It was my personal opinion that notification of Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) for exchange and redemption appointments would take place AFTER a big Event where Mainstream Media Satellites were taken down and the Emergency Broadcast System came into effect on the new Star Link Satellite System.
Thurs. 25 Aug. MarkZ: Iraq has set their rate. Target date to announce was within weeks. There were a lot of reports out there from bond and Tier 3 folks that have money but they do not have access to it yet. It is there, but they cannot spend it …yet. Moscow exchange demands the use of (gold-backed) dollars as collateral starting Aug. 29th. There seems to be a lot of “tell” signs for the world’s currency front around Aug 29th and the end of this month.
Wed. 24 Aug. Fleming: DINARES GURUS: NICK’S INTEL PODCAST, 24 AUGUST https://dinaresgurus.blogspot.com/2022/08/nicks-intel-podcast-24-august.html Iraq has a date and new Dinar Rate to be put on Forex. The Iraqi Parliament was set to announce the new rate within days. According to Nick’s government contacts, they have been cleaning house, getting rid of the crooks and this had to happen. Watch for the announcement of a new Iraq parliament which was now in formation in the background, ready to go. Within a few days of electing a new parliament, there will be a new global (FOREX) rate for IQD announced. Iraq has this parliament ready now so it won’t be much longer. Once that parliament comes in it will be within a few days that they announce the new rate. It’s very close.
A High Up Source felt that the GCR / RV could occur any time between now and mid Oct. unless a Trump arrest caused a delay through November. The “hold up” was more military logistics and underground tunnel resistance – that was in the process of being aggressively finished.
Tues. 16 Aug. Coach Jerry: “Be encouraged dear community, our time will come. If we could figure out the precise timing, then the evil opposition could also figure it out. He is an exec at the Umpqua Bank who earns (a very high salary) a year and works from home these days. He not only had heard about it, but said that it’s very fast and that he’s familiar with it. This is the first time I’ve heard from any bank officer here in Spokane, WA, who knows about CIPS/ RTP. Interestingly he was not aware of the USN/USTN or was under an NDA, and he had not heard about President Putin officially announcing the GCR/RV and his country’s Ruble being gold asset backed.”

Bond Holders had received an email showing them the monies in their account. They were waiting for another email that would give them access to 1% of their Bond exchange.
They expected Tier4B to go at the same time that the email goes out to the Bond Sellers that would give them 1% access to their accounts.
We expect that to happen for Tier4B between now and next Mon. 29 Aug, although could happen by Sat. 27 Aug.
