 Minister of Finance, Taif Sami, today, Friday, December 8, 2023, directed the employees of the Budget Department to continue official working hours on Fridays and Saturdays until the end of the current year 2023.

Tishwash:  Kuwait Central Bank implements measures to rein in Dollar use in Banks and Exchanges

According to this policy, the exchange rate of the dinar is determined based on a specially weighted basket of currencies from countries with significant commercial and financial ties to Kuwait

The Central Bank of Kuwait has communicated to local banks that it will not cover dollar purchases directed to exchange companies if such acquisitions are intended for speculation or investment purposes, reports Al- Rai daily quoting informed sources. The Central Bank emphasized that it will consistently supply any quantities of the dollar directed towards meeting the needs of customers engaged in money transfer operations.

Sources elucidated that the Central Bank has informed local banks that they are permitted to continue procuring dollars to fulfill transactions with their customers, a practice that remains unchanged. However, banks are now required to ensure that the dollar amounts acquired from the Central Bank for exchange companies are primarily aimed at fulfilling the needs of their customers exclusively. Any shortfall in this regard must be independently covered by the bank. It was further explained that any purchases of dollars by banks or exchange companies for investment, commercial, or speculative objectives must be covered by the bank or company’s own Cooperaresources.

 This can include utilizing its existing stock of the currency or acquiring it through the open market or other alternatives distinct from the Central Bank’s facilities.

The Central Bank is positioned to cater to the foreign currency needs of banks, aligning with the approach taken by other central banks in the region that adhere to a fixed exchange rate with another currency. Highlighting Kuwait’s exchange policy for the dinar, the sources emphasized its objective of maintaining the relative stability of the dinar’s price against other currencies. According to this policy, the exchange rate of the dinar is determined based on a specially weighted basket of currencies from countries with significant commercial and financial ties to Kuwait.

The sources underscored the effectiveness of the Central Bank’s policy in achieving a notable degree of relative stability in the dinar’s exchange rate against major global currencies. link

Today, Friday (December 8, 2023), the US Embassy in Baghdad announced that it had been attacked by two missiles, while issuing an invitation to the Iraqi government.

The office of the spokesman for the US embassy said in a statement received by "Baghdad Today", that "at about 4:15 am on Friday, the US embassy was attacked with two missiles," noting that "assessments are still ongoing, and There were no reports of injuries in the embassy complex."

"So far, no one has claimed responsibility for this attack, while indications are that the attacks were carried out by pro-Iranian groups, which operate freely in Iraq," he said.

The US embassy renewed, according to the statement, "the call for the Iraqi government to take all necessary measures to protect the personnel and facilities of diplomatic missions and partners in the international coalition," stressing that "it reserves the right to self-defense and protect its employees anywhere in the world."

Earlier in the day, a security source reported that explosions were heard near the US embassy in central Baghdad.

The source told "Baghdad Today" that "he heard explosions, at dawn on Friday, the nature of which was not known within the vicinity of the US embassy in Baghdad."

He pointed out that "sirens have been activated at the embassy," noting that "preliminary information indicates that the vicinity of the embassy is targeted by missiles whose nature is unknown."

And we know that the IMF slipped up and talked about the dinar revaluation coming and how Iraq is suddenly going to be great “importers of goods”

MZ: Here’s a little ad that has been rolling all over Iraqi television lately. (Shows the ad without sound) Talking about the dinar and how great it is. They are running ads talking about the future of the dinar. That ad is running on Iraqi television.

Member: Rumors:  Billions of dollars arriving in Iraq and the new TV ad promoting the Dinar?? All amazing.. I think it’s our turn in the next few days

MZ: “Iraqi bank has received shipments of millions of dollars-Source” This is for foreign transactions. The different banks need it for importers…..but this will soon change…as they become international and ascend to the WTO.

MZ: “Putin makes rare visits to UAE, Saudi Arabia to talk strengthened relations and Israel-Hamas war”  This is showing up mainstream….

MZ: “Bank CEO’s bring Basel battle to congress”  They do not want it. It is being forced upon them and they are coming up with every reason why they don’t want it. Suddenly they are going to have to back their money with sound assets.

