MZ: Still hearing the same thing from paymasters and bond attorneys……that they expect to see movement tomorrow.

MZ: Buckle up- we may still be in the doldrums waiting for things to start.

MZ: We do have this article….you need to hit translate….this is a new one from the leadership in Iraq:  This is dated yesterday and is about raising the rate. And the efforts they are going through to raise the rate…..this talks about what we are anticipating so I think this is fantastic. You can read this yourself from Iraq proper….they don’t give us a date…just that they are moving forward.

Member:  I wonder if the CBI put October 17th as a reinstatement date to trap more bad guys?

Member: I hear Evergrande defaults on the 23rd. Paymasters are mostly funded and ready for the RV to begin.

Member: If Evergrande defaults on the 23rd. The dominoes will fall across the world

​Member:  I hear the general public will start the reset on the 1st, but RV starting tomorrow

Member: Will the CBI website have the new rate listed?

MZ: Yes…but I am told they may block this information on the CBI website by your VPN so we can’t see it.

Member:  RV DINAR rate change seven days after historical bonds paid. Markz, are you confirming the same?

Member:  The Green Lantern: Hi my friends Just came in: Washington DC has indicated that they are scheduled to get this done today.

MZ: I hope that is accurate. I think this is our week.

Member:  Frank26 posted yesterday that we should act as if you were the Clampetts. if the banker will not cater to you like Mr. Drysdale, leave and go to another bank. Something to that order, not verbatim.

Member: what is holding up the RV is my question

Member: After we exchange will we be able to get money from the ATM right away?

MZ: Yes as I understand it you will be able to get it right away…..like the moment you walk out of the redemption center you will be able to get spendable funds you can withdraw.

Member: Can we negotiate the rate?

MZ: I am told Dinar and dong….all of it will have a set rate….no negotiation.  

Member: Tier 4b is the most important thing right now

MZ: To get money to those that are in need..…tier 4b is the most important thing.

Member: Hi Markz, I haven't been on in a while. We are so close to the end of the year, Do you really believe the RV will manifest before the end of 2021 or will we be here in 2022?

On The Extent Of The Possibility Of Adjusting The Exchange Rate Of The Dollar Against The Iraqi Dinar, Saleh Said, “Adjusting The Exchange Rate Is One Of The Actions Of Monetary Policy In Achieving Stability, Targeting Inflation And Limiting Its Heights Under The Effective Central Bank Law,”

Noting That “This Is A Matter That Takes Into Account Monetary Balance Considerations, Two Restrictions, The First The Coverage In Foreign Currency Of The Local Liquidity, Which Has Increased Significantly, Due To Financing The Deficit In Government Expenditures, Which Led To The Expansion Of The Monetary Base, Or What Is Sometimes Called In The Literature The (Domestic) Cash Reserve

And If The Foreign Reserves Outweigh The (Domestic) Cash Reserve In A Way That Does Not Threaten The Country’s Foreign Reserve Wealth Or Its Depletion And Maintains Its Stability, Accumulation And General Stability In Prices.

He Pointed Out That "The Second Limitation Is That The Effects Of The Adjustment In The Exchange Rate Should Be Fully Consistent With The Objectives Of The Country's Fiscal Policy And Its Level Of Stability, Meaning That It Should Not Threaten The Sustainability Of The Budget Or Cause Sudden Stumbles In Public Revenues Due To The Change In Monetary Values And The Entry Into Failures (Compensatory Value Deficit) In The General Budget

MZ: I am hearing today that from Zurich and also domestically historic bonds are to pay out Wed. Morning. And that we will follow immediately right on their heels.

Isaac :  Hello, looks like Wednesday should start German bonds, hope to have confirmation tomorrow, keep you posted.

MZ: My Gesara/Nesara contacts say they are planning on being a full roll out the 3rd or 4th of November. This means they have to get us into the banks so that the new countries will have something to spend.

MZ: Bankers are all chattering with anticipation.

MZ: Contractors in Iraq are also looking at mid week for spendable funds on their cards. I am still hearing from multiple sources that the rate is $4.71.

Do we go before, after or at the same time as the bonds?

