MZ: Lets start with Iraq “ CBI discusses electronic payments in Iraq” They are still well within their window as we watch them work on things. They are continuing to move forward with economic refors, the white papers and banking changes.
MZ: Today we were supposed to have a parliament presented. I am waiting on details. My last update was they were supposed to present today and put it into effect on Monday of next week.
MZ: There is no free flow of bond dollars yet. All the bond folks are still excited.
MZ: Redemption Center folks …as of yesterday afternoon believe this will be their extra busy work week next week. This is very exciting because they had not been given a good solid update in quite awhile.

Yada: But the rate change is not waiting on that. We do not have to wait to see how the government performs to see the change. 6 months will be in our review mirror.
RVALready: I think the framework is stuck. They promised the populace an RV as first priority. The populace has been told to expect an RV soon. If they do not deliver, there will be protests in the streets…the UN will keep the pressure on until the RV is delivered.

He said during a meeting with a number of tribal sheikhs, according to a statement received by Ultra Iraq, that "one of the most important pillars of restoring the citizen's confidence in the political system is meeting the needs of citizens, achieving their aspirations and providing services to them, and forming a strong government with an efficient and harmonious team that represents an important entry point and a condition for achieving that".

Soaring inflation, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, a looming energy crisis in Europe and a floundering government in Britain are "just a few of the components of a cube of disasters that central banks and governments face as they try to avoid painful recessions".
The report noted that while "a sense of dread" surrounded meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank last week in Washington, Kate Davidson and Victoria Gheda, the magazine's economics editors, reported that the United States is struggling to prepare a coordinated response, but the problem is that the United States, like other countries, is largely focused on trying to contain domestic crises.
The report says that the US Federal Reserve is at the fore in the storm of crises that the world is currently going through, as it raises interest rates and fuels recession risks in an attempt to control price hikes, which puts pressure on economies around the world.
“Ultimately, a lot of national policies are going their own way,” said Mark Sobel, president of the Forum of Official Financial and Monetary Institutions and a former US Treasury official. "The Fed will do what they usually do, and the Europeans will do what they always will," he added.
Politico notes that global financial leaders were divided on a range of issues and were three days late in issuing the G-20 statement based on this week's meetings. Among the differences: Russia's sanctions, global oil production and global currencies.
It is noteworthy that inflation rates recorded record levels in most countries of the world during the last period, including the United States, which prompted the monetary authorities in Washington to raise interest rates to reach record levels, which led to a significant rise in the dollar exchange rate, which affected other currencies and exacerbated the problem of inflation in other countries of the world. The leader of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Ali Hussein Al-Fatlawi, confirmed, on Wednesday, the success of the mission of Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani in putting the final touches to his parliamentary formation, indicating that the names of the ministers will be announced tomorrow afternoon in order to study them in the House of Representatives before the Saturday session.
Al-Fatlawi said in a statement to "The Information", that "the Prime Minister-designate, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, is supposed to conclude today his mission in choosing his cabinet, and then announce the names of the ministers tomorrow, Thursday."
He added, "The announcement of the names of the ministerial cabinet and the government program on Thursday will allow the council members to study the names nominated for the cabinet for the purpose of voting on each name, whether affirmative or negative."
He added, "The ministerial cabinet will not be fully completed due to the failure of some political forces to send the five names to each position according to their due," suggesting that "the political forces will complete their mission by paying the five names within a few days so that the government moves in an integrated manner away from assigning agencies as it happened in the past." link

Is it the United States Note or the United States Treasury Note? We will just have to wait and see. Maybe some clarification on this needs to come from the inside now or it will come forward with the EBS, Emergency Broadcast System, reportedly coming the last week of October when everything else comes out.
We do not want someone coming out with the USN when it is to be the Lawful USTN or vice versa. You should be safe with these as the Deep State will be pushing the digital currency and ‘card’ and not any paper currency.

