In Iraq Central Banks disabled the electronic payment cards. We have not seen that before.

These were Ishtar gate Qi cards, Mastercard, Visa,  and other electronic platforms were supposed to be down about 2 days. This started last Thursday.

We don’t know if they are fully live yet or not.

Frank26  When you see all the things they're doing you can't help but scratch your head, how?  Your currency is worth nine tenths of a penny compared to the American dollar.  How? ...These next few days when they open up the budget it's going to open up a new chapter. 

Deepwoodz   When Iraq initially changed the rate to 1310, it showed up for the first time internationally March 28. At least on the two boards I can see.  From that point, it would be 1310 for a day or two then back to 1460 for two or three days and then repeat that cycle until May 2.  May 2 it was 1460 and changed to 1311 on May 3.  Wednesday May 3  to now…. it has flatlined at approximately 1310.  I think this could be considered stable.  Next step please!

Wolverine Update:

Good news coming from T1. All documents have been signed by the banking lawyers and banks are now ready to start releasing the funds to their members. 

It been a hard task to get this done and finally it’s getting done.

The sovereigns have all received their notifications and are waiting for their appointments.

 I was told by next week we should expect notifications and the bonds release as well. 

 The delay is coming from the USA and I have no idea why. 

 Let’s hope there is no more delays as too many are suffering and we don’t want hear anymore of our patriots dying.

Global Currency Reset:

It appeared that all requirements for the Global Currency Reset have been met and assumed that Tier4b (us, the Internet Group) could go at any time.

Wed. 26 April MarkZ: The Trade Bank of Iraq has said that foreign transfer can be made through Central Bank branches. That means they can now make foreign transfers to ALL countries of the world through accounts opened in Iraqi dinars and they are fully international. Now that Iraq is international they can actually process exchanges. This is huge news today.

MarkZ Cont…..I have been waiting for news to start coming out on the bond side by Thurs. 27 April. Bankers are ready right now. Onpoint Bank has a sign stating that they have a system update from Fri. 28 April to Mon. 1 May with limited account access. Last Saturday Bond people, Paymasters and Group Leaders were being told to be in place by Thurs. 27 April. A Stock Market Crash was projected on Friday. Redemption Center folks were told they only had a few days and then would be working full time for a couple of weeks. 

The Bank of International Settlements, Swiss Central Bank and US Federal Reserve Gold Vaults were empty. Banks were closing across the planet. The Cabal’s fiat US Dollar was only good for the next three months in the US, Canada and Mexico. Most all other countries were refusing to trade with the fiat Federal Dollar.

The Iraqi Dinar (Allegedly) revalued in-country on 29 March and began trading internationally on the back screens of the Forex as a gold/asset-backed currency. It was said that the Global Currency Reset would go liquid for the general public following a Stock Market crash, and the Stock Market was said set to crash on Fri. 28 April. Redemption Staff have been notified to come in to work full time for a couple of weeks starting on Thurs. 27 April.

Trading of First Republic Bank Stock halted after plunging another 32% on Wed. 26 April.

The Yaun has taken over the US Dollar to be the most used currency in China trade.

Mnt Goat  The next phase of the plan is to change the nominal rate inside Iraq and issue the newer lower denominations and coins. I believe it will be around 1.50 dinar to the dollar.

Walkingstick [via Frank26]  There were two NEERs (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) presented this past week.  One of them was higher than 1 to 1.  It was 1.5 .  The Prime Minister and the governor of the CBI are trying to explain to the Iraqi citizens their exchange rate in comparison to the American dollar.  It's all about the recalculating.  It's all about the accounting.  It's all about the numbers right now.  The numbers right now are 1.5 to 1 USD is true.  It's in my option but true.  The float can now start at 1.5 to 1.

Recent History of GCR (RUMORS)

By Wed. 29 March the Iraqi Dinar had revalued in-country and was trading on the back screens internationally as a gold/asset-backed currency.

On Sat. 1 April the new Global Financial System became official, including the gold/asset-backed US Note.

As of Sun. 2 April Bond financing that funded the GCR, had been completed.

On Mon. 3 April Bond payouts began.

By Wed. 5 April the fiat Federal Reserve US Dollar was no longer accepted in any country except for the US, Canada and Mexico. Those three countries would accept it for about another three months as the world transitioned to gold/asset-backed currencies including the new gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note.

Thurs. 6 April: Dubai 1 working capital funds became liquid. In Iraq they began exchanging Iraqi Dinar at the new in-country rate.

