Completed The Procedures For Holding The First Session Of The New Parliament

OPEC: Iraq's Share Will Reach 4.3 Million Barrels Per Day During The Next Month

The organization stated in its schedule, that "the production quota for Iraq for the month of February was set at 4.325 million barrels per day, an increase of 44,000 barrels per day over the month of January, which amounted to 4.281 million barrels per day, and an increase of 88 thousand barrels per day over last December ."
And she added, "The production of both Saudi Arabia and Russia was set, with a production of 10.227 million barrels per day, during the month of February, an increase of about 105,000 barrels per day from the current month of January, and the UAE's production share increased by 30 thousand barrels per day, to reach 2.946 million barrels per day during next month ."
She indicated that "the share of OPEC from the planned increase of 4894 thousand barrels per day in February will amount to 254 thousand barrels to reach 24.808 million barrels per day, while the share of allied with OPEC will reach 292,000 barrels to reach 40,894 million barrels per day ."
And OPEC + agreed, during its meeting on Tuesday, to increase its oil production by more than 400 thousand barrels per day, according to the previously agreed schedule .

Oil Prices Drop After The “OPEC Plus” Meeting

Today, Brent crude futures witnessed a decline of 0.2% to reach $79.84 a barrel, while US crude contracts fell by 0.18% to reach $76.85 a barrel.
This comes after the 24th meeting of the OPEC Plus group ended yesterday, in which it was agreed to keep the production policy unchanged, meaning that the members will commit to increasing production by 400,000 barrels per day next February.
The decisions of OPEC Plus, at the conclusion of its meeting yesterday, included extending the compensation period until next June, and setting the date of the next meeting on February 2, 2022.
And a technical report issued on Sunday showed that OPEC + expects that the impact on the oil market from the Corona virus Omicron variable will be mild and temporary, which keeps the door open to another increase in production.

Al-Kazemi Confirms The End Of The Combat Role Of The US Forces And The International Coalition Forces In Iraq

And regarding the Jableh crime, he stressed that "what happened in the Jableh district in the Babylon governorate is unfortunate and sad that Iraqis were killed in cold blood at the hands of weak souls intruding on the morals and principles of our security forces, and this is what prompted us to stress strongly the need to reconsider the security assessment of some security elements." "We directed the National Security Apparatus to supervise and stand up to the Jableh crime, in which an entire family was killed due to a family dispute and the exploitation of Article (4) of the Anti-Terrorism Law."
Al-Kazemi concluded his speech by saying, "We are the victims of the unjust dictator, and it is unreasonable to continue with injustice while we live in the era of democracy."