MZ: The bank of Japan- while not collapsed is certainly shaky. “Japan PM Kishida resigns as ruling party faction head amidst fund scandal” . Their banks are hitting troubled waters.

MZ: Something happened that is huge…. Something earth shattering  happened this week. China and OPEC and Saudi Arabia and the UAE very quietly signed an agreement to use the gold backed Yuan /gold backed Renimbi for oil purchase instead of the petrodollar.

MZ: So this gold backed Yuan is now the new reserve currency for OPEC and oil producing nations. This happened very quietly and the news is refusing to report this. They are doing their best to hide this fact. This is enormous. The petro dollar has died this week. This is a enormous blow to the US hegemony. We are going to watch this play out quickly.

Member: Rumor has it that banks are telling credit card companies they will no longer need there serves after midnight on Dec. 14.

MZ: I don’t know where they get that information but, I am hearing something similar from 2 banking sources.

MZ: All the pieces and parts are coming together and we are seeing it in the real world.

Member: I am wondering  when we exchange will we be paid out in Green backs? New rainbow script? Or digital currency? Also, will we be able to spend it right away or do we wait until the full reveal of new money to all?

MZ: As we understand it- we will be paid out in the new rainbow /asset backed currency and yes, we will be able to spend it right away……as we have been told. If we do not get in new asset backed currency we will all have to move money quickly and secure it and make sure its safe.

Member: Get tangible assets like gold, silver, land ect……..anything but keeping it in worthless fiat.

One of the bondholders is saying the Tier 3 super whales have funds in accounts, but has no access yet. They are looking to receive notification by email for access to funds.

The regular whales were told today they were going to try to push it through around 2am tomorrow Fri. 7 Dec.

The National Bank of Japan, their Central Bank, crashed today. All the other Central Banks will (allegedly) crash in the next few banks. About 9 others will crash in next few days. Do we need to wait for all banks to crash? Don’t know.

Some say on or before the 14th it has to happen. Traditionally Bankers in Europe go on a one month holiday 12/15-1/15. However, that could be different this year.

It is possible tomorrow Fri. 8 Dec. is our day. If 2am happens for the bondholders, and if there’s any kind of shotgun start, tomorrow should be great for us too.

Ariel Cont…..As Mike' mentioned they cannot do a reverse repo without draining what is left of the 2.3 trillion in MBS-(Mortgage-Backed Securities). Once that happens everything goes to zero. Which will lead to the collapse of the fiat USD which is probably only a week away or so at this point. 

This will lead to Iraq reinstating their currency that the BRICS Nations are waiting for. This is why it is so difficult to trade because of the artificial value of the fiat USD that keeps emerging markets struggling to get out of 3rd world status.

Encouraging the local currency and dealing with it in light of the current economic conditions that the country is experiencing is an important issue, especially with the government’s intention to “strengthen” the Iraqi dinar against other hard currencies, especially the dollar, as well as seeking to present it first in order for it to be a “homeland issue” in a way. Real.

In the government’s will to encourage dealing in the dinar in all daily transactions, the call emerges for it to be a gateway to building the country again, and to strive to strengthen and advance the Iraqi economy, and to reduce dependence on other foreign currencies, so that according to government directives, it is constant and the rest are variables, so that the dinar is a gateway to sustainable development. I guess they said to back off of Iraq as everything is settled and will soon be importing in a massive way. I am very tickled to find out this is accurate. MZ: So yes I have verified that there was a slip of the tongue on Iraqi television about the dinar revaluing. But stay calm….. it has not occurred yet. We do not know the timing. It could be a day or a week ….but, this is absolutely huge.

MZ: “ IMF executive board to meet Dec.13th to discuss Somalia’s debt relief”  this one has me thinking “Gesara” when I read it. The timing is interesting. We have a lot of things happening between the 13th and 16th of December.

Member: There is a rumor that contractors  in Iraq are to be paid tomorrow at 5.41.

Member: Was in WF today and a lady was getting let go and holy moly talk about a shouting match.

MZ: There is going to be a lot of upset people in the banking industry.

Member: I have noticed that my Chase bank has changed their front sign from Chase Bank to Chase Wealth Management.

Member: Bank Story: Wells Fargo branch in Nashville quoted me $3.51 today on Dinar

MZ: “Western Banking dominance will end –Putin” This is a massive revolution and its happening far faster than anyone anticipated.