By Mon. 10 April the Global Currency Reset had been fully funded; Dubai 2 groups of Sovereign Buyers started contracts with various trusts; large file sellers and funds were paying out to various entities and Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds), with a promise that they would have access to 1% of funds on their Q Cards by Fri. 14 April.

The Chinese Elders, 5 Iraq representatives and a representative from 29 different countries whose currencies were all going up in value, were in Reno for the GCR launch – that happened one minute after midnight Fri. morning 14 April, when the GCR Codes were released. That same morning Bond Holders and US Native Americans received their first payment of 1% of their payout.

On Sunday 16 April the shift to all things Quantum began. All banks around the world were connected to and using the QFS (Quantum Financial System) exclusively. Any bank that attempted to transfer money via SWIFT and not have a digital certification attached to each transfer, would lose its ability to be in the banking/ financial industry. This was about putting a final nail in the coffin for “Money Laundering” and wrongdoing. 

By Mon. 17 April the World Bank had published the Global Currency Reset release codes and Central Banks were trading the new US Treasury gold/asset-backed Note.

By Tues. 18 April full Liquidity had been released for the GCR, plus all GCR participating countries were transitioning to NESARA/GESARA and their own gold/asset-backed currencies. Iraqi ATVs were activated Tues. morning 18 April.

Bond sellers received their Q cards Wed. 19 April, the others did on Thurs. 20 April.

On Thurs. 20 April the Iraqi Stock Market stopped it’s activity for five days.

Militia Man  Al-Sudani the Prime Minister has said hold your dinar because they're going to be stronger than the dollar... When they say they're going to make it to be 1.5 times it means that the 1310 official rate is no longer going to be the official rate.  They're going to adjust it 1.5 times...  .000763367 is going to be .001 or close.  That means 1310 becomes 837 real close.  As they do that it creates an environment that the dollar becomes less valuable to the dinar...it's going to be harder and harder for the black market...It's coming to a head...the black market is going bye-bye.

Recent History of GCR (RUMORS)

By Wed. 29 March the Iraqi Dinar had revalued in-country and was trading on the back screens internationally as a gold/asset-backed currency.

On Sat. 1 April the new Global Financial System became official, including the gold/asset-backed US Note.

As of Sun. 2 April Bond financing that funded the GCR, had been completed.

On Mon. 3 April Bond payouts began.

By Wed. 5 April the fiat Federal Reserve US Dollar was no longer accepted in any country except for the US, Canada and Mexico. Those three countries would accept it for about another three months as the world transitioned to gold/asset-backed currencies including the new gold/asset-backed US Treasury Note.

Thurs. 6 April: Dubai 1 working capital funds became liquid. In Iraq they began exchanging Iraqi Dinar at the new in-country rate.

By Mon. 10 April the Global Currency Reset had been fully funded; Dubai 2 groups of Sovereign Buyers started contracts with various trusts; large file sellers and funds were paying out to various entities and Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds), with a promise that they would have access to 1% of funds on their Q Cards by Fri. 14 April.

The Chinese Elders, Trump, Mnuchin, Shelton, 5 Iraq representatives and a representative from 29 different countries whose currencies were all going up in value, were in Reno for the GCR launch – that happened one minute after midnight Fri. morning 14 April, when the GCR Codes were released. That same morning Bond Holders and US Native Americans received their first payment of 1% of their payout.

On Sunday 16 April the shift to all things Quantum began. All banks around the world were connected to and using the QFS (Quantum Financial System) exclusively. Any bank that attempted to transfer money via SWIFT and not have a digital certification attached to each transfer, would lose its ability to be in the banking/ financial industry. This was about putting a final nail in the coffin for “Money Laundering” and wrongdoing. 

By Mon. 17 April the World Bank had published the Global Currency Reset release codes and Central Banks were trading the new US Treasury gold/asset-backed Note.

By Tues. 18 April full Liquidity had been released for the GCR, plus all GCR participating countries were transitioning to NESARA/GESARA and their own gold/asset-backed currencies. Iraqi ATVs were activated Tues. morning 18 April.

Bond sellers received their Q cards Wed. 19 April, the others did on Thurs. 20 April.

On Thurs. 20 April the Iraqi Stock Market stopped it’s activity for five days.

