MZ: Mr. Cottrell and I spoke this morning. This could be the absolute “Perfect Storm” we have been looking for. We know that financially we have been so close and now we have a rolling correction or a “rolling crash” as it rolls from one nation to the next.

MZ:  It is not a complete and total sell off….it is a very sharp correction. This is painting them in a corner.

MZ: How better to save the world then to say “Hey….we have to stem this crash because of the corona virus…and this is how we are going to do it…with asset backed currency. There could not be a better opportunity to kick this in……This is in his opinion and mine.

MZ: A lot of folks suddenly went dark for me in Hong Kong and Zurich. They will not talk about anything exchange related….I take this as a good thing. Exceptionally good news……So I don’t want to touch on it and maybe mess something up…..read into that what you will.

Member:  I highly doubt it’s fake though. The entire world is shutting down I don’t think to do something fake people could get all that done. Many companies going out of business. Schools closing etc.

Q: Will we still be able to negotiate projects with Zim?

MZ: I hear that we will….so yes…..I am hearing that the number(rate?) will be higher but that it will pay out over time…..we will not know for sure until we are at our exchange apt. But, I think this will be a good thing…..we will get true value this way. It if pays 2% each traunche….that would be fantastic imo. It will save a lot of people from know where to invest long term….So I hope this is correct. There sure is a lot of chatter out there about this.

Q: Is Mnuchin causing delays?

MZ: I do not think so at this point.

MZ: I do not have an update from Isaac. Yesterday he was waiting for money to release. Thursday was the belief.

MZ: All eyes are watching with expectation today…..noone yet has received packages, or emails that I can find .

MZ: I will be watching this afternoon closely….I am hearing great things.

MZ: We are waiting on settlements, revaluation and then a reset. We may see settlements just a few hours or days before we see the revaluation if they go back to the old protocols as we understand them

MZ: Nobody knows the exact date….all we can do is speculate based on what we are told from bankers and contacts and world news and events. .

Member:  The redemption of multiple currencies is expected to begin "very shortly", according to sources

Member: Sources in the loop with the Global Economic Transition/Global Financial Reset/Global Currency Reset are claiming "Operation Redemption" has officially begun

Member:  Al Hodges yesterday stated that the fines and penalties for CMKX have started to go out..but slowly.

Member:  Kuwait RI their currency 30 something yrs ago in March between the 21st and the 24th. so sit tight ppl.

MZ: March is a very popular months for revaluations…..do some research….many revaluations have happened in March.

Member: Iraq cancelled vote again today nothing happens till they get it voted if not soon we have another long wait

Member:  Frank26 said Iraq doesn’t need to vote to change the rate...hopefully he’s correct :)

MZ: I hear once he gets the vote of confidence he will seat his cabinet within 72 hours….most of it was already approved.

Member:  Frank 26 says there was a secret vote of confidence in Iraq?

Member:  doesnt Iraq's new year begin april 1st? seems more likely for then but there was talk it had to happen by march 1st to avoid being sanctioned?

Member:  Iraq is now saying they are open for business encouraging outside contractors and investors. Here's the deal, no one is biting until they change their rate from the program rate of 1190 which is virtually worthless. This means they are sending the signal to the International community a rate change is coming. Alawi the PM told the citizens twice they are changing the rate.

Member:  CBI most likely reboots website with new rate on a SUNDAY when banks around the world are closed to minimize chaos & confusion. Still Leap Day in USA

Member:  It appears Viet Nam is ready to be a member of the GCR Global Currency Reset that will give the ones that do adhere to it more free trade advantages than those that continue to manipulate their currencies. This means of course Viet Nam will raise the value of their currency but how much I can't say but only share what my studies that are consensus related say. It ranges anywhere from .47 to 2.00 based on US currency. But truthfully, this is speculation and only

MZ:  Some good news today…..Okie is in for his second treatment today thanks to everyone who helped so much…..

MZ: Still no change of rate in Iraq……

MZ: Bankers are still at the edge of their seats …….they are looking strung out with so much coffee, staying up and expectations.  Nobody is going to know the exact time on this….there may be only 5-6 people  who will know exactly when this is going to happen…and I am not one of those.

MZ:  We are still watching markets and metals rising…everything is going our way and now we have the global pandemic which means the banking system will have to change before it implodes. 

Member:  The perception of doom from this virus is a perfect cover to roll out the RV. The RV in China affects.0042 of 1% of the population. Normal flu is much higher!