MZ: “Citigroup reorganization to be completed in first quarter. Cost $1 Billion” The banking industry is tanking.

Member: Is there anywhere we can exchange Bolivar yet?

MZ: I was told not until the RV happens. But many people are looking……I know that right now the rate theoretically is about a million bolivar should exchange for around $28,000.00 US….That would help a lot of people right now. But we cannot find anyone to exchange yet because of sanctions  on Venezuela from the US.

Member: I would think the Bolivar would be exchanged at the same redemption appointment along with the Dong and Dinar?

Member: Seems like the worst is upon us now….so maybe the best is yet to come!

Member: Let us remember those that were lost at the battle of Pearl Harbor today.

Member: I got a bank story in NJ. I asked my banker if they are expanding the wealth Management division. She said yes.

MZ: Well they are laying off traditional bankers and expanding wealth management . Something is up.

Member: I heard that the RV is about to be revealed. It has been rumored that it could happen this weekend!!

Member: Isaac stated he is waiting for one more confirmation per his Telegram post

MZ: I think most of my bond folk right now are waiting for that.

Member: Rod Steel was on PPN talking about the dinar rate at $4.51 and saying it has to go very soon because of the contractors getting their pay on a card but it's not there because of the old rate. I think

MZ: Rod did an interview last night with Dr. Kia Pruitt on the Rumble channel. What he wanted me to share from him this morning is (From Rod Steele)   “The IMF was the hold up with some things taking a bit longer than expected. Yesterday they predicted a completion and release for today in Iraq. . I guess we will see shortly. “ That is Rod’s information.

MZ: A member story:  Former US congressman at a function in North Carolina this past weekend ….They point blank asked the politician about some of the banking changes and if he owned any foreign currencies and was he familiar with the revaluation?  The former congressman said absolutely. I have some. I bought the currency and it is absolutely real. This same politician is getting ready to run for office again. I do not know what office they are pursuing.  But when asked by our community member (who I have great respect for) he said (when asked about the dinar) I have some and we are expecting it. This is somebody with a high level of knowledge from the inside.

MZ: A banking story:  A friend of mine in New Brunswick in Canada and is a dinar holder walked into one of the Scotia banks and asked a manager if they were Basel 3 and ISO 20022 compliant. He replied that they were…… My friend went on to say that he was a dinar holder and asked the manager if he knew anything about the upcoming currency exchange/RV . The manager said that his staff is trained and ready for it. They are just waiting for the word .

MZ: The manager told him that if people had 100 million in dinar  they have to go to a larger location/facility which was a few hours away So there is a bank manager in Scotia who knows about the RV, is trained and ready for it…..

Member: any word on opening the St. Germaine Trust over Christmas?

MZ: We hear that every year because Christmas and Easter is the best time to open it –That chatter is once again prevalent and ongoing right now.

Member: Did anyone see the Nesara announcement rumor out of S Carolina ?

MZ: “Governor of South Carolina announces Nesara/Gesara”  If you watch the video and watch his lips…..many in the dinar community believe it is a “deep-fake AI”. With change of voice and wording. It certainly sounds fantastic but the words just are not right…..I would take it with an extrememe grain of salt. I would not take it as gospel at this point.

Member: I saw the original video and it’s a fake. They are trying to make our community look stupid.

MZ: That’s how I look at that one. I have seen deep fakes of myself saying things and I went “whoa…I didn’t do that!”

MZ: In Vietnam: “ China’s Xi to visit Vietnam next week” They want to expand their ties….

MZ: “Finland wishes to beef up trade ties with Vietnam: Ambassador”  We are suddenly getting a lot of news on Vietnam.

MZ: “Following Pakistan’s official application , Laos intends to join BRICS”  BRICS is continuing to expand. 40 other nations has decided to join BRICS in 2024.

MZ: “Vladimir Putin meets with Saudi Arabia and UAE rulers . Rulers in bid to refresh alliances” This is coming out of the Wall Street Journal and they did point out that a lot of this was “photo op moments” But this was a huge meeting guys.

Member:  it's that hustle and bustle season. Everyone needs to slow down. The anxiety is high out there and will only get worse. We should all remember to be especially kind.
