MZ:   Zurich and one UK contact are expecting fireworks at anytime today. I have not verified any liquidity with them as of yet. 

MZ: News out of Hong Kong dried up with all the protests over there.

MZ: I am the most excited I have been in a long time…….

Q: What are you hearing on the dong rate?

MZ: I hear it will roll out over there at about .47 but our contract rates will put it in the low $2.00 range.

Q:   But why would Vietnam crash their economy with a revalued Dong? Size matters...

MZ: They have been artificially  holding their rate down for trade reasons…..they have an amazing amount of assets….Once we are all off fiat money….this will no longer be possible for them…..they have to RV to their real value.  

Q:  Mark, should we hold onto some of our DONG and let it float just like the DINAR??????

MZ: I am exchanging it all ….I will invest it to earn for me

MZ: Still hearing the dinar street rate will be about $3.91 with our contract rate a few dollars higher  in the US

Q: Is the rial still in the first basket?

MZ: I am getting mixed information about that

Q: How long do you think we will have to exchange? 

MZ:  We are hearing we will have 45 days to do our exchanges and 45 days to finish…..We hear they want to make sure they have plenty of time to exchange

MZ: Last I heard it was still WF, HSBC and Chase

Q: Are we going to the banks this week?

MZ: Wish I could say yes for sure…..IMO we will…….but that’s just an opinion.

Member:   I like this one….. Mon. Sept. 30 2019: End of the fiscal year. The U.S. Corporate government had a payment deadline to pay their Quadrillions in debt on Sept. 30th, though would be given until around Oct. 10th or the 17th at the latest, to come up with the monies. With a fiat Federal Reserve dollar and funding yet to be secured, bankruptcy that would end the Federal Reserve was a likely event for Sept. 30. For some time US Taxpayer monies had been sent to the new US Treasury in Reno, though 30 Sept. would officially end the IRS. Not coincidentally, Sept. 30 was also the deadline to end private currency exchanges and Zim redemption.

MZ: I got an update from Isaac:  (in Zurich-Isaac has both currency and bonds) 10:00 AM (4 minutes ago) to me Hello mark , hope all good , tomorrow should be the day ….for some reason hsbc told me to come back Wednesday , they said internal delays , still positive

MZ: I also have 2 other Europe contacts that expect full blown funding tomorrow morning

MZ: My contact who works on power plants and infrastructure in Iraq says no new rate as of yet

MZ: They have done a good job of keeping Reno quiet this week.  NDA’s now and nobody is talking

MZ: Still hearing CMKX and other package deliveries throughout the week….

MZ: Mr.C is working diligently to set up direct contact from his end with the Chinese to go around the middlemen and get some answers. He wants to run by a petition for all of us and see if the White Dragons are in agreement with it

MZ: Based on what I was told….quite a few 4a became liquid on Thursday night and Friday and then they stopped over the weekend.

MZ:  I have heard the same thing….IMO Trump is putting on a brave face to hold off the bloodbath until we get the reset out the door. …I feel that he wants to get our return to gold backed before there is an implosion

Nflemingjr:  THERE IS NO NEW MONEY BEING PRINTED TO BAIL OUT THE BANKS THE DEALS ARE BEING MADE WITH TIER 2 TO GET IT DONE. THEY ARE ALSO COUNTING ON ANYTHING OVER A DOLLAR ON THE ZIM TO TAKE CARE OF THE DEBT, ETC.

Q: Mark if most people get paid in USN then the conversion to USD is...? I heard its about .25?? Thoughts??

MZ: I heard 1 to 1 for the first month……then it will be allowed to float……

Q: Did you receive 800 numbers?

MZ: Not yet this week ……but I have in the past.

Q: ‘Should we exchange it all at once or save some in case it comes out at a float?

MZ: I have been told we are getting a contract rate so I plan on exchanging it all at once

Q: Anything new on rates?

MZ:  All I can give you is what I heard a while back….. I heard that Dinar was in the $3.90 to $4 range street rate with the contract rate being a couple dollars higher possibly…..for the  Dong I am still hearing from  .47 to $2.25..

MZ: We have gotten many solid reports of zim swaps yesterday. They have spendable, useable money……Banks would not pay out this money if we were not really close. Banks don’t go out on a limb without a guarantee of return or profit.

MZ: Reno is still really quiet……rumors that 800 numbers could come out today through tomorrow.

MZ: Folks in Zurich are expecting funding today  

MZ: I am staying close to home today. 

Q: Will Canada get a VAT tax as well?

MZ: We are hearing that…..of course we wont know exactly what happens with taxes until it actually happens.

Member:  I hear if you leave the principle alone, it will not be taxed. The taxable income will be the interest you withdraw.

MZ: We are hearing delivery of packages could happen at any time….I wouldn’t be surprised to get a call from anyone hearing that their doorbell just rang with a delivery.

Mod:  FEMA SAYS THERE WILL BE AN EMERGENCY ALERT TODAY BETWEEN 2:10 & 2:18 PM

Member: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), in coordination with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), will conduct a nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS) and Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) on September 20th. The emergency communications drill will begin at 2:18 p.m. EDT through 2:20 p.m. EDT. Every cell phone in the US will receive a text message from President Trump.