It has been reported that the banks have been informed and planned on the Notes coming, but the employees most likely signed an NDA to keep it quiet till they are to be released. They should all sign one as for one employee not accidentally going into the vault and see some and getting the word out.
I presume the Notes will be held in the bank vaults at a 50/50 basis with the Federal Reserve Notes at the early stages for the people to get accustomed to receiving them, and the new Notes will be exchanged for the FRNs or just handed over when withdrawals or cashed checks are made. Then the new Notes will be coming in at a higher percentage of amounts and getting rid of the old FRNs.
Once the announcement is made then the Notes will be placed into the ATMs. Maybe to see how the Notes are working is to have marked ATMs at major banks to have some with FRNs and others with USTNs to see which the people will use.
The banks are the mediary exchange points for the people’s businesses with the big shopping center, local store, restaurant and gas station as they will be handing out the new Notes for then the businesses to start using them, however the big shopping centers or major grocery stores may get the new Notes as they have many customers that can exchange the Notes on a daily basis as they do have the cash delivery trucks coming each day. When the businesses go to their banks for their daily exchanges then that’s when they will do their exchanges for the new Notes.
Hope you all can relate to the new Notes, but also keep some old Fed Notes with you when some small businesses may not accept the new Notes at that time or you give some to the homeless and they do not know what they are. This should be going on for a year to exchange and not just down to 30 days or less and then the FRNs are no good anymore. So just have patience in the coming days for the transition.

HSBC, Wells Fargo, Truis and Santander Banks will be redeeming Zim.
All 50 US states will have Wells Fargo in charge of the Zim redemption.
In the first sixty days and for use in your projects, four billion dollars (per LLC) can be taken from your Quantum account and transferred to your secondary primary bank accounts with Wells Fargo. You will earn interest on what was in those secondary accounts. No interest would be paid on monies in the Quantum account.
An HSBC contact indicated that this could go sometime between tonight Tues. 18 Oct. and next Sun. 23 Oct.

The Press was not informing Americans about what was going on with this Financial Crisis that was at least three to five times bigger than the Lehman Brothers implosion. So now we know this is not entirely true and they are having some success in doing so and this is the proof as 180 trillion nor about 180 US Dollars in the banks is not that shabby. I would call this program VERY successful!

Tishwash” “Rumor” is causing a significant drop in dollar prices in Iraq
On Wednesday, specialists attributed the decline in dollar prices in the Iraqi markets to rumors and speculators.
The Oasis Exchange Office said in an interview with Shafaq News Agency, "The rumors circulating about the new government's intention to reduce the price of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar to be 130,000 dinars for 100 dollars, and the possibility that it will be returned to its old price prompted citizens to sell their dollar banknotes. This led to a large supply compared to demand in the local markets.
While a government official considered in an interview with Shafaq News Agency that "speculators in the dollar exchange are active in such markets, taking advantage of the government formation process to spread such rumors with the intention of profit."
He pointed out that "what was circulated a while ago by some officials and representatives about the government's intention to change the dollar exchange rate was denied by the Parliamentary Finance Committee," adding that "the Prime Minister in charge of forming the government had previously admitted that there were negative effects on the decision to raise the dollar exchange."
It is noteworthy that the exchange rates of the dollar decreased in the Iraqi markets, for the Kifah Stock Exchange to trade today, Wednesday, at 147,000 dinars, compared to 100 dollars, after it recorded yesterday, Tuesday, the price of 147,600 link

Oil prices rose in early Asian trading on Wednesday, paring losses from the previous session, as concerns about tight supplies following reports of low inventories in the United States offset fears of lower demand from China, the largest oil importer
Brent crude futures rose 52 cents, or 0.58 percent, to $90.55 a barrel by 0410 GMT. US West Texas Intermediate crude was at $83.95 a barrel, up $1.13, or 1.4%
Brent and West Texas Intermediate touched two-week lows and fell 1.7% and 3.1% respectively in the previous session on reports of US President Joe Biden's plans to free more barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) and concerns about weak Chinese fuel demand
A senior US official said the administration plans in December to sell 15 million barrels of its reserves, which was announced earlier this year of 180 million barrels
Oil price gains capped fears of weak fuel demand from China as it continues its strict COVID-free policy. US crude oil inventories fell by 1.3 million barrels for the week ending October 14, according to market sources citing figures from the American Petroleum Institute on Tuesday

MZ: one of the things we have been looking for as a key indicator as to whether we have started or not is the cancellation of farm loans and forgiveness and farm claims. Part of the Pickford original farm claims .
MZ: For those that have been around for many years…you know we are looking for these. So this article dropping today at 4:00 this afternoon is (imo) pretty important. Especially when you couple it with the sudden chatter on the bond side.
MZ: A number of my bond people were contacted today for “Final Instructions” . Keep in mind they are pre-QFS. So they need regular wiring and banking instructions . This is huge. This is the first time many of them were asked these questions about final wiring and banking instructions….where and what accounts the money ends up. We will be watching it closely overnight into tomorrow.
MZ: But i believe it has started.
