In its statement, the coordination framework called on "all the active forces in the political scene to participate in the dialogues," expressing "its readiness to approach all parties because of its belief that the next government must be a strong and capable government that provides services, preserves the unity and sovereignty of the country, and contributes to preserving Iraq's position and role in region and territory.
This comes at a time when the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, directed the representatives of the Sadrist bloc in the Iraqi parliament to submit their resignations in preparation for submitting them to the presidency of the Council, against the background of the continued obstruction of the formation of a majority government by the coordination framework that includes Shiite political forces.

Shafaq News/ An informed source revealed, on Tuesday, that a dispute had occurred within the most prominent leaders of the coordination framework, on the issue of the withdrawal of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, from the political process.
The source told Shafaq News that the dispute is focused between the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, and the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance Hadi al-Amiri, on the position of the framework as a whole regarding al-Sadr's recent position.
The source added, "Al-Maliki sees accepting the Sadrists' position by withdrawing from the political process and not working on their return, but Al-Amiri disagrees with this opinion, and is trying hard to bring them back again, and is behind the issue of sending the delegation to Al-Hanana to discourage Al-Sadr from withdrawing."
The source pointed out that "Al-Amiri believes that the government will not succeed without the presence and support of the Sadrists, unlike al-Maliki."
And regarding the coordination framework meeting yesterday, Monday, in which he announced his official position on Al-Sadr’s withdrawal, the source said that “Al-Amiri was very late in participating in the meeting, and the last two statements of the coordination framework, were specifically from Al-Maliki, in which Al-Amiri did not participate in any opinion.”
Al-Amiri intends to send a delegation from the coordination framework to Al-Hanana in Najaf Governorate, in an attempt to persuade the leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada Al-Sadr, to reverse the decision to withdraw from the political process.

Al-Maliki said in a statement today, "I will appeal before the Federal Court the resignations of the brothers in the Sadrist bloc for the purpose of returning them to the political process to serve Iraq and its patient people."
On Sunday, Al-Sadr directed deputies of the Sadrist bloc in the Iraqi parliament to hand over their resignations to the speaker of the parliament, Muhammad Al-Halbousi, while he thanked his allies in the "Save the Homeland" coalition and told them that they "are in a solution."

The Jordanian King Assures Al-Habousi Of Iraq's Centrality In The Region: His Success Is A Success For All
