The General Company for Foodstuff Trade in the Ministry of Commerce announced the resumption of its meetings with representatives of the joint Iraqi-Vietnamese company for the production and marketing of tea in Vietnam to follow up the company's work and ways to develop it and improve the level of performance of its employees.
And a ministry statement, which {Euphrates News} received a copy of, quoted the company's general manager, Lama Hashem Al-Moussawi, as saying, "During the meeting, a number of issues related to the production and marketing of the company's tea were also discussed, appropriate decisions were taken for it, the possibility of maintaining the company's headquarters, and determining the appropriate costs for that."

Today, Thursday, the Ministry of Commerce affirmed its keenness to open new horizons for economic and commercial cooperation with the Saudi side.
Trade media said in a statement, received by {Euphrates News}, that "Minister of Commerce Atheer Dawood Al-Ghurairy met his counterpart, Saudi Minister of Commerce and Investment Majid Al-Qasabi on the sidelines of his official visit and his accompanying delegation to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to discuss exchanging views to enhance joint cooperation in the economic, trade and investment fields, including It serves the common interests between Iraq and Saudi Arabia."
Minister Al-Ghurairy stressed, "During the meeting, the Iraqi government's keenness to open new horizons for economic and commercial cooperation and the development of intra-trade with the Saudi side," noting that "during the meeting, aspects of bilateral cooperation between the two countries were also reviewed, while inviting the Saudi side to actively participate in the Baghdad exhibition session." upcoming international.

CandyKisses: Bank Governor: Iraq is on alert to adjust the exchange rate of the dinar
Shafaq News / The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq Ali Al-Alaq, on Thursday, that Iraq is on alert to adjust the exchange rate of the dinar, stressing the government's commitment not to reach the dollar exchange rate to the countries that the United States prohibits dealing with the American currency.
Al-Alaq said in a press statement on the sidelines of the meetings of the World Bank and the IMF in Washington, reported by "Bloomberg" and seen by Shafaq News, that the US requirements to control transfers "do not classify them as restrictions, but all that is required is the application of the Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism Law."
"We are on alert in the central bank to adjust the dinar exchange rate," he said, explaining that this problem "is not related to an internal financial crisis, but rather to pre-audit procedures for foreign hard currency transfers".
He added that external transfers through the platform "doubled very quickly, creating a balance of supply and demand for the dollar." "The US Treasury agrees with us on the need to expand external transfer channels," he said.
He stressed that "the new system does not aim to restrict the response to legitimate requests, as much as it aims to provide protection to the banking and financial system from illegal or suspicious operations, and supports the application of the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism Law and related instructions."
With regard to the structuring of banks, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Al-Alaq, pointed out that "the target of structuring banks are government banks, which represent more than 80% of the sector, and the positive thing is that there is harmony between the government and the Central Bank to reform the banking sector," revealing that all options are available to structure and develop the sector, "including mergers."
On Wednesday, the Iraqi delegation's meetings with the IMF and the World Bank began in Washington, D.C., in the presence of Al-Alaq and Finance Minister Taif Sami.
The US Treasury Department showed "great flexibility and readiness" to help the Central Bank of Iraq stabilize the exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar.

MP Kazem Al-Shammari said that the budget will not be delayed this time because there is a parliamentary will towards its approval and ratification.
Al-Shammari added: "As members of the House of Representatives, we understand the difficulties facing ministries in implementing their projects through the delay in approving the budget," according to the official newspaper.
He continued, "There is a parliamentary trend to approve the budget, although it is not an ideal budget, but at least it provides legal and legitimate cover for ministries to carry out their investment projects."
He pointed out that "differences are not the known face of political differences, but there are differences in views and these views will not change the will of members of the House of Representatives to approve the budget."

