial side."

He explained that "Parliament will make some amendments in the paragraphs and items of the budget according to the powers granted to it without any financial additions." 

The First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mohsen Al-Mandalawi, has stressed the need to expedite the legislation of the budget law in a way that guarantees the rights of the governorates to implement their service projects.  link

Mubasher: The Ministry of Planning discussed with World Bank representative in Iraq Richard Abdel Nour, on Sunday, accelerating the work of projects funded by international grants and loans.

"The Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Planning Mohammed Ali Tamim, met today with the representative of the World Bank in Iraq, Richard Abdul Nour, and his accompanying delegation, the ministry said in a statement on Sunday.

She pointed out that "during the meeting, which was attended by the Director General of International Cooperation Saher Abdulkadir, and a number of officials in the ministry, a number of issues related to joint cooperation between Iraq and the World Bank were discussed."

She added that "the meeting dealt with the mechanisms of working in the implementation of service projects in the poorest regions and villages, implemented by the Ministry of Planning, within the Social Fund for Development funded by a loan from the World Bank."

She pointed out that "it was agreed to work together to develop appropriate mechanisms that will accelerate the pace of work in the completion of these projects because of the importance of them in enabling the people of the covered villages to access basic services."

The meeting also witnessed the discussion of joint work between the Ministries of Planning and Finance and the World Bank to develop appropriate mechanisms and instructions, which will address and overcome all problems facing the implementation of projects funded by the World Bank and international organizations.null

CandyKisses:  Two decades to occupy Baghdad. How do Iraqis remember this day?

Shafaq News / On this day, April 9, 2003, Iraqis recall the scenes of US forces entering the heart of the capital Baghdad and the penetration of an American crane in Paradise Square and bringing down the statue of the late President Saddam Hussein, at a moment that the world considered an official announcement of the fall of the regime and the beginning of a new Iraq after about 3 weeks of heavy bombing and asymmetrical battles.

20 years ago, an international military coalition, led by the United States and Britain, began the invasion of Iraq on March 20, 2003, and toppled the regime of Saddam Hussein (1979-2003); allegedly possessing weapons of mass destruction and supporting terrorist organizations.

The secret of the sudden fall

The sudden and rapid fall of the capital Baghdad in the hands of American forces shocked many who believed that the battle of Baghdad would last, but this perception did not happen, due to the combination of several factors that helped this collapse.

One of the most prominent of these factors is "the great weakness suffered by the Iraqi army after the Desert Storm War in 1991, especially in equipment, equipment, weapons and equipment, in addition to the existence of a crisis in military strategy and the siege, so Iraq was at the height of its weakness," according to the military expert, Major General Majid Al-Qaisi.

Al-Qaisi adds to Shafaq News that "the occupation operation was by America and Britain and with the participation of about 29 other countries, and they had mobilized about 293,000 soldiers to occupy Baghdad from the four directions through 4 to 5 military teams, so they were able to occupy it within 19 days, but this short period was surprising to them."

He continues, "Plan 1003, which was intended to occupy Baghdad, expected to take control of the Iraqi capital from 90 to 120 days, but the weakness of the Iraqi armed forces for the above reasons, in addition to the lack of air force, nor large reserves in the field of tanks, and the traditional methods followed contributed to uneven performance, and thus Baghdad fell."

He explains, "Political factors also played a role in making big mistakes, as the military and political decision was in the hands of one person, in addition to political differences with regional and international countries."

It is noteworthy that after the fall of Baghdad, large-scale looting and looting operations began in the capital and some other cities, and these operations were transmitted to the whole world through television screens; where the US military only protected the buildings of the Ministries of Oil and Interior, including intelligence, and other institutions such as banks, weapons stores, facilities and hospitals remained without any protection.

Although the Iraqis comment on this day and recall it, but they still disagree on it, whether it is an occupation or liberation, and some governorates have suspended official working hours on this occasion, unlike governorates that continued to work, which indicates that they did not agree on this occasion.

Backfire to the occupation

In this context, the security expert, Alaa Al-Nashou, says that "Baghdad occupied and did not fall into military, security and legal calculations, because Baghdad is historically the capital of the Arab Islamic State from the second century AH until the seventh century, and it is the capital of the world and the Kaaba of science and knowledge that all earth scholars meant, because of its sacred position in science, knowledge and great cultural advancement."

