MZ: The positive news coming out of Iraq is that they had ongoing meetings since Tuesday morning on budget implementation. I am told that once they wrap up the last few details that they will post a rate.

MZ: it very well could be this week. Exceptionally encouraging.

MZ: There are still rumors of 1 % being paid out to people with historic bonds….but I can’t find anybody I know who has had that happen. So I don’t believe that rumor is accurate. It could be…but I don’t think so.

MZ: its mostly quiet- a nothing burger of RV news….but we expected this at the end.

Member: So are we looking at another year of them kicking the can?

MZ: I do not think we have another year. …the world will implode

Member:  Brent Johnson said no more false dates and timeliness it won't be tolerated. We are close to victory.

MZ: There have been a lot of banking changes. Part of it is a move to Difi…digital finance….some of it is the new banking system…..you are watching history unveil….right in front of our eyes!

Member:  What about Vietnam..... OFF MANIPULATION LIST ?

MZ: On the financial side……it is showing just how badly we need a reset….the US is so far in debt……with covid… rural areas and small business have been decimated…..we are drowning in debt…but China is even worse.

Member: Watching all the economists and articles on recaps and all over…they are all showing how dire the financial situation is around the world…..we are all in quicksand about to go under unless someone pulls that trigger!!!

MZ: With a reset all these problems will go away…..it’s a start over. There is a limited time for can kicking because of the enormous size of the can!!

MZ: For the most part we are still in Punxatawney today…..in the home of groundhogs…..we are still sitting on “GO”.

MZ: Some interesting movement out of Iraq yesterday. They are working through rates and implementation of the budget. My contact there does believe this is our week. Cross your fingers…..

MZ: On the paymaster side most redemption areas in Reno and Zurich have gone very quiet…..even my bond contacts have gone quiet which leads me to suspect that some of them are starting to see some dollars moving or positioning.

MZ: Group leaders are in place…I do have a couple people that headed where they needed to be on Sunday.

MZ: I feel like we are looking for a “AHA” moment….whatever that is. Something big like maybe an implosion of our banks here….or riots….something big…..that they can release this under the radar.

MZ: I think it could happen at any moment ……imo …just hang tight and stay calm…..

MZ: I am still catching hell because I thought March was our month…..but I do think this is our month. I expected it the end of March or early in April…I am surprised that we are all still waiting on April 20.

MZ: This is just my thoughts based on what I am seeing and hearing….and I am really looking forward to this being over.

Member:  Mark, Frank26 last night said Iraq SET, Gazette states its 1 to 1 then 4 to 1 when they cap it. He said its 1 to 1 now.

Member:  One Dinar is much unlike the other:... 1 Kuwaiti Dinar = $3.31 US Dollars, 1 Bahrani Dinar = $2.66 US dollars, 1 Jordanian Dinar = $1.41 US dollars, and 1 Iraqi Dinar = $ .000685 US dollars

MZ: You got it- When you look at the currencies in that region…it’s going to be something……

Member:  Canada’s Largest Bank collapsed Friday after hours. Dropping 64%. Canadas largest bank- The Royal Bank of Canada or RBC lost 1 trillion in the largest stock crash.

Member:  RBC Canada imploded yesterday and locked out all their customers. 1 Trillion in debt.

MZ: That is interesting……Banks are dying……we just are not going to need them in today’s digital world as we move into the QFS.

MZ: I think you are right. But it’s not just Americans….I hear similar stories from Canada and the UK. From Denmark and Sweden…I even had someone reach out from S. Africa with similar news on their mortgage. We are starting to see cracks in the dam all over the place.

MZ: A couple things were happening over the weekend. One- they have agreed to a budget implementation meeting which is occurring as we speak. It started 11 AM Iraqi time. They are going over the implementation of this budget.  This is cool because we do expect the rate change. An imminent rate change.

MZ: I have spoken to a couple of contacts on the ground in Iraq and it is not in effect yet. But they are expecting it at any moment.

MZ: On the domestic front I do have a couple of key players that were not moved until this weekend….they were to be in place on Sunday-yesterday.

MZ: I know you are tired of it but hang on to your seats. The chatter everywhere is fantastic.

