Here's the issue and exactly what Salih discussed....." he said the amount of Iraqi dinars in circulation has increased from 25 billion in 1980 to 27 trillion now, and this has "led to confusion in transactions for large commercial banks".

The US Commerce Department said today that the current account deficit, which measures the flow of goods, services and investment to and from the country, accelerated to 8.3 percent to $214.8 billion in the last quarter, the largest deficit since the third quarter of 2006.
The data for the second quarter was revised to show a deficit of 198.3 billion dollars instead of 190.3 billion dollars as previously reported.
Economists had forecast a deficit of $205 billion in the last quarter.