Al-Nashwa adds to Shafaq News, "Baghdad remains and the occupiers are leaving, so it was called the conqueror's Cairo, and the humiliation of the aggressors, occupied by the Mongols, the Tatars, the Ottomans, the Persians, the British and the Americans, so they were the departers and the remaining Baghdad."

He continues that "America, Britain and the international alliance came up with many fallacies, including the lie of weapons of mass destruction, and that Iraq threatens international security and peace, but in fact they were wrong in many of those accounts, the opposite results in the occupation of Iraq, which has become a hotbed of international intelligence services, and a haven for all extremist groups in the world, which destroyed the national security of Iraq and the entire region."

What does Iraq need today?

The writer and political analyst, Ali Al-Bayder, points out that "there is a dilution in Iraq of the concept of the state in favor of political parties and currents, and the level has reached that the institution is the monopoly of a certain family or class names, which led to the dispersion of the government effort and the non-implementation of the ministerial curriculum of previous governments."

Al-Bayder assures Shafaq News that "Iraq needs to change many emerging or even old concepts, and to build a real state by activating the role of state institutions, regulations, instructions, laws and constitutional aspects, and that the current prime minister has aspirations based on making new concepts and restoring the citizen's confidence in the state and its institutions and making him a success factor and partner in overcoming failures."

He continues, "There is a desire even at the regional and international level to pull Iraq out of its reality and turn it into a better reality, as the world today needs Iraq more, especially after the Ukrainian-Russian crisis, so it is necessary to liquidate internal crises to overcome external crises and build a state of institutions and absolute citizenship."

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced today, Saturday, the suspension of official working hours on Sunday and Monday, for the Christian component.

The spokesman for the General Secretariat, Haider Majeed, said in a press interview that "based on the decision of the Council of Ministers, taken during the fourteenth regular session, held on April 4, 2023, to consider Sunday and Monday, April 9 and 10, as official holidays for the Christian component, on the occasion of the Resurrection Day." Clare:  Distributing the salaries of employees and retirees before Eid Al-Fitr

An official source in the Iraqi Ministry of Finance suggested, on Saturday, that the salaries of employees and retirees will be distributed before the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

The source told Shafaq News agency, "It is likely that the salaries of retirees and employees will be paid before Eid Al-Fitr, as the Eid holiday coincides with the end of the month."

He added, "The Ministry of Finance will mobilize its efforts to distribute salaries in full before April 20," expecting that "salaries will be distributed to employees first, and then retirees second."

It is expected that Eid Al-Fitr will fall on the 21st or 22nd of April.    LINK

Clare:  Parliamentary Finance expects the approval of the oil and gas law "immediately" after the budget, on condition

Member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Ikhlas Al-Dulaimi confirmed, on Saturday, that the agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government will reflect positively on the general budget and oil and gas laws.

Al-Dulaimi told Shafaq News agency, "The agreement between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region will reflect positively on the general budget law within the parliament and its approval in record time, and it is also a positive step for approving the oil and gas law in light of the positive conditions in the country."

She added, "Today, if the political will is real and exists to solve the problems, the approval of the oil and gas law will be immediately after the approval of the budget law."

Al-Dulaimi said, "The draft oil and gas law is still with the government, awaiting approval by the Council of Ministers and sending it to the House of Representatives."

And last week, the Federal Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, and the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, agreed to resume exporting the region's oil, which was stopped by a decision of an international court.  LINK

Shafaq News / Three Iraqi provinces, in addition to the Kurdistan Region, decided to suspend work on the occasion of the fall of the former regime led by the late President Saddam Hussein at the hands of US forces and their allies in the spring of 2003.

The governorates that decided to disrupt working hours are: Dhi Qar, Maysan and Babylon, in addition to the provinces of the region.

The Kurdistan Regional Government announced the suspension of official working hours in all government institutions and departments tomorrow, Sunday, on the occasion of the liberation of Iraq.

Shafaq News / Prime Minister Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani directed to stop deducting the advances of employees for this month on the occasion of the arrival of Eid al-Fitr.

This came in an official book, obtained by Shafaq News Agency, signed by the Director of the Prime Minister's Office, Ihsan Yassin Al-Awadi Agency and addressed to the Central Bank of Iraq, entitled "Stop Deduction."

