Iraq's permanent envoy to the United Nations, Muhammad Hussein Bahr Al-Uloum, announced today, Wednesday, that Iraq will pay all the foreign debts imposed on it within the Security Council resolution as a result of the occupation of Kuwait, while indicating that there are bilateral debts outside this resolution that Iraq is still committed to paying.
Bahr Al-Uloum (Baghdad today) said that "there is a debt owed by Iraq to Kuwait, although it was able, within the Paris Club, to reduce 80% of the debt."
He added that "Iraq negotiated with countries on a bilateral basis and was able to extinguish some of them and some of them were paid. These debts, although related to the previous regime, are not linked to the UN Security Council."
Bahr Al-Uloum indicated that "there is international cooperation regarding the remaining debts to reduce many of them." LINK

MZ: If they re-instate I believe it would be at $3.22…but keep in mind they are allowed to adjust the rate for inflation during this time period which may well push the rate much higher than that. If they correct for inflation we may see a rate as high as $6 or $7.

The ECB is forced to sell good credit to buy poorer debt like Italy's. The problems today are larger than any one central bank. Currencies globally are all based on credit. Once credit starts to collapse, you will see currencies fail. That process can turn into hyperinflation.
We're seeing real estate prices decline in many countries including China and people are having problems paying mortgages. Historically, whenever the Fed tries to raise rates, they've broken something in the system. Higher rates expose the weak debts in the system.

Money velocity is just now showing signs of life after twenty plus years of decline. This means some people now consider cash to be risky. People should consider buying what they may need over the next couple of years now.
Russia is a nation operating with low debt, while the United States reached "Banana Republic" levels of debt a while ago. The sanction's plan was to bankrupt Russia, but that immediately failed as the Ruble was bought up. The BRICS movement towards new currencies backed by commodities means a much weaker West.
The West is far behind in real growth and manufacturing. We're going to see bank runs on a huge scale.
Metals sentiment continues to be poor, however on a positive note, the supply appears to be drying up. Premiums are higher, and it's difficult to make large orders without waiting a month for delivery.
He believes the nation will be divided even further due to the FBI raid on Trump's residence. Much of the actions of the left are only causing further loss of confidence in the system.

MZ: Nothing solid from redemption centers …but most of my contacts believe we are in the last five days of this. I really hope they are correct. We don’t know the timing…..but based on everything coming out we are clearly sitting right on top of it.
Member: (From Dinar Guru) Guru Mnt Goat Issuing the lower denoms has, in part, already been done (250 and 500). The rest is yet to come and will be issued as they increase the exchange rate. I am told this increase will not happen gradually but all at once. The next step is to monitor for inflation for a week or two and then to reinstate on FOREX. We will not get to the rates we want until on FOREX. Currencies are traded on FOREX and other global currency exchanges NOT on NASDAQ, NYSE or in any other of the stock markets, even ISX (the Iraqi stock exchange).
MZ: I can see us going before forex …depending on the NDA….but the chatter is great from Iraq. They are expecting to have a new rate in the next week or two.
MZ: it may take awhile to show up on forex….heck, it took 10 days for Kuwaits new rate to show up on forex. But they are blatantly telling us in the Iraqi press, papers, politicians that the rate is “inbound” We’re going to get it…..buckle up.

A government official confirmed, on Wednesday, that Iraq is not considering floating the currency currently, indicating that the flotation at the present time will threaten the collapse of the country's economy.
The official said in an interview with Shafaq News Agency, "The rentier nature of the Iraqi economy makes it difficult to float the Iraqi currency, and therefore Iraq is not currently thinking of floating it."
The official, who asked not to be named, added, "Access to hard currency in Iraq comes mostly from our oil exports, which is in the hands of the government, and that the local market is circulating for it and does not bring this currency, and therefore its flotation will threaten the Iraqi economy with collapse because it will increase demand for it in exchange for limited supply."

Iraq's permanent envoy to the United Nations, Muhammad Hussein Bahr Al-Uloum, announced today, Wednesday, that Iraq will pay all the foreign debts imposed on it within the Security Council resolution as a result of the occupation of Kuwait, while indicating that there are bilateral debts .outside this resolution that Iraq is still committed to paying
Bahr Al-Uloum (Baghdad today) said that "there is a debt owed by Iraq to Kuwait, ".although it was able, within the Paris Club, to reduce 80% of the debt
He added that "Iraq negotiated with countries on a bilateral basis and was able to extinguish some of them and some of them were paid.
These debts, although related ".to the previous regime, are not linked to the UN Security Council Bahr Al-Uloum indicated that "there is international cooperation regarding the ".remaining debts to reduce many of them link

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi expressed his hope to "resolve the political impasse," calling for "dialogue between all partners."
In his speech on the occasion of laying the foundation stone for the reconstruction of Mosul International Airport, Al-Kazemi said: "We are working to overcome challenges, as Iraqis deserve to provide the best, and service projects we will continue to complete to serve the people." He added, "I am here today to fulfill my promise to lay the foundation stone for Mosul Airport. We were a little late, but the achievement came correctly."
And Al-Kazemi indicated that "the Mosul airport project is a strategic project for Umm Al-Rabeein, and direct work will start from today," noting that "Mosul has suffered a lot of confusion and the policies of terrorism."
"How do we turn challenges into opportunities, as they need cooperation and mobilization of energies for a future worthy of Iraqis," he asked. He stressed, "We will not allow the corrupt to invest in projects to squander the people's money and for everyone who works for them and the corrupt will be the fate of the terrorists.
And Al-Kazemi continued, "We are happy to lay the foundation stone with everyone, with the presence of government members and parliamentarians, and Mosul Airport, which will provide job opportunities, transport and investment."
He praised "the other projects of the province, and soon we will attend the opening of the Great Al-Nuri Mosque. We thank those who worked in the reconstruction of the Great Al-Nuri Mosque from UNESCO and the consulting office of Engineer Rakan Al-Allaf."

Everything had to be this way to keep hidden identities of infiltrated White Hat Sleepers inside World Corporations including the Central Banking System.
There was a huge war inside the Pentagon and the Central Banking System, but not everything was as it seemed.

RVAlready I think the rewriting of the major Iraq contracts from USD to dinar indicates that the RV is urgent and about to happen. I do not think that Kazemi or the CBI will let the political problems interfere with the RV much longer.
BobTheTaxMan IQD Roundup - It was created during the Iraqi war around 2003. It replace the previous currency that once had a value of $3.75...it's managed by the Iraqi government and the CBI...under a managed float with little change in value for nearly 2 decades. The currency value is 1 IQD to...less than a tenth of a penny. The CBI has often stated their goal is to return to previous levels and stated they could support a $1.17...right now with all these new contractors coming in and the value of oil being what it is I wouldn't be surprised if it did come out at a much better rate than what we thought...