So let's do this. Thank you, Bob so much. Let's segue into the Intel segment. I told you guys at the outset that we have some good stuff to talk about, and we do.
So let's go through what it is that we're hearing.
Now, last Thursday, I don't remember whether we have information about the bondholders receiving their Q- Cards, that's their access card to the quantum financial system that we're coming from HSBC. We know some Q-cards came out a couple of weeks ago, from Bank of America, for bonds that were the German bonds. But these were the various and they're like oh my gosh, any different 12 maybe - your versions of Chinese – they’re quite a few. And again, they are generally different colors.
Yellow, gold, red, green, blue, brown, etc. All these different colors in the spectrum of different types. of Chinese bonds. Well, the bank that was handling the payouts for the Chinese bonds is HSBC.
They're the ones that remember I told you guys, they needed to get out half a half a million Q-cards to get those out, delivered - and delivered how - FedEx - that’s right – Federal Express
Now, what we heard - I can't remember if I brought this out on Thursday's call, but I know by Friday, at least if I didn't hear it Thursday night, probably. I got it Thursday night after the call that these Chinese bondholders would be receiving - they got an email - that said that they would be receiving their Q-cards from HSBC, on Saturday before 930 in the morning - Saturday morning by FedEx, and guess what?
They got them - check that - check that - they got them Monday. That was only yesterday – seems like days ago, forgiving guys. Alright, so they got their Q- cards yesterday morning, Monday morning – before 9:30.
The good news is that they're now waiting for an email that will come back to let them know how much they can have access to and when they can access it. Now the timeframe that we heard from paymasters today was it would be between now Tuesday and Friday 14th - that they receive those emails and have access to their funds on their Q-cards
They already can get on and they already have the access code. The email to put in the Starlink system code, the things that need to activate that they can do, they can get in and activate it. So they're looking forward to getting that email that will give them access to those funds. And the good news is the bondholders will get access to 1% of their total bond exchange when that happens, now also get more as time goes on.
Let's compare that to where we are but we were expecting is to receive our notifications. I'll tell you more about that moment. Once we get notification, we set our appointments for exchanges, we should have access to 1% of our total exchange on day one - and then nine days later, which would be day 10 of our exchange. They can we receive an additional 9% One plus nine is 10 - so that by the 10th day, we could have access to 10% of our total exchange, and that would include zim - now if you have you don't have zim and you just have Dong or you just have dinar, or other currencies - my understanding is you'll get immediate access to all of that on day one.
If you haven't in conjunction with the zim, you'll get the combination of the total of the Zim redemption but the total of your currency redemption, and you'll be able to access the 1% of the total - and then nine days later on the 10th day, you would be able to get an additional 9% - One plus nine is 10%.
You'd be able to get 10% at that point of your Total Redemption of Zim and your exchange of currency . So that's how that's gonna work. Now, our NDA are supposed to be 30 to 45 days - 30 to 45 days, and we're supposed to get more of our exchange from our quantum account - Because that's where it's going to be residing.
It's going to be sitting in that quantum account, until we call for it until we essentially move it from our Q account with our Q-cards to our primary bank account with wells or whatever bank you want to go with.
So I think, you know, to move some money is going to be really cool. You know, 1% is going to be a lot. 10% is going to be a whole lot but you'll get access to the remaining amount, probably in 90 to 120 days.
They want to see how you do with these numbers and what your spending habits are. And they want to sort of monitor that through the quantum financial system and make sure nobody is sending money in the wrong direction.
Okay, they’r going to keep an eye on that - so don't violate your NDA, even if it's only 30 -45 days long. don't violate it. Or you could they could freeze your account and take back your funds if they needed to. So it's a major responsibility on us to do the right thing with the funds. Doesn't mean we can't spend what we want to but it just means that we have to be careful.
And remember I told you that was a 55 page book or booklet that we're gonna get as to who was not to send money to – I forgot about that. Yeah, we're supposed to get that to redemption center too. So I was like, Okay, Who am I'm not gonna send money to Well, here's your book. That's your starting point right there. Keep aware of it - Stay aware of it where that we don't want anyone to have their funds frozen of money. And have their money taken back
All right, so let's go back to where we are for us. We know the bondholders we told they should have access to funds between now and Friday the 14th which is this coming Friday.
Right today is the 10th - is it? Is it the 10th? Or the 11th? It’s the 10th - And what we're looking at is – today is the 11th - Okay, here's what we're what we're doing. We are expecting from one of our top sources relayed this late this afternoon – that even though we would look at pretty good likelihood that we're going to track along with the bondholders who get access to funds between now and the 14th.
What we heard late this afternoon was – they are going to do their very best to get this out to us tomorrow - which is Wednesday, Wednesday.
Today is Tuesday - Right? They're going to do their level best to get it out tomorrow that's talking about us getting notified that's talking about bondholders getting those emails. It's also the intermediate groups, so called intermediaries like the farm claims, the Indian claims - ranch land claims, the adjudicated settlements – CMKX – fines and penalties -prosperity packages should be coming out starting tomorrow – everything - is supposed to be released.
Now if that happens, which I hope it does, just like you guys, if that it happens we will set appointments tomorrow and begin our exchanges on Thursday.
And the follow up comment was we would be really, really l- not going to use the term “rich” - wealthy on Thursday – the theory is if everything goes as we have indicated today, and they are able to get out tomorrow, that we should be able to set our appointments with the toll free numbers and start our days on Thursday. Boom shaka laka boom, That is the intel that we're looking for.
Now - It doesn't mean it's absolute does it. It means that that's what they're going to try their level best to do. Let's keep an eye on it. Let's pray it in with speaking into existence and let’s believe that is what the result will be.
In addition to that, we do believe that this will be an increase in Social Security won't matter to us. But it'll make a big difference to a lot of other people that aren't in currency - And we believe the fourth Wednesday, social security people will have their Social Security move up a week to the third week, which is the 19th which is the third Wednesday of the month.
So the 26th Social Security recipients would be moved to 19th and we believe there'll be an increase in their social on the 19th - There may also be an increase to the Wednesday - tomorrow, the 12th for those Social Security that are second week of the month. And I understand that maybe the first week of April may get theirs tomorrow on Wednesday, the 12th. So it's kind of like fourth week moves the third this is for Social Security now, fourth week moves to third and first week moves to second week.
All right. Now why is that? Why are they doing it? That way the fourth week, which is 26th would be available for restitution allowance.
And it would also avail the first Wednesday of the month, next month for restitutional allowance to kick in. And this would be just a uber uber month - reminder for us to have the RV - our exchanges -additional social and restitution allowance In the month of April
That's what we're hearing this to take place. And we'll see how that all comes about. And what happens to make that happen. They're working like crazy behind the scenes. They are still doing cleanup on aisle three.
They did finish up Last week they finish up South America and Central America with all the arrest that they were doing down there with everybody. And it was over 100,000.
And it was over 100,000 - so quite a few arrests. So that's - that's really the main part that now the question is what are you going to do with this information? Besides pray it in like we're gonna pray it in when we pray the call out
But we'll see you know, we've been duped before we've been faked out before. That. It looks like they're gonna do their very level best to get it out tomorrow. So we'll see what happens. I'm just saying what I'm hearing. I have given you what I'm getting almost verbatim but Okay, so that's what I wanted to say tonight
I'm glad we're getting good information and we’re getting ready to move forward. This is a big month guys. This is huge. Post resurrection day Sunday - Today's Tuesday the 11th and we are moving - getting on with it. Yep. So let’s pray the call out. And let’s believe for everything we have heard and let’s stand in the gap for this to come through for us