The book stated that based on the directive of the Prime Minister to take the necessary measures regarding the directive of government and private banks to stop deducting the advances of employees for this month only on the occasion of the arrival of Eid al-Fitr.

The President of Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, is scheduled to visit today, Saturday, the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.

A source from within the region's presidency told Shafaq News agency, "The president of the region will participate in the ceremonies commemorating the martyrdom of Muhammad Baqir al-Hakim and the 42nd anniversary ceremonies of the founding of the Badr Organization." 

He added that "Barzani, during his visit, will hold meetings with the four presidencies (the republic, the federal government, the parliament and the supreme judiciary) to discuss the current situation in Iraq."  link

International Monetary Fund Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva warned on Saturday that the global economic system is in a "weak" position due to attempts by the world's central banks to fight inflation.

Georgieva primarily mentioned financial instability and slowing economic growth, but at the same time stressed that the world is not currently threatened by a repeat of the 2008 financial crisis.

"At the moment, the financial system, banking and non-banking, is much cleaner, but this does not mean that weaknesses do not exist," she said, noting that "we have warned over the past year, that interest rates should not be allowed to rise too much after they have been low for a long time."

On Thursday, the Director-General announced that global growth would remain at 3 per cent over the next five years, the lowest medium-term forecast since 1990.

On Mon. 3 April Bond payments began including the release of Fines and Penalties.

Wed. 5 April the USD was no longer accepted in any country except the US, Canada and Mexico. Those three countries would accept it for another three months.

Thurs. 6 April: Activation-liquidation of Dubai 1 working capital funds.

Mon. 10 April: With the GCR now fully funded, Dubai 2 groups of Sovereign Buyers will start contracts with various trusts and large file sellers.

Wolverine Thurs 6 April Update: The official start is Mon. 10 April. The Group of Redemption buyers will initiate all contracts with various funds and sellers of large registered files. The paymaster funding process will begin with the official notification of the 1% payment submission. The first installment is 1% with 9% paid in 8 days.

Nader From The Mid East   I told you guys the budget has been already approved.  It's confirmed today.  This morning somebody told me they approved it.  They're just making believe they're reading it but they already read it.  They already did everything and they just have to go by law and say we're reading it first, second, third readings.  But that's it.  It's been passed.  I think things gonna get better by next week.

Bruce   [via WiserNow]  Iraq is going to make their additional increase in the Iraqi dinar rate. It's substantial, and this would be an in country dinar rate...Meaning in country of Iraq and this will be their official increase in the rate of the dinar. And I believe that will take place Sunday, our Easter Sunday, which in Iraq is their first business day of the week...now that would reflect on our bank screens – Forex – probably Sunday night or Monday...we look pretty solid for Monday into Tuesday - right now...That's the latest information that we have so far.

The Malaysian Prime Minister stated that China is open to the project of establishing an “Asian Monetary Fund” to reduce dependence on the dollar.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said that China is open to talks with Malaysia on the establishment of this fund, stressing the need to reduce dependence on the dollar or the International Monetary Fund.

"When I met President Xi Jinping, he immediately said, I refer to Anwar's proposal on the Asian Monetary Fund, and I welcome the discussions," Anwar told the Malaysian Parliament. Anwar went to China on an official visit last week.

He added that there is no reason for Malaysia to continue to rely on the dollar, and that the Malaysian central bank is already working to enable the two countries to negotiate trade matters using the ringgit and the renminbi, according to what was reported by “Bloomberg” agency.

The Malaysian prime minister's comments come just months after former Singapore officials discussed what economies in the region should do to mitigate the risk of the still-strong dollar weakening local currencies and becoming a tool for economic sanctions.  link

Clare:  The President of the Kurdistan Region hopes that the oil agreement between Erbil and Baghdad will enter into force as soon as possible

The President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Nechirvan Barzani, expressed, on Friday, his hope that the temporary agreement reached by Erbil and Baghdad regarding the resumption of exporting Kurdistan's oil will enter into force as soon as possible.

Barzani said in a statement to reporters today in Erbil that this agreement is very important and is in the interest of all of Iraq, adding, "We have emphasized from day one that there must be an Iraqi solution."

