NORV if the dinar is every going to appreciate in value it will based on sound economic principles..which is the the growth of Iraq's economy. only with the success of Iraq can the dinar rise. Salih said, according to the official media, that "the monetary policy of the Central Bank of Iraq and its sufficient foreign reserves has the ability to intervene in the exchange market by meeting legitimate demands for foreign currency, in both its two forms, the monetary dollar and foreign transfers in foreign exchange and for the account of bank customers from private sector traders seeking to finance their trade." foreign goods, services and various benefits.
He pointed out that "this policy also has the ability to meet small commercial requests in the same foreign currency, which is being met additionally, which is also one of the important windows in stabilizing the exchange rate at its official borders, all of which leads to the stability of the general level of prices."

Committee member Mithaq al-Hamidi said, "Iraq has become mired in foreign debt because of the government's financial policy and the lack of any benefit from the white paper that cracked the heads of parliament members in order to vote on it."
And she added, "The government, through its financial measures and increasing the dollar exchange rate, tried to maintain the balance of the central bank and the hard currency, which caused an increase in all prices for everything in the country."
And she indicated that "the central bank, after the measures taken by the government, began pumping more currency under the pretext of maintaining the exchange rate, while it failed to do so, and prices rose in an unprecedented manner, which caused great damage to the citizen."