Member:  A lot of different channels say the Dinar is going to go up incrementally....I hope the RV really does start at 4.71+

Member: When you speak of the $4.71 rate is that the tier 4B rate?

Member: That is the street rate in Iraq. Tier 4B should be higher…..

Member:  I went to my local TD bank here in Canada today. Everyone working was a new staff member!! When I asked about it -- the new guy said it's Evolution! Interesting

MZ: That is interesting.

Member:  Are there exchange locations in Florida?

MZ: There will be a bunch of areas in Florida to exchange…..Most of you will not have to even drive 50 miles to exchange. In population dense areas you may not even have to drive 10 miles. If you live in rural areas you may have to travel a ways. But there will be a tremendous number of options.

MZ: In Hawaii I believe there will be 2 locations on the bigger islands.

Member:  I’m confused. On one hand we’re talking about inflation and a dark winter, and the other hand, Nesara/Gesara is supposed to make everything good. People are struggling at this point, we need help now.

Member:  We will see if this all happens this time…. I am so ready for this to be over

Member: there sure are a lot of people pointing at tomorrow for things to start…..

MZ: Yes many are pointing to tomorrow.

Member: Tomorrow, Tomorrow…I love ya…tomorrow…...is only a day away

MZ: interesting news over the weekend…we saw $4.71 pop up on cards for contractors in Iraq. I can verify this. I have had a number of people call me with this news. They expect release of those funds today or tomorrow. As of late yesterday they do not yet have free spending of those funds.

MZ: All of my bond people…even the ones in Europe are expecting a release of their funds late this evening into early tomorrow morning.

MZ: We havn’t crossed the finish line yet….or if we have…it has not trickled down to us yet. I am expecting a lot of chatter and updates today. We are suffering the Monday Morning Blues waiting for everything to open up in banking.

Member: Is the $4.71 rate an in- country or contract rate??

MZ: The $4.71 appears to be what the in-country rate will be. Contract rates are expected to be $2 or more over the street rate.  

MZ: So at a $4.71 rate that would make a 25 k dinar note worth $ 117,750.00 US

Member: once the IQD goes..will we be able to exchange at our banks?

MZ: once it goes you should be able to exchange at banks…….you will be settling for a smaller amount instead of exchanging at redemption centers for contract rates. .

Member: Any news on the rates for the dong?

MZ: My people still expect the contract rate to be in the low $2 range.

Member: How about a rate on the Iranian rial?

MZ: The last I heard it was going to be somewhere in the lower $3 range.

Member: Indonisian Rupiah?

MZ: The most common rate we hear is about $1.47  …I have recently heard is may go as high as $1.70.

Member: we won't know the rates until we get to our exchange meeting……so until we exchange…its all just speculation. imo

Member: Mark how long do you feel we will have to exchange at the new rate before the world moves to parity ??

Member:  ISAAC On last Thursday Isaac was hearing very positive news for this week

Member:  Anything to report on the 17th with no news on the cbi article?? I thought there was some big news on this but heard nothing do you know anything on this mark.?

Member:  I feel all kinds of contrasting 'information' is being thrown out in order to throw-off.

Member:  So u think we will get notifications this week or in the bank this week??????

MZ: I have great hope that this will be our week based on all the chatter I am getting……it has been phenomenal!!   We are watching to see how today pans out…..I am getting emails, messages and text coming in from different banking centers. We are waiting for confirmations that somebody has received those dollars. Hopefully I will be wearing the Golden Egg shirt for you all later

MZ: No package deliveries yet on CMKX and settlements…..nothing yet on farm claims…..but we are watching. I am in contact with some of the original farm claim holders and Pickford holders….also a number of Omega holders .

Member: I’m losing all faith this is ever going to happen, I keep hearing the intel is Phenomenal, but nothing ever happens. Yesterday and today were supposed to be BIG events, we got Nothing..

Member: Maybe nothing we can “see”……maybe things have happened that we cannot see….yet.

What about the rumor of ZIM going in November ???I thought everybody goes at once ???

Member: I thought Nesara was supposed to start on Ovt. 15th?????