MZ: No movement on Prosperity packages, CMKX ect that I can find…..everybody is just sitting there….ready.

MZ: The big news today is watching Iraq……if something happens I will do another stream…..or shoot you all a tweet.

Member:  Iraq is not in control of the GLOBAL currency reset – they are only doing what is necessary to become a sovereign nation. They are waiting for the GCR Committee to complete their protocols

MZ: We expect everything to go at the same time.

Member: Its Ramadan in Iraq- I thought everything was shut down?

MZ: Well, they didn’t shut down this Ramadan…..they are still working and things are still going…..

MZ: A member sent me this link about the “Highest Currency Rankings around the world”     Why is this important?  What did we hear out of the ministries last week? They said that Iraq would have the strongest currency in their region.    

MZ: Let’s talk about the region. The strongest currency right now is the Kuwaiti Dinar which is trading at $3.31 to the US dollar.  Did you know that before Kuwait revalued….they first devalued and the rate was almost identical to what the Iraqi dinar is right now.

MZ: the second most valuable currency in that region is the Iranian dinar (rial) at $2.66 to the US dollar.

MZ: #3 is the Omani rial…..at $2.60 to the US dollar

MZ: #4 is the Jordanian dinar at $1.41

MZ:  #5 British Pound Sterling is $1.38 to the us dollar.

MZ: #6 is the Cayman islands at $1.22

MZ: Even the Euro is at $1.19 to the USD right now.

MZ: This gives you an idea on currency rates…..the important part is that we were told just last week that Iraq would have the strongest currency in their region. We now know what rates are in Iraqs region right now.

Member: so our exchange rate in the Dinar will be higher than Kuwait at $3.31…..good to know.

Member:  They took Vietnam off of the currency manipulation list

Member:  Soro's bank accounts frozen yesterday...yeah...

MZ: Raul(sp?) Castro has stepped down over the weekend…. The Castro’s have been running Cuba since 1959. Is this a big piece? Is this letting us know that prosperity and change is coming to the world? You decide…..

MZ: Also this came out over the weekend that China is readying its Gold Backed yuan. This was always the back up plan to force things…..The Brics…..China, Russia, Brazil, India , South Africa. They put in a process to force the reset. They put in place for them to go gold backed. Using CIPS instead of SWIFT.

MZ: On that front China had soft balled this Gold backed yuan only for oil …..now they are readying the yuan to be totally gold backed …for everything. For all their currency use…..This is a key piece. I do not think this is the CCP…I think it’s the Chinese banking families pushing this forward .

MZ: CMKX is another cog in the reset wheel. All of these things mesh together…..Currency, Bonds, CMKX, Fines and Penalties……Settlements.   There are many moving pieces in this reset. But they all flow together.

MZ: Anything about bonds? I am hearing several people had to re-authenticate their bonds …have you heard anything?

Sheila:  Historical Bonds are definitely being made liquid. There is a procedure and protocol that I totally agree with. They are doing a smaller distribution in the beginning. Giving a little bit to everyone versus dumping money  on everyone….I don’t think they want to pay any group all at one time. Hearing they are dropping 2% in their digital wallets in the QFS system. They will continue that throughout the week..paying more and more people. This way people do not have to worry about going into the banks….This is a brilliant plan.

MZ: How would anybody know if prosperity packages have actually started? We expect a strong NDA on those.  I believe on the currency redemption side the only NDA we should have is on the amount…Do you think we will know when PPs start to pay out?

Sheila : yes I do ….once this process starts there will be “word of mouth” This is a close knit community and everyone wants to help others . I also believe there will be a safe link and 800 numbers for when we exchange currency and that you Mark will be allowed to post those.

MZ: A tremendous “nothing –burger” of news overnight. But, more and more bond holders are being reached out to be in position for Monday-Tuesday.

MZ: I know we hear this over and over and it feels like we are beating our heads on a brick wall. I know we are all tired of hearing it…..but we are watching it all unveil……it really is moving.

MZ: They have really cracked down on intel from the redemption cities…they are twisting the screws on these guys to stay quiet. …whether it is NDA’s or just being leaned on…getting anything from these guys is painful…....the only word we are getting is from the bond redemption side of it. This may be a good thing.