MZ: Many people are asking about the 275 billion the Fed has sunk into the overnight lending markets  this week . It has been reported they paid out 53 billion one night, 75 billion the next night, in total about 275 billion just to keep the banks afloat with liquidity. What are your thoughts on this?

Mr.C:  Basically the banks are not liquid and My thoughts are they anticipating this revaluation…this reset is about to happen. They have commited to all this outlay of cash and they are cash strapped…they have no cash. What they have done is they have gone to the FMOC….The repos…The Fed has the security. Its an exchange of one form of value for another and gives the banks cash on their balance sheets to take care of their needs. 

Mr.C: I see this as the banks have no cash that they need to pay out for the exchanges. So they hit the Fed up for cash to pay us…to pay out so it’s not on their balance sheets…it’s on the Fed’s.  They have been hitting the Fed for the last 3 days and I feel they will hit them up for more so they can pay out all the SKR’s and contract needs. It’s another way to force the issue.

MZ: wow

Mr. C: The banks need the money…..they need the cash…They are forcing the Fed to go to zero . Trump is talking about lowering those interest rates constantly.

Q: If the Fed is loaning out cash to the repo funds….isn’t that fiat money  and not asset backed….and making them just tread water right now?

MZ: My contacts on the ground say no new rate as of yet……I am told the Iraqi PM is in China signing the final RV paperwork, trade issues, and treasury rates….and it will release when he gets back home which should be overnight tonight to Sat. Morning.

MZ: My paymaster is hoping to go home late tonight…..a small indicator of what we are hearing for timing …He is very excited that he will be going home soon….He is with 4a…..and if this is true I may be under some kind of a NDA by tomorrow morning.

Member:  only whales can do swaps, really. Bank already has a relationship with the customer and is willing to go out on a limb and give them a safe keeping receipt for their currencies.

MZ:  About the Iran/Saudi Arabia conflict…I am not concerned a bit about this

MZ: My personal opinion is that oil prices had been so low that we are seeing a staged event to raise oil prices to back the dinar and its new rate.

Member: Oil prices jumped 20% instantly

Member:  POTUS has authorized using our strategic oil reserves/

MZ: Hearing from a couple contacts in Iraq that they are expecting a new rate tomorrow…on the street level.……we are watching that really closely…I am hopeful this is correct.

Member:  Iraq is fed up will lead the way this week according to Ray and Tony of TNT.

Member:  Per Frank 26 Iraq is buying gold like crazy using the Dinar at a program rate makes no sense. If they continue this will cause inflation which will rush the RI

MZ: I still hear Iran will be in the first basket….will be close to parity with Iraq if they play ball….it will be half that if they don't.

MZ: Noone panic- its not a golden egg yet…lol

MZ: I was going to do a live stream at 2:00Pm today but now I have to be on the road at 2…..have to go out of town ….so  I will do a live stream around seven or 8 o’clock tonight.

MZ: I just wanted to touch quickly on the news we heard over the weekend

MZ: From many sources…..There are a lot of folks flying into Reno last night and this morning in expectation .

MZ: We are hearing that Iraq is pulling the trigger this week and so we (the US?) are scrambling to be 100% out the door.

MZ: There is a lot of reports that the military has begun exchanging, however even though I have many contacts in military …and they say they havn’t exchanged yet….. so consider it as “rumor” .

MZ: Mr. C is optimistic and upbeat for this week.

MZ: I am very upbeat for the week

MZ: I will be driving all the way to the coast and back so am not exactly sure what time I can do the live stream tonight….but tonight we will do a longer stream and cover all the Monday news. Probably 7 or 8….when I know for sure I will send a tweet.

MZ: I am also told that the package deliveries will be all weekend…more people are home on weekends then weekdays…...so I am staying close to home

MZ: I am also hearing 4a is positioned to go….I have not heard that it has stated yet.

MZ: I am hearing that a number of the larger groups have their leaders in training for the release of the 800 numbers…..and how to handle it…..but we need to see those numbers and then I will get excited

Member:  Mark Bruce was saying addition to NDA to block buying currency from 2nd basket for 1st basket holders!

MZ: I think that would be impossible to enforce…..I don’t think it would work logically……to many ways around it.

Member:  I just wish we could get the 1st exchange over first, then give money to help others. GET R DONE!

Member:  Frank 26 is thinking the last week in September. But that’s his opinion only.

Member:  Frank26 Went through the Miliki story again last night. he said that under Obama the US has been sending Iraq $1 billion a month.

MZ: Hearing a rumor Reno may have started overnight. Some sort of payout with 4a…Since Mr. C has not done his job yet…not buying this rumor. Could be on the currency swap side…..possibly

MZ: Reno is being unusually silent……they really cracked down on them to be quiet. 

MZ: I am hearing we are in a 72 hour window that started yesterday …..so we should have 48 hours left if true…but it could go at any time in that 48 hours…..

MZ: My paymaster is still very confident…and hoping to leave Reno very soon …at some point today
