Tishwash:  After everything that happened during the past 24 hours... and what happened in the closed rooms... Al-Kazemi is getting very close to the gate of the second term?

What happened during the past twenty-four hours of facts, meetings, discussions, disagreements and consensus, some of them secret and some of them public, not only in the Shiite house, but also in the Sunni

and Kurdish houses as well, have produced results and data that overturned some of the verified and changed some of the prevailing, or Which was believed to be prevalent and fixed in the equation, and at the same time, the events confirmed and proved some of what was already present in it before..

at the level of heading the next government, and after Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi’s visit to the headquarters of the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada Al-Sadr in Al-Hanana, where it was and still is Najaf is a pilgrimage site for most politicians, candidates and non-candidates to head the new government, or to occupy seats in it, especially after the Sadrist movement won the largest number of seats in parliament in the recent legislative elections and after strengthening the majority of it with alliances with independents and other forces from the winning parties.

Although Al-Kazemi’s goal in visiting Najaf was purely administrative and service, it came within the framework of arrangements made by the Prime Minister two days after the resignation of Governor Louay Al-Yasiri.

This was confirmed by announcing a source close to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers that Al-Kazemi personally took over the supervision of the administration of Najaf Governorate, which has great religious, social and cultural importance for Iraq and all Iraqis, and not only for the people of Najaf.

The first deputy governor of Najaf will be in direct contact with the prime minister, in order to ensure the smooth running of the province’s affairs and to overcome potential financial and administrative obstacles in a country mired in bureaucracy for decades and facing scattered political, economic and social crises.

This step comes within a package of decisions taken by the Prime Minister concerning Najaf, which is considered the spiritual capital of Iraq and the world.

Despite this goal, the visit provided an opportunity to meet Al-Kazemi with Al-Sadr, and discuss what could be discussed in that meeting, which was not long, as Al-Kazemi and Al-Sadr discussed in Al-Hanana - according to a statement issued by the Media Office of the Prime Minister - the arrangements that concern the governorate, service projects and ensuring their completion.

From our side, we believe that it is natural that the issue of alliances and agreements to form the largest bloc and the next government was mentioned in their meeting yesterday.

Especially since this meeting comes in the midst of political discussions between the Sadrist bloc, which won the most seats in the elections, and other forces, to form the new government.

Observers believe that Al-Kazemi is getting closer today to assuming the premiership for a second term, leaning on a good legacy of national achievements and positions - political and administrative.  link