Member:  Juan o Savin just had an entire podcast and said this RV IS A PONZI SCHEME .. please help Mark Z

MZ: I disagree…Let’s use some common sense logic. …..Remember they said the same thing about Kuwait. Another example is Germany…..and even back in the 90’s was China.   Look, why would Warren Buffet spend millions  and millions of dollars buying Iraqi currency?   Why would Donald Trump- long before he ran for office…..back in the mid 2000’s spend 17 million buying Dinar if it was a Ponzi scheme?

MZ: These facts were in either Fortune or Forbs magazines a while ago…..you can do some searching for them   

MZ: If it’s a Ponzi scheme they have fooled everybody…lol…...even the US Treasury who holds  55 trillion and the Vietnamese treasury who hold trillions in Dinar…..I guess they also fooled Iraq and all the countries surrounding it….lol

Member:  It’s not a ponzi. People invest in currency all the time knowing it can go up or done. IQD is NOT going to stay where it’s at forever. We just don’t know date.

MZ: The currency rate is not going to stay where it is at…..the fundamentals of the country are to strong….oil production, rare earth minerals,  they have tremendous gold deposits in ground.

Member: When will we finally get that trigger pulled?

MZ: We are watching it closely….tomorrow we will get Mr. C’s opinions. He has some amazing intel from a new source in Australia…they have been collaborating for a few weeks. He has some truth bombs to drop on us tomorrow from the US FBI……should be interesting……also we have Sheila with CMKX on tomorrow. .

Member:  When the RV starts Nesara starts which means all leaders worldwide steps down. Were supposed to have new elections. Military will be in charge. Hope its true

MZ: Iraq has clearly put everything in position for it….but we have yet to see it.

Member:  I guess Iraq passing 2021 budget meant anything... no Gazette rate again..

Member:  Phase 1 and 2 are done. Just waiting on the UST to give the GO AHEAD!!

Member: Phase 2 is another step in the exchange rate. It has the possibility to go back up internally if they collect enough Dinar off the streets.

MZ: They have definitely been doing that.   We have seen that in the main stream news….they have collected about a trillion and a half dinar off the streets in the past 2 months. Is there a set number they are looking for …no…..I hear once they stop getting an inflow off the streets , then I’m told it will go , and go quickly.

MZ: They are trying to collect the 3 zero notes in-country because they know that you and I as speculators will be turning ours in.

MZ: Also the currency sites in the  US that sell currency are trying to buy it back from people. They are offering $1000, $1200, $1400 for them because they can sell it back to the bank in Iraq.  This is an excellent sign .

Member:  if IRAQ wa$ the "lynch pin....the grenade is loose in the foxhole...

Member:  Are your bankers still on stand by...

MZ: Everybody is staying in position….everybody is prepared. There are more and more rumors that people have been able to access historic bonds. I cannot yet find anybody who has been given access to dollars. I have talked to quite a few though that had to update their paperwork.

MZ: One person I know has to go through the verification process again on their bonds to make certain that the ones they had verified before were still the ones that they were exchanging.

Member:  If I would have been a caterer in Reno over the last couple of years I would have made a mint off of the paymasters...LOL

ISAAC APR 13 Hello. hope all good. I will inform tomorrow if something will happen this week after 3 meetings in Zurich. Keep the faith

MZ: Hopefully all the static I am hearing in the bond market will happen for you Isaac……..

Member:  Dinar Chronicles 10:00 news:0n the 72 hr bond hold military intel contact said that bond liquidity for the last of bond seller recipient acts should be completed and key holders get access to 1%

Member:  My sources are saying...."Hang in there....it will happen any week now between Sun-Mon" LOL

Member: Are you still hearing “no taxes” on this? What if we have gifted people or want to gift people dinar?

MZ: Here is the US we expect (but we don’t know for certain)  that our tax structure will change and it will be a VAT (Value Added Tax) . Under the current tax laws which makes the most sense if for you to gift them the currency….just put it in an envelope…date it…. and give it to them before it happens. This would give you less tax consequence under the current system. Then give them the secure link after the RV so they can get their exchange done.

