MZ: I am not getting a response from my Group leaders over here ( and many had traveled over the weekend) and Historic Bond folks are still very quiet. They still have expectations of paydays on Nov. 4th.
MZ: We have a lot to look forward to and hopefully it comes to fruition.
Member: What does your gut say right now.
MZ: My gut is still screaming that sometimes in the next few days or week we will be across the finish line. …my analytical mind looking at documents , governments and articles say we will have it by Jan 1st.
Member: TNT Tony just posted that he just bought a couple of bottles of champagne for tonight/morning and hopes we're ready!!
Member: Mt. Goat My contact from the CBI has told me…that January 2024 is their target and is the best most opportune time to reinstate the dinar.
Member: Mark, did you come back to the states to exchange?
MZ: Every time I come back I am hopeful that it will RV.
Member: Mark, If the petrodollar is dead or dying ,how can we get a higher exchange rate? Most countries are running from our fiat dollars.
MZ: Yes, but with the reset they will go to asset backed dollars. So when fiat dies we go to our asset backed dollars .

Member: Will the Zim be only for humanity or can we split it?
MZ: I have been told the amount you get to keep personally is between 40-50 million dollars per 100T note. If you have a project you can more for the project. That is my expectation for the Zim

MZ: I still hear it will be in the first basket, and should be about 20-30% less than the rate the Iraqi Dinar comes out at.
Member: how will I exchange if I have to go in for open heart surgery which is due in a couple days
MZ: Don’t Panic. I am told you will have at least 10 days to set an appointment …Then you will have a month or two to exchange. I am also told that if you are in a bad way and cannot get to them….they will come to you…..but don’t abuse this folks.

The Governor of Basra, Asaad Al-Eidani, announced on Thursday that the seawater desalination project was included in the region’s development projects, with a total cost of 3 trillion and 900 billion, and with annual allocations of 650 billion dinars.
Al-Eidani said during a press conference held today, “The Ministry of Planning agreed to include the project and addressed the Ministry of Finance in order to allocate the necessary amounts within the regional development allocations for Basra Governorate for the year 2023.”
He added, “The Prime Minister is following up on completing the procedures for listing and implementing the project from budget funds and submitting it to Parliament.”

The President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Nechirvan Barzani, is scheduled to make an official visit to Paris tomorrow, Friday, in response to an official invitation sent to him by French President Emmanuel Macron.
According to a statement issued by the French presidency, President Macron will meet tomorrow with President Nechirvan at the Elysee Palace.
In turn, the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region explained in a statement that President Nechirvan Barzani will discuss tomorrow, during his meeting with President Macron at the Elysee Palace, French relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, the development of joint cooperation, and the situation in Iraq and the region in general.
It is noteworthy that this is the fourth official visit conducted by Nechirvan Barzani since he assumed the presidency of the Kurdistan Regional Government in its previous session, and the presidency of the region in its current session.
The French President was scheduled to pay a visit to Iraq to attend the “Third Baghdad Conference,” which was scheduled to be held at the end of October, but the postponement of its holding until further notice prevented that.
Earlier today, an informed Iraqi government source told Shafaq News Agency that the countries participating in the “Third Baghdad Conference” demanded that the conference be postponed due to the unstable conditions Iraq is witnessing due to the escalation of attacks against American forces, and with a fear of an escalation of these attacks and the American response. And with warnings from some countries against traveling to Iraq.”
The government source added that the “Third Baghdad Conference” has been postponed until further notice, and no new date has been set for it. The date will be linked to stabilizing the situation and stopping the escalation of the armed factions against the American forces present with a number of Iraqi military forces.
The "Baghdad 2" conference was held on December 22, 2022, at the King Hussein bin Talal Convention Center on the coast of the Dead Sea, after a first session held in the Iraqi capital in August 2021 at the initiative of French President Emmanuel Macron and Iraq.
The conference was attended by French President Emmanuel Macron, Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, European Union foreign policy official Josep Borrell, who coordinates the Vienna negotiations on the Iranian nuclear file, and Enrique Mora, the European Union coordinator for these talks. In addition to the foreign ministers of Iran and Saudi Arabia, the Secretary-General of the Arab League, the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and a number of other Arab foreign ministers. BRICS proceeded to calculate the worth of 209 countries natural resources including gold deposits. BRICS was planning a Global Currency Reset where each country would have it’s own currency, with those currencies being at a 1:1 to each other for the purpose of international trade.
As of that same Tues. 31 Oct. when Israel Inc. became defunct, over 200 countries would no longer accept the fiat US Petro Dollar for oil transactions, plus refused to buy any more US Bonds, while China would no longer purchase US Debt.
The rejection of the US Petro Dollar, refusal of countries to buy US Bonds, with the US debt limit reached and with China no longer willing to purchase that US Debt meant that the fiat US Dollar no longer had power over the Global Financial System.
The impending catastrophe of the fall of the useless fiat US Petro Dollar was bound to soon cause a massive Stock Market Crash, catching many unaware of its potential magnitude.
Once a Stock Market Correction occurred precious metals that the Rothschilds worked so hard to suppress, would rise unabated, opening the door to the new gold/ asset-backed Global Currency Reset.

This came from an Iraqi Bank Partner of a bank here in the USA! It is also believed that the US Treasury has started some exchange steps with the CBI of some of the Iraqi Dinar that the US Treasury holds in its reserves! Today, Wednesday, the Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, called on the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to exclude compulsorily licensed contracts from competing in the appointments scheduled to be launched soon.
A statement by the Media and Government Communications Department, received by Al-Iqtisad News, stated that “The Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, addressed the Supreme Authority for Coordination between the Governorates in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with an official letter for the purpose of excluding employees of regional development contracts in Baghdad Governorate, who number (968) contracts.” Those who were granted compulsory leave, as part of the controls and instructions for appointing the 150,000 contract positions, within the federal general budget scheduled to be launched soon.

Tishwash: Russian LUKOIL signs an agreement with Iraq to double the production of this field
The Russian company LUKOIL said on Thursday that it had signed an agreement with Iraq related to the West Qurna 2 oil field to improve conditions there and extend a service contract for ten years.
She added that the agreement will gradually double the capacity of the oil field.
West Qurna 2 field is located in the southern part of Iraq , 65 kilometers northwest of Basra, and is considered one of the largest fields in the world.
According to company data, the primary recoverable reserves in the field amount to about 14 billion barrels.
On December 12, 2009, LUKOIL was awarded a contract to develop the West Qurna 2 field.
On January 31, 2010, a services contract for the development and production of West Qurna 2 station was signed, and the contract was approved by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Iraq.
On March 29, 2014, commercial oil production began in the field.
The field adds the largest additional production growth in Iraq, amounting to 480 thousand barrels per day, from the Mushrif formation, which represents 10 percent of Iraq’s total crude oil production , and 15 percent of Iraq’s oil exports. link

Mnt Goat I...want to make it VERY, VERY clear to everyone that the IQD is NOT yet reinstated on FOREX...“NOT YET TRADING ON FOREX”. Yes, if you go to FOREX there is a benchmark rate for the IQD but it is a linked rate only, linked back to the CBI. It is a page holder. Yes, this is still a very good thing and I don’t want to down play it either...The IQD rate is there...only in preparation for the future. But there is not yet any trading ability to buy or sell.
