They talk about not needing any help with foreign parties, except for certain projects. The CBI has done a very good job with monetary policy stability. They reiterate that that CBI is the most knowledgeable in that regard.

They are opening up today for Arab and foreign investors. They are checking customs and tax receipts at the borders too. All transactions are to be automated, fully transparent and corruption free.
So with a very good financial situation the time for them to return to a previous era with the exchange rate looks to be in the process.