Member: So we are not gold backed yet?

MZ: No we are not. When it happens we will know.

Member: So what do you think the hold up is?

MZ: My guess….Well….we have with Vietnam  that they are about 99% digital now. They wanted to get al the unnecessary Dong off the street. We are seeing the same thing happening in Iraq. There is political unrest happening all around the world which will not stop until we see the revalue/reset. Could be a number of reasons….I do not know what to tell you why we don’t have it yet.

Member:  I’ve been hearing and reading great things about this week. What do you think???????

Member: Mark, What’s your predecition?

MZ: My best guess is “anyday” could be today…could be tomorrow …could be a week……we simply do not know.

Member: Do you think we will have it in April?

MZ: I thought we would have in March. But yes I think we will see it in April

MZ: No movement yet on the RV front….paymasters are still in place and they are prepared.

Member:  no movement =R V constipation

Member:  These nothing burgers may have zero calories but they sure leave a person wanting more.

MZ: I did speak to one redemption center contact who said they will be on call this weekend.

Member: Seems like paymaster’s have been on call for 20 years….

MZ: A lot of them feel that way too…..

Member:  do we need a paymaster?

MZ: A paymaster is a like an attorney at a house closing. They take a large amount of funds ..they make sure all fees are paid….all interested parties are paid…..and everything is settled. Like an Esgrow agent on steroids.

MZ: Paymasters are used for groups that aggregated their currency early on.  A lot of church groups did so that they can do humanitarian projects …A lot of whales joined different groups like a UST or DOD group…They need paymasters……, We do not need a paymaster.

MZ: As we understand our Tier 1 banks will act as a paymaster …they will distribute to us, make sure all fees are paid , covered and done.

MZ: The chatter out of Iraq is still exceptionally good ..more statements from the finance minister over there saying they will soon have the best currency in the region.

MZ: There is no bad news.

Member: Any truth that Bond Sellers with SKRs receiving spendable funds?

Member:  Mark I heard that they did a trial run exchange on three different folks in the T 3 and 4 level groups in California Indiana and Michigan and it sailed through

MZ: I can find nothing to support that. I cannot disprove it and I cannot prove it.

Member: So whats holding it up now?

Member:  MARKZ heard the Queen put a pause on “Affairs of State” until early next week….No RV until then most likely. Can’t RV without UK

Member:  I hear they keep testing the QFS, but it keeps getting hacked, thats the hold up

Member:what needs to happen before the rv? Is the green light ready?

MZ: As I have been told by many folks …yes….everything is ready….they are waiting on somebody to flip the switch.

Member: This is emotionally exhausting.

MZ: It is emotionally exhausting. I share the frustration and exhaustion with you.

Member: It will never be perfect…at some point they just have to let go.

MZ: I agree with you. Many people I know up the chain agree with you……..with the QFS I think it’s as good as it’s going to get.They say we need to pull the trigger…..I agree with them

MZ: There is a lot going on. Was the budget in the Gazette Saturday….NO. There was an announcement that the budget was passed in the Gazette on Saturday with commentary….but nothing official

MZ: There were articles this weekend from Iraq that referred to the RV of the Dinar in “past tense” This is important. They refer to the dinar as “The strongest Currency in the Region”  wow….kuwait has been the strongest currency in the region recently at a rate of about $3.31 to the USD..

MZ: I have been able to confirm with contacts on the ground in different regions in Iraq ..Bagdad, Kurdistan and Fallugia….that there are no changes in the rate on the street yet.

Member: What website do you go to see Iraq budget or newspaper?

MZ: it takes quite a bit of searching…They block a lot of this stuff so we can’t see it. They want to keep us in the dark

Member: I read that it was already turned over to the IMF and CBI.... time will tell

MZ: I have contacted platform traders and What they are showing on some of the larger platforms is some of the nations are already trading with Iraq on a 1 to 1 basis with the US dollar ….this is important because it signals exactly where we are headed.

MZ: We do not know the timing…..nobody does ….. But, we think it can be as early as this week.

MZ: I was also being told that they are already trading cash dinar and selling oil with a revaluation of 1 to 1.   This is a enormous change and a huge step and it has me beyond a little bit excited. We could see a serious change in value at any moment.