He stressed that the Kurdistan Region was ready for the agreement in the past as well, but the federal government in Baghdad was not ready, and fortunately the government in Baghdad is ready at the present time, and we hope that this agreement will enter into force as soon as possible.

Last Tuesday, the federal government and the regional government signed a temporary agreement between the Federal Ministry of Oil and the Ministry of Natural Resources in the regional government, according to which the export of crude oil abroad from Kurdistan and Kirkuk Governorate will resume after it was suspended by the International Arbitration Tribunal in Paris.    LINK

"Regional bank stocks are breaking down to new cycle lows," asserts Keith McCullough, founder and CEO of Hedgeye Risk Management.

 "This started with a liquidity crisis at the banks and it's going to end with a lack of liquidity," he tells Daniela Cambone. "The market cycle and economic cycle peaked back in 2021, and from that point on it's been a market crash and a bear market, which we are in phase 3 of," McCullough argues.

"[Hedgeye] shorted gold throughout 2021, and then went full-blown gold bull in November of last year... I'm in no hurry to get off this gold run," he says. "The supply side of gold and production side has arguably not been this good since 2001.

You have a very good supply picture and fundamentally I believe it will become a scarce asset," McCullough states. "To me, if gold is ever going to work, it should work big-time now," he continues.

"We view bitcoin as a commodity, but for now we are bearish on crypto dating back to Q4 of 2021, it's important to contextualize why crypto crashed and why you should'nt chase it at the top end of the range here," he says.

"The biggest problem with bitcoin is that it has uninvestable volatility. The level of volatility even at this price is nauseating," McCullough states.

"The way that bulls are behaving right now epitomizes the 'mother of all bubble' behavior. I think this ends in tears in the next three to six months... not enough people learned their lesson from the bear market in 2022," he concludes.

Welcome, everybody to the big call tonight. It is Thursday, April 6th and you're listening to the Big Call. Thanks for tuning in wherever you are, if you're live, if you're on a recording, you may be one of millions that are getting this call simultaneously translated in your own language. So I always get the numbers on that after the call. We've been getting between 11 and 17 million people tuning into the Big Call in foreign countries. And most of that, of course, most of that is international outside the US, but about 600,000 on one call listening from the United States. So you never know how big of a group we got to talk to everybody and we’re glad to have the call out there.

Let's talk where we are. I want to first address a couple things that Jeannie (Spelling?) had in her prayer requests today - Because, like many of you, I was kind of disturbed to hear that President Trump was being indicted for all those different things that really amounted to just coming out of one thing that might have been considered a misdemeanor if it even happened. And my understanding is that and this has not come out of mainstream media, nor will it for a while, but that's an appellate court in New York has already ruled and basically vacated those charges.

Now, I can't say where I'm hearing that from, but I've got two really good sources that are confirming that that happened. But let's see what happens with those. I'm saying that the charges are null and void. So let's see how it comes out. You're not going to find it on mainstream news. Forget that. But sooner or later, the truth will come out - it always does

Now - Also.  We would like to see obviously, things that are happening – happen for us - We've talked in the past about additional social security. My understanding has been that this would occur in this month of April. I've also understand that when you start getting up to 62 an older 65 you're getting Social Security now. You either get it on the first, second, third or fourth Wednesday of every month  that’s the way it is set up - based on your birthday, you're given a day - a Wednesday, for second or third or fourth Wednesday in the month to receive it.

Everybody on Social Security – If you don’t know it – you know it now - Now, if what I'm hearing is and we'll see if that happens in this month of April. What I'm hearing is that instead of four Wednesdays, of social security, that would be compressed into the first three Wednesdays. So if you're getting social in the last Wednesday, which is the 26th of April, it will be moved up to the 19th of April.

Now I'm going to make a disclaimer. I can prove any of this - this is what I'm being told – we’ll see if that happens -  Why would they be moving from fourth Wednesdays to three? First – second and third – Why would they be doing that? So that the fourth Wednesday is available for restitution allowance.

We've talked about that for months on the Big Call - restitution allowance that's supposed to come out the fourth Wednesday  of April. And I'm hearing it could be a pretty good chunk of change. for anybody 60 - 62 and older that is if you're currently getting Social Security and your direct deposit, which they all are with your bank the theory is  you'll get this restitution allowance the same way that you get your Social Security on that account as a direct deposit. Let's see if it happens, this month.