A step back 🔙 Everything goes back to the days of X.com, an online bank Elon Musk co-founded with Harris Ficker, Christopher Payne, and Ed Ho in 1999. The company later became PayPal PYPL 2.32%↑, which today is one of the biggest and most important payment companies in the world.
Despite the merger, Elon's sentiment for X always remained, and now might be the best time to make it happen. But on a much bigger scale.
The master plan. That's why the CEO of Tesla TSLA 0.94%↑ and SpaceX bought Twitter in October 2022 and described his acquisition as "an accelerant to creating X, the everything app".
A month later, Musk said he will execute the X product plan "with some improvements" which will make Twitter "the most valuable financial institution in the world.
The potential With 238 million users, the social media giant could definitely be transformed into an app that does everything.
Not only it could become the first Super App of the West. More importantly, Twitter can become the Super App PayPal, Klarna, and Revolut always dreamed of.
WeChat, the gold standard of Super Apps, today has 1 billion users and brings together social networking, payments, e-commerce, games, news, events, shopping, etc. all in one place.
And it started as a messaging app. Just like Twitter.
THE TAKEAWAY
WTF?! What the FinTech? First, let’s zoom out for a sec. We first must understand that all-in-one platforms aka Super Apps are super convenient for users. Given they control every aspect of digital consumers' lives, it simply means that a dependency on advertising isn't required. And this has been a massive challenge for platforms like Twitter or Facebook since 97% of their revenues come from ads.
Yet, while appealing this all comes at a cost. You need heavy investments towards building and growing the platform and only a massive scale could justify your business economics. More importantly, regulators in the US and Europe won't be keen on a single app achieving too much dominance in the market.
But Twitter has an X Factor, and his name is Elon Musk. And he's an entrepreneur who's always serious about building something much much bigger. More importantly, everything depends on the execution - WeChat or AliPay didn’t become Super Apps overnight.
And the groundwork is already being laid out - earlier this year, Twitter reportedly began applying for regulatory licenses in the U.S. while also developing software to add payment functions to its platform.
Whether or not Musk pulls this off, it’s undoubtedly one of the most interesting FinTech developments ever. In fact, it’s much more than that - we're witnessing the beginnings of the most powerful FinTech company in the world.