Member:  Good Morning everyone- Can we please RV?

MZ: We were hoping to see the budget in the Gazette this morning….we did not. I hear the President signed off on it to late last night to have it posted this morning but we are to expect it in the Saturday Morning Gazette. There just wasn’t enough time from approval to printing for it to be in today’s Gazette.  I heard from my ministry contact in Iraq they expect to see it in the Gazette on Saturday.

MZ: For those that don’t know…the Gazette- the National papers for Iraq publishes on Wednesdays and Saturdays .

MZ: CMKX, Prosperity packages are all holding for the reset.

MZ: Lots of whales are in place…more had moved into position to exchange for Tuesday (yesterday?) …they are still sitting there. I have lots of contacts that are all sitting there and waiting.

Member: It would be nice if this story would change directions ...but it never does

MZ: It will change directions……I am exceptionally upbeat and positive……not a bit worried.

Member: Frank says the Gazette means nothing…it’s already done.

MZ: The Gazette comes after it done….but where we can see it, touch it, taste it, eat it…is in the Gazette.

Member: Do you think the rates is after the budget?

MZ: I think it’s at the same time….. once they post the budget we will get our rate.

Member: What are you hearing are the dinar rates?

MZ: On the street rate I hear it will be about $3.91 for tier 5 …..the contract rate for tier 4b of around $8.00…I hope this is accurate.

Member:  the person who got me into this dinar and dong investment 9 years ago was called in to a Bank of America redemption center in west Florida...he and his group are in a hotel waiting to be called in

Member:  Will Ramadan affect the timeline?

Member: They still do business during Ramadan…the last few days of Ramadan is Eid El Fitr and its tradition to give gifts and have feasts….a RV would give a big reason for them to celebrate…imo

Member: Judy rumor-Tier 1 Banker source also claimed that at 4 am Tues. morning 6 April the green light was given for Paymasters to begin paying out bond holders and other accounts.

MZ: None of my contacts have actual money in their accounts yet. I would question that one. I am still told it will be a shotgun start…I have people at exceptional levels…so if money was moving….i would know.  I also have an earlier skr…so I would be one of the first to have money in my pocket if this was true.

Member: Do you believe Tier 5- the general public will go at the same time as the rest of us?

MZ: Yes I absolutely believe that.  The tier 5 rate is if you go to a bank and exchange for the street rate which will be a lower rate than if you exchange at the 4b rate at a redemption center. Some people will do that. The only difference between tier 5 and tier 4b is tier 4b knows there is a contract rate…they are keeping up with it…they are informed. Tier 5 may have been gifted……not really paying attention and will just go to a bank to exchange it when they think about it sometime or someone tells them it rv’d.

Member: Judy post we would be notified by a secure website to make appointments.   Do you know the name so we won’t think its spam?

MZ: The reason they want a secure link …when you click on this link it could send you to different places depending on where you are at based on IP addresses. Example…you are in Springfield , MO….and lets say the bank handling exchanges in your area is 5th/3rds bank?   (Example only) the secure link will send you to a 5th/3rd bank link to make an appointment for your redemption.

MZ: If you are in (Example only) Kansas city, MO….you may get sent to a Wells Fargo secure link….once you click that link before you fill anything out or call any numbers make sure it’s a tier 1 bank for your region….it will be easy to tell. So the initial secure link will simply send you (based on IP address) to a secure bank/redemption location in your region.

Member: if we use a VPN….will this mess the link up

MZ: yes it will…I suggest you turn your vpn off to click that link …then turn it right back on after you are done. 

Member: Is ther a certain day that’s best for banks to show the RV?

MZ: I used to think so …in the beginning banks had “windows” of the best days to rv….but now with the QFS I believe it could be any day. It does not matter anymore imo

Member: With the QFS we won’t need to insure our funds through Lloyds- is that correct?

MZ: Yes- as I understand it if you keep your funds in a QFS account we will no longer have to insure our funds through Lloyds or any or those. But, if you held your funds in other accounts besides the QFS…..say you want to earn interest or whatever…then you would be silly not to insure it. That’s my opinion….check with a professional banker.
