Uh oh. We just talked about this earlier this week. And now, we are seeing that OPEC+ is going to increase the pressure on prices of oil by asking all members of OPEC to cut back on their oil production.

OPEC oil production cuts could mean higher gas prices. This will increase money flow in the OPEC nations creating more money flow in the local currencies of the East buying their oil.

On the other side of the world, the US has been buying oil from "Colombia (202,000 b/d), Venezuela (163,000 b/d), Nigeria (106,000 b/d), Ecuador (100,000 b/d), and Guyana ( 94,000 b/d)."

This will reset the current volumes of oil being bought across the globe, and it will go a long way into leveling the playing field in terms of currency volumes within these countries of the West.

Do you see how money volumes are being divided from the East and the West? Remember, more demand equals higher values for currencies.

China and the US are big importers of oil. These new trade agreements in the oil sector will reset the economies of several countries needing more money flow to their economies.

Many countries are beginning to test and implement final phases of digitizing trade between countries. This will make trade more efficient, cost effective, and increase volumes.

These new volumes of money flow between countries will begin to create price pressures that will show up inside the new digital asset based trading system formulating exchange rates through AI.

It is a process we are already engaged in and waiting to see new price correlations that support changes that can be made to currency values.

This has the tendency to raise the price of crude oil. It will increase transportation costs here in America as we are one of the highest consumers of OPEC+ oil.

Look for transportation of goods and services to slow down as a result. The current agreement is to slow production for the first quarter of 2024.

Societe Generale announced Monday that it issued its first green bond on the Ethereum blockchain.

The transaction — which took place in late November — amounts to 10 million euros, or roughly $10.8 million, and has a maturity of three years. The tokenized bonds, France’s third largest bank wrote, will ensure “increased transparency and traceability as well as improved fluidity and speed in transactions and settlements.”

"(Bloomberg) -- US Bank is issuing $2.5 billion of credit-linked notes tied to a pool of auto loans.

It’s the first time US Bank has sold this type of securitization, according to a preliminary ratings report by Moody’s Investors Service. The notes effectively allow the issuer to transfer credit risk tied to the underlying loans over to investors.

Credit-linked notes have grown in popularity recently as new capital rules set to be imposed as part of forthcoming Basel III regulations prompt banks to look for ways to optimize their balance sheets. As part of the deal, US Bank, which finances vehicle purchases across the country through a network of dealerships, is transferring the credit risk on a pool of more than 97,000 auto loans while still keeping them on its balance sheet. The debut deal is selling approximately $289 million of bonds to investors."

Finally, the US SEC adopts Final Rules on Security-Based Swap Execution Facilities. This includes foreign currency exchanges.

On November the 2nd, 2023, the final rules have finally been accepted to move forward with banks and other redemption centers. The implementation date for these security swap facilities are 60 days after Federal registration for them to do so takes place.

This means that early January 2024 will be the earliest date for exchange facilities to become a possibility.

"We previously reported plans to settle a tokenized bond issuance by the Canton of Zurich with a wholesale Swiss Franc. Additionally, the City of Basel issued a CHF 105 million bond, using the wholesale central bank digital currency (wholesale CBDC) for settlement. Both transactions occurred last Friday. Basel’s bond was issued via the Basler Kantonalbank."

Zurich has begun tokenizing their bond market and selling them through CBDCs. This is a pilot program and settles their transactions through atomic settlements which simply means irreversible trades once a transaction takes place.

This will provide liquidity for the Canton of Zurich. Basel, Zurich's tokenized bonds settled with Swiss wholesale CBDC.

If you have noticed for the last 3 years, the Dow has been in stagflation. It has moved up and it has moved down, but it continues to hover around the same numbers.

On July the 1st 2023, we began the process of SOFR lending services. This is collateralized lending inside the Banking and Market Systems that requires a growing liquidity to move Financial Systems Forward.

SOFR brought us to a place where gold-backed liquidity allowed us to begin creating mechanisms of standard protocols that can be utilized in the new digital financial system.

Recognizing the borderless nature of cryptocurrencies, such collaboration is deemed essential to prevent regulatory arbitrage and maintain the integrity of the global financial system. As part of this initiative, the Bank will also explore the possibility of developing a central bank digital currency (CBDC)."

Look for 2024 to be the year of integration for digital and paper currencies through Stablecoins and CBDC networks.