Member:  Talked to a close friend I worked with for twenty plus yrs on the docks.. next nine cargo ships from CMA Orient to West coast have been taken out of the loop.. no cargo...things are gonna get tight

MZ: On the private banking groups…..There was a bunch of well -intentioned people trying to help as many people as possible. It did not turn out the way it should. We are choosing not to deal with it at all.

MZ: Private groups are out there and they are real.  We cannot add anyone to them. Lots of misunderstandings and its safer to not talk about private groups.  

Q: Is there a list of what we need to go to the bank?

MZ: Have all your currencies pulled together, and bring any paperwork you would need to open a normal bank account. I would also bring any receipts you can find. Its possible if you have a humanitarian project you may get a higher rate…so it wouldn’t hurt to have short statement of projects you want to do with your funds.

MZ: Regarding CMKX- No deliveries yet……I am told the funds are all in place. We have not seen the reset yet and I have not seen proof that the funds are in place for adjudicated funds.

Q: So is the rumor yesterday that the button has been pushed de-bunked?

MZ: Possibly  something was pushed moving us forward but the reality is the RV has not taken place and we don’t have any money. Until I see people with money in their accounts…..in my book, the button has not been pushed.

MZ: I do think it’s a juggernaut at this point….it’s inevitable, it’s happening, it’s moving ….and I think the Corana virus is going to force things.

Member:  the button is the seating of the government (Iraq)  is what I am told… not the RV.

Q: Have you heard if there is a limit on Zim bonds?  I heard its 5 max

MZ: I have not heard that…..I have heard that your rate goes down after 10 notes.

Member:  I see this as positive news...Bank Note World has not only cut their Zim costs in half, but they also want to trade your Dinar and Dong for Zim notes! It makes sense for them to unload Zim that will be worthless after the exchange period and replace them with Dinar and Dong "currency" which will always have value! Maybe they know something?

Q: What still needs to be done to release 800 numbers

MZ: As I understand it….from banking contacts….what’s left to do is for them to have permission. I am told they are 100% prepared and that has to be frustrating for them . You are in place and constantly being ready and hyped up….It has to be irritating. It’s frustrating for us…can you imagine how frustrating it is for them?

Q: Will the 800 issued in each country restrict you from exchanging in another?

MZ: I hear that they want you to exchange in the country you are a citizen of. If you are out of your country at the time of exchange my guess is they handle the exchange in whatever exchange rate and currency your country uses?

Q: What does your contact say in Iraq?

MZ: They are looking for it to happen after the government gets its vote of confidence. This happens today I believe…..I would say to start watching Iraq closely starting tomorrow. I think Iraq moves forward after the “go “ is given for the GCR . I don’t think we are waiting for Iraq. I think Iraq is waiting for us. But they are the easiest to watch…so we watch them.

MZ: I definitely do believe we are close.

Member:  I've always said this won't happen until the big arrests take place!

Member:  The 1st Arrest will Shock the World and be BIBLICAL is what Q said. Maybe the Pope?

Q: Any news on prosperity packages?

MZ: Just the rumor over the weekend that the funds were put into place and the packages were updated and prepared for release. We were hearing they were releasing packages yesterday….but nobody I know (and I know a lot of CMKX’ers) got a delivery yet. Prosperity packages are to go out the same time as CMKX and the other settlements.

MZ: I did not…but I am hearing the same things from the desert…. that they are pulling the trigger there and finishing this week……I am crossing my fingers that they get it done.

MZ: We were on the edge of our seats last night waiting for package deliveries…….hopefully when I come back this afternoon I will have more news on that.

MZ: Mr.C and I were talking and we feel the markets and world economy is forcing the event that should have happened years ago. They have painted themselves into a corner and have no choice.

MZ: We are close…painfully close…..we are hearing money is in place (I know we have heard this before) but, there ae big expectations of settlements starting today.

MZ: I hate to whip anyone up with false hope but it really looks very good today.

Member: I met with my contact this am, always face to face, no texts, no phone calls since his line is tapped, said that a paymaster was told last Friday to end his vacation and return to his post immediately

Member:  Paymaster called my client and said that the RV has started. Clients would start receiving funds next week. I have seven confirmations from the highest levels that the RV has started

MZ: No Update from contacts in Europe yet this morning….

Q: An news on prosperity packages?

MZ: That was a rumor we heard over the weekend that they started those deliveries...but, I have not seen anyone I know that has received anything yet.   We hear that funding is in place for the deliveries.

MZ:  No rate change yet in Iraq…I spoke with my contractor contact and they are feeling very good though……At this point they believe as soon as new government is settled…they will see the new rate. A vote of confidence is scheduled for new Gov…I believe on Wed.

