Wed. 27 April Charlie Ward: “This is a very important week. It’s all going on behind the scenes! The Deep State was in a meltdown. Sun. 1 May: Evidently Tier4B (us, the Internet Group) has not yet received notification to set appointments as expected this week because the countries of Venezuela, Iraq and possibly Iran were not yet ISO 20022 compliant. If they were not compliant by Sun. 1 May, we may go without them.
Fleming: According to the CBI contact speaking directly to Nick, the WTO is hot after the Central Bank of Iraq to finally sign off for the ISO 20022 certification to be implemented. Venezuela and Iraq were lagging behind and had to acknowledge compliance and acceptance by the end of the month. At that time they would be starting the revaluation with or without them.

Samson: United Nations: Iraq Is Going Through Major Junctures

The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jeanine Plasschaert, visited the Iraqi Fiqh Council, and met with a number of members of the Council's supreme body.
A member of the Supreme Committee of the complex, Abdul Sattar Abdul Jabbar, confirmed in a statement received by “Earth News” that “the United Nations bears a great responsibility in all humanitarian issues in Iraq, most notably the return of the displaced, the closure of displacement camps, knowing the fate of the disappeared, the file of detainees who are subjected to persecution and torture to extract malicious confessions, and the failure to release innocent ones.”
He added that "there is a clear targeting in some provinces that is practiced by force of arms, and the displacement of residents, the last of which is the village of Nahr al-Imam in Diyala province, calling for arms to be confined to the hands of the state and to preserve the prestige and independence of the military and security institution."
The two sides discussed "the political issue in Iraq, and that there should be a positive role for the United Nations in resolving the political blockage and bringing views closer, and not allowing some security-stable provinces to be dragged into chaos again."
In her turn, Plasschaert said, "Iraq is still going through great junctures. We hope that the country will witness a clear improvement at various levels, and this is done through continuous communication and dialogue between the country's legitimate and political leaders." She promised "to follow up and address the issues raised, not to keep the displaced in the camps, and to protect children through their reintegration into society."
The representative of the United Nations praised "the role of the Iraqi Fiqh Academy in promoting societal peace and its moderate discourse, stressing its keenness on constructive communication with the legitimate references in Iraq." LINK