Don't blame me if it does’nt, but this is what I'm hearing is supposed to happen. Which is great, great news.

Now prior to that, what about the timing for this RV? Alright, yesterday Wednesday, we found out that not only China, but  all the BRICS nations, essentially, let's just say the US D our fiat currency that we currently have was no longer valid internationally, anywhere except where three countries, Canada,  United States and Mexico.

Canada, US, Mexico. Those three countries make up what North America?  That's right Mexico is in North America

The three countries including the US will use our fiat currency for up to about three or four more months, sometime in June is supposed to be no longer valid here so if you've got 10s of 1000s of dollars under your mattress, or in cans out in the yard, you might want to consider spending that or putting it into the bank

Now, here's the thinking of why - because the new USN or let's call it the United States Treasury dollars - No longer a Federal Reserve Note - The United States Treasury dollars have already been printed up and are continually being printed now in very secure special locations. These are our assets that are our asset backed currency  - primarily gold their asset back there value of the US Treasury dollar – where as the fiat dollar - the USD currency that we currently have now is only backed by the full faith and credit of the United States Government – in other words it’s not backed by “nothing Honey” -there's nothing backing our currency

now. The future currency which is already in the banks – in the redemption centers - waiting for the go light to be to be put out - That's there and it’s asset backed. That's  the good news. Will they tell us about the new currency or just one day have it at the banks – I don’t know why they wouldn't tell us about it, but it's part of NESARA and in a large part  GESARA

Because all countries will have currencies and they are already out that are being printed and they are ALL asset backed  based on each individual countries’ assets.

Assets it could be gold, silver, palladium, platinum, other precious metals, oil, natural gas, all kinds of things - it could be emeralds, diamonds, other jewels, precious jewels, all of that is backing the  currency for each country

Okay. Now this has been in play for a long time, and it's finally coming to a crescendo and the good news is that this is happening the new US Treasury notes or USN - US Treasury dollars are in the redemption centers  - ready for us to take some  a part of our accounts, I think they want to keep us  somewhere between 5000 - 6500 in the new  cash if you want it  - you do not have to take any of it if you don’t want it – if you are not a cash person – never use cash – you don’t have to start now -

If you are a virtual person and just everything on your debit card or within your budget or there's a problem staying with that

All of our accounts that we currently have on deposit are mirrored by the quantum financial system now, and in a very real sense, they're already asset backed - already protected. They're already asset backed and mirrored by the quantum financial system.

All right, so don't worry about your current accounts. People have said what about the stock market? Is it going to crash?  We’ve been reading about that, blah, blah, blah. You know what - President Trump did not want the stock market to crash because it would affect the everyday person in the United States - Every man every woman that has money in the market.

He did not want for this transition  through the quantum financial system through to the new currency that we got all that happening. He didn't want that to affect everyday man and woman – because it would affect 401K’s IRAs would affect pension plans, SEP IRAs, all that stuff - President Trump doesn't want that to be diminished and it hasn't been and the market hasn't crashed. So I would say don't look for it – don’t look for it.

Now, what else is going on?

Regarding what we're all waiting for, which is the toll free number to come out in the emails.

First, let me say that the bond holders are also waiting for emails and Q-cards, the card that gives them access to their quantum account

They're still waiting on both - some of the emails will be telling them hey, your Q-card will arrive on such a day through FedEx, whatever it will be informational - that's what they'll get – there’s still much that’s not out. They shouldn be coming out Pretty soon. and I would think by Monday –

Now we've got Easter weekend coming up. What is the major trust that opens every Christmas and Easter and supposedly only opens at Christmas and Easter.

That's right, the St Germain Trust  - The St. Germain Trust should be over this weekend. And the funds deposited  - not just in the US banks but globally into the proper banks, and they should be there - Funds will be there on Monday - In those accounts for whatever purpose those funds are called to be for.

The other accounts - major account this opening this weekend is the Dubia by two accounts - Dubia by two (?spelling) I understand that particular accounts as 18 zeros, which is not a whole lot is a quintillion – it’s a lot of money, but it's not enough money for a major major thing – it might be used  for prosperity packages  or farm claims something like that.