MZ:  I believe Iraq will suddenly have its “house in order” as soon as the GCR reset happens. I believe they are prepared and ready and waiting for us….The US….they are simply coming up with excuses why they have not RV’d yet to keep their people and the markets calm….I am simply watching Iraq as an indicator of the global reset.

Member:  Iraqi New Fiscal year ???? April 1st !!!!

MZ: Another big thing in the news today  is Zimbabwe is before the IMF today here in the Us to talk about their currency. That’s a big piece to watch for……

MZ: We should sit back and watch the news happen today…..So much is coming together…..There is a calamity in the banking word if they do not go ahead and reset this….fiat requires faith …and the moment people lose faith in the currency…fiat crashes……This virus crises might be what was needed to push the reset over the top.  

MZ: We hear they are scrambling hard to make certain things happen….

MZ: this virus is affecting markets greatly…you cannot shut down businesses for months in cities all over the world without it hurting global markets

Member: The stock markets are plummeting all over the world…down 1400 in Japan…down 800 in the US

MZ:  I read on Bloomberg that millions of businesses have been shut down in china…..and may be closing for good….they have been shut down over a month now and no relief is sight….and no cash flow…this is devastating to their economy.

Member:  Markets a mess today. Blaming that virus.

MZ: Fiat was always meant to be temporary….you would not see this volatility with gold or asset backed currency. So it’s more than a little interesting to see this play out.

I am told emails did start ….but Mr. C has not signed off on anything…so I do not believe we have reset yet…..….. …but he did say we should revalue before we “reset” …It could be playing out exactly as it is supposed to.

MZ: I was told there is a possibility the WF group will open up again for new signups….maybe….if I hear more I will let you know….

MZ: I am looking for things to happen over the weekend to early next week.  Bankers think its going to happen today.

MZ: A number of sources think today is the day. I have a contact who thinks package deliveries could happen between 2-4 this afternoon. Packages for settlements, farm claims, prosperity and all of those.

MZ: If anything big happens I will let you know. I think this could be an exciting weekend.

MZ: I used to think it could not happen on a weekend but Mr. Mayheu always said that we will go to bed one Saturday or Sunday Night and wake up Monday to a whole new world

Member:  ​I have lived through 3 currency rv´s and they all happened on a week-end ….for what its worth eurozone extra long weekend up to tuesday due to carnaval fun & games

MZ: Almost all my sources are saying today, today, today which makes me nervous….news is coming from all directions and it’s all positive.

MZ: We are also being told Iraq has every intention of seating their Government with nearly all their leaders signing off on it. Things are really coming together quickly for us.

Q: Do you think this will drag out to summer?

MZ: I think it could be days…it could be hours…….I think we are right on top of this.

Q: Are they exchanging the ZIM yesterday??? Some “dinar angel” posted it was ready to exchange and other historical bonds ?? Just wanted to confirm !

MZ: I do not believe they are exchanging them yet…I am hearing very positive things and that it is imminent……but nothings tells me they have started exchanging…yet

Member:  GOLD IS GOING UP AGAIN FOR THE 3RD DAY IN A ROW SILVER ALSO AND OIL DOWN

MZ: That is one thing we were told to look for when this thing goes…... The metals market to un-couple and start moving as it should. Perhaps this is a good sign.

Q: What paperwork will we need at the exchange?

MZ: Basically what you would need when you open a bank account.

Member:  What if we have to much currency for the reset?

MZ: I don’t think so…the more currency we have they would just have to lower value. They would still have to redeem us…I’m not worried about this at all.

Member:  International Monetary Fund is holding a crucial meeting about Zimbabwe currency in Washington DC on Monday 24th February. The meeting is considered pivotal, according to the Business Digest.

MZ: We are seeing a lot of chatter on this one……It appears that most African countries are aggregating their gold to lend more support to a currency.

Member:  Julian Assange exdradition hearing is also Monday

Member:  Zimbabwe News source: a group of gas station owners will not accept Zim notes( no confidence) so Zimbabwe is re-dollarizing for now

Member: I still think we need to see arrests before RV starts

MZ: I think we will see the Reset at the same time of just before the arrests. The rats will be so busy running that they cannot interfere. I know if I started seeing those arrests I would get all giddy inside.

Member:  Bruce's Big Call 2/20/20: Wells Fargo was the new Federal Reserve and tied closely with the new US Treasury in Reno.