Member:  NESARA has already been in process since Aug... it's a matter of ANNOUNCING then IMPLEMENTING- but a LOT of ppl have already had loans paid off

Member: A number of my Nesara contacts reached out over the weekend and they are expecting Nesara to kick in sometime around November 3rd or 4th.

MZ: Article “ Economists: Worrying Sentiment Data suggest recession is looming”  Without a currency reset and a return to sound money we are going to see inflation run.

Member: I really hope Okie gets to land that plane before it runs out of gas

Member:  Maybe soon we'll actually see this thing happen, eh?

Member: Hope there is good news today!

MZ: I have had a number of confirmations from government contractors and government employees out of Iraq since yesterday that the rate over there is going to be $4.71.  This is what the contractors told me….many sources…..

MZ: We will find out for sure when Iraq banks open tomorrow….If I hear great news I will end up doing another stream..

MZ: What I am hearing out of Reno is they are prepared……they may get an announcement later this evening or into tomorrow on numbers…..this is the chatter I am hearing

MZ: Let’s hope this is it…..and not another one of us being “left at the alter” .

MZ: Between Iraq and Reno the news really has been phenominal!!!

 Mark what’s like most important thing on the day when it comes that  I’ll need to go into the redemption center?

MZ: Don’t overthink it ….you will need whatever you need to open accounts at most banks wherever you live. Whether it’s the US, The UK, Malasia……take whatever you need to open a bank account in your country with your currency. After we exchange we will probably have a lot to talk about.

MZ: There is lots of anticipation for this weekend. I have had more calls from some bond folks based out of Europe. They have been told they will have free access to money at the very first of the week. Possibly Monday.

Member: I heard we were looking at Sunday into next week for the RV

Member: Saying people will get access the first of the week never happens….they never get access

MZ: In the past they have not had much success have they?

MZ: No news yet on CMKX or settlements. Wish I had news on this for you but they are all very quiet.

Member: Quiet is good but it’s past time!!!! We gotta go in order to help others!!!!

Member:  Hard to believe DOW is almost at all time high again with all the problems going on

Member: Dow continues to grow. +349.18 after only 39 minutes.

Member: stock market is in melt up. keeps going up despite any sense. this is how it triggers a crash

Member: Here's come the crash. Dow down 19 points since my last report. But still up +330.

Member: I wonder if the current forex markets work as before after RV/Nesara.... or will they go away?

Okie: Good Morning and thank you very much. I just got through taking a breathing treatment so can talk for a few minutes.

Okie: I owe so much to so many for all their prayers. I believe those prayers are literally keeping me alive. I just passed my 80th birthday and I thank the good lord for giving me enough years to see us all in the position we are in right now.

Okie: I am expecting great things to happen rather suddenly. I have been in this since 2003 and hoping on a weekly basis for some kind of results . I am expecting it rather soon.

MZ: What I am hearing from Reno and Zurich…some interesting things from paymasters and group leaders. Most of them on the bond side are being told they have to wait for early next week for their money because this weekend they plan on processing Groups and Group Leaders..  I don’t have an update from Asia yet.

MZ: They still have everybody in place. Everyone is praying and hoping this is it.

MZ: in Iraq I have not heard from my contractor but did hear from another person. Banks in Iraq are closed half days on Friday, closed on Saturdays and reopen on Sundays. So he thought we may have to wait until Sunday to see if they had a rate change and changed values in their paychecks over there

Member:  Isaac N's post tonight: Hello after the meetings we have to wait for next week but looks very positive , I will have more news tomorrow , keep you posted .

MZ: What I am hearing fits with Isaacs news. Looks like they will do groups and settlements this weekend and bonds starting early next week. So they should have money the first of next week and we should be making appointments.

MZ: We are waiting to see what today brings. So far it’s very quiet in Asia, the middle east , London and Zurich. So for this morning I have nothing new for you. It’s crazy quiet.

MZ: All we can do is sit tight. There is still an enormous amount of anticipation in the paymasters and group leaders the next few days….including today. .

