Iraq is slowly lowering the IQD rates to get it closer to where it should be. It is changing.

The UN ruling # 1483, issued immediately thereafter gave China access to Iraq's oil.
2/7 Iraq has all seated presidents.
2/9 UN declares Iraq formally international and qualified for global trade.
Immediately on or after 2/9/22 Iraq will international rate commensurate with former rate, and present success.
Because of the amount of dinars the US gov holds (14 T), the US cannot be cut out of this Global Revaluation. The US with the largest Dinar assets, will be given 90 days to exchange dinars.
There are no more contract rates available, since the oil contracts are no longer available.
Iraq, the lynch pin for the RV GCR, while the US is the lynch pin for Iraq. It's all about to culminate.
By Wednesday, Thursday of next week 3.5 Million emails will be flying out to launch RV GCR, with a Safe Link address. This Safe Link releases the tens of thousands of "Accounts on Hold" including CMKX, and Prosperity Packages.

Vital Brad Kuwait - when they revalued their currency they went back up not 1 to 1, they went back up to their previous rate where it got devalued at. So if that's the case then Iraq's dinar would go up to $3.22. But a dollar might be possible. I would take a dollar for sure.

Samson: The Russian President reveals a huge gas deal with China

Russian President Vladimir Putin said today during a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping that Russian oil companies have prepared “new and very good solutions (suggestions)” to supply China with energy resources
“Our (Russia) oil officials have prepared very good new solutions for the supply of energy resources to the People’s Republic of China, I mean a new contract for the supply of gas to China from the Far East of Russia with a volume of 10 billion cubic meters annually,” the Russian president said
“The relations between Russia and China have acquired an unprecedented character, as the two countries support each other’s development,” Putin added
The Russian president arrived in Beijing today to participate in the opening of the 2022 Winter Olympics
