At a time when the country is witnessing a strong political struggle over the formation of the new government, another crisis arose related to passing the current year’s budget, as there were conflicting opinions between MPs and law specialists, about the mechanism for voting on the project under the caretaker government, and whether there is a possibility of approving it or not .

In light of the severe political crisis between the political parties, which began after the end of the legislative elections last October and to this day, attention is still awaiting the completion of the draft financial budget for the current year, hoping to include what the citizen aspires to, at a time when calls are rising for calls for Return the exchange rates of the dollar to its previous era.

The political blockage has caused a delay in approving the budget, despite the many economic problems that the country suffers from, at a time when the debate continues over the mechanism for sending the budget by the caretaker government to the House of Representatives for approval.

Within the Legislative House, the talk about Parliament’s intention to vote on delegating the caretaker government to send the budget law to Parliament met with mixed reactions, between supporters of it, and other parties who considered this step to put Parliament in future embarrassment before the new government.

The absence of consensus leading to the completion of the formation of the elected government, contributed to the escalation of the budget crisis, as the absence of the budget, which is supposed to be completed at most two months ago, is accompanied by a number of critical economic variables, including the rise in global prices of consumer and food items and the complexity of the living situation of people with low incomes.   LINK
