Central Bank leaders from around the world will be attending this event. There will be several discussions surrounding the paradigm shift taking place in our market and/or economy.

Other discussions will be on expanding the new digital economies' functions and how it will operate.

These meetings are taking place before the G20 meeting in early September whereby the expectation of the Financial Stability Board is expected to give a green light to the global economy on moving forward with their digital clarity structures.

From August 24th to September 11th, new monetary policies in our new digital economy will be evaluated and given permission to be implemented.

This will set the stage for the final phases of Quantum Technologies to interface global digital networks in preparation for total activation inside a new digital framework.

We will still need to complete our currency reforms inside the Markets and Banks. Step by step, we are getting there.

The Reserve Bank of India is creating an artificial intelligence mechanism that will allow Banks from around the world to connect with their Quantum Technologies into their Unified Payment Interface.

This new payment system has the capacity to go International, and it is important for us to watch its development.

A new feature will walk users through a set of procedures allowing initiation of UPI transactions through conversing with an AI-powered system.

State Banks are getting into the game for the use of stablecoins. They are currently in conversation with the Federal Reserve on these matters.

A state bank is not the same as a central or reserve bank; these institutions are primarily concerned with influencing a government's monetary policy."

They are expected to follow the same rules and regulations as a Central Bank institution. Requirements to back 100% of their stablecoin transactional values are expected through commodities.

A stablecoin is a representation of a country's currency. These latest conversations tell us that movement forward is about to commence again with stablecoin legislative bills seeking to become law.

The next phase of the market plans will be its greatest challenge. For the last 3 years, we have been moving toward the reduction of and encouragement of sectors of the market that represent essential services.

From the pandemic and shipping crisis to bank failures, there is nothing that can do more damage to a market and a global market than the reduction of a balance sheet.

From the pandemic and shipping crisis to bank failures, there is nothing that can do more damage to a market and a global market than the reduction of a balance sheet.

This is why we have seen a rerouting of the shipping industry, banking reforms, and recent market sector reforms. It is going to form a liquidity crisis. Look for currency interventions during this time. And yes, Forex is completing their digital foreign currency reforms.

Companies go out of business during these times and bankruptcies will surface for people and the local economy. It is all about creating a skeleton structure of necessary companies that will move us forward into our new economy.

Notice what happens and who is still standing when the dust settles. It will be the next economy with many of the standing structures capable of moving into the new digital asset-based trading system.

Artificial Intelligence will be capable of coordinating Quantum Technologies with those that remain.

Many of the Quantum Technologies that are interfacing with one another during this time are finding new liquidity providers as we speak. Some of these new liquidity providers that we have been talking about in this room will mobilize quicker than others.

I look to see a staggered reset of our new economy based upon how far along many of these new Quantum Technologies are capable of going forward.

Some of our new technologies are being activated quicker than others. Those with artificial intelligence baked into their company at this point are making Quantum leaps into the future already. If they are already interfaced with companies providing similar services, you will see an acceleration of growth within these companies that are connected.

The above sentences do not mean we have the full range of the QFS taking place as we speak. It just means that some elements of the QFS are allowing some companies to mobilize their evolution quicker than others before the payment system helps them arrive to their destination creating a revaluation among all sectors of the market.

Several assets on the market have already been tokenized and collateralized to come into compliance with those SOFR settings that began this process on July 1, 2023.

Going forward, we are going to witness the acceleration of a new set of protocols designed to change the way we do business.

Look for the caps on gold to be released and eventually reset. A reset in gold is our indicator we have come into full integration of the new monetary system with protocols set forth inside them representing new monetary policies and standards to give us guidance.

This gives you an idea of why Central Banks hold gold.

The above is an example of a revaluation account held at the Deutsche Bank.

Take a look at the different accounts. It is not hard to notice that gold is the most held in this particular account.

This goes to show you that the price of gold is what revalues EVERYTHING during times of a banking crisis.

At the present time, we are tokenizing everything. Gold and other real-world assets back the tokens. Tokens are attached to assets giving them real values.

This is why we spent the last year and a half talking about the new monetary system from the ground up as it is being digitized, and now, tokenized.

The Consumer Price Index measures how much households are paying for goods and services. This reading is expected to take place next week.

The cargo shipping industry is giving us clues that goods and services have significantly slowed down. This is an indicator that gives us a clue as to what we may see next week.

In the meantime, we have a market that is seeking direction right now. If the CPI reading next week comes in low, you will see lower readings on the markets unless we have a market intervention with the 1.007 trillion dollar deficit that was just created in borrowing money for such cases that we are seeing now in Q3.

I just want to point out to you that the markets are not as good as they appear and a great deal of intervention is taking place behind the scenes to keep us from seeing real numbers so far.

This is why we may see a rapid change in the markets at any moment.

Investors are catching on and more people are buying gold and other commodities as a result.

Iraq is currently working on the movement of foreign funds through money laundering mechanisms.

They are achieving this through applying International Standards governed by their Financial Terrorist law and Money Laundering law.

Electronic platforms will give them banking protocols to help them implement with full confidence these goals for themselves and the world.

These new procedures will allow them to transfer digitally through an exchange process without limits, ceilings, or restrictions on large transactions.

Personal transactions will be handled through Western Union and MoneyGram. Dealing in dollar transactions is no longer permitted. And, the parallel market will no longer be allowed.

In other words, Iraq is applying a system of foreign transfers, documentary credits, and cash sales of foreign currency. This includes achieving economic, regulatory, and legal objectives.

All of this will gain the trust of the international banking system.

And finally, Iraq is calling for National support to implement these new banking protocols that will allow the exchange process of the Iraqi Dinar.

This announcement came from the "Administration of the Central Bank of Iraq."

I have not brought in a lot of articles regarding foreign exchange procedures just yet until I get standard protocols to share with you.

I am noticing a number of articles coming out about prepaid cards that will allow the transfer of foreign funds from another country to be executed through your mobile phone.

The United Payment Interface of India is one such country that is providing these changes for tourists that come into their country. And, the use of multi-currency accounts will aid in this process as well.

Currently, we are witnessing several new digital exchange rate mechanisms being applied such as Iraq.

Remember, everything is being tokenized with real-world assets such as gold. Look for a repricing event in commodities. A reset in the commodities market will lock in new asset rates.

All roads lead to gold, and gold will set us free.

Bottom line:

All of our assets are being tokenized and connected to networks that will lock in the ability to scale prices within a network.

The commodity sector of the market is what backs all tokens no matter what network they are on or their ability to scale prices up and down.

When we have a repricing event on gold and other commodities, we will have tokens backing assets with a gold standard or set of protocols (Basel 3) the banking system can work with in utilizing a new digital asset-based trading system determined by real values.
