MZ: Also the death of the petrodollar is going on…..”Petrodollar is COLLAPSING with new China deals-Breaking Point” This article tells us that “asset backed “is in play……And Breaking Point is as “Mainstream “ as they come.

Clare: Parliamentary Finance will begin next Saturday with its sessions on the budget and prepare it for the second reading

The Parliamentary Finance Committee has set, today, Thursday, next Saturday, a date to start its sessions on the budget and prepare it for the second reading.
Jamal Cougar, a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, told {Euphrates News}, "The committee will start its session on Saturday to study the budget law and prepare the report on the second reading of the budget, and then start hosting government bodies, institutions, local governments, and everyone who has a financial allocation in the budget."
Yesterday evening, the House of Representatives finished the first reading of the draft law on the federal general budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal years 2023, 2024 and 2025.
At the end of the session, First Deputy Speaker Mohsen Al-Mandalawi called for expediting the preparation of a report for the draft budget law and for its second reading, "as it affects the needs of citizens and for the implementation of service and investment projects."

Many investors are expected to pull out sometime during the day due to preliminary indicators showing the economy is slowing down. Below is a preliminary look at the report in just a few sectors:
"The monthly jobs data follows job openings data from Tuesday suggesting the labor market may finally be slowing down—possibly good news if you want the Federal Reserve to have reasons to press the pause button on interest rate hikes."

Member: I thought rate had to occur before passing the budget??
MZ: Nader gave us his 2 cents late in the day yesterday. He said it’s approved. I totally agree. They have done the first reading. Everything is worked out along with the HCL. He may be right that the goal is to have everything is in place for the end of Ramadan …Which I believe is April 22nd. But, that doesn’t mean it can’t go before then.
MZ: They have already agreed to the budget…now they are just going through the process. It sailed through the first reading in record time.
MZ: Kudos to Nader….be sure to support his videos and like and subscribe.
Member: why all the excitement over the Iraqi Budget? Weren't we told that the CBI does not need the budget to "Pull the trigger?"
Member: do we have to wait for after Ramadan to exchange now?
MZ: I highly doubt it….If they want things completed by then – they should probably have us in and out the door. That is how I understand it.
Member: I hope Nader is wrong about the rate.
MZ: I am still looking for a nice, lovely fat rate. They need it to fix the problems.
MZ: From Vietnam “ New Policies take affect today April 3rd, 2023” This is maximum interest rates applicable to deposits of Vietnamese dong.. This is very interesting that they are limiting things on how far things can go….especially with loan sharks, pay any day, short term and usury based. It’s interesting because one of the things I was told when we get Nesara/Gesara is they would tightly control those usury laws. And no longer have opportunists taking advantage of the poor. Especially with those crazy payday loans with obscene interest rates…..So, Vietnam is already addressing this I wish they would do the same thing here in the states. This would put a lot of shysters out of business .
MZ: On the bond side. Things are all over the place. We continue to hear awesome stories of people starting the redemption process but still cannot find anyone I know with spendable funds. My contacts believe they were high up in the que but still nothing. …So I consider this in the rumor category.
MZ: I have not heard anything specific on CMKX or PP’s yet. Mr C has not been paid but he is doing well and planning on joining us tomorrow.

MZ: They are not hiding it anymore. We are seeing it all over media. In financial magazines, articles, blogs…..The reset is coming. Tucker Carlson, Glen Beck, JP Morgan are all talking about it …Everybody around the word in every level of finance is talking about it.

Member: House resolution #2435-Return the Gold Standard to the dollar requires documents on gold trading/inventories for last 6 decades.
MZ: This has been introduces and getting a lot of play in the media right now. The same 3 representatives have been working on this for years now. The problem has been it requires the US Treasury to disclose their gold holdings. And the gold supposedly held by the fed……and the numbers do not match. I love that this bill calls them to the mat and holds them accountable.
MZ: Why do they need to pass a law that is already in the constitution? What we have right now….the fiat debt based system is unconstitutional and illegal…..They did not ament the constitution.

And she indicated that "Total's French invitation comes within its contract with the Iraqi government amounting to 25 billion US dollars, which also witnessed yesterday, Wednesday, the entry of Qatar (Energy) into the Iraqi gas market with an investment rate of 25% of the total value of Total's contract to invest the gas associated with the extraction process." oil.”

A member of the coordination framework, Hassan Fadam, confirmed that there is insistence on quickly approving the general budget law, especially in its tripartite body.
Fadaam told Shafaq News agency, "The House of Representatives read the first reading of the budget law, and this is a positive step, and there was a good interaction within the House of Representatives with the budget, and insistence on completing it quickly, in support of the government and its service project."
He added, "The three-year budget is a good precedent, and the House of Representatives will pass this budget after discussing the observations of members of the House of Representatives on it, and reading it again next week or the following."
Fadaam affirmed, "The three-year budget will lead to service and political stability, and a clear vision for projects and services, which will be in the interest of the country in general."
Yesterday, Wednesday, the House of Representatives began the first reading of the draft federal budget law for the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal years (2023, 2024, 2025).
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Cougar, revealed in a previous statement to Shafaq News agency that the approval of the general budget will take place after Eid Al-Fitr. link

Member: Think congress needs to read all bills here three times too..
Member: This also prevents the last minute 10,000 page fluff to hide partisan nonsense
Member: Like Nancy once said , we got to pass it to see what's in it
MZ: On the bond side I continue to get mixed information….I want a concrete confirmation before I say much more than that…..until someone I know personally are spending big bucks I don’t want to get you to excited.
Member: We never seem to get that concrete confirmation. Disappointing.
MZ: I will continue to share the chatter though.
MZ: A number of people who expected word tonight….are now told to expect news tomorrow. My gut is we won’t have news until tomorrow afternoon on that.
MZ: “Three Congressmen Introduce Gold Standard Bill to Stabilize the Dollar's Value” Over the last two days this is making all kinds of crazy headlines on all kinds of platforms……From Money Metals to Gold Switzerland…..Wall street Journal…New York times…. This has become the talk of the town. We know sound money is important and this is a mainstream conversation right now. . They are all talking about the need for sound money and the need to get away from fiat.
MZ: If you don’t see the reset coming to sound money……you are asleep.
Member: Will RV take place before the CBDC HAPPENS IN JULY
MZ: Sound money is not a Central Bank digital Currency. This is the talk of the world….and sound money is the only way to stave off this crisis. . and this is the conversation of all financial publications in the world. We are going back to commodities and asset backed.