Member:  When Iraq Announces the Gold backed PETRODINAR necessary to buy Iraq oil... Game over for the Fed'$ fiat

Member:  The Federal Reserve already has a crypto currency replacement for the fiat currency they now use. I don't think they refer to it as crypto currency but a coin is the main terminology used

Member:  @theoriginalmarkz huge marine movement this morning 100+ convoy heading to navy base 32nd street and then @5 am the carrier streamed out of san diego with 30 ships and all those marines

Member:  and don't forget Trump signed off with the Queen of England and the Vatican on June the 5th 2019

MZ: Many people have asked this question……and I think you are dead on….that we will revalue to pay the settlements and bonds ect…then reset…this could be over the course of an hour…..don’t know what the time scale would be….but would our funds be protected over that time?

MC:  Technically it will be protected with the QFS. One of the paramount items the Chinese put into effect is the safety of the funds. When I put in the codes to unlock the locks on the gold backed currency the Chinese wanted to make sure the funds are 100% secure from theft and skullduggery.

MZ: HSBC and a number of banks even local and Regional are now on the RTP…Real Time Protectionsystem  where even international stuff will only take seconds now instead of weeks before you have funds.

MC: That technically is the QFS. Coordinating with CIPS and Swift with real time confirmations and deliveries of funds. This is required when we go to the new currency system

MZ: To me this is one of the best signs that we are well underway.

MZ: I talked to Mr.C this morning because I am scratching my head over the reshuffling of people.  I had a paymaster who was suddenly diverted to Zurich from Reno last night.  There are military shake ups and misdirection going on. Perhaps that means we are in the middle of the release, but I am having a tough time making sense of it.

MZ: Noone has received dollars yet that I can find. Rumors of dollars….and lots of misdirection going on which could be a good thing.

MZ: HSBC is announcing that their RTP-Real time Payment system has launched. A couple other banks have done the same.

MZ: This is huge…..This is the QFS system….This is the new blockchain system….This is where they can do real-time transaction from all over the world in seconds. This process used to take 10 days. So this is enormous news. To me this is a big piece letting us know our banking system is online.  This means we are no longer on the Swift system as we know it.  This is really big news.

Member:  Just an FYI... I just received an email from my bank that they are changing the platform they use to process electronic payments.

MZ: We don’t have a change of rate in Iraq yet

Member:  We will probably never RV if we are waiting on Iraqi, they will never get the political group together! just RV without them!!!

MZ: No package deliveries yet but I have one DHS (Dept. of Homeland Security)  person who swears deliveries will start this week.

Q:   if the elders have signed off on 2 17 why haven't we gone?

MZ: Probably because the QFS still needed to come online or there are some arrests still needed to happen before ?

Member:  POTUS commenting and letting people out of jail for lesser crimes paves the way for arrests of those that really belong behind bars; Comey, Hillary, Obama, Brennan, Clapper, Lynch, etc.

Member:  Trump doesn’t just “say stuff”. He waits for hardened data. Then he plans. Then he executes. Then he discusses.

Member:  We The People deserve to see perp walks!!!

Q: Does POTUS still have to be out of the country for the RV?

MZ: Those protocols were written when presidents did not want the RV or reset. …..So is it still necessary now?   I don’t know. It could have changed. I personally think he will be in-country and secured somewhere safe like Camp David when this happens…..Just imo

etexfisherman48: I fail to see why the President has to be out of the country when the RI takes place. They say for his security but how can he be safer out of the country than in the country. Since he is largely responsible for this RI to take place, he is going to want to be available and speak on the subject touting how the infrastructure is going to take place now.

Q. Will it be a shotgun start?

MZ: I beleive it will be a shotgun start……so no double dipping for anyone.

Q: Do you know what the current delay is- it should have started on Tuesday.

MZ: It should have started on Tuesday….They had people positioned for a Tuesday start. I really believed that this was it and we were done….. Was this a misdirection?   Did we hit a stall or did they plan it this way to cause confusion……I wish we knew what was going on.

Member: In order to get to the currencies…they will be processing high value historical bonds first….which is in process since yesterday…..we are next

MZ: This is what Mr. C thinks…..he is pointing out that we should revalue and then reset. In other words settlements, Historic bonds, all these should be paid out first. They we reset and go towards parity. This makes sense. What you are saying makes sense.

Q:  What is a paymaster ?

MZ: A paymaster is kinda like a Esgrow agent at a real estate closing. The money comes to them and they dispurse it where it needs to go. A paymaster has to be certified and it is not an easy job. A paymasters job is to distribute funds.

MZ: The news coming in is so great……When so much good news comes in from all sources it’s a bit scary……….I’m tentatively excited but consider all as rumor until we have money in the bank. 

MZ: Bankers are excited and they just tell me what they are being told. 