And on Monday, or at least I understand today that the Farm Claims because they still have some to go on the farm claims  which claims Indian claims for our Native American resident and CMKX - adjudicated settlements, fines and penalties - and prosperity packages - should all start going out Monday, This Monday coming. That would be the 10th of April. So let's hope that that takes place as indicated.

Now what else is going on? The Redemption Center staff are on call Friday - tomorrow and Saturday.

I think Sunday is a true day off for Easter – it better be - But Monday has real potential for notifications – and there's always a possibility that we could get them overnight Sunday and wake up to them on Monday the 10th

If that happens, we know that the redemption center staff are going in on Monday. Why would they be there Monday? Because it would be helping us to set our appointments for our exchanges and redemption of zim.

Okay, they could start as early as Tuesday. I don't know if they would start on Monday but I'm gonna say more likely to be Tuesday, which will be the 11th –

So there's a lot happening between now and the weekend.  Iraq is going to make their additional increase in the Iraqi dinar rate. It's substantial, and this would be an in country dinar rate -. Meaning in country of Iraq and this will be their official increase in the rate of the dinar.

And I believe that will take place Sunday our Easter Sunday, which in Iraq is their first business day of the week  now that would reflect on our bank screens – Forex – probably Sunday night or Monday

Right so there's a lot going on. Will we get anything while the staff is on call tomorrow and Saturday its  possible – its possible - that's why they’re on call  - whether or not going in until they are called to come in - alright.

So based on that though, we look pretty solid for Monday into Tuesday - right now, So I want us all enjoy this Easter Week and this Easter weekend. It's also Masters week for anybody that's a golf fan out there like me, it started today with the first round and then play through Sunday if they were able to play through the rain that they're expecting. So this is a great time to just get ready, for what's, what's coming.

We get the Social Security thing moved  - we could have possible increases in the base Social Security I've heard $1,000 increase.

We know  the restitution allowance gotta be big - those two things alone happen this month, it's gonna be a big month of April, not to mention getting started with our exchanges. Hopefully, I'm saying Monday or Tuesday  That's the latest information that we have so far.

But I think people would put it out a month isn't going  until after Easter - it basically. I say I think they are right -  I think it is going after Easter -  but we there's a lot happening right now - A lot of things, still arrests  going on big time. That it's there's a lot going on behind the scenes, that you and I don't really see - I hear about it. I don’t hear everything but I hear a lot of it - anyway.

And it's really, it's a great, it's great what we’re living through – guys - it's not easy sometimes. It's you know, God is strengthening us through this process. It's something that's helping us think that you know, by going through it not around it God makes us stronger, we learn, we gain wisdom in it, and we move through it for a better finish. And I'm telling you we're that's what we're doing right now.

And I think God is going to reward all of us for being patient for being diligent hanging in there – so to speak - we are continually praying this in and believing you know -  God is is a God of faith. You know without faith tha it's impossible to please God.

That's what  turns God on is our faith because I think if we stay faithful and faithful you know, inlittle he will reward us in much - So I that is what’s happening for us you guys – it’s going to be the most fun you ever had it really is – so let’s pray the call out –

Everything is coming together – The redemption centers have our new Q-phones and they have plenty Q-phones for the Zim holders and probably some for other currency holders.

And they have certificates for laptops you go to Best Buy or Staples. They've got Oh, you might have a couple hundred heard it might be Android laptop certificate, and maybe 100 Or so it could be for Apple laptops, and then you just go to the Best Buy  turn in the certificate I guess. So that's pretty cool. So they're not going to be in / at the redemption centers, but the certificates are already there. Abd they have the currency, the new US Treasury dollars, we'll be able to get some of that if we want it – at the redemption center. So that's what I wanted to bring to you guys. Member:  Mark, is the second reading of the budget and the HCL Law scheduled for today?

Member: Do you think the rate change (RV) is already established as they read the budget for the 2nd and 3rd time? Or is that revealed publicly in conjunction with the release of the smaller notes?

MZ: I am looking for it to be revealed publically in conjunction with the release of the lower denomination notes. I think the budget being approved is all behind the scenes.

Member: Nader says the budget has been approved!!!!

MZ: Lets start with an article that is a couple days old…I cannot believe I have not seen it yet. Thanks Liz for finding this  “ Baghdad’s draft budget includes Article 140-Peshmerga” We had suspected this but now have the proof. Article 140 is the HCL law. This is very important as many of us thought the vote on the HCL was going to be a separate event..but its already in the budget …this is a key piece on information for us.  