Tighter regulatory protocols will determine which digital networks will move forward in the transference of currency tokens that will represent foreign exchange opportunities.

The Protocol 20 vote on January 30th of 2024 will determine programmable prices on the digitization of currencies through tokenizing these assets and supporting them with gold.

Let's take a good look at why Protocol 20 is so important. We're moving into a time where programmable money is controlled by a Central Authority such as a Government or Financial Institution.

Digital money can be programmed to follow through with transactions when certain conditions are met.

Self-executing contracts known as smart contracts to secure both sides of a trade are capable of going through will be done through artificial intelligence. The self executing contracts are written into the code of a computer program to facilitate sequences moving digital money.

Programmable money includes CBDCs, Stablecoins, and digital versions of traditional assets that are Tokenized into a digital format.

When protocol 20 is voted and approved on January the 30th 2024. It will create a new starting point for digital tokenized asset values. It will synchronize banks and shipping ports with the markets at the push of a button. New monetary values will begin to form from these starting points in all sectors of the market including Forex.

These new standard protocols backed by gold, algorithmic demands, and other commodities will create global computations that will level the playing field. Everything will reset.

Iraq is making their final arrangements to work with Turkey through a signed agreement utilizing the Euro and Turkish Lira and the Iraqi Dinar only in their trade exchanges with one another.

"This also comes in the context of regulating trade and external transfer in accordance with sound practices and standards and within the framework of the comprehensive plan pursued by the Central Bank to open multiple channels, outlets and currencies with the aim of maintaining the stability of the financial system and protecting it from risks."

These statements refer to opening up channels of foreign exchange with each other. It is a declaration of intent to work with multiple channels of foreign exchange among countries.

We already know they have signed a comprehensive agreement with India to work with the UPI system that will incorporate a group of other countries in trading in the dinar only beginning early January.

In the middle of this month, we are expecting the banking managers of Iraq to complete their banking reforms. This will give them just enough time to work with their employees on logistics training in exchanging the Iraqi Dinar only internationally for two weeks.

This move will stimulate spending and put more money into the hands of the consumers allowing more money flow to increase demand and worth of currencies around the world, and not, just the dollar.

Their ability to trade in their own local currencies instead of the dollar will change their landscape considerably regarding money flow to their country and money flow into others through free trade agreements.

The number of unique funds on DTCC’s Alternative Investment Product Services (AIP) has surpassed 10,000, the company has announced.

This marks a 20 per cent increase in unique funds over the past 12 months. The number of clients using the product has also risen by 28 per cent to more than 2,200.

AIP, launched in 2008, provides clients with a standardised reporting and trading platform, linking the alternative investments industry and exchange data.

It acts as a transaction processing and trade execution channel, connecting product dividers and issuers to distributors.

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (AP) — Commercial ships came under attack Sunday by drones and missiles in the Red Sea and a U.S. warship there opened fire in self-defense as part of an hours-long assault claimed by Yemen’s Houthi rebels, officials said.

The attack potentially marked a major escalation in a series of maritime attacks in the Mideast linked to the Israel-Hamas war as multiple vessels found themselves in the crosshairs of a single Houthi assault for the first time in the conflict.

“We’re aware of reports regarding attacks on the USS Carney and commercial vessels in the Red Sea and will provide information as it becomes available,” the Defense Department told The Associated Press.

The Carney is an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer that’s already shot down multiple rockets the Houthis have fired toward Israel so far in the war. It wasn’t damaged in the attack and no injuries were reported on board, said a U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss early details of a military operation.

To give you an idea of where we are on the new Digital Asset Based Trading System. Notice all of the articles recently coming out about big companies tokenizing their assets and connecting together.

This is happening all over the world, and it is part of the test portion of Protocol 20 to see if the new digital economy will work on a collective scale.

During this time, glitches can be corrected before everything is interfaced onto the QFS. On January 30th, 2024, there will be a vote on Protocol 20 to move it forward.

So far, everything is looking good. At that time, we will see tokenized assets begin to go to a real value before, during, or after that time.

This will synchronize Market asset prices with the Banking System correlations backed by a real value such as gold. Standard protocols such as Basel 3 final rules for implementation (January 16, 2024) will make the new digital financial system a true Gold Standard Digital Financing System.