Walkingstick   [via Frank26]   [Bank Friend Aki report of last Thursday's CBI meetings with affiliate banks] You are going to see a tender that will be posted on the CBI website...the CBI is putting out a tender, a contractual agreement, on the printing of the national currency of the new small category notes and coins...they are asking to print more...because they're going to be needed for the Iraqi citizens when they come in and exchange their 3-zero notes...this tender will include pictures of the new national currency.  It will include picture of the coins.  It will introduce the different sizes...denominations, coins materials used...

MarkZ Wednesday Update- Some highlights by PDK-Not verbatim

Member:  Hey good morning all you wonderful people.

MZ: Good Morning….we are going to get right into today. MilitiaMan is jpining us. So what’s the news, What can you tell us……I know I am excited about everything going on.

MM: Good morning all. It’s a pleasure to be here again. I would say it’s been an eventful week.

MM:  We have seen the Central Bank has started talking yesterday…and it was a big deal…..and above and beyond that-there were a lot of meetings this last week…with the IMF, the World Bank, and the US Treasury met with the Central Bank of Iraq and the Finance Ministry.

MM: They had their delegations there with them…and they met for a few days in respect with what is going on in Iraq. This was quite eventful…they are looking at going to a private sector. We all know that is going to be the driving force in Iraq in the future. It is not going to be just a oil based economy anymore. We are seeing all of that coming to fruition

MM: They talked about compliance and international standards and some of those things we saw in their news yesterday. And, there is a lot of good articles coming out today as well….many I have not gotten to yet.

MM: Iraq has been in compliance with the IMF for a couple years and they have been showing they can keep the exchange rate at 1166, or 1182 or 1469…they can keep it at 2 % compliance and follow their rules….. it has been relatively stable.

MM: There has been a parallel market that everybody hears about. And there is an electronic platform that has been in discussions since last year…..the ISO2022 and they are getting the country completely off the dollar. One of the rules the IMF has is no multi- currency practice.

MM: That is where we are at. They are moving away from the multi- currency practices. We saw that with the Iraqi Trade bank yesterday ….that merchants and businesses must get off the dollar and only use dinar. They are talking with the citizens and their goal is to get them all off the dollar. The parallel market which is the street rate black market are getting pushed out now. They are ineffective. That has been big in their news.

MM: Ali Alaq (Governor of the CBI) said last week…for the citizens to be prepared for a rate change…..or something to that affect. ……..Yesterday the Central Bank has stated that the dinar will be one and a half times more…and it’s coming…..It was a “heads up”

MM: So at the present rate of 1310….the dollar divided by 1310 gives you basically .00076336. If you take that to the next level….they say the rate will be one and a half times….they are going to change it again…that number becomes .00114504…and that will stimulate those citizens again.

MM: Interestingly enough they called for a holiday starting tomorrow …from the 20th to the 24th. The country will be on holiday….Will they make a rate move during that time?  We don’t know. What we do know they are moving out of multi-currency practices and opening up and stimulating the economy through electronic sysstems…the Ayuscuda system, Taxes and Tariffs at the borders are in sync……The BUNA platform has been trading….it is set up and ready.

MM: So when Iraq is ready they can start clearing cross border transactions immediately and they will be safe, secure on their electronic platforms which is the ISO22022 and the BUNA platform. Let’s see what happens over the next few days.

MZ: So, what else needs done?  The third reading of the 3 year budget I am hearing may be late tonight or early tomorrow? That they want it done for Eid Al Fitr by Thursday on the 20th which is tomorrow.

MM: I have heard the first and second reading are completely done….i have heard it is sorted…they are not telling us everything up front……I heard it may be all done……we just won’t find out about it tonight or tomorrow.

MZ: I don’t know if you follow the bigger picture on economic things going on or just the dinar specifically…..but there are many different presidents of different countries like Ghana, Brazil and Venezuela telling their citizens to run from the dollar. Yesterday US empassies around the world….especially on the African continent started warning people to stock up with weeks worth of food, rations ect…..they are expecting a complete failure of the grid. They are not telling us anything here in the states. Your thoughts?

MM: I have not caught that news from Africa….but as far as the dollar is concerned……my understanding and studies suggest that there is somewhere between 7-9 Trillion in dinar that the US Treasury holds. With US debt being over $32 Trillion……the dollar is not that weak. Imo

Member: everyone will be using their own gold-backed currency soon is what the Nesara people are saying.

MZ: There is a lot of smoke and misinformation…..they are trying to keep us in the dark….its a good to remember this.