MZ: From all of my sources – it is moment to moment right now in Reno. I am getting regular check ins and it is a constant ratcheted up state as everyone is in place so they do not lose their spot in the que for redemptions with both the groups and SKR’s……

MZ: We don’t have an idea on timing….nothing happened yet in Asia, the middle east or Europe…..all eyes are on Reno this evening. We hope it’s not another “Boy who cried wolf”.

MZ: I have been getting constant calls because they have everybody ramped up in anticipation. Every body is there wearing their suits, carrying their paperwork  and waiting for their turn…..noone has had a turn yet.

MZ: So watch it guys….this is going to make for a very interesting evening. I will stay close to home in case I get to come on and give you that golden egg…..I hope and pray I get to.

Member:  I went to my local chase bank today to pick up my currency and then when I tried to order more currency the teller told me that the dong is no longer listed on their currency list . I hope its good

MZ: I know many folks are very positive for tonight and tomorrow. Bruce, Holly, Isaac all saying positive things. . I am hearing many of the same things and feel very positive for the very near future.

MZ: Wish I had more for you…..but there really is no chatter…..Everyone was cranked down on and there is no leaking .

Issac: Tuesday Night:  Isaac Hello I will have my meetings tomorrow and Thursday and will talk to my Paymasters also will talk to 2 whales tomorrow or that are expecting payments tomorrow or Thursday and liquidity next day So will be a very Interesting day

Rod Steele:  US BANKERS continue to run tests this week like the 40 or so last week in hopes of release after the 15th of Oct but nothing officiall.

Member: I keep hearing China is going bankrupt, if so why don’t they collect on the us bonds they hold?

Member: Nothing Tacos instead of nothing burgers tonight?

MZ: There has not been that much chatter today. What I did hear from a Reno contact is that they are very hopeful for Wednesday evening into Thursday. I have not heard anything from Europe or Asia today. So nothing burgers from them and the middle east.

MZ: The chatter from Iraq is that they are going to unpeg and the dinar is going to float in the near future. Most of the folks over there are looking at the 15th through the 17th. Buckle up.

Member: MARK Z between the NOTHING burgers and empty store shelves we are going to starve

MZ: Nobody knows the exact timing …everyone is speculating based on what their folks are telling us. But we are close. It is starting to look like a world economic collapse. That is what we are looking for.

MZ: The collapse will force the reset and make it very easy to reset all the prices. There are a number of economists right now calling for that collapse. Even a devaluation of the US dollar. ….It will collapse – we go to gold backed and they reset to lower prices.

Member: I hear RV by Thursday or the Chinese take their ball and go home!

Member: My insider also says Thursday folks!

Member:  If China is so close to bankruptcy why don’t they collect on the us bonds they hold? Thanks

Member:  Cracks in 3 Gorges had gotten a lot worse

Member:  @MarkZ. Rumor has it that 3 Gorge game broke

MZ: I am hearing the same thing. China is flooding hard right now. Whether or not it is 3 gorges –we do not yet know .  I can’t imagine they will be able to hide it. We do know they have lost 3 other dams already.

Member: How are we supposed to know that the email to exchange is not from a phishing scheme????

MZ: The email address should be from a major bank. There will be many savvy folks checking it out to make sure its legit or not.

Member:  Heard there will be rolling black outs for 3 days starting tomorrow......

Member: Is it wrong to feel good about the world imploding right now?

Member: Not if the result sets us all free and saves humanity!!!

Member:  Hope once the collapse happens the interim period is short.......imagine how many will be so devastated they might self harm!!

MZ: We still have paymasters being asked to stay in place. My redemption center folks say they will be on call next weekend.

MZ:  Most of my folks believe we are waiting for an event that starts on Thursday. I have no idea what it could be.

MZ: Last night though we did share some fantastic stuff out of Iraq as their new “Acting PM or President or interim leader” Al Sadr is saying that now that they have won….they are going to increase the value of the dinar.

MZ: This was huge news from Iraq direct from the mouth of the new leader.

Member: Funny, but not really. The guys I worked with 3 years ago got me started buying currency saying the RV was going to happen any day. They don’t even listen to RV news anymore. They got tired of being strung along for so long..

MZ: It has drug on a very long time and they have found ways to kick the can constantly. We are going to get there……Remember- it’s an “when” not an “if”.
