Don961: Parliamentary Finance clarifies to the NRT when the budget will be settled and how long the current dollar price will remain

On Monday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee suggested that the federal budget for the current year be decided next week to be ready for a vote on it inside the parliament, noting that the dollar exchange rate will remain as it is now, until another budget comes, whether it is supplementary or the 2022 budget

Committee member Jamal Cougar said, "The government has submitted the budget to the House of Representatives late and that it is controversial, it takes a long time, because the House of Representatives has the right to scrutinize all the details of the budget and see its merits

Samson: The Iraq Stock Exchange closed down in Wednesday's trading session

The Iraqi Stock Exchange index recorded a decline of 1.49% in the trading session on Wednesday, stopping at 514.38 points.

Shares of 35 companies fell "under the index", while 8 others rose, while 17 companies maintained their share price.

The number of shares traded reached 6,946,724,858 shares, with a value of 5,523,975,459 Iraqi dinars, obtained from the conclusion of 597 deals, including 60 joint-stock companies, out of 104 companies registered in the stock exchange.

A security source said, Tuesday, that a device exploded near the new bank bridge.
The source told "Tigris" that "an explosive device exploded near the new bank bridge."

The source added, "The security forces closed the roads leading to the explosion site and began to investigate the number of wounded and injured."

Judy Note: According to our Military Intel Contact there was a problem with people in the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) confiscating bonds. That problem has been dealt with and now 900 active military personnel were working on getting out the RV Shotgun Start. That also meant that now the Military had complete authority over all US financial matters.

On Mon. 8 Feb. at 2 pm EST after a RV Team meeting, there was another release of liquidity. The release sequence would continue with lower level audits and checks for a liquidity start either later this week, or by Mon. 15 Feb.

Judy Note: The Chinese Elders and Military wanted the Shotgun Start to be as early as possible next week and to reach us in Tier 4B earlier than next Thurs.-Fri. 11-12 Feb, but this past week because of C19 pandemic conditions the Reno team have been understaffed (about 270 staff in Reno out of a normal 550) and have been working on settlements and closings on the upper level bond redemption packages, the liquidity from which would be down-streamed to lower levels along the 27 categories of payouts.

Account holds began to be removed and bond seller account payouts started on Sat 6 Feb at 9am PST. About 1,000 paymasters were down-streaming funds into Tier 3-4A accounts this weekend Sat-Sun 6-7 Feb. The 900 active military personnel will fulfill their mission that the interim military govt gave them to get the RV/GCR release done with a Shotgun Start some time next Wed-to-Fri 10-12 Feb.

It is not their job to change the rate. The is the CBIs job and we all witnessed that to be the case on 12/20/2020 to 1460. ~ MM

BUNA is to go live on the TENTH.. The CBI has a new digital system they launched. The CBI states they have approved the new exchange rates. Well the first one was done already, the next rate change is to yet come out. But the CBI states they have approved the exchange rates.

The BUNA system by charter will not interconnect to a Non - Article 8 Compliant Currency i am being told. So, the next move is imo to be Article 8 compliant. If they hold to the time frame of the TENTH, then this next week is an interesting one imo.. ~ MM