MZ: Well, nobody has received money yet……Noone in Reno, Hong Kong, Zurich has spendable dollars yet.

MZ:  My Paymaster still expects liquid funds tomorrow with package deliveries today or tomorrow.  I really hope that is correct…other rumor is something should start around 7pm this evening.  Hopefully this is not just another false start.  If anything happens I will come back on and let you all know.

MZ: My last conversation in Iraq was Saturday Night. Rumors they have a new rate from others but I cannot prove or disprove it. 

Member:  I am hearing things should start later today. so let's see what happens.

Member:  Our military intel contact just said something major has been released at 4:30 PM Reno time today, Monday 2/17 - for security, he could/would not say exactly what…. message was sent to me today but it referred to it being released yesterday at 4:30 Reno time. Might have been the release of the funding...could not confirm , but timing was about right with the Chinese arrival.

MZ: I keep hearing from the banking side that tonight is the actual release……but there is stuff happening behind the scenes.

Member:  HSBC, the latest bank with a big Wall Street footprint will announce job cuts. Their 2019 profits fell by about a 1/3, they said would cut 35,000 jobs over the next 3 years…. Some of the job cuts are expected to fall within its investment banking business in the U.S.

MZ: All the banks are going to have to re-assess how many employees work for them

MZ: We know we are close…we can see it in the metals market,,,we can see Mnuchin and Powell going all over the country doing town halls and  talking about the need for a digital currency…and for currency changes. They are telegraphing what’s going on. . Christine Lagarde has been talking about the new gold asset backed digital currencies.

Member: China is burning their currency to not spread the Coronavirus

Member:  China is burning money. Of course! They are about to go digital.

Member:  Drake said we will have a GCR and everyone will receive a card with money on it to use and it won't be a debt instrument...it is equity

Member:  The bill for a Gold backed currency has still not passed…It’s stuck in Congress…Even the flat rate tax bill is still in committee.

MZ: I think they are still in committee for a reason. There is a fast-track system so when this goes….it can be presented, voted on in the house and moved to the senate in the same day. Then sent to the President.   I believe its positioned and parked in “committee” ready and in the que to move fast.

Q: Will the QFS protect our accounts? If it does do we still need trusts?

MZ: These are 2 different things……We hear the QFS will protect our funds…..a trust will protect us against lawsuits and stuff. Example : your dog bites someone and they sue you for millions. A court can go after you if they know you are wealthy. If your money is in a trust…they cannot touch it. A trust will protect our money for future generations and from liabilities.   Protects us from ambulance chasers…..I do not think we will need trusts for tax reasons as I think our tax structure will change.

Member: Do we have to wait for Iraq?  I wish Zim would just go ahead and go

MZ: So do I …I hear they worried about “double dipping” If they let one go before the other then nefarious people will be double dipping…..

Q: What is the rumored rate for the Zim today?

MZ: I hear everything from that they may drop 6 zeros and a rate of .11 cents to .37 cents and everything in between. Which means a 100T note could be worth 11 million to 37 million. But, I firmly believe no one will know the rate until we are at the banks.

MZ: The dong I still hear the street rate will start at .47 and float up….while we will get a contract rate of about $2.

Member: My sources in Iraq say the street rate will be about $3.45.

MZ: I also hear it may be around $3.45 to $3.50 now.  Contract rates may be close to $8.00…I really hope that is correct.

Member: I believe our money will only be good digital as a blockchain currency

MZ: I beleive it will be a blockchain currency based on gold and precious metals.

Member:  According to Philip Tilton, on Sat. 15 Feb. high level sources claimed that 800#s would be released on Mon. 17 Feb. in a “shot gun” approach where everyone went at once.

Member: VERY CONFIDENTIAL Major news from Reno. A very large client spoke during the night with the Admiral who confirmed to him that they were obliged to await the return of the Chinese on the scene, and this return is confirmed for tomorrow, Monday 17 February 2020! It is without further discussion. The release of funds will therefore be made at the end of the afternoon on Monday (USA West time) and from Tuesday the operations will start. MZ: There are so many doubters out there….the reality is its going to happen or the economy will implode…Let’s say everything derails today or tomorrow. At some point, (and it has happened throughout human history) whenever they use a fiat currency it crashes. There is nothing to sustain it…..and then we get gold or asset backed currency again. I do not understand people who ignore history…stick their heads in the sand. The reset will happen.

MZ: There is a special place in hell for bankers and politicians who have repeatedly delayed this for their own personal gain. Imo

Member:  When we flip to a gold standard, life will look very different. We will own our land, cars and taxes will go away, or go very low. Just be patient. We are starting a new country.
