MZ: I talked to paymasters and group leaders……What I heard today is there is positioning of paymasters for redemption…..who goes in what order. Based on who is physically in position….
MZ: I talked to folks in two different areas….still waiting to hear from folks in the middle east….but seems like they are setting up the redemption appointments…..who is first, who is second…ect…….
MZ: They call them and they will have 45 minutes to get there. If you do not make it when they call you….you go to the bottom of the Que/list….To me this is fantastic…..we are seeing some movement
MZ: There are some rumors of historic bondhoders that supposedly got 1% as a down payment? The rest to be paid immediately upon the reset. I have not personally spoke to anyone that has gotten this..so consider it a rumor.
MZ: Out of Iraq we are still getting a lot of chatter about Thursday or Friday for the new budget to be finished now that they have completed the Kurdistan issues.

MZ: So we are here at the edges of our seats…..Does this mean its tomorrow??? Nobody knows the exact time……if its tomorrow or weeks from now….but we are close. All we can do is be prepared.
MZ: I have not talked to my Homeland Security contact in almost 2 weeks on CMKX….but there has been no news on that.