Today, Wednesday, the Deputy Council of Ministers for Energy Affairs, Hayan Abdel-Ghani, announced his agreement to grant a reward of 100,000 to employees of oil companies.
According to a document issued by the ministry, "Oil Minister Hayan Abdul-Ghani agreed on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr to grant an amount of 100,000 dinars to all employees of the oil sector, disbursed from the account of bonuses or social services."
And she explained that "the reward includes workers in all our oil formations on permanent staffing / daily wage contracts. Workers (attributed) from the formations cover to the center of the ministry from his original department. As for the forgotten ones from the center of the ministry to the point formations, it is disbursed from the beneficiary, including those who enjoy maternity leave."
She pointed out that "the graduates did not include more than 6 months of the academic leave, the accompanying leave, the four- and five-month leave." link

The ministry's media office said in a statement received by NAS (April 12, 2023), that "Minister of Finance Taif Sami Mohammed directed the continuation of official working hours in the Accounting Department next Friday and Saturday, for the purpose of completing all procedures for financing salaries for ministries, unrelated entities and governorates before the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday."

Baghdad / NINA / - A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Cougar, affirmed that there is no fear of the financial deficit in the state budget for the year 2023.
Cougar said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency (NINA): "The financial deficit in the state budget for the year 2023 will be covered from the existing financial surplus, which is around 30 trillion dinars, and the approval of the budget in the fifth month means that the previous 5 months are not counted from the year, and therefore the government cannot spend the entire budget during the remainder of the fiscal year, so there will be a rounded amount of money to the next year, up to 20 trillion dinars, to be returned to the government.
He made it clear that there is no fear of a financial deficit in the salaries of employees and retirees, because it is fully insured in the 2023 budget

Baghdad / NINA / - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Administrative and Technical Affairs, Abdul Rahman Al-Husseini, met with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Baghdad, Muhammad Kadhem Al Sadiq.
A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that the two sides discussed bilateral relations, and ways to enhance them in a way that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.
The Undersecretary expressed the Iraqi government's satisfaction with the agreement reached between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the restoration of relations between the two countries. They also discussed developments on the regional and international levels.
The two sides exchanged visions and ideas about the crises that the countries of the region are exposed to, and the need to undertake peaceful solutions, in a way that lays the foundations for stability and achieves security.
For his part, the Iranian Ambassador expressed his gratitude and thanks to Iraq for the constructive role it played and for hosting the talks of the two sides in Baghdad during the past period.

Chinese Bond Holders received their Q Cards from HSBC (from 12 versions of Chinese Bonds) on Mon. 10 April. They would have access to 1% of their funds on their Q Cards sometime between Tues. 11 April and Fri. 14 April.
Tier 4B Zim Holders will get 1% access to your total redemption at your appointment and on the 10th day you would have access to another 9%. You would have access to your total in 90-120 days.
If you don’t have Zim, you will get total access to your monies at your exchange.
NDAs are for 30-45 days

MZ: I have a lot of excited people calling me …but we have not seen the money move yet. The number of people excited right now is exciting…..just stay grounded . I know we are close.
MZ: We know bassed on what Iraq is telling us that we are extremely close.
Member: I hate the word "close." once this is done, I will never use the word again.

Member: (From Dinar Guru) Guru Mnt Goat The CBI needs to get this parallel market to the CBI official rate of 1132. 147.750 is a good start down from 150.000. It’s moving finally and I think this recent move is do the retriction of selling dollars to street venders and citizens. They also cut back on how much you can take on your cards. Eventually the CBI will find the needed balance and the rate will drop to the needed 100.000 and away we go…
MZ: All of this makes sense.
MZ: “ Expect to see a massive move in silver says Asset Management Firm” Everybody is talking about this…..they are not talking about it doubling or tripling but most are talking about $300-$500 an ounce. This is crazy…
MZ: “Yuan replacing the dollar on the Moscow Exchange” The yuan is now used more than the dollar in exchanges. Even the MSM economists have caught on and are seeing the writing on the wall.
MZ: “New Zimbabwe Gold Coins are a solution to Inflation?” This is new. We know a year or so ago they introduced gold coins….they are now expanding that because of its enormous success. They are bringing in sound gold backed money. Gold and silver coins they can use in day to day transactions. We are watching the fiat tree fall.
MZ: “Europe and Asia –not the US- are leading the world in blockchain. “
Member: I wonder with lots of mechanisms in place & boxes checked lately what are the last ones needed to RV i?
Member: Maybe the US needs to let it go…..they have been the big blockage for it all imo
Member: with all of our debt is it even possible to go back to the gold standard
Member: We are hearing all debts wiped clean...all gone……once we start the new system…no worries.
Member: Praying Nesara/Gesara is real!!!
Member: Bank of America in our County all shutting down permanently.
Member: Lots of banks are closing lots of branches. Hope this means the QFS is about to come online.