MZ: “Iran and Iraq agree to Implement a rail link”  This is a seismic shift

MZ: Another seismic shift:  “Saudi Arabia makes a Eurasian shift” This means they are leaving the US nest and going off to the BRICS nest.

MZ: From Zerohedge “ The last war we cannot afford to fight: Tucker Carlson sounds an alarm over De-dollarization and slams Biden admin for pissing off the world.”  And they have. There has never been a greater isolationist president than Biden.

MZ: “The Chinese Yuan will likely displace US Dollar as the world’s number one currency”  I think we are going to see a commodity backed BRICS currency and break the system and make the US come to the table. Unless the white hats exist.

Member:  If we get "parity" for all 209 countries I don't think there will ever be a "reserve currency" again....

Member: Fact: Cannot proceed without a gold-silver-commodity standard backing for Currencies. BRICS provided it first! BRICS has been in process for over 20 years.

MZ: Pretty quiet on the bond and paymaster side. They all seem to be gearing up for something over the Easter weekend.

MZ: We just don’t know the timing but based on events in Iraq we may can guesstimate we not see anything until the 3rd week of this month.

About a week ago I shared with you that it could be a danger zone for the markets.

Since that time, the dollar has fallen and moved sideways. Many investors have pulled out of some big name stocks before these reports.

The number of new jobs created is expected to be lower this month.

We have two scenarios going on: the dollar is losing its influence around the world and jobs are falling.

The transition of power and transition of wealth should be clearly evident to everyone at this point.

In the end, all roads lead to gold.  And gold, will set us free.

An American bill to re-link the dollar to gold

Three members of the US Congress presented, today, Thursday, a financial bill, to re-peg the dollar with gold, which, according to them, would enable the Federal Reserve (US Central Bank) to restore stability to the dollar.

The bill is called the “Gold Standard Restoration Act,” and it was referred to the House Financial Services Committee, according to what was stated on the Congress website. All their gold holdings and gold transactions.”

Reuters: China is planning an undersea Internet cable through the Middle East

China intends to build a submarine internet cable linking Asia, the Middle East and Europe to compete with a similar project supported by the United States. It will become one of the most advanced submarine cable networks in the world, according to a Reuters report, quoting "four informed sources."  

 The agency stated in the report, which was followed by "NAS", (April 7, 2023), that four informed sources told it that Chinese state-owned telecommunications companies are developing a $500 million undersea fiber optic Internet cable network that will connect Asia, the Middle East and Europe to compete with a similar project it supports. The plan is a sign that the intensification of the technology war between Beijing and Washington risks disrupting the Internet.

 The sources with direct knowledge of the plan said that China's three major telecommunications companies, namely China Telecom, China Mobile Limited and China Unicom, are implementing one of the most advanced and long-distance submarine cable networks in the world.

China competes with US plans  

News of the planned project follows a Reuters report last month that revealed how the US government, concerned about Beijing eavesdropping on Internet data, has thwarted a number of Chinese submarine cable projects abroad over the past four years.  

Washington has also suspended licenses for private undersea cable projects that were to link the United States with Hong Kong, including projects led by Google, Meta Platforms and Amazon.  

The Chinese-led EMA project aims to compete with another cable project currently being implemented by the US company Sapcom, and will also connect Singapore to France via Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and six other countries. It is called (CMW-6), meaning (Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Western Europe-6).  

American silence  

Sapcom declined to comment on the competing cable project. The Justice Department, which oversees an interagency task force to protect US communications networks from espionage and cyberattacks, declined to comment on the project.  

A State Department spokesperson said the United States supports a free, open and secure Internet. He added that countries should prioritize security and privacy by "completely excluding untrusted companies" from wireless networks, terrestrial and submarine cables, satellites, cloud services and data centers, but he did not mention HMN Technologies or China.  

The State Department did not respond to questions about whether it would launch a campaign to persuade foreign telecom companies not to participate in the EMA project.  

China's foreign ministry said in its statement that it opposes "the United States' violation of well-established international rules" on cooperation in the field of submarine cables. "The United States should stop making up and spreading rumors about its so-called 'data monitoring activities' and stop defaming and defaming Chinese companies," it said in the statement.    link
